Your ugly-minded resentment? Your so very obvious jealousy? Your so obvious malediction? Like Grimma Wormtongue you slither into this site with nothing less than malice aforethought. What accounts for this uglyness? This obvious malice? Why do you freely choose to enslave yourself to malice, hate, and resentment?

Oh, but of course, how could I forget that you have no free will? That you are so very innocent, yet are being 'victimized' by Christine, God, other Christians, moral law, and by your own guilty conscience?

The ugly truth is that you enjoy deceiving yourself. You enjoy your unholy victimhood. You however, are not innocent. Right from birth you have had a dark side:

"Every baby starts life as a little savage. He is completely selfish and self-centered. He wants what he wants when he wants it: his bottle, his mother's attention, his playmates toys...or whatever. Deny him these and he seethes with rage and aggressiveness which could be murderous were he not so helpless. He's dirty; he has no morals, no knowledge, no developed skills. This means that all children, not just certain children, but all children, are born delinquent. If permitted to continue in their self-centered world of infancy, given free rein to their impulsive actions to satisfy each want, every child would grow up a criminal, a thief, a killer, a rapist."

Until you accept personal responsibility for the darkness that so obviously spews its' resentment and hate through your mouth, you will remain tormented by the furies of conscience.

Let this be very clear to you: The foaming ugliness that rages within your mind and which pours forth from your lips has nothing to do with Christine, her website, or with God the Father. No, it has to do with you. The problem is yours, but like all self-deceivers you have transferred your guilt onto Christine in order that you can crucify her for your bad choices, inferiority complex, disordered compulsions and impulses, and whatever other pathologies plague your soul.Linda Kimballhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12443482677444742516noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12391603.post-67474838843379267292010-05-09T12:32:26.048-07:002010-05-09T12:32:26.048-07:00GM,

Equating those who pretend to be Christians and continually do wrong things with those who genuinely love God, Jesus Christ, and the Bible is typical of you. The re-born life in Christ has evidence. And that evidence is a changed life - for the better. It's not the fake and false "change" that Obama fooled the voters with in the election of 2008. It's genuine change that stems from the heart because of the dwelling of the Holy Spirit within the person's soul.

And, as far as "cleaning my house first" goes, Jesus did that work for me. You see, I'm not dumb enough to believe that I can clean myself up on my own. I know better. However, you think that you don't need God. Therefore, you also don't think that you need salvation.

So...tell me again who isn't facing reality about "cleaning one's own house?"Christinewjchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18434229284833642438noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12391603.post-64151666330906025442010-05-09T12:22:39.754-07:002010-05-09T12:22:39.754-07:00Wow Linda! Yet, the evidence of children growing up to be adults filled with such ugly sinful intentions and acts exists all around us. He who claims that he is without sin is a liar, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

We are, unfortunately, born in the state of sin. If this were not so, then Jesus Christ would not have needed to die for the sins of the world.

So many people today think nothing of the sins that they commit. Just like Tiger Woods, they only groan when they get caught.

Jesus said, "If you love me, keep my commandments."

He already paid the ransom for many - when he died on the cross. All that we can do is confess and repent of our sin, and then acknowledge him as Lord and Savior; being humbly grateful for the miraculous mercy and salvation that he provided for us!

Keeping the commandments of God does not save us, but showing God that we love him through keeping those commandments is all we can offer Him in gratefulness for what he has done for our sakes through His Son, Jesus Christ!

It is hard for me to fathom why anyone would want to pass up on the reconciliation with God that He has provided us through Christ. Yet, there are those who will refuse to repent until the day they die.

All we can do is continue to sound the alarm and wake people up to realize the Gospel of Christ is our only means for sinful man to be reconciled back unto our Holy and Righteous God.

Thanks again for all that you shared! Appreciate it!Christinewjchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18434229284833642438noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12391603.post-49347239292486075462010-05-09T10:26:26.371-07:002010-05-09T10:26:26.371-07:00Trying once again to get the hits on that thread t...Trying once again to get the hits on that thread to the 10,000 mark? Well, you're quite close; keep it up. It might be better, though, if you'd actually contribute to it now and then.

I have read a great deal in recent weeks of men whose every word was God, God, God, and whose every deed was foul, foul, foul. The vast majority of these men were not liberals. They were not even politicians. They indulged in 'lying, deceitfulness, cheating, thug-like behavior, misinformation, rejection of decency, willingness to ignore the law and what is right in this life' because they considered themselves part of an elite who didn't live like other people. In cities like Boston and Philadelphia and Los Angeles and Milwaukee and Ft. Worth the corruption oozed forth...from men who, in the name of God, claimed the right to tell others how they should live.
Your excuse for their actions was to blame Dr. Albert Kinsey...whom I doubt any of those men had ever read. Before you set out to clean up society, is it too much to ask to clean your own house first?

For the rest, go back to 2 Corinthians 12:6~10 and take comfort that the screams of the damned will be your dance music in heaven.GMpilothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07189308176043748343noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12391603.post-30994419647165276412010-05-09T04:19:52.048-07:002010-05-09T04:19:52.048-07:00The "Unrestrained Depravity of Man: Totalitar...The "Unrestrained Depravity of Man: Totalitarianism in a Nutshell," ( http://www.renewamerica.com/columns/kimball/100416 ) provides a snapshot of the out-workings of the barbarianism which the Bible warns will befall a society that has turned away from God the Father.

"We cannot understand the seething hatred of God, the treachery, pathological lying, obscenity, perversity, blasphemy, the subversion and perversion of youth, the power grabbing, megalomania, and other evils so obviously endemic here in America and throughout the West unless we return to the Biblical view of man:

"....the basic insights of the Christian faith provide the best insight we have into the nature of man and of the crisis we find ourselves in..." observed Conservative John Hallowell. (The Conservative Intellectual Movement, George Nash, p. 53)

No concept gives "deeper insight into the enigma that is man" than original sin. Evil is not just a "bad dream," warned Richard Weaver, author of "Ideas Have Consequences." Evil is not "an accident of history," or the "creation of a few antisocial men." It is a "subtle, protean force," and original sin is a "parabolical expression" of this "immemorial tendency of man to do the wrong thing when he knows the right thing." (ibid)

Man is not born good, as self-deluded Progressive Liberals of both atheist and cosmic humanist schools claim. Nor is man 'evolving' to some higher, more godlike spiritual state. The ugly truth is that all men are born terrible-willed hedonists, says Dr. Terry G. Shaw:

"To understand...principles of human behavior...we must first begin by accepting (that) all humans are born hedonists (aka narcissists) and have an intrinsic need to seek pleasure, avoid pain, and engage in those activities that best accomplish both with the least amount of effort." (Born Liberal Raised Right, Reb Bradley, p.19)

In 1926, Governor Theodore Christianson of Minnesota established the Minnesota Crime Commission to study crime and evaluate its causes. The commission eventually concluded that criminal tendencies were not the result of poverty, education, or environment. Instead, it offered the following brutal observation:
