It has been a while since I've done a news roundup, so here are just a few of the topics that you won't usually get from the media of mass deception (MOMD)!

I usually watch Fox News so I'm not sure what the other cable stations are presenting about the Fast and Furious scandal. But here are some blogs that I trust will give us far more information than you could get from the MOMD:

This morning, I saw Rep. Darrell Issa explain why Eric Holder deserves to be held in Contempt of Congress. Holder lied about what he knew, and when he knew it concerning the Gunrunner scandal that led up to the killing of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. He was killed by a Gunrunner gun. I also saw a conversation between Bill Hemmer and Judge Andrew Napolitano. The Judge mentioned that Congress has the right to know all that happened and he thinks that Issa will win out in the end. Over 60 members of Congress have already asked for Holder to step down. With the next hearing coming up, perhaps this investigation will finally be exposed for the crimes done by the DOJ and the ensueing cover-up that still continues to this day.

Would Obama/Soetoro's fairy tale life given to the public be a reason to disqualify him from the ballot? Would this information be secretly shared with the judge to prevent public knowledge of it? It is really weird how little American actually know about the current occupier of the White House...isn't it? Who is this man and what is he hiding?

Obama Eligibility Challenges Spread to 6 States

If readers watched the videos of the hearing in Atlanta Georgia (links were posted here at Talk Wisdom yesterday) then you would know that the decision in the Georgia case is expected soon. The deadline for papers being entered into the court case is February 1, 2012.

WorldNetDaily reports that ballot concerns are going viral and have already spread to 6 additional states.

Excerpt:

An administrative law judge in Georgia could decide as early as this week whether voters in the state convinced him Barack Obama’s name should be removed from the 2012 presidential ballot because he is not qualified to hold the office.

But win, lose or draw, the fight isn’t going to be over, as other cases are erupting across the nation, with challenges being raised anew even in Obama’s own adopted political network in Illinois.

The Georgia hearing was before Judge Michael Malihi, and while none of the lawyers who appeared in the proceedings was willing to predict what the decision will be, several did confirm that Malihi had considered simply granting them a default victory, because Obama and his lawyers expressly stated they would not participate in a hearing to provide evidence that he is qualified to be on the ballot.

A default presumably would have meant a recommendation from the judge that Obama’s name be stricken from the ballot, a decision which would head for review immediately by Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp.

He, however, was the one who warned Obama of the “peril” of not participating in the hearing when Obama and his attorney had asked that the event be canceled.

Whatever the outcome in Georgia, the issue is gaining traction in other states, too, including Alabama, Tennessee, Arizona, New Hampshire, and even Illinois, Obama’s home political base.

It is important to note that this challenge is different from the birth certificate challenges in the past that were often dismissed due to "lack of standing." Here is why:

The newest round of court actions do not try to have a judge determine Obama is not qualified for the Oval Office and remove him from it, they simply challenge his eligibility for the 2012 election.

Many of the cases cite Minor v. Happersett, a U.S. Supreme Court opinion from 1875 that said a “natural born citizen” would be a person whose parents both were citizens.

“This complaint does not request any injunction against any state or federal government official. Instead this complaint asserts that the private entity, Defendant Democratic Party, intends to act negligently or fraudulently in a manner that will cause irreparable harm to the plaintiffs, to the states, and to the citizens of the United States,” said one of the filings.

It continued, “Because Mr. Obama has admitted that his father was not a U.S. citizen, and because this fact has been confirmed by the U.S. State Department, any reasonable person with knowledge of these facts would doubt Mr. Obama’s constitutional qualifications. Therefore, any representation by the Democratic Party certifying said qualifications would be negligent, absent further evidence verifying Mr. Obama’s natural-born status.

“Plaintiffs further request an injunction prohibiting the Democratic Party from making any representation to any state official asserting, implying, or assuming that Mr. Obama is qualified to hold the office of president, absent a showing by the party sufficient to prove that said representation is not negligent.”

Van Irion, lead counsel for Liberty Legal Foundation, also is working on several of the issues, and has brought the question in court in Arizona.

“We picked the Arizona court for several reasons, but the main one being that it is part of the 9th Circuit. The 9th Circuit has indicated in dicta that an FEC-registered presidential candidate would have standing for this type of suit,” he said. The organization is working with John Dummett, a Liberty Legal Foundation member who is a candidate for the office of president in the 2012 election.

Irion said the other lawsuit was filed in state court in Tennessee.

“The focus of the state-court suit is to prevent certification to the Tennessee Secretary of State. This suit puts greater emphasis on the negligent misrepresentation/fraud aspects of a certification from the DNC. It includes more facts regarding Obama’s Indonesian dual citizenship and fraudulent Social Security Number,” he said.

He said if the cases succeed, the Democrats would not be able to list Obama as their candidate for 2012.

“Neither lawsuit discusses Obama’s place of birth or his birth certificate. These issues are completely irrelevant to the argument. LLF’s lawsuit simply points out that the Supreme Court has defined ‘natural-born citizen’ as a person born to two parents who were both U.S. citizens at the time of the natural-born citizen’s birth. Obama’s father was never a U.S. citizen. Therefore, Obama can never be a natural-born citizen. His place of birth is irrelevant,” Van Irion’s group said.

WND also has reported that Maricopa, Ariz., County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has launched a formal law enforcement investigation into concerns Obama may submit fraudulent documentation to be put on the state’s election ballot in 2012.

Other attorneys involved in the Georgia case are J. Mark Hatfield and Orly Taitz.
Hatfield has told WND that the goal is for a court determination on the definition of “natural born citizen,” which then could be applied directly to Obama’s candidacy.

Media Blackout in Obama Georgia Ballot Eligibility Case

As concerned U.S. Citizen Patriots await the decision from Judge Malihi of the Georgia hearing on whether or not Barack Hussein Obama's name can legally appear on the Georgia ballot for the 2012 election, WorldNetDaily has been sharing written articles about Obama's ineligibility ever since the 2008 election.

Haven't we all been hearing that this issue needed to be solved before the vote occurred in 2008? Well, now we have a second chance to make sure that an ineligible candidate for POTUS does not get on the ballot(s) in either Georgia or any other state.

Though Hillary Clinton rarely gets the credit anymore for it, she was the ‘mother’ of the ‘birther’ movement. While many people know the “birther” movement as one challenging President Obama’s birth certificate and birth place, there is another aspect of it that often gets overlooked. This aspect is that of him meeting the ‘natural born’ clause of the Constitutional requirement to be president.

When John McCain’s eligibility was challenged during the 2008 campaigns, Congress, including Hilary Clinton and Barack Obama, declared he was “natural born” and eligible due to him being born of two American citizen parents. Barack Obama, himself, by his own admission, does not meet this criteria because his father was a British subject. This is backed up by the birth certificate he produced April 27, 2011."

The interest in this case is skyrocketing across the blogosphere. Everyone is waiting anxiously for the judge's decision. Since this was the ONLY case to be adjuticated (all other cases were dismissed due to lack of standing) the good news is that the state of Georgia REQUIRES candidates to be completely vetted before any individual who wants to run for the position POTUS gets on the ballot. This is a new election, new day, and new requirement that is separate from what had happened in 2008. Obama is like any other person who is requesting to get on the ballot in that state, as well as all others.

The fact that the plaintiffs did not just accept a default judgment, but wanted to present some of the most crucial the evidence against Obama that they have accumulated over the past four years, brings in another important fact for the judge to consider.

keep spreading it on thick. The SS administration did not give that number to 0bama, his granny did. That number is not registered in the name of 0bama, anywhere. If he had legally obtained the number that would be one thing, but, that number was issued to someone else. 0bama did not refute that and his absence at the hearing where that evidence was admitted and sworn testimony was heard proves that he does not have a right to that number. He consented to the election laws in GA. by asking to be on their primary. He acknowledged the subpoena with his attorney responding to both the judge and Sec. of State Kemp. By refusing to refute the sworn testimony he has agreed that he is not eligible for the office and is not legally using a SS#.

I'll bet you are your fellow truth haters are sick over his confession. You probably even believed he was telling the truth, but, when the truth came out in GA. he had nothing to say, no defense, basically admitting to every word of the sworn testimony.

Federal or State Court ignores and abandons the tenants of the law, meaning “We the People”, the tenants are its citizens who have the right to enforce that right by that law, called the right of suffrage (to vote), that is mandatory, given by the supreme law of the land, The U. S. Constitution, entrusted to each state individually.

Nothing supersedes the U. S. Constitution and nothing will. We the People have put our trust into our elected officials to protect and enforce those rights, to the point where “We the People” cannot even trust ourselves from ourselves or them. Today, with the onslaught and erosion of our personnel freedoms divided by party lines and affiliations. Now each state’s Electoral College will cast their deciding votes, upon each states vetted candidate and voters choice, not the veiled coronation by the mass media or the corrupt DNC or the GOP, whether popular or not. For “We the People” have abandoned and abdicated that right, by letting an illegitimate foreign child to rule the U.S., who is succinctly forbidden to, by documented law, the U.S. Constitution, Article II, § 1(5).

Unfortunately, no one, absolutely no one except a lone Georgia Administrative Judge will defend “We the People”, please God love him and protect him, before anarchy begins.

Various external reports were published each morning stating that he planned a trip to the West beginning on Wednesday following his State of the Union address. Rick Santorum: Faith, Family and Freedom

As a Christian Conservative (note what comes first in that label), it is true that I cannot expect to have the luxury of voting for the perfect candidate in 2012. As I had stated previously, I wanted to cast my vote for Michele Bachmann in the Republican primary here in the state of California, but she has since dropped out of the race. I also liked a lot of what Herman Cain was saying in the earlier debates, but the scandal (true or untrue) shoved him out of the race. I am now left with a choice between four men - two of which are now considered "front runners," and two others who have night and day differences (Santorum; Paul) in many policy issues.

I have hated seeing the bickering at the last two debates between Romney and Gingrich. They should be aiming their fire against Obama - not each other!!

I am now leaning towards voting for Rick Santorum. I love the slogan he chose for his campaign: Faith, Family and Freedom.. I think that he holds many of the views that I and the TEA Party Patriots (at least those that I protested with against Obama in 2009) hold dear in our hearts, minds, and souls.

The thunder of success for Santorum wasn't realized immediately after the Iowa Caucuses because Romney was incorrectly announced as the winner. Romney appeared to squeak by in first place with just 8 or 9 votes over Santorum's tally. But after a recount, Santorum was declared the winner with a much larger vote margin.

I watched Rick during an interview with Sean Hannity last night. I liked everything he said during the recent CNN debate and I personally think that he won the debate - hands down. Even though the bickering front runners always seem to get all the publicity, Rick trudges along and has no intention of dropping out of the race. He was so excited to announce that his campaign had recently raised $250,000.00. He has had the least amount of money, but has done, and continues to do, all the hard work (like in Iowa) to get people at each primary stop to listen to his message. I have been listening all along, too, and I like what I am hearing from him. He is straightforward, truthful, and unafraid to express his conservatism on social issues (e.g. pro-life, pro-traditional one man and one woman marriage) no matter how much the leftie lunatics tear their hair out and scream their bigotry at him.

Some of the television pundits are saying that Mr. Santorum doesn't have a chance to win the nomination. Really? What's more, they claim that if he did win the nomination he would lose to Obama. Is that so? How do they know?

Living in the state of California is a surreal experience. There are many Christian Conservatives in my area, but other parts of the state are so virulently progressive leftist, our state always turns out handing our electoral votes to the Democrat. Some of these "I will vote for Obama no matter how much he has trashed our country these past 3 years" can be spotted because they still have Obummer stickers from the 2008 election on their cars.

Back when Gray Davis (Democrat) was ousted as governor, so many Republicans voted in Arnold Schwarzenegger. I just could not pull the lever in the booth for him. I knew he was a RINO - or even worse a Democrat in RINO clothing. I voted for Tom McClintock, even though people said, "he doesn't have a chance." They were correct. People were going for the 'celebrity' on the ballot and look at what a absolutely awful financial catastrophe that clueless 'celebrity' ended up causing in our state! His personal life as a dirt bag cheating husband was awful, too.

I look back at that time and can STILL say that I am still proud of my vote for McClintock.

I would add that we elected Schwarzenegger in California because he was ‘electable’ and look what happened… Dem light. No strength. None of the principles he articulated so beautifully in his speeches. We thought he was one who ‘got it.’ But – in the end, nothing.

We missed our chance to have elected McClintock – who was the real deal, who had the actual knowledge and commitment to do the right thing. Who had walked the walk and done the work in the trenches.

I have no doubt that Mitt Romney is a good and honorable man, and a good businessman – but Newt knows how Washington works, and how to get things done, and he has enough personal arrogance to stand up to any who try to derail his efforts to reform the government to actually get the job done.

I’m not in favor of voting in another Schwarzenegger.

I still wince when I think that I voted for Ah-nold instead of Tom McClintock when I had the chance. Ouch, ouch ouch!

When I recall voting for Ah-nold vs voting for the Dem hack-of-the-month, I don’t feel regret though.

I voted for Arnold too, not because I didn’t like McClintock better but he really had no chance. In retrospect, Grey Davis wouldn’t have been worse..

Gray Davis was way worse, another nasty campaigner. Schwarzenegger had potential, but he turned – into a Democrat.

But we can’t blame the governor – any governor – it is the fault of the legislators who have driven the state into bankruptcy. They set the budget, they decide on the spending, they decide to steal the money from counties and then dole it back in the form of grants, raking off the top, and decimating county budgets, pass spending mandates that cannot possibly be met… and yet they get reelected over and over again.

The Democrats should be run out of office on a rail, not to return for 50 years, as punishment for what they have done here.

That is what happens when you accept liberals who are pretending to be conservatives in order to get into power. Schwarzenegger was never a conservative and didn’t turn in to a democrat he was always a democrat, just pretending to be something else.

When I look as Mitt Romney, I see Arnold Schwarzenegger. I big government progressive who is playing conservative until he gets in office and then his true colors will come out.

I will not vote for Mitt Romney, the GOP establishment needs to be taken out, even if that means 4 more years of Obama.

If Mitt Romney wins the nomination everything we fought for in 2010, all the rallies, all the establishment Republicans we defeated in the primaries, etc.. will be for nothing.

And then California tried to run the “electable” Meg Whitman against “Moonbeam” Jerry Brown and Whitman got beaten by 13 points.

Romney=Whitman and Moonbeam=Obama.

Ahh yes! The Whitman vs. Brown election will now inflict even MORE taxes on our heavily burdened (and one of the highest levels) state. *Sigh*...no wonder the state is so "blue" - matches the sadness of our residents when the fruits and nuts of this state continually lead us in the direction of Sodom and Gomorrah, death to unborn babies, and financial crisis year after year after year!!

1. Obama must think that he is above the law.

2. And, as the following post over at American Thinker indicates:

Obama has deliberately turned his back, and walked on by.

Obama then signed Senate Resolution 511 from April 30, 2008 that reveals the indispensable requirement of having two US citizen parents in order to be a "natural born citizen" according to the Constitution of the USA and therefore to be eligible to run for the Presidency of the USA or to be President of the USA!!!!!
Therefore, once again, Obama knew very well that he FRAUDULENTLY decided to run for the Presidency of the USA despite the fact that he knew perfectly well that he was NOT a natural born citizen and therefore that he was not entitled, according to the Constitution of the USA, to be President of the USA.

First Conclusion:
---Obama is NOT a natural born citizen and therefore he is not entitled to run for the Presidency of the USA nor is he entitled to be President of the USA, no matter the fact that he won the Presidential election!!!!

Thank you so much for stopping by and presenting a precise evaluation of what is at stake concerning Obama's ineligibility. I have visited (and commented) at Mario's blog over the past 3 years as I watched the lawsuits against Obama get dismissed via stupid reasons like the plaintiff(s) not having "standing." I was so glad to see this particular case go forward on the merits, and the evidence has finally been presented in a court of law and is now out there for all to see!

Unfortunately, the media is holding back on spreading this historically important information that was presented at the hearing. My question is why? Why isn't this information going viral? Answer: because we have a media of mass deception that will protect Obama no matter how devastating the facts are about him being a usurper and NOT ELIGIBLE to be POTUS!!

I find all of this highly disturbing - even frightening! What and who are the "powers that be" that could have such far and wide power to squelch such monumental FACTS in order to keep someone (who should be in jail and charged with treason against our country), who is posing as president ILLEGALLY in our nation's capital?? We have someone who is not eligible for the position of POTUS doing everything that he and his puppetmasters want to do to destroy our country! Our nation is being summarily dismantled militarily, torn down deliberately, destroyed right out in the open by trashing our Constitution, ruining the U.S. economically (and on purpose!) by trampling on the rights of the American people!! I suppose that I need to be more patient and let this thing play out over the course of time. The Judge pulled the lawyers for the three cases into chambers before it all began and advised them that he would be issuing a default judgment in our favor, since the Defense council failed to show, and wanted to end it there. We argued that all the evidence needed to be entered in to record so the Judge allowed for a speedy hearing where all evidence was entered into the court record. What that means is this… Any appeal, if one is even possible, would be based on the evidence provided by the lawyers in each case. Both Van Irion and My lawyer, Mark Hatfield made certain that our cases and evidence in those two cases would be closed so as not to be affiliated, in any way, with “Birther” Orly Taitz. As expected, she was an embarrassment.

Now we’re merely awaiting the publishing of this Judge’s ruling which, as previously stated, will be a Default Judgment. - Carl

I agree that it was a good thing to separate the first two plaintiffs from the plaintiff who was represented by Orly Taitz. I applaud the woman for her hard work on this issue, but she has been an embarrassment and distraction in previous cases as well as at this hearing. It may be due to the fact she is "green" at being a lawyer and/or that English is her third language. While watching the hearing yesterday, the first two lawyers left the courtroom before Orly presented her case. The judge in this case appeared to be visibly annoyed at some of what Taitz tried to do in the courtroom.

All of the attorneys expressed a desire to put an abbreviated streamlined case on the record and the judge agreed.

How does the mainstream media spin this?

The Georgia SOS has already indicated that he will follow the judge's recommendation. That means that Obama will not get any popular vote or electors from the great state of Georgia!

UPDATE FROM GEORGIA!...
Doug Vogt just called and said that the judge offered Orly a summary judgement and the hearing would not be necessary ... but of course she wanted to present it anyway to get this evidence before the public.

Now lets see what the CIA allows the mainstream media to publish. In other words the good news is that the judge will recommend that Obama not be permitted on the Georgia primary ballot in March.

More than 15,000 concerned citizens were online watching and listening to the hearing!

Judge Michael Malihi is presiding over the Obama ballot challenges being heard today in Atlanta, GA

(Jan. 26, 2012) — The court convened at approximately 9:30 a.m. Judge Michael Malihi began by asking those present to stand and reading the last paragraph of Atty. Michael Jablonski’s letter to Brian Kemp, Georgia Secretary of State, “into the record,” commenting that Jablonski was not present at the hearing.

The judge called plaintiff David Welden to stand and asked where he resided and if he were a registered voter in the state of Georgia. Then his attorney, Van Irion, stood and stated that there were three types of citizenship in the United States. He then provided argument on the definition of “natural born Citizen,” referring to Minor v. Happersett.

“The court should recognize that the term ‘citizen” is not ‘natural born Citizen,’ Irion said. “The Minor court’s definition of ‘natural born Citizen’ says ‘parents.’

“In closing, this case is about the Constitution,” Irion said. We’ve shown that Barack Obama’s father was never a citizen…and that means he is not constitutionally qualified…Finally, the defendant was ordered to be here, and I wish to state on the record that that shows not just a contempt for this court…”

Then Irion was interrupted and stopped speaking.

9:54 a.m.: Atty. J. Mark Hatfield stood and stating that he represents Kevin Richard Powell and Carl Swensson. Hatfield mentioned the White House schedule as he saw that it related to Obama’s lack of attendance at the hearing.

Carl Swensson was sworn in at 9:56 a.m. and stated his residence and county. Then Kevin Powell was asked the same. Both were asked if they were able to vote for President of the United States.

Swensson and Powell explained their challenges filed with the Secretary of State’s office to the judge.

Hatfield held up the Certification of Nomination which Nancy Pelosi signed in 2008 to place Obama’s name on the ballot. The judge asked if it was a “certified copy,” and Hatfield answered that it was. He then read from it, stating that it did not affirm that the candidates met constitutional requirements to serve, while the wording from the Republican National Committee for its candidates did contain that wording.

The judge asked if the documents were from a “United States government source,” and Hatfield answered “Yes, sir, they were.”

Hatfield cited Jablonski’s January 25 letter “indicating that they did not want the proceedings to go forward and did not want to participate.” Hatfield also entered into evidence Obama’s book, Dreams From My Father.

Ken Allen, a resident of Arizona, stood to present the documentation he had received from the State Department after submitting a FOIA request early in 2009, which The Post & Email reported on here. He stated that “Barack Obama Sr.” was “never a citizen.”

At 10:09 a.m. someone said, “Let’s take a short break,” and people stood up and began moving around and talking with one another.

At 10:17 a.m., the court was called back in to order.

Atty. Orly Taitz was called upon to speak. The Georgia registered voter whom she represents, David Farrar, stood and identified himself.

Taitz utilized a projector on the wall to the right of the judge as an aid in her presentation. She then stated that evidence existed that Obama possessed Indonesian citizenship, to which the judge was heard by this writer to say, “That’s not relevant.” Taitz then discussed the court’s decision in Minor v. Happersett and was interrupted by the judge, who said, “Counselor, can you save your argument for the closing?” She then stopped speaking.

Mr. Christopher Strunk of New York then went up to the front of the courtroom to testify, and Taitz began to ask him questions about the passport records of Stanley Ann Dunham, one of which contains the name “Soebarkah.” Strunk stated, “She wanted that expunged from her record, but we never got that.”

Susan Daniels, Private Investigator from Ohio, then took the stand, and spoke about her investigation which revealed that Obama had reportedly been using a social security number which she contended had not been assigned to him.

Taitz asked Daniels, “What was the social security number attached to your request?” and Daniels read off “042-68-4425.” Daniels said, “In all my years, I’ve never seen anything like this.” She stated that the person who had originally owned the number had been born in 1890.

“First I ran the social security number to check the address, and the same number came up for him in Massachusetts, Illinois, and Washington, DC. It showed a phone number, and it was always the same number…It would show intermittently ‘August 4, 1961′ and ’1890.’”

At 10:30 Mr. Chito Papa took the stand. He stated that he works in the field of Information Technology including Adobe® software.

Taitz asked Papa if the “birth certificate” which “Obama posted online” had flattened layers. ”Did you see one layer or multiple layers? Taitz asked. ”I saw multiple layers,” he answered.

Taitz asked Papa about Obama’s social security number which appeared on his tax return posted on the internet, and Papa stated that the layers had not been flattened. Taitz then thanked Papa for his testimony.

At 10:36 a.m. another witness, Linda Jordan, was called to the stand. Taitz adjusted her Powerpoint presentation by means of a laptop computer and began by asking a question about “E-Verify,” the U.S. government’s system for flagging potential illegal immigrants from working. Jordan stated that she ran Obama’s number through the E-Verify system and said, “When I read it, it was 2011, and it could not verify it. It came back.”

At 10:39 a.m., Douglas Vogt took the stand. Vogt stated that he owns a typesetting company and has been “in the business for 18 years now.”

Taitz asked Vogt if he examined the birth certificate which was posted online, and he said, “Yes, I did.”

Taitz asked Vogt if he examined the birth certificate which was posted online, and he said, “Yes, I did.” He stated that “sloping lines” would not be seen if the image had been made from a paper document

Taitz asked, “Would you expect to see a clear embossed seal on the document?” and Vogt answered, “Yes, I would.” However, he stated that such was not present on Obama’s birth certificate. Regarding the number of Obama’s purported birth record, Vogt stated that “federal regs” require that “all birth certificate numbers have to be sequential, starting on January 1.”

At 10:49, witness John Sampson took the stand. He stated that he has a background in criminal justice, served as a police officer in New York City and worked as an immigration inspector. His background includes working for the INS in the area of “immigration fraud” and he was also a deportation officer. He stated that he has testified in front of “federal grand juries.” He stated that he started his own consulting firm in 2009 and has been self-employed since then.

Taitz asked Sampson about Obama’s social security number, and Sampson said that he “ran” the number 042-68-4425 and that it was assigned to Obama since 1977.

Taitz asked if Sampson had examined the birth certificate, and he said, “Yes.” He raised the issue of the Nordyke twins’ birth certificate, whose numbers were lower than Obama’s even though their birth occurred a day later. He stated that the registrar’s name was different than that on the Nordyke twins’ documents and that it was unlikely that the registrar would have been different in the “same hospital” regarding births one day apart.

Sampson recommended further investigation, including subpoenas and court orders, to obtain more information on the number “042-68-4425.”

Sampson mentioned that Obama has also been known as “Barry Soetoro.”

Taitz asked what Sampson thought needed to be done regarding the questions about Obama’s background, and he recommended asking for an official copy of the SS-5 for his social security number application and the Hawaii Department of Health to see “if he was born in Hawaii.” Sampson stated that an investigation would be “a criminal investigation” through a U.S. attorney’s office. He said that if a person has been found to be impersonating a U.S. citizen, he would be subject to “deportation.”

Shortly thereafter, Sampson’s testimony ended, and Taitz began discussing Obama’s alleged years in Indonesia from 1968-71, during which he was known as “Barry Soetoro.”

“We have another boy who from 1968-69 was in Hawaii,” she said. The judge then said, “Are you testifying? Do you know how?” which brought laughter from the assembly. The judge then said she could discuss the matter during closing arguments. Taitz responded, “I would like to testify,” after which she took the stand.

Taitz stated that “Mr. Obama has resigned from the bar.” The judge asked, “How is that relevant?” Taitz said that it was pertinent because Obama was “hiding his identity.”

Doug Vogt just called and said that the judge offered Orly a summary judgement and the hearing would not be necessary ... but of course she wanted to present it anyway to get this evidence before the public.

Now lets see what the CIA allows the mainstream media to publish. In other words the good news is that the judge will recommend that Obama not be permitted on the Georgia primary ballot in March.

Update during break (10:10 a.m. Eastern).

Obama and his counsel did not show up at the hearings. They are in contempt of court.

Two lawyers gave uncontested evidence through paperwork from the FOIA and from plaintiffs and witnesses, that Barack Hussein Obama's father was NEVER a U.S. Citizen. The first lawyer explained that the case of Minor vs. Happerstett (sp?) defines what is required for natural born citizen status. It includes the need for TWO CITIZEN PARENTS. The documents contain the PLURAL - PARENTS, so the Supreme Court has already defined what natural born citizen status means. The same lawyer pointed out the the Won Kim Ark case was to determine U.S. Citizen status - but did not negate the fact that in the Minor case, natural born citizen status was never changed.

One lawyer brought forth evidence that the Democratic National Committee, in 2008, had two documents that differed in their wording for the nomination of Barack Hussein Obama to run for POTUS. One of them left out the sentence that claims his status would be constitutional.

Court back in session. 10:16 a.m.

Orly Taitz speaking.

She attempted to show a video to the judge and courtroom, but the judge said that it wasn't relevant to this case. He asked her to speak her argument. He then stopped her once again. Judge sounded and looked visibly annoyed.

It looked like the other lawyers left the courtroom!

Orly called a witness.

They are discussing the name of "Soebarkah" for her son, Barack Hussein Obama, on the last passport of Stanley Ann Obama - in which it was crossed out indicating the desire to remove the name.

The next witness has been called - a private investigator. Hired to look into his background. Discussing the social security number issued to him from Connecticut. Professional understanding of this? She knew it was fraudulent. The person who originally had the SS# was born in 1890. She believed that the number was fraudulent. Investigator ran SS# and addresses showed up in different places. Ran the phone number, and came up with deceased people. SS# was issued in March, 1977 - when Obama was 15.

Calling another witness. He is involved in information technology. Adobe software. Describes what software he using in his work. Discussing BC Obama posted online. When opened document - saw multiple layers on birth certificate. There were items from different documents layered together.

Now talking about the second BC posted in April, 2011. Showing images of the document and discussing numbers. After a day, it was not flattened and no one could see the SS# anymore.

New witness.

Document of Obama's tax return discussing SS# on it.

It was found that there was a discrepancy in the record. The SS# was not verified by E-Verify. Affidavit of witness that the SS# of Obama was not verified by E-Verify.

Next witness. Mr. Bogt.

He owns a company that sells document imaging scanners. Been in business for 18 years. Did he exam alleged BC that was posted online by BHO. He did. She asks what he found. Asking if there was haloing around the letters. Didn't know what it was until they replicated the form. Done in photoshop. If a document like this has any incident of such imaging - it is a fraud. Discussion of this continuing.

The originals were in books. Would you have sloping of the lines from a scanner? Yes. Evidence of this is how they copied it. If it was on a flatbed of a piece of paper, there wouldn't be any sloping.

Now discussing more irregularities with the scanned document. Discussing the stamp on the document. It is difficult to understand Orly. Asks if this looks like a document typed in 1961. Typewriters in the 1960's would be spaced evenly - the letter spaces were off.

The witness is now discussing that birth certificate numbers have to be sequential.

Another witness. Describing background in education in criminal justice. Was police officer. Hired by INS. Received on the job training at Kennedy airport. Worked on documents for immigration fraud. In 1985 worked with Homeland Security agency.

He has testified re: deportation.

November, 2009 was self-employed with own consulting firm. When he ran SS# through commercial database, the only person who was assigned to SS# was BHO. Other background info showed SS# was assigned in 1977 and assigned to someone in Connecticut. Did BHO live there? No. He was in Hawaii living with grandparents.

Three issues with SS# -
Serial numbers of Nordyke twins born before Obama were out of sequence.

Witness recommends further investigation.

Discussing Lolo Soetoro adoption of Obama and immigration records. They redacted some of the documents due to privacy act. Immigration records of Soetoro. Discussing immigration records.

He wouldn't need immigration records to enter back into U.S. if he was a U.S. Citizen. Warrants further investigation. Recommends what to do.

Witness discussing criminal investigation. If not done, then discussing falsely claiming if a U.S. Citizen. Removal proceedings to determine if individual would be held or released on his own recognisance.

Would be seeking a warrant for arrest and seeking others involved with this alleged illegal activity.

Taitz's closing argument.

Discussing records. Indonesia records stated that Mr. Obama went to school Jan. 1, 1968 and showed a picture. In 1969, shows he was in U.S. too.

Judge asked if she was "testifying." She said she would, took the oath and took the stand.

She is now testifying under oath.

She is discussing Obama's records as a lawyer.

Judge asked how this was relevant.

She said he is hiding records.

Asked her to submit her testimony in writing.

Asked her to present closing argument.

It is difficult to understand what she is saying. But she is saying that the plaintiffs are fighting for their right to be heard on this issue. Discussing forgeries. Discussing that documents and history of Obama has been changed. Mr. Obama should be declared ineligible. Obama is using computerized images. Stolen SS# - that's fraud. He is illegally occupying the White House.

I left proceeding briefly.

She also said that Mr. Obama is in contempt of court.

Judge thanked Orly and is taking documents.

Judge: This concludes the hearing. Have a good day.

Only one witness, a woman who discovered the fraudulent use of the SS# that was originally issued to a (now deceased) person in 1890 stated how she found out the information and that she has been waiting 2 1/2 years to tell her story.

Awesome....simply AWESOME! God bless this young man! God is rising up young men and women like him to speak the truth in today's culture of sin, evil, and death. Individuals like Jefferson Bethke and Tim Tebow, who have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of their lives, have taken their commitment even further than most. They put their deep faith out on the world stage for all to see and are not afraid to proclaim THE TRUTH to an oftentimes skeptical world! These young men are involved in sharing the gospel in such a way that it will reach their peers in a deeply and heartfelt way! Acknowledgement of biblical born-again Christians shows the truth being shared is genuine Christianity. At the same time, the perceived disapproval of liberal "Christians," and/or those of different religions who purposely or ignorantly dismiss God's Word, will most likely object to what the young man is saying. Those who reject the Bible, for whatever reason, might see what such true warriors for Christ are doing as "dangerous" to their fraudulent "religion." There is no doubt that such individuals (look at all the hoopla and anger spewed against Tim Tebow, for example) drive the media of mass deception absolutely crazy! But the good news is that these young saved Christians are reaching the LOST! Those who are lost but GENUINELY SEARCHING FOR THE TRUTH may have previously been searching for God in all the wrong places. Whatever they had been doing (or are still doing)in regards to the their individual search for the one true God of the universe - DIDN'T WORK! But the Bible tells us that when we truly search for God - we will find Him! And the Bible tells us that we find Him through His Son, Jesus!

I'm a bit surprised at this criticism, Pastor DeYoung. After all, the young man is not a pastor and I think that his video is more of a testimony than a sermon for all to follow.

Jesus DID criticize the Pharisees who appeared to be "religious" on the outside, but they were in actuality, more like white-washed tombs. This is the type of religion that Mr. Bethke seemed to be referring to - at least that is how I see it when I view the video.

Mat 23:27 "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead [men's] bones and all uncleanness

Pastor, you wrote:

I think that you overlooked the point that Mr. Bethke made about being involved in religion - going to church, and then looking at pornography - as evidence that relationship with Christ transformed him - not the rules of the church.

The giant of worry is one that we all suffer from. Who can't find something in their own lives to worry about? Whether is health issues, money problems, marital conflicts, problems with children, inability to find a job in this economy, the wrong direction that our country is headed under Obama's failed policies (just to name a few) - what person can claim that they have no worries to deal with?

I think that the message of this sermon is the message found in Scripture. Jesus said it best when he told us:

Jhn 16:33 "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will [fn] have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

When we believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and we know Jesus personally as the Lord and Savior of our lives, then no matter what happens in this fallen, temporary, finite world we live in won't EVER keep us from having the peace that Jesus speaks of. Why? Because we know that Jesus has "overcome the world" by the greatest act in human history! When we confess our sins and repent, open our hearts to Jesus Christ and inviting Him in to dwell with us in the form of the Holy Spirit, and allow Him to guide us into all understanding through God's written Word, the Bible, then we have what it takes to gain the peace that surpasses all understanding!

This doesn't mean that we don't work while in the word. Jesus told us to watch, wait and work until he comes back to receive his own and bring us to the place he has prepared for us. We know it will be a magnificent day!

This is one of the most basic and important passages in Scripture. How can we know the way to God? Only through Jesus. Jesus is the way because he is both God and man. By united our lives with his, we are united with God. Trust Jesus to take you to the Father, and all the benefits of being God's child will be your.

Jesus says he is the only way to God the Father. Some people may argue that this way is too narrow. In reality, it is wide enough for the whole world, if the world chooses to accept it. Instead of worrying about how limited it sounds to have only one way, we should be saying "Thank you, God, for providing a sure way to get to you!

As the way Jesus is our path to the Father. As the truth, he is the reality of all God's promises. As the life, he joins his divine life to ours, both now and eternally.

Jesus is the visible, tangible image of the invisible God. He is the complete revelation of what God is life. Jesus explained to Philip, who wanted to see the Father, that to know Jesus is to know God. The search for God, for truth and reality, ends in Christ. (See also Colossians 1:15; Hebrews 1:1-4.)

THE Pertinent Question: If There's Nothing to Hide and it’s Not a Forgery, Then Why Not Show the Original Document? [Updates!]

The website Post & Email has a great essay up today regarding the case of Atty. Orly Taitz, who represents a registered voter and four presidential candidates in a challenge to the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to have his name placed on the Georgia ballot for the election of 2012.

This case is different from the birth certificate cases because it is asking for Obama to show his original papers to prove that he is eligible to appear on the Georgia ballot for the election of 2012.

Obama’s attorney filed a Motion to Quash the subpoenas, and it’s interesting because he wants to quash all of the subpoenas. He doesn’t have any reason to quash the others. He’s not presenting anything that would show that any of the other subpoenas are in any way invalid or irrelevant.

I was really maligned and attacked by some of the Obama operatives who have claimed to be on our side who wrote horrible articles that I was lying. In reality, the subpoenas are valid. In reality, if the subpoenas were not valid, then Barack Obama, the presumed president of the United States, would not be filing a Motion to Quash

It places him in a very bad light, because he released what he claims to be a valid birth certificate which he has put on mugs and T-shirts. So why is he quashing the subpoena to get the original? If there’s nothing to hide and it’s not a forgery, then why not show the original document? Clearly, he is nervous; he’s worried. he knows that what he showed is just a cheap forgery and that he and many others will end up in prison.

I expected his attorney to file a Motion to Quash, but not for all of the subpoenas I filed.

It’s interesting because in his motion, he’s attacking me personally, saying “It’s a political vendetta.” It’s 7 or 8 pages. On the subpoena, he is attacking me, bringing up unrelated cases. And the point is, when you file a Motion to Quash the subpoena, there are specific guidelines: whether or not the subpoena is relevant, oppressive or redundant. He was supposed to provide specific reasons: what is improper or oppressive or redundant, but he didn’t. He just attacked me personally.

1. Constitutional Convention – “Citizen” v “Natural Born Citizen":
When developing a new U.S. Constitution for the United States of America, Alexander Hamilton submitted a suggested draft on June 18, 1787. In addition, he also submitted to the framers a proposal for the qualification requirements in Article II as to the necessary Citizenship status for the office of President and Commander in Chief of the Military.
Alexander Hamilton’s suggested presidential eligibility clause:

No person shall be eligible to the office of President of the United States unless he be now a Citizen of one of the States, or hereafter be born a Citizen of the United States.

Many of the founders and framers expressed fear of foreign influence on the person who would in the future serve as President of the United States since this particular office was singularly and uniquely powerful under the proposed new Constitution. This question of foreign influence was elevated when John Jay considered the additional power granted to the Presidency during times of war, that is when he serves as Commander in Chief of the military. Jay felt strongly that whoever served as President and Commander In Chief during times of war must owe their sole allegiance to and only to the United States.
Because this fear of foreign influence on a future President and Commander in Chief was strongly felt, Jay took it upon himself to draft a letter to General George Washington, the presiding officer of the Constitutional Convention, recommending/hinting that the framers should strengthen the Citizenship requirements for the office of the President.
John Jay was an avid reader and proponent of natural law and particularly Vattel’s codification of natural law and the Law of Nations. In his letter to Washington he said that the Citizenship requirement for the office of the commander of our armies should contain a “strong check” against foreign influence and he recommended to Washington that the command of the military be open only to a “natural born Citizen”. Thus Jay did not agree that simply being a “born Citizen” was sufficient enough protection from foreign influence in the singular most powerful office in the new form of government. Rather, Jay wanted to make sure the President and Commander In Chief owed his allegiance solely to the United States of America. He wanted another adjective added to the eligibility clause, i.e., ‘natural’. And that word ‘natural’ goes to the Citizenship status of one’s parents via natural law.
Below is the relevant change to Hamilton’s proposed language detailed in Jay’s letter written to George Washington dated 25 July 1787:

Permit me to hint, whether it would be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expressly that the Command in Chief of the American army shall not be given to nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.

Upon receiving Jay’s letter, General Washington passed on the recommendation to the convention where it was adopted in the final draft. Thus Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution, the fundamental law of our nation reads:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

There you have the crux of the issue now before the nation and the answer.
Hamilton’s suggested presidential citizenship eligibility requirement was that a Citizen simply had to be ‘born a Citizen’ of the USA, i.e., a Citizen by Birth. But that citizenship status was overwhelmingly rejected by the framers as insufficient. Instead of allowing any person “born a citizen” to be President and Commander of the military, the framers chose to adopt the more stringent requirement recommended by John Jay, i.e., requiring the Citizen to be a “natural born Citizen“, to block any chance of future Presidents owing allegiance to other foreign nations or claims on their allegiance at birth from becoming President and Commander of the Military.. Therefore, the President of the United States must be a “natural born citizen” with unity of citizenship and sole allegiance to the United States at birth. [SOURCE CREDIT]
So why do we keep hearing about the President only needing to be “born a citizen”? Well, let’s start with the fallacy of the 14th amendment trumping Article II -

2. The Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution was adopted 9 July 1868:

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

The intent and purpose of the (14th) amendment was to provide equal citizenship to all Americans either born on U.S. soil or naturalized therein and subject to the jurisdiction thereof. It does not grant “natural born Citizen” status. It only confers “citizen” status, as that is the exact word used by the Amendment itself and that is the same word that appears in Article I, II, III, and IV of the Constitution. It just conveys the status of “citizen,” and as we learned from how the Framers handled the Naturalization Acts of 1790 and 1795, being a “citizen” does not necessarily mean that one is a “natural born Citizen.”
The Fourteenth Amendment only tells us who may become members of the community called the United States, i.e., those born on U.S. soil or naturalized and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are U.S. citizens. The amendment was needed because under Scott v. Sandford, 60 U.S. 393 (1856), slaves and their descendents, whether free or not, were not considered as being members of that community even though born on U.S. soil and unlike the American Indians subject to the jurisdiction thereof. But the amendment only allowed these slaves and their descendents to become a member of the U.S. community by making them U.S. citizens. Once those persons or anybody else (e.g. Wong Kim Ark) so became a member of the U.S. community (became a U.S. citizen by birth on U.S. soil or through naturalization), then that person could join with another U.S. citizen and procreate a child on U.S. soil who would then be an Article II "natural born Citizen."
Hence, during the Founding, the original citizens created the new Constitutional Republic. Through Article II’s grandfather clause, they were allowed to be President. Their posterity would be the "natural born Citizens" who would perpetuate the new nation and its values. These “natural born Citizens,” born after the adoption of the Constitution, would be the future Presidents.
Subsequently, a “natural born Citizen” was created by someone first becoming a member of the United States (a U.S. citizen) by birth on its soil to a mother and father who were U.S. citizens or if not so born then through naturalization, and then joining with another similarly created U.S. citizen to procreate a child on U.S. soil. The product of that union would be an Article II “natural born Citizen.”
After the Fourteenth Amendment, it became sufficient to be a citizen if one were merely born on U.S. soil or naturalized and subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S. That U.S. citizen would then procreate with another similarly created U.S citizen and produce a “natural born Citizen.”
As we can see, becoming a U.S. citizen is only the first step in the process of creating a “natural born Citizen.” The second step is the two U.S citizens procreating a child on U.S. soil. It is these “natural born Citizens” who can someday be President or Vice President of the United States. Stated differently, a President must be a second generation American citizen by both U.S. citizen parents. A Senator or Representative can be a first generation American citizen by naturalization or birth. It is the extra generation carried by a President which assures the American people that he/she is born with attachment and allegiance only to the United States. [SOURCE CREDIT]
Now, let’s take a look at the Godfather of the 14th amendment and see what he had to say about “born a citizen” vs “natural born citizen” –

3. Rep. John Bingham, Principal Framer of the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

During a debate (see pg. 2791) regarding a certain Dr. Houard, who had been incarcerated in Spain, the issue was raised on the floor of the House of Representatives as to whether the man was a US citizen. Representative Bingham (of Ohio), stated on the floor:

As to the question of citizenship I am willing to resolve all doubts in favor of a citizen of the United States. That Dr. Houard is a natural-born citizen of the United States there is not room for the shadow of a doubt. He was born of naturalized parents within the jurisdiction of the United States, and by the express words of the Constitution, as amended to-day, he is declared to all the world to be a citizen of the United States by birth. (The term “to-day”, as used by Bingham, means “to date”. Obviously, the Constitution had not been amended on April 25, 1872.)

Notice that Bingham declares Houard to be a “natural-born citizen” by citing two factors – born of citizen parents in the US.
John Bingham, aka “father of the 14th Amendment”, was an abolitionist congressman from Ohio who prosecuted Lincoln’s assassins. Ten years earlier, he stated on the House floor:

All from other lands, who by the terms of [congressional] laws and a compliance with their provisions become naturalized, are adopted citizens of the United States; all other persons born within the Republic, of parents owing allegiance to no other sovereignty, are natural born citizens. Gentleman can find no exception to this statement touching natural-born citizens except what is said in the Constitution relating to Indians. - (Cong. Globe, 37th, 2nd Sess., 1639 (1862))

Then in 1866, Bingham also stated on the House floor:

Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.... - (Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Sess., 1291 (1866))

According to Justice Black, Bingham’s words uttered on the floor of the House are the most reliable source. Bingham made three statements, none of them challenged on the Floor, which indicate that a natural born citizen is a person born on US soil to parents who were US citizens. [SOURCE CREDIT]
And of course we’ve all heard the Supreme Court has never ruled on or defined what a “natural born citizen” is, but that is a folly –

Society not being able to subsist and to perpetuate itself but by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.

Shanks v. Dupont, 28 U.S. 3 Pet. 242 242 (1830)

Ann Scott was born in South Carolina before the American revolution, and her father adhered to the American cause and remained and was at his death a citizen of South Carolina. There is no dispute that his daughter Ann, at the time of the Revolution and afterwards, remained in South Carolina until December, 1782. Whether she was of age during this time does not appear. If she was, then her birth and residence might be deemed to constitute her by election a citizen of South Carolina. If she was not of age, then she might well be deemed under the circumstances of this case to hold the citizenship of her father, for children born in a country, continuing while under age in the family of the father, partake of his national character as a citizen of that country. Her citizenship, then, being prima facie established, and indeed this is admitted in the pleadings, has it ever been lost, or was it lost before the death of her father, so that the estate in question was, upon the descent cast, incapable of vesting in her? Upon the facts stated, it appears to us that it was not lost and that she was capable of taking it at the time of the descent cast.

Dred Scott v. Sandford, 60 U.S. 393 (1857)

The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As society cannot perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their parents, and succeed to all their rights.' Again: 'I say, to be of the country, it is necessary to be born of a person who is a citizen; for if he be born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country. . . .

Minor v. Happersett , 88 U.S. 162 (1875)

The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first.

United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898)

At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children, born in a country of parents who were its citizens, became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.

The Supreme Court of the United States has never applied the term “natural born citizen” to any other category than “those born in the country of parents who are citizens thereof”. [SOURCE CREDIT]
Let’s take a look at the numerous attempts congress has made over the years to change the definition of Article II even though any educated American knows that to change the constitution in any shape or form a constitutional amendment is required. -

5. Attempts to redefine or amend Article II “natural born Citizen” Clause of the U.S. Constitution:

The effort to remove the natural-born citizen requirement from the U.S. Constitution actually began in 1975 – when Democrat House Rep. Jonathon B. Bingham, [NY-22] introduced a constitutional amendment under H.J.R. 33: which called for the outright removal of the natural-born requirement for president found in Article II of the U.S. Constitution – “Provides that a citizen of the United States otherwise eligible to hold the Office of President shall not be ineligible because such citizen is not a natural born citizen.”
Bingham’s first attempt failed and he resurrected H.J.R. 33: in 1977 under H.J.R. 38:, again failing to gain support from members of congress. Bingham was a Yale Law grad and member of the secret society Skull and Bones, later a lecturer at Columbia Law and thick as thieves with the United Nations via his membership in the Council on Foreign Relations.
Bingham’s work lay dormant for twenty-six years when it was resurrected again in 2003 as Democrat members of Congress made no less than eight (8) attempts in twenty-two (22) months, to either eliminate the natural-born requirement, or redefine natural-born to accommodate Barack Hussein Obama II in advance of his rise to power. The evidence is right in the congressional record…

On June 11, 2003 Democrat House member Vic Snyder [AR-2] introduced H.J.R 59: in the 108th Congress – “Constitutional Amendment – Makes a person who has been a citizen of the United States for at least 35 years and who has been a resident within the United States for at least 14 years eligible to hold the office of President or Vice President.” – Co-Sponsors: Rep Conyers, John, Jr. [MI-14]; Rep Delahunt, William D. [MA-10]; Rep Frank, Barney [MA-4]; Rep Issa, Darrell E. [CA-49]; Rep LaHood, Ray [IL-18]; Rep Shays, Christopher [CT-4].

On February 25, 2004, Republican Senator Don Nickles [OK] attempted to counter the growing Democrat onslaught aimed at removing the natural-born citizen requirement for president in S.2128: – “Natural Born Citizen Act – Defines the constitutional term “natural born citizen,” to establish eligibility for the Office of President” – also getting the definition of natural born citizen wrong. – Co-sponsors Sen Inhofe, James M. All of these efforts failing in committee and the 2008 presidential election looming with an unconstitutional candidate leading the DNC ticket, Democrat Senator Claire McCaskill, [MO] tries to attach the alteration to a military bill in S.2678: on February 28, 2008 – “Children of Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act – Declares that the term “natural born Citizen” in article II, section 1, clause 5 of the Constitution, dealing with the criteria for election to President of the United States, includes any person born to any U.S. citizen while serving in the active or reserve components of the U.S. armed forces.” – Co-Sponsors DNC Presidential candidate Sen Clinton, Hillary Rodham [NY]; DNC Presidential candidate Sen Obama, Barack [IL]; Sen Menendez, Robert [NJ]; Sen Coburn, Tom [OK] – (This was the first effort to also assure that GOP Presidential candidate Sen. John McCain [AZ] would be cleared to run against the DNC primary victor.)
From June 11, 2003 to February 28, 2008, there had been eight (8) different congressional attempts to alter Article II – Section I – Clause V – natural born citizen requirements for president in the U.S. Constitution, all of them failing in committee — All of it taking placing during Barack Obama’s rise to political power and preceding the November 2008 presidential election.
In politics, there are no coincidences… not of this magnitude.
Finally on April 10, 2008, unable to alter or remove the natural born citizen requirement to clear the way for Barack Obama, the U.S. Senate acts to shift focus before the election, introducing and passing S.R.511: – declaring Sen. John McCain a “natural born citizen” eligible to run for and hold the office of president. There was never any honest doubt about McCain, the son of a U.S. Navy Commander. The Sponsor of the resolution is Democrat Senator Claire McCaskill, [MO]
S.R.511 States that John Sidney McCain, III, is a “natural born Citizen” under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States. S.R511 passed by a 99-0 unanimous consent of the Senate, with only John McCain not voting. The basis was – “Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens;” – a condition not met by Barack Hussein Obama II. – Co-Sponsors DNC Presidential candidate Sen Clinton, Hillary Rodham [NY]; DNC Presidential candidate Sen Obama, Barack [IL]; Sen Leahy, Patrick J. [VT]; Sen Webb, Jim [VA]; Sen Coburn, Tom [OK] (They had made certain that John McCain would run against Barack Obama)
However, in the McCain resolution is also this language – “Whereas the Constitution of the United States requires that, to be eligible for the Office of the President, a person must be a `natural born Citizen’ of the United States; – Whereas the term `natural born Citizen’, as that term appears in Article II, Section 1, is not defined in the Constitution of the United States;”
The U.S. Constitution is not a dictionary. The definition of “is” is not in the constitution either. Yet this is the text that would later be issued in Congressional Research Service talking points memos distributed to members of congress, to protect an individual that all members of congress know and understand to be an “unconstitutional” resident of the people’s White House – Barack Hussein Obama II.
Once again, as the political left was unable to alter the U.S. Constitution by way of legitimate constitutional process, they resorted to altering the constitution via precedent setting, in short, knowingly electing and getting away with seating an unconstitutional president in order to alter Article II requirements for the office via breaking those constitutional requirements.
The press would not ask any questions and the American people were already too ill-informed of their constitution to know or too distracted by daily life to care. The press would provide the cover, swearing to the lies of an unconstitutional administration put in power by criminal actors focused only on their lofty political agenda of forever altering the American form of government.

While cleaning up the kitchen after dinner, I was watching, the Sean Hannity show. Sat down to blog about Sarah Palin's newsworthy statement, "If I was in South Carolina, in order to keep this thing going, I'd vote for Newt," but Legal Insurrection already posted about it:

Sarah Palin on Hannity just stated that if she were in South Carolina she would vote for Newt to keep the election from being declared over if Romney wins.

She emphasized that we need answers to questions, and can’t risk October surprises.

Mitt Romney: The Last Republican President? - If ever a candidate mirrored the mindset and approach of George H.W. Bush, it is Mitt Romney. This is the last hurrah of the Republican establishment.

Because of the failures of the Obama regime, the world has become a much more dangerous place with the Middle East is now fully dominated by the radical element of Islam. As in the Balkans in the early part of the twentieth century, a minor misstep or misunderstanding in this region could ignite another global conflict. China, despite its own internal fault lines, is determined to exert its power and influence not only in the Far East but throughout the globe. A worldwide financial meltdown in the next 12 to 18 months is not out of the realm of possibility.

At no time in the past 150 years has the nation needed a bold and decisive leader that could not only initiate change but be honest with the American people.

Yet the current governing class and in particular the Republican establishment is treating this election cycle as if it were no different from any other during the past sixty years. Their reaction to the Tea Party movement is indicative of this mindset, as they choose to denigrate and dismiss this grassroots uprising as just another passing crusade by conservative ideologues. They fail to understand that the appeal of Ron Paul is that he is willing to stick it to the ruling class. The primary concern of the establishment, either Republican or Democrat, is to retain power through the control of the purse strings, and to put off any difficult decisions while "compromising" with the opposition.

The campaign strategy of Mitt Romney mirrors that of all the past moderate nominees chosen by the Party. The formula: speak the language of the conservative majority in the Party, claim only a moderate can get elected, divide the vote among the conservatives running for the nomination, mobilize the media to destroy any real conservative challenger, and overwhelm these same challengers with money from the deep-pocket establishment contributors.

The only criterion for people running for president should be: what have they actually done and accomplished in their previous jobs or positions? If there is one lesson to take from the Obama 2008 campaign, it is that relying on words and image can result in choosing a man that is a disaster for the country.

Mitt Romney, by his actions in Massachusetts both campaigning for the U.S. Senate and as Governor, has shown himself to be more than willing to compromise with the Left and the Democrats. He has proposed and passed the socialist RomneyCare policy, pro-abortion regulations, and gun control, and raised numerous taxes and fees while increasing spending dramatically. During the current campaign he refuses to call Barack Obama what he is; instead Romney refers to him as just "being over his head."

If ever a candidate mirrored the mindset and approach of George H.W. Bush, it is Mitt Romney.

This is the last hurrah of the Republican establishment. The conservatives and libertarians will vote for Romney in November, but only because he is not Barack Obama. There will be no enthusiasm, which will hurt the down ballot contests for the U.S. Senate, the House and state governorships. Despite the factors weighing against Obama in this upcoming election, it will be a much closer contest that it should be; perhaps a razor thin victory for Romney.

If Romney were to lose the election, there will be a grass-roots revolt against the Republican Party which will spell its demise. If he wins and the nation, through the mis-directed policies of Romney and the Republicans in the Congress, continues on its current path of compromising and nibbling around the edges of the nation's problems, then Romney will be the last Republican president and the specter of the Democrats re-assuming power will be a reality.

This is not only the most important election for the nation in over a century but also one that will determine the fate of a political party founded in 1854 in opposition to slavery and the corruption in the Democratic Party.

‘The Plan’ – Agenda 21: The Death Knell of Liberty

The Agenda 21 Globalists wine and dine each other, and hold conventions and conferences around the world. They give each other praise, pats on the back, and prestigious awards. The Norwegian Globalists just gave Obama the Nobel Peace Prize, and for the same reason that they gave one to Al Gore — promoting globalization and Agenda 21.

Gore’s movie “An Inconvenient Truth” also received an Oscar from the Hollywood elite. These honors have been bestowed on Gore, not for exposing the truth — for “An Inconvenient Truth” is merely a slickly packaged lie — but because the film spreads the falsehoods of Agenda 21 so well.

It can only be shown to school children in the U.K. if accompanied by a disclaimer. The U.K.‘s “The Daily Mail” reports that “…teachers will have to warn pupils that there are other opinions on global warming, and they should not necessarily accept the views of the film.”

The Daily Mail also noted that the lawyer who successfully sued to have the disclaimer attached, said it did not go far enough. “He said ‘no amount of turgid guidance’ could change the fact that the film is unfit for consumption in the classroom.” Yet American students see it over, and over. With no disclaimer.

In June of 2009, NASA said that global warming is caused by solar cycles — i.e. the sun. Unsaid was the fact that the greenhouse gas theory is full of holes. Actually it’s a fairy tale, a convenient lie to force the world to bend to the will of the globalists.

Under pressure from the Obama Administration NASA now teaches that global warming is caused by the greenhouse effect, and “bad” gases like CO2 — which we humans unfortunately emit each time we breathe. Bad humans!

Al Gore, the CoR, the U.N., and all of the environmental organizations and their adherents, don’t care what the truth is. They could care less about what causes global warming. They have their “outside enemy… invented for the purpose,” and they are not about to let go of it.

The Globalists actually tried Global Cooling first, but for various reasons it didn’t fly. Look at page 22 in the 1974 Annual Rockefeller Report, and you’ll find the mention of a conference called to investigate “…the future implications of the global cooling trend now underway….” Things sure warmed up in a hurry.

So what is the “purpose?” What’s really behind all the global warming hoopla? Power. It’s the same old Marxist/Communist/Fascist collectivist schtick, dressed up in new clothes.

Global warming is all about a power grab by a wealthy elite and their collectivist sycophants — using the U.N. as a cover and tool.

As always, there are numerous “useful idiots” who swallow the party line whole. Some of them are simply misguided idealists, and some of them are nuts — dangerously nuts.

Behind it all, is a relatively small group of people who are manipulating the world for their own sick, narcissistic ends. It’s a perfect cover. Think about it — who doesn’t feel that fresh air, clean water, and healthy environments are admirable ends to work towards? Any sane person supports such ideals. But hidden in back of the admirable goals are some diabolical designs.

Don’t take my word for it, and don’t dismiss me without research. We all need to know what’s headed our way shortly. If you aren’t aware of these facts already, then educate yourself on the internet. At least check out Green-Agenda.com.
What have we seen since the Obama Administration took over? The brainiacs in charge of America’s finances have been ignoring our debts, and eagerly proposing ways to sink us deeper into the quagmire. A lot deeper.
At first I thought that they were simply corrupt, venal, self-serving idiots — all of which is undoubtedly true, but they’re also destroying America’s financial foundation, cleverly and intentionally.
They want the American dollar replaced by a new global currency. They want America’s middle class to hang in the wind, and die on the vine. They’re Globalists, and they want America to fail. Why else would they add trillions to an already staggering debt? Why else would they try to rush through a Cap and Trade bill that will, in Obama’s words, make electricity prices “skyrocket.” Why else would they jam ObamaCare down America’s throat? Why else would Obama say he’d bankrupt anybody who built a new coal plant?

Once you grasp Agenda 21 and the sly machinations of the United Nations, and globalizing NGOs like the CoR, it all makes sense.

It’s “The Plan.” Ruin America’s economy, destroy her middle class, and put a stranglehold on her energy grid.

At the U.N. Summit at Rio in 1992, the Conference Secretary-General, Maurice Strong, said “Isn’t the only hope for this planet that the industrialized civilization collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?” (See, “Maurice Strong and the Collapse of Industrialized Civilizations.”)
He also said, “Current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class — involving high meat intake, the use of fossil fuels, electrical appliances, home and workplace air-conditioning, and suburban housing — are not sustainable.”

Club of Rome member, multi-billionaire George Soros [Gulag Bound link] echoed Strong’s statement last fall, when he told an Australian newspaper, “America, as the center of the globalized financial markets, was sucking up the savings of the world. This is now over. The game is out,’ he said, adding that the time has come for ‘a very serious adjustment’ in American’s consumption habits.” (See, “Soros Sees End of US-led Globalized Market System.”)

Forced to cut back on fossil fuel consumption. Forced to cut back on water usage. Forced to give up our property. Forced to eat less. Forced to warm or cool our homes less. Forced to give up driving. Forced to give up these, and many other things that we currently take for granted. It’s “The Plan” — you had better believe it.

Look at what’s happening to California’s Central Valley — once “the world’s breadbasket,” and now a dust bowl. All due to Agenda 21. (See “A Storm Brews over Food, Water, & Power.”)
I assure you that the globalists will not help the farmers. As the saying goes, “You can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.” The globalists want the land unplowed. They want it to go “back to nature.” They want to increase the price of food. They want to ruin the middle class farming community. It’s all part of “The Plan.”

It is not just America this is happening to, of course. Australia, Great Britain, Japan, Canada, Germany… Every country is on the verge of being converted into a vassal state—part of a global hegemony run by the U.N and a power elite.
All this will be more easily accomplished with a greatly reduced population. Did I mention population reduction and control?

Behind all the warm and fuzzy terminology about “smart growth,” “sustainable development,” and “think green,” lies a very chilling fact. The Agenda 21 folks want to reduce the earth’s population—substantially.

The author gets into all the ways that "population reduction and control" is being carried out throughout the world. Is there now any doubt in your mind that abortion is tantamount to "The Plan"??? I often thought that it was all about money - making huge amounts of money (e.g. Planned Parenthood - a.k.a. Planned Infanticide in my mind). But Agenda 21 shows us that it is all about POWER and controlling the masses. The creepy evils of Marxism, Fascism, Socialism, Globalism, Atheism, and Islamic Terrorism (Their "book" tells them to kill infidels...right? They kill women under the guise of "honor killings." They kill THEMSELVES via suicide/homicide bombings) all rolled into one so that these billionaire elites can become their own "gods"! Unredeemed men have made such a mess of it all....haven't they?

Jesus certainly warned us of those who would follow the "father of lies" - Satan:

Rick Santorum's answer on Agenda 21 was a bit less than satisfying (but still better than Romney's), however, Newt Gingrich's answer was spot on!

Rick Perry's campaign is on life support at this juncture, and his
affiliation with Agenda 21 leads me to believe that he isn't the conservative presidential candidate that we have been looking for.

John Huntsman dropped out of the race today, and couldn't resist lecturing the other candidates and the public about "attacking" one another. Does Huntsman think for one minute that his former employer - Barack Hussein Obama - isn't going to get nasty and downright dirty in attacking the Republican nominee once he is announced??? Give me a break! Glad you are out of the running, Huntsman! You are at best a RINO, and at worse a Democratic plant!

I would like to add that Ron Paul is another suspected Democrat plant. If you have listened to him during any of the debates, he dismisses true Conservative values, the Republican platform, and his foreign policy is abysmal!! The lemmings that follow him have all been brainwashed (more like brain-DIRTIED via the colleges and universities that are mostly run by the political leftist elites who either openly, or secretly adhere to the Agenda 21 destruction plan.

I have to say that God is SO GOOD! He has been protecting our people and nation for a LONG TIME from this diabolical "Plan" that comes straight from the devil himself! We can now see why the book of Revelation is the one that Jesus Christ said was THE BOOK that would bless those who keep the words of the prophecy in this book! Christians who do so, know what is coming! What's more, we can have peace through any tribulation! We know Who wins in the end!!

The Agenda 21 Globalists wine and dine each other, and hold conventions and conferences around the world. They give each other praise, pats on the back, and prestigious awards. The Norwegian Globalists just gave Obama the Nobel Peace Prize, and for the same reason that they gave one to Al Gore — promoting globalization and Agenda 21.

Gore’s movie “An Inconvenient Truth” also received an Oscar from the Hollywood elite. These honors have been bestowed on Gore, not for exposing the truth — for “An Inconvenient Truth” is merely a slickly packaged lie — but because the film spreads the falsehoods of Agenda 21 so well.

It can only be shown to school children in the U.K. if accompanied by a disclaimer. The U.K.‘s “The Daily Mail” reports that “…teachers will have to warn pupils that there are other opinions on global warming, and they should not necessarily accept the views of the film.”

The Daily Mail also noted that the lawyer who successfully sued to have the disclaimer attached, said it did not go far enough. “He said ‘no amount of turgid guidance’ could change the fact that the film is unfit for consumption in the classroom.” Yet American students see it over, and over. With no disclaimer.

In June of 2009, NASA said that global warming is caused by solar cycles — i.e. the sun. Unsaid was the fact that the greenhouse gas theory is full of holes. Actually it’s a fairy tale, a convenient lie to force the world to bend to the will of the globalists.

Under pressure from the Obama Administration NASA now teaches that global warming is caused by the greenhouse effect, and “bad” gases like CO2 — which we humans unfortunately emit each time we breathe. Bad humans!

Al Gore, the CoR, the U.N., and all of the environmental organizations and their adherents, don’t care what the truth is. They could care less about what causes global warming. They have their “outside enemy… invented for the purpose,” and they are not about to let go of it.

The Globalists actually tried Global Cooling first, but for various reasons it didn’t fly. Look at page 22 in the 1974 Annual Rockefeller Report, and you’ll find the mention of a conference called to investigate “…the future implications of the global cooling trend now underway….” Things sure warmed up in a hurry.

So what is the “purpose?” What’s really behind all the global warming hoopla? Power. It’s the same old Marxist/Communist/Fascist collectivist schtick, dressed up in new clothes.

Global warming is all about a power grab by a wealthy elite and their collectivist sycophants — using the U.N. as a cover and tool.

As always, there are numerous “useful idiots” who swallow the party line whole. Some of them are simply misguided idealists, and some of them are nuts — dangerously nuts.

Behind it all, is a relatively small group of people who are manipulating the world for their own sick, narcissistic ends. It’s a perfect cover. Think about it — who doesn’t feel that fresh air, clean water, and healthy environments are admirable ends to work towards? Any sane person supports such ideals. But hidden in back of the admirable goals are some diabolical designs.

What have we seen since the Obama Administration took over? The brainiacs in charge of America’s finances have been ignoring our debts, and eagerly proposing ways to sink us deeper into the quagmire. A lot deeper.
At first I thought that they were simply corrupt, venal, self-serving idiots — all of which is undoubtedly true, but they’re also destroying America’s financial foundation, cleverly and intentionally.

Why else would they add trillions to an already staggering debt? Once you grasp Agenda 21 and the sly machinations of the United Nations, and globalizing NGOs like the CoR, it all makes sense.

It’s “The Plan.” Ruin America’s economy, destroy her middle class, and put a stranglehold on her energy grid.

I assure you that the globalists will not help the farmers. As the saying goes, “You can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.” The globalists want the land unplowed. It is not just America this is happening to, of course. Australia, Great Britain, Japan, Canada, Germany… Every country is on the verge of being converted into a vassal state—part of a global hegemony run by the U.N and a power elite.

Behind all the warm and fuzzy terminology about “smart growth,” “sustainable development,” and “think green,” lies a very chilling fact. The Agenda 21 folks want to reduce the earth’s population—substantially.

Even though I watched most of the game between the Denver Broncos and New England Patriots this past Saturday, I missed this awesome commercial that aired during the football game:

Tebow Is Just Loving Jesus and Playing Football

Last night, I was rooting for the Denver Broncos and Tim Tebow; despite the fact that they were playing against one of the top teams and best quarterbacks in the NFL. My son follows all of the teams closely and even though he is a fan of Tebow and the Broncos, prior to the game he predicted that the Broncos might lose 52-0. As shocking as that prediction was, I thought that if defeated, the Broncos would not lose that bad. As it turned out, my son wasn't too far from the final score of 45-10.

I became a bit upset as half-time approached and my daughter quickly brought me back to reality when she said, "It's only a football game!" True. Very true! I was hoping for something that probably wasn't possible considering all of the circumstances surrounding this game.

It seemed to me that the Patriots were being particularly brutal in their attack machine, but that's part of game. It also appeared to me that quarterback Tom Brady was passing with a vengeance. That turns out to be true because my son told me that their team had lost the last 3 "first" playoff games; even though they won quite a few over the past ten years. Brady's determination turned into setting new records in yesterday's game.

It was interesting to hear one of the announcers during the half-time show claim that Brady may have been upset about all of the press coverage that Tebow got in the lead up to this game. After all, Brady and his team have been three-time Superbowl champs and Brady himself is a two-time MVP. It might be difficult to know if the sports caster's opinion is true or not, but at the end of the game I saw over a dozen cameramen and/or photographers following Tebow on the field. Tim was filmed walking around the field looking for someone. Minutes later Tebow and his entourage of photographers found him greeting his friend on the Patriots team. They shook hands and Tim probably congratulated the Patriots team member for the decisive victory. That is just the kind of person that Tebow is.

The media firestorm over Tim Tebow (including the criticism that he is outspoken about his Christian faith) was created by the media - not Tim Tebow. The public can decide whether they absolutely can't stand Tim Tebow, just hate Tim Tebow, are confused about Tim Tebow and the public support he generates, love Tim Tebow, or just like him - all of which is often based on their own personal views and/or biases regarding religious expression in the public arena.

I can really appreciate what Meanderings of a Restless Mind had to say; including the cautions that are included about any type of idol worship of the guy. But I don't think that is the case with most genuine Christians. When a fellow believer breaks out in strong faith and has a huge platform in which to share deep faith, it is essential to know that he/she does so in order to point to Jesus Christ, NOT themselves. Being grateful to God is not selfish. And good works come from those who are grateful, follow the Great Commission, and want to share all that they can about Jesus and the Bible with others. That is a self-less kind of faith! And that type of faith is harder for the naysayers to logically criticize, even though they will try to do so with venom and contempt.

That’s why I’m a Tebow fan. Not because I think he’s the ‘chosen one’ but because I look at him and I see the real deal. I see a guy who’s in love with Jesus and doesn’t care if people know. He’s living his walk just like the rest of us. He has, however, been given a much bigger stage than the average Christ follower like myself. All eyes, Christian and non, are on him. And he’s doing an incredible job standing firm in his beliefs, if i do say so myself. How he stays humble and grounded through all this popularity, be it positive or not, is a sign of his faith and his strong reliance on God in his life. He’s using what God has given him and giving it right back by being an example of a true Christian life. And THAT is why I’m a Tim Tebow fan.

If the Broncos lose to New England on Saturday he’s still going to be Tim Tebow the Christian football player.

God will still love him. And so will I.

This will be a different kind of blogpost because quite frankly, I don't have the time at this moment to completely read through the two posts that I want to share today!

The first one is over at Dr Kates View: False Patriots, Ron Paul, and the Constitution.

After glancing through the post, there appears to be both a pro-Paul and anti-Paul argument presented.

The second one is over at The Intel Hub: Exposed: Secret Presidential Chemtrail Budget Uncovered – Congress Exceeds Billions To Spray Populace Like Roaches.

It is a very long read, but I plan to get through it sometime on Friday of this week. Brief travel plans prevent me from getting through all of the material today.

Over the course of several months, I have been reading about the "chem-trails" controversy over at Dr. Kates View blog. It is difficult to believe that such a thing may be going on in a secretive way here in the United States. However, with all of the corruption coming out of Zero's administration, nothing would surprise me anymore.

While walking my dogs yesterday, I saw what appeared to be chem-trails in the sky, several miles in the distance. It was very sunny early in the day, but later the skies suddenly turned cloudy and gray. Coincidence? Maybe. Perhaps the "chem-trails" were only contrails formed from planes in the air? That has usually been the explanation. But when they go in such different directions (see the photos at The Intel Hub link above) all at the same time, doesn't that seem a bit suspicious?

Anyway, consider this blog post a "Talk Wisdom Reports - You Decide" type of essay. I would appreciate any input about Dr. Ron Paul's candidacy and the chem-trail controversy.

Here is your chance to be a helpful reporter. What is your opinion about chem-trails? Do you think there may be something to it or is it just a huge conspiracy theory?

As I have previously stated, I haven't had the opportunity to completely read through each of the articles yet.

As for Ron Paul, the fact that so many young Democrats voted for him in New Hampshire (according to posted exit polls at Fox News website) it would seem that he would not be a conservative or TEA Party favorite. It could also mean that the TEA Party is split on his candidacy.

My husband and I think that his foreign policy views are highly dangerous - especially when he does not take the Iranian regime seriously in their hatred for Israel and desire to gain, and use, nuclear weapons. That is the one issue that would not allow me to ever vote for Ron Paul. There are other issues that I think he is correct about (auditing the Fed Reserve, paying down the debt for example) but the fact that he misreads the dangerous Muslim terrorist/extremist views of those in charge in Iran is quite troubling.

P.S. There was a very disturbing report on Fox News this morning about 12 high school aged girls in New York getting some type of ailment that made them shake uncontrollably. One of the fathers stated that he wanted to find out the reason(s) these girls, who were not from the same group of friends, were OK one day and later had this weird and terrible shaking ailment. Fox News reported that apparently, the CDC knows what it is, "BUT BECAUSE OF FEDERAL HEALTH LAW ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TELL THE PUBLIC WHAT IT IS." Is that terribly disturbing or what????

New "Rationing Board" Threatens Health Care Access in America

This is a CRUCIAL SUBJECT so PLEASE READ and share with everyone you know! Recall how the media of mass deception mocked Sarah Palin for her concern about the "death panels" written in the Obamacare bill? She was CORRECT FOLKS!

And remember when the Obama administration said they would not be “rationing care” in the future? That ol’ “death panels” thing I wrote about last year? That was before Obamacare was passed. Once it passed, they admitted there was going to be rationing after all. There has to be. (Aren’t you tiring of the untruths coming from this White House and the liberals in Congress?) When the state of Florida filed a challenge to Obamacare on the basis that the mandates in the bill are unconstitutional, the Obama Department of Justice filed a motion to dismiss the suit by citing the Anti-Injunction Act, which blocks courts from interfering with the federal government’s ability to collect taxes. Yes, taxes! Once the bill was passed it was no longer politically inconvenient for the Obama administration to admit that it makes no difference whether the payment is a tax or a penalty because it’s “assessed and collected in the same manner.” The National Taxpayer Advocate has already warned that “Congress must provide sufficient funding” to allow the IRS to collect this new tax. Pretty soon we’ll be paying taxes just to make it possible for the IRS to collect all the additional taxes under Obamacare! Seems as if this is another surprise that the public found out about after the bill was rammed through.

Should a U.S. Supreme Court justice pass judgment on a law she is known to support, one for which she apparently took a role in devising a legal defense strategy?

That’s a question many people are asking about Elena Kagan, who was U.S. Solicitor General when health care reform became law. Kagan’s “Simply amazing…” email to a colleague on March 21, 2010, celebrating the imminent passage of the health care restructuring bill, demonstrates her support for the law in which she is about to sit in judgment.

But there’s more. A Jan. 8, 2010 email from her deputy, Neal Katyal, states that “Elena would definitely like OSG [Office of the Solicitor General] to be involved in this set of issues [legal defense of health care reform].

Kagan was also copied on a March 18, 2010 email which outlined privileged information regarding the government’s legal strategy to defend the law.

Federal law requires a judge to withdraw from “any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned.” We believe that reasonable standard has been met in Justice Kagan’s case.

The law, 28 USC 455, also requires a judge to withdraw from "any proceedings in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned."

That standard is more than met by the information contained in the few emails released by the U.S. Justice Department. With all due respect, Justice Kagan, you have a clear duty to recuse yourself in this case. Should you fail to do so, it will deeply stain your reputation and that of the Court. For all these reasons, we implore you to withdraw from this case.

I have only mentioned a few points of destruction. The list is endless!! The LACK OF ABILITY TO LEAD THIS NATION by Zero and his cohorts is so obvious to anyone who isn't one of his Obot cult following FOOLS!! At least former Chief of Staff William Daley had the good sense to jump ship this month!

I was flipping back and forth between C-Span's coverage of Zero's latest campaign rally and Fox News. Even though I can't stand to listen to man, it was interesting to hear how few people there were in the crowd. During the times that I was tuned to the channel, the camera did not pan the crowd. The clapping made it sound like a very sparse audience. But the lemmings* still applauded Zero's stupid (and un-kept) promises and teleprompter rhetoric. Zero continues to spew lies and these people fall for it! Even Zero himself stated that if he doesn't get his "promises" done that he would be a one term pResident. Great!! Quit now, in fact!!! I doubt that Biden would do any worse than the golfomaniac.

Obama's campaign rhetoric claims do not match his records. The bold-faced lies are contemptible! What's even worse and more disastrous is the foolish things that he HAS DONE AGAINST THE WILL OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE over the past three awful years that he's been in office.

Is America Not Yet Accepting Of A Female President?

It was a sad day for me when Michele Bachmann finished last in the Iowa Caucuses and then decided to suspend her campaign. I thought that she was the best TEA Party candidate (although Sarah Palin would have been better - IMHO), and I agreed with most of her policies. I was hoping that she would stay in the race up to and including the California Republican Primary because I would have loved to have voted for her. But it was not to be, I guess.

It may be just my opinion, but I truly believe that America is not yet ready to elect a female presidential candidate as President of the United States. There could be a myriad of reasons for this, but the signals given by much of the electorate over the years leads me to believe what I'm thinking is true.

If you are old enough (like me) to recall back when Geraldine Ferraro ran as the V.P. pick of Walter Mondale, you probably saw much discrimination against her. I'm not a democrat and I wasn't a fan of either one of them, but I do recall their ticket being called "weak." And it was not just because Mondale was a weak candidate. I think that a lot of people saw his pick of Ferraro as the very first female V.P. candidate as a weak choice, too.

Fast forward to when Hillary Clinton ran in the 2008 Democratic Primary. The good ole' boys of the liberal left elitists didn't like that idea, either. They wanted Barack Obama, and they would do ANYTHING to get him elected. There were reports of fraud happening in the primaries which pushed Hillary aside and gave the nomination to Obama. Again, I'm not a democrat or a fan of Hillary, but there were MANY Democrats who were steaming mad (and formed the PUMA group) about this and let their anger become well known. Hillary herself even admitted that the media ganged up against her. Only The Fox News Channel gave her even coverage.

Also, the attacks against Sarah Palin, who was introduced to the nation because she was chosen by John McCain to be his V.P. running mate in 2008, were legendary. She was not only attacked because she is a beautiful, successful woman with a great family, but also because she is Christian, conservative, and a leader who helped get the TEA Party high recognition.

I know that millions of American were disappointed when Sarah Palin decided not to run for the Republican Presidential Nomination. But as a woman who obviously has her priorities straight, perhaps the time for her is not right. Some day, she may run and win the election! I think that it would a great day, indeed, for America if she were elected to the highest position in the land. America is in desperate need for a MOTHER to be in charge. I think that the positive changes would be absolutely wonderful for our nation!

It must be SO DIFFICULT for women to be involved in politics these days - especially here in the United States. Look at all the foreign nations that have had women at the helm and fared very well as a result! We could go as far back as Golda Meir of Israel, and as recent as Angela Merkel of Germany. There is a new film out about the Iron Lady - Margaret Thatcher - whose leadership is admired by many in the States. I hope that the film is fair and accurate about her life and career.

I think that people in America are currently accepting of females serving our country in the Legislature, Judiciary, Military, State Governments, as Secretaries of State or other Cabinet positions, and of course, as First Ladies.

Some of what is said in the comments are distasteful - so be forewarned. It is common knowledge in the blogosphere that Mrs. Obama has spent too much money in her role as First Lady. Most knew that she had expressed hatred for America (we knew shortly after the election when she said, "for the first time in my adult life, I'm proud of my country.") As recently as 9/11/11, Mrs. Obama continued to express her distaste for the American Flag during a ceremony where she was filmed leaning over and speaking into her husband's ear. Lip readers agreed that she had denigrated the flag of our country when she said, "all this for a f****n flag?" We know that back in 2008, she said that she and Barack will "need to change our history," "fundamentally transform America" etc. If you love someone (or something) you don't usually tell them that they need to be "fundamentally transformed." There is much, much more I could share but suffice it to say that the image often portrayed of her in the liberal left media/magazines was more positive than the actual life and attitudes that she holds about this country.

I could be wrong, but outbursts and attitudes like Michele Obama's at the White House might make many people feel that women are too emotional to hold the position of president. I think that is truly sad; very sad, in fact. It gives a bad impression about women in general, and a bad impression about black women in particular. It is people like her (and her husband) that unfortunately, will likely set back race relations for decades.

Back to the original purpose of this post.

A few months ago, I saw a film that was made in the 1940's or 1950's that was about two presidential candidates. I was a bit surprised to learn that the lobbying and corruption involved in election campaigns happened way back then, too. I can't recall the name of the movie. I did a search, thinking that the movie was called "The Candidate," (or maybe it was entitled, "The Campaign") but I still could not find it. While hunting for the film, I searched through dozens of pages at the TCM - (Turner Classic Movies) movie website. There are over 500 pages of films to go through!

Anyway, the point of bringing up that particular film is the fact that during a discussion about elections far into the future, one man claimed that, "one day a black man (but I think he said "Negro") will be elected president [here in America]." Next, he claimed that, "one day perhaps a woman will be elected president." I found it a bit ironic that he had predicted the order correctly.

We will just have to wait and see when the second half of that prediction comes true.

While driving around in my car doing errands yesterday, I listened to the announcement that ObaMARXIST was going to reduce the size of our military [putting close to 200,000 out of work!] and heard Leon Panetta give every lame excuse he could muster for doing it. How alarming is this?

Well, I agree with author Steve McCann over at American Thinker - Obama: The Mask is Off Personally, I have thought that the mask was off from Obama's intentional destruction of the United States of America a long time ago.

Excerpt:

The mask is fully off. Barack Obama is the most corrupt, power-mad president in this nation's illustrious history. By his actions in bypassing Congress and making appointments that should be subject to Senate approval while the Senate is still in session and innumerable extra-constitutional actions since he became president, he is following in the footsteps of the despots who dominated the 20th century.

In late September of 2008, it became clear to me that Barack Obama would be elected president. Based on his background, education, motivation, and indoctrination, I saw a man who could single-handedly destroy the country and someone with no respect for the history, the Constitution, or the people of the United States. The specter of a megalomaniac who was a stranger to the truth and would or say or do anything to achieve or retain power overcame me. In Barack Obama and his fellow travelers, I saw what I feared the most since I came to this country: a person and a political mindset that would, if allowed, spell the end of the noblest experiment in the history of mankind.

Further on in the article McCann writes:

The people of Germany, the most advanced society in continental Europe, or Italy in the first four years of the 1930s, would have found it incredible to imagine what became of those countries by 1945. They would not think it even remotely possible.

The history of the United States and its traditions of liberty and individual freedom should be a bulwark against the successful emergence of people like Obama and his cronies. Yet why are the media, or the opposition party, or the members of Congress or the judiciary not shouting from the highest hilltop and taking action to stop these power-grabs? Has this country enjoyed peace and prosperity so long that everyone is jaded and preoccupied with him- or herself, or in a self-induced stupor either ignoring what's happening or saying that these unconstitutional steps are minor? Is it because Obama happens to have black skin and everyone is too intimidated by political correctness to speak? Or is it as it was in Germany, Italy, and Russia among many -- a belief that the worst could never happen here?

I have seen and experienced the worst that man can offer, I am not intimidated, and I will say without reservation that Barack Obama and his cronies have the same mindset in their tactical approach, philosophy, and lust for power that was extant in Benito Mussolini and the Fascists in the early days of their regime. If the apologists for those in power in Washington want to vilify me for that comparison, so be it.

My husband and I often state to each other that we can't believe all of the criminality that Obama and his cohorts get away with each and every day. If he is re-elected (GOD FORBID!!) he would have no problem showing himself to be the dictator-in-chief that he is trying to be today. He would have no reason to hold back the ultimate destruction of our military and our Constitutional Republic. It would be then that those who refuse to see what is happening - the elimination of our liberties, free speech, religious freedom, justice, and the American way of life - will finally be awakened from their stupor; but by then it will be too late to do anything about it.

If you thought that 2011, was bad, this year will be THE YEAR that the United States of America will be in for the fight of our lives from the enemies within.

P.S. I heard that one in five Democrats have left the Democratic party. That's certainly a relief. Perhaps the re-election bid of Barack Hussein Obama WILL be a blowout loss for the would-be dictator! Maybe enough people have been awakened and now see this current administration as THE MOST CORRUPT EVER IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! I pray each day that Sean Hannity's prediction on this proves to be correct!

A Good Reason for Evil

What is evil? Could it have a purpose? Here is a view of evil from an adult rather than a childish perspective.

The first step in answering the problem of evil is this: We've got to get clear on what this thing "evil" actually is. It does seem to follow that if God created all things, and evil is a thing, then God created evil. This is a valid syllogism. If the premises are true, then the conclusion would be true as well.
The problem with that line of reasoning is that the second premise is not true. Evil is not a thing. The person who probably explained it best was St. Augustine, and then Thomas Aquinas picked up on his solution. Others since them have argued that evil has no ontological status in itself.

The word ontology deals with the nature of existence. When I say that evil has no ontological status, I mean that evil, as a thing in itself, does not exist.

Let me give you an illustration to make this more clear. We talk about things being cold or warm. But coldness is not a thing that exists in itself; it has no ontological status. Coldness is the absence of heat. When we remove heat energy from a system, we say it gets colder.

"Cold" isn't a thing. It's a way of describing the reduction of molecular activity resulting in the sensation of heat. So the more heat we pull out of a system, the colder it gets. Cold itself isn't being "created." Cold is a description of a circumstance in which heat is missing. Heat is energy which can be measured. When you remove heat, the temperature goes down. We call that condition "cold," but there is no cold "stuff" that causes that condition.

Here's another way of looking at it. Did you ever eat a donut hole? I don't mean those little round sugar-coated lumps you buy at the donut shop. I mean the hole itself. Donut holes are actually what's left when the middle is cut out of a donut. There's a space called a hole, a "nothing," the condition that exists when something is taken away. Same thing with a shadow. Shadows don't exist as things in themselves; they're just the absence of light.

Evil is like that. Evil isn't like some black, gooey stuff floating around the universe that gloom's onto people and causes them to do awful things. Evil is the absence of good, a privation of good, not a thing in itself.

When God created the universe, he created everything good. He made a universe that was perfectly good. Everything was as it should be. After God was completely done with creating everything, something happened that reduced the good in the world. That loss of good is called evil.

That's why in Genesis 1 we read "it was good" many times. From the record we know that God didn't create evil. But something did happen in which evil-the loss of good-took place, and as a result a lot of other grotesque things came about.

So donut holes don't exist; they're just the absence of donut. Shadows don't exist; they're just the absence of light. And evil doesn't exist; it's just the absence of good.

The next question is, if God created everything good, why would He allow evil to infect His creation?

Satan would be the first example of an independent a source of evil. Adam and Eve would also be a source of evil with regard to the human race. They didn't get Satan's evil; they initiated their own. Satan influenced them--he made his own hole in goodness--but Adam and Eve made their own holes in goodness. They're responsible for their own evil.

It isn't that Satan did something bad and passed that stuff on to them, because evil is not a stuff. This is a key point in this discussion. They cannot "dip into" evil because it's not a thing to dip into. When we make a shadow, we don't do it with shadow stuff, but by blocking existing light.

In the same way, evil doesn't cause our actions. In fact, it's the other way around. Our actions are what cause evil-or the loss of goodness-in us, and that loss of goodness does have an impact on future actions, giving us a predisposition to cause further evil.

God did not create Adam and Eve with bad stuff in them. What He did was to create them with a capability to rebel against Him or choose to do wrong. This is called moral free will, and it's a good thing, but it can be used for bad. It can be used to rebel against God, which digs out a hole in goodness, so to speak.

Satan and man both used their free moral agency to originate actions that fell short of the goodness of God. I'm sure God had a good reason for allowing evil. It has caused a lot of suffering, but that suffering has, in turn, also brought about a lot of good under God's direction.

When you forgive someone who's wronged you and you treat him kindly, is that a good thing? Sure it is, but you couldn't forgive him if he hadn't done something bad against you. I'm not saying that we should do evil so that the good of forgiveness could come about. I'm showing that it's not a contradiction to claim that good can come out of evil.

It's not good to promote evil itself, but one of the things about God is that He's capable of taking a bad thing and making good come out of it. Mercy is one example of that. Without sin there would be no mercy. That's true of a number of good things: bearing up under suffering, dealing with injustice, acts of heroism, forgiveness, long-suffering. These are all virtues that cannot be experienced in a world with no sin and evil.

Now the real question at this point is, "Was it worth it? Good can come out of evil, but was it worth it in the long run, the measure of good that comes out of the measure of evil in the world?" And my response is that the only One who could ever know that is God. You and I couldn't know that because our perspective is too limited. Only God is in a position to accurately answer that question.

Apparently God thinks that, on balance, the good is going to outweigh the evil that caused the good, or else He wouldn't have allowed it to happen. Christ paid a tremendous price, an example of the tremendous love God had for us. God would not be able to show His sacrificial love unless there was something to sacrifice for.

Here's the problem, and this is why we don't think that, on balance, it's really a fair trade. We think that life is about giving us pleasure and making us happy. That's what we think. This view is very prevalent in the United States. Our personal happiness, pleasure, and enjoyment are the most important things in life.

That's not what the Bible teaches at all, though. There are aspects of enjoyment, but the ultimate reason we were created was not so we can have fun and enjoy life. God's purpose for creating us was to develop us into certain types of people who were fit to spend eternity with Him. He does that by conforming us to His image by helping us grow through the process of living in a fallen world.

This is part of the message of the book of Hebrews. Even Jesus was conformed-made mature-by the process of suffering. In God's mind, the goal of the process-being conformed to the image of His Son-is a much greater good than the bad of the evil that we have to put up with on this earth. The balance is definitely on the side of good.

I admit that this is not an easy issue, and part of the reason is that we bring some baggage to the discussion. Part of the baggage is that we have this idea that if God put us here on this earth and created the world for us to live in, then it seems to make sense that the summum bonum-the greatest good-is our immediate sense of personal pleasure and satisfaction. Therefore, if there is some circumstance in which we can't have immediate satisfaction, then God must either have abandoned us, not exist, or be evil for allowing such a thing.

Last weekend I had a conversation with a young man about homosexuality. He challenged me with this point: Why would God create people as homosexuals if He didn't want them to experience the pleasure of homosexual sex?

Now, of course, I didn't agree with Him that God created people to be homosexuals. It wasn't God's design that they have this desire. But even if I conceded such a thing, why must I admit that-since one was created with a capacity for pleasure-only a mean, cruel God would allow conditions in which they'd have to say no to that pleasure?

When you think about it for a moment, doesn't it strike you as odd that we've developed a view that in order for us to acknowledge God as good, He must give liberty to all of our passions? And if God doesn't give liberty to all of our passions-if He doesn't allow us what we want, when we want it-if He ever asks for self sacrifice, if He ever allows a condition in which we hurt, in which we suffer, in which we are inconvenienced, if He ever allows a circumstance in which our bodily desires are not given full reign, then certainly He must be a cruel God? Isn't that an odd view?

Do you know what kind of person thinks that way? A child. A child sees what it wants and goes to get it, and if it's stopped, that child puts up a fuss.

I was with a little two-year-old today who wanted to go into the house while wearing muddy shoes. She was stopped, and she put up a fuss when her shoes were removed. Mom and Dad knew, though, that there were other things more important than their daughter's desires at that moment. Now she didn't understand it. All she knew was what she wanted (understandably, by the way, she's a two-year-old; that's the way two-year-olds think).

Unfortunately, we've bred a society that are, in many ways, like a bunch of adult two-year-olds, grown-ups who believe it's their divine right to feel every pleasure they can possibly feel, to never encounter any difficulty, any pain, any suffering. And if they do, then God must be a cruel God.

Now I realize that some of you might be thinking, Come on, Koukl, you're really whitewashing this, aren't you. How can so much egregious suffering be justified?

I don't at all mean to brush away the terrible impact of evil on people's lives. But I'm talking about a frame of mind that we do seem to have, a frame of mind that we are first and our pleasures are first and God owes that to us. And if He denies us our pleasures to any degree, then there must be something wrong with Him.

Now if God is a good God, and He denies us our pleasures, then I'll tell you one thing, there's a good reason He does so. That's what it means to be a good God. I'm not going to buy the idea-the infantile idea that Americans have-that in order for God to be considered good, He has to give me everything I want, when I want it, or conversely, He must protect me from every injury and every difficulty. No, it's fair to say that God has allowed suffering in the world for very good reasons, even though we're not clear on all of those reasons.

By the way, what's the alternative? If you conclude there's no God because of the existence of evil, then there's no possibility of ever redeeming that evil for good.

British philosopher Bertrand Russell said that no one can sit at the bedside of a dying child and still believe in God. My response to Mr. Russell is, "What would you say to a dying child?" What could an atheist say? "Too bad"? "Tough luck"? "Bum deal"? You see, in that circumstance, there's no possibility of redemption for that evil. In fact, it doesn't seem to make sense to even call it evil at all if there is no God.

But with God, at least there's the possibility that the evil can be used for good. That's the promise of the Scriptures.

And so, instead of the syllogism, "God created all things, and evil is a thing, therefore God created evil," we start from a different point. "All things God created are good-which is what the text says-and evil isn't good, therefore God didn't create evil." Then we can progress to, "If God created all things, and God didn't create evil, then evil is not a thing."

You see, those two syllogisms are just as valid as the first one (if God created all things, and evil is a thing, then God created evil), and it seems that the premises are more reliable. The premises seem to be accurate and true.

The questions we have to ask ourselves are: Do we have reason to think that God is good, and do we have reason to think that evil is not a thing? If we have good reasons to think those two things, then our new set of syllogisms work.

We can then strongly trust that when God does allow a privation of good (evil) to influence our lives, He does it not for evil designs, but ultimately for good purposes.
