The fact that Orly got in that Obama Sr. WAS NEVER A U.S. CITIZEN was key to her argument. The two "journalists" tried to mock her on air and the public isn't stupid. They will see through their smokescreen attempts to discredit Orly.
I think that it was good of Orly to scream back at them for their rudeness, mocking tone, and stupid questions (what the hell does Ann Coulter have to do with anything and why would these two liberal left lunatics take ANYTHING that Ann has to say as truth) - especially when they despise the "right" and Ann herself?
Orly got in the explanation about the newspaper announcements and the logical reason why Ann Dunham would want to "register the birth" in Hawaii - in order to avoid immigration status for her newborn son.
Orly did very well. People who view that video several times will see the utter hypocrisy and lies that the journalists tried to push during the interview.
The fact that an AOL survey said that 85% of the public want Obama to release his vault-length long form COLB is an awesome piece of information that got through in that video.
While I'm at it - let me wish a crappy birthday to Resident Obama tomorrow. Come clean you liar, cheat, imposter and usurper! Be a man for once and not a weasel who spends a million dollars and hides behind his high priced lawyers!

When people aren't shouted down during and interview and are allowed time to answer the questions, (unlike interviewers like Shuster and that other lady at MSNBC) the the TRUTH can get out and people's minds can be changed as a result.

If the birth registration was a fraud perpetrated by the grandmother, then those newspaper filings made by the HI Health Dept to those two newspapers (which was standard practice for all births registered) are therefore fraudulent evidence too. I told him the reason grandma did it was to get her new Kenyan born grandson U.S. citizenship, a valued and desirable thing to have even back then. And grandma in Hawaii was a shrewd lady and had lots of lawyer friends to tell her how easy it was to do. And since the Hawaiian laws were so lax it was easy for grandma to do it via a simple mail in form. No one from the Health Department ever checked the veracity of the facts for such filings by families registering birth occurring at home with no witnesses other than a family member. So over the course of the discussion with Willie, I told him, yes there is probably a birth registered for Obama in Hawaii, and thus a vital record of that false registration is there, but I did not believe that Obama was really born there based on the contradictory evidence in Kenya. And Obama does not want the original released because it does not show he was born in any hospital and that will dispute what Obama has been telling everyone. Thus the testimony in Kenya will gain more credibility if what Obama is saying happened in Hawaii does not check out via the original birth registration documents. Willie got it. It sunk in. At the end of my segment with Willie he says he's converting to a Birther. Maybe Willie will pass on what he's learned to Hannity and some of his other talk radio friends.

Secondly, the Birthers screeching about Obama's father's immigrant status, and how that disqualifies him from natural-born citizenship, are full off doo-doo. The law in the United States is that anyone born in this country, even to illegal immigrant parents who snuck across the border at the last minute, is a natural-born citizen. Even children born-overseas with American parents -- LIKE JOHN MCCAIN -- inherit their "natural-born" citizenship from their parents. (Which explains why George Romney, Mitt's father, was able to run for president in the 1960s, despite being born in Mexico to a family of renegade Mormon polygamists.) If children of immigrants were disqualified from natural American citizenship, the only people who could run for President would be pure-blooded American Indians. Why, George Washington himself was born a British subject, in a British colony, and worked for the British Government -- just like Barack Obama's grandpa! (Who was a cook, though, not a soldier.)
Have you ever seen George Bush's birth certificate? Dick Cheney's? Joe Biden's? Bill Clinton's? Give me a break. White guys with Anglo names are just given the benefit of the doubt. Lame, racist, and dumb -- just like the modern GOP.

There is a HUGE difference between the definition of a U.S. Citizen and a Natural Born Citizen (NBC). A NBC needs to have BOTH PARENTS as U.S. Citizens in order to be considered a NBC.
Our Constitution stipulates that ONLY NBC are eligible for POTUS. (Article II Section 1 clause 5)
Barack Obama has openly admitted (on the Fight the Smears website and at Factcheck.org) that his father was born under the British Nationality Act. That same act governs the birth of his children.
Therefore, I ask you what Leo Donofrio has asked at his website:

Read that last line again.

That’s an admission that Great Britain “governed the status” of Barack Obama, Jr. He has chosen to highlight this on his own volition.

HOW CAN A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN’S STATUS BE “GOVERNED” BY GREAT BRITAIN?
A natural born citizen’s status should only be governed by the United States. /quote

Have you ever heard of the "grandfather clause" in the Constitution?
It is written about within the following portion. I have placed it in bold:
U.S. Constitution
Article II
Section 1
Clause 5
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;..."
Therefore, the Founding Fathers were eligible. However, after the grandfather clause "ran out" (meaning all had died who were considered under the clause), it is THEN that only natural born Citizens could occupy the office of President of the United States of America.

1. Kenya became an independant country in 1963, not 1964. The seal of Kenya was correct.
2. More then one person had certified copies of this document.
3. the document was not issued at birth, but rather was a certified copy obatained in1964, when Kenya became independent
4. The documents from that time would not show Zanzibar, but rather Kenya
5. Bomford report was created to try to discredit my efforts
6.lastly, I am not supposed to waste my time and money on this issue, Obama us the one who is supposed to provide evidence of legitimacy
7. Kenyan BC provides more info than the piece of garbage Obama posted on the n et, which doesn’t have the name of the hospital, name of the doctor or signatures.
8. Chioumi Fukino and Obama and all their Nazi Brown Shirts in the main stream media need to give it a rest and provide an original hospital BC and the corresponding big thick hospital Birthing file from the Kapiolani hospital. If they don’t have such a file, all of them need to resign immediately or they will be prosecuted for massive fraud and treason to this Nation. (in case you didn’t know, treason carries punishment of life in prison or death penalty).
