My family, my daughter's boyfriend and I attended church this morning. Every mother was presented with a red long-stemmed rose in celebration of Mother's Day. It was a wonderful service. Several young people presented brief stories, thank yous, and dedications to their moms.
We went out for brunch after the service and had a delicious buffet meal!
Now, we are back home relaxing. It will be pizza tonight - no cooking for this mama!
