Mr. Boehner,
When I heard that you decided to propose a Republican counteroffer to Obama's "fiscal cliff" -- a $2.2 trillion ten-year plan that raises more than $800 billion through what you call "Revenue Through Tax Reform" -- you showed me that you have now adopted Republican-speak for tax increases.
Also, I am highly disappointed that you have chosen to shut out TEA Party Conservatives from key positions. You purged a group of Tea Party Republicans from prominent committees. Among those booted were Reps. David Schweikert (R-AZ) and Walter Jones (R-NC), who were both dumped from the Financial Services Committee. Representatives Justin Amash (R-MI) and Tim Huelskamp (R-KS) were removed from the Budget Committee.
According to several sources, Schweikert was told that he was ousted in part because his "votes were not in lockstep with leadership."
I am deeply, deeply disappointed and very angry about this Mr. Boehner. I am no longer a fan of yours and plan to leave the Republican part affiliation over this! My new title is simply, "Conservative."
You and the other spineless RINO Republicans in the House are caving to Obama and his TERRRIBLE, dangerous policies.
You should have IMMEDIATELY investigated BHO in the Benghazi, Libya massacre and cover-up and he should be prosecuted for what he did (and didn't do) to protect the 4 murdered Americans in Benghazi.
I know that I am only one person and you probably won't even read this message. Some "staffer" will read it and write a reply. So be it. I'm done with RINO Republicans who don't have the courage to step up, speak out, and reveal all of the CRIMES of BHO and his ilk.
The voter fraud this past election was massive in the swing states. The voting machines were rigged (George Soros was involved with this). Yet, not a PEEP from the Republicans about this!! NO CHALLENGE to the election fraud! What is the matter with you people??? Allowing a Marxist/ Islamo-Fascist would-be dictator like Obama to get four more years to finish off the job of destroying America as we know it is UNTHINKABLE!
I know...you think that I must be some "crazy" woman who doesn't know what she's talking about. Well, I've done all the research and know what a danger BHO is to our entire nation. Why do you think 17 states desire to secede from the Union? Because of rumors and innuendo? I don't think so. These people know the FACTS and are disgusted that our House of Representatives and you, as the so-called "leader," refuses to do it's job in all these matters. The Fast and Furious investigation went nowhere. That should have been a clue to all of us that the same would happen with Benghazi.
Shame on all of you!!!
Cordially,
Christine W.

Update:
I received an email from a blogging friend named Zach who wrote a great article entitled IS IT TIME TO PUT THE GOP OUT OF ITS MISERY? MAYBE - MAYBE NOT.
I don't agree with everything written there (see copy of comment below), however, Zach makes some excellent points! My comment there is currently in moderation so will post it here when it appears there.
However, I basically answered this question:
So how can Social Conservatives possibly come to support a Party that could support legalization of drugs, prostitution and gay marriage without sacrificing their principles? My answer was that I could not, as a Christian first, Conservative second, support any of those social issues without ultimately ending up sacrificing my principles (or going against God's Word - the Bible).

Would you like some cheese with your whine, madam?
You're the one who's always saying “We should never put our trust in men—only Jesus Christ!!” Well, guess what. Jesus did not cause the 'fiscal cliff' (more like a bluff, really). Jesus is not Speaker of the House, and Jesus is not a Republican—nor even an American. Boehner is. As such, he has certain obligations—including to his party. Given the poor showing of the GOPpers all across the board last month, he believes he knows why. He also has little room to maneuver. So, he's removed three of the fiscal zealots from positions of authority.
Boehner will 'cave in' because he has no choice. Remember the government shutdown of '95? Sure you do. It lasted several days, made tens of millions of Americans angry, and the GOP got the blame, as they found out in the midterm elections. Gingrich didn't believe that Clinton would call his bluff, but there can be only one President—and Gingrich wasn't it.
If this budget deal doesn't go through, the Republicans will once again take the hit, because the public will remember this too. They'll see it as obstructionism (which it is) and blame the GOP for it. That's also the reason why so many GOPpers have kicked Grover Norquist to the curb in recent weeks; even George Soros has never demanded that legislators sign a pledge to do “X”, and hold them to it for decades.
”You should have IMMEDIATELY investigated BHO in the Benghazi, Libya massacre and cover-up and he should be prosecuted for what he did (and didn't do) to protect the 4 murdered Americans in Benghazi.”
”You should have IMMEDIATELY investigated GWB in the Twin Towers/Pentagon massacre and cover-up and he should be prosecuted for what he did (and didn't do) to protect the 3000 murdered Americans in New York.”
Don't try to tell me there's no parallel. I won't believe it, and neither will most other people. The events in Benghazi hasn't led us into invading North Africa. At least not yet.
”The voting machines were rigged (George Soros was involved with this).”
Rigged? When companies such as Diebold (who build the voting machines) are REPUBLICAN contributors? Pull the other one!
”I know...you think that I must be some "crazy" woman who doesn't know what she's talking about.”
Yep.
”Well, I've done all the research and know what a danger BHO is to our entire nation.”
No you haven't. You've 'researched' De Vattelist claims and WND lies and half-truths from other right-wing sources. You certainly haven't researched the Constitution!
”Why do you think 17 states desire to secede from the Union? Because of rumors and innuendo? I don't think so.”
I don't think so either. Ignorance is probably the main reason: no state can secede, not even Texas. (It was tried once, remember?) Ignorance, and the fact that some people can't cope with the idea that a non-WASP has been elected president again.
I'm sure Speaker Boehner will be disappointed that you've 'unfriended' him. But he'll get over it.
Hey Christine! I just read your letter and you speak (write) for me as well. I'm thankful for people like you Christine, and I for one don't think for a second you're a "crazy" woman. I admire you immensely and I'm honored to be your friend.
Nicely done Christine. Welcome to the fight. But let me provide you with a new perspective about the acronym RINO. It does not work. And there is good reason.
"Progressive" Republicans simply laugh to themselves when we call them Republicans In Name Only. They still view themselves as republicans; simply not conservative, constitutional ones.
Is it not clear that their arrogance is becomes more apparent with each new issue? They have arrived at the point where they view themselves as Platonic republicans.
But what of Plato's requirement that such republicans be achievers with demonstrably high moral fiber? You and I may agree that there is a hanging question there. Aren't these representatives little more than celebrities -- in office more for name recognition than anything else? They will not even bother to acknowledge that unspoken question. I think they exhibit how they think of such questions given how Boehner is behaving like Valery Jarret. "Heh heh. Our subjects are so ignorant. Anyone not with us is against us. They better watch out."
Self-assessing themselves as elites by virtue of the offices they hold, they believe they've earned the right to think for you and me. We just aren't bright enough to think at their level.
Two years ago I decided that RINO needed replacement and so sponsored a contest to rename them.
A retired navy chief, Guy S, came up with the winning entry: SKUNC. Statists Knowingly Undermining National Charters is what it stands for. And Joan of Argghh! (who volunteered to add an additional prize to the contest) came up with an even wider definition: Statists Kneeling to United Nations Control.
I figured given you having joined us in our outrage against the Republican label you might be more than ready for the new and more cutting acronym.
Ahhh....GMPilot comes out of woodwork once again after being in hiding and from his typical ignoring of the past dozen or so Talk Wisdom posts. Not even a peep about the "Tribute to Communism" video?
Even if the states will not end up seceding, the fact that many individuals in each state desire to do so shows the abject failure of BHO.
So...let me get this straight. You believe that Bush is responsible for 9/11/01, but give a pass to BHO for 9/11/12? Typical liberal leftist lunatic hypocrisy. I know, I know...BHO is black and that's why you voted for him the second time despite your objections to his keeping Gitmo open and keeping the Patriot Act in place.
As far as your "non-WASP" comment goes, I would have voted for many of the conservative black men (like Herman Cain, or Allen West - if he ran against BHO); and, I would have likely chosen one of those two individuals over Romney. You keep trying to paint me as a raaaacist GM, and it's so sad how wrong you are about that.
When I posted my comment at Speaker Boehner's website, I neglected to uncheck the box for receiving emails. Here's the robo answer I got:

Ha ha ha haaa! Ain't that a hoot?! More evidence that they don't even read the content!
Oh...reminds of GM who evidently chooses not to read the content [or reads it and chooses not to reply...what...no counterpoint???] to information that paints his BHO messiah in a very bad light [a.k.a. evil darkness].
Uh oh... now I'm in trouble! I used the term "darkness." Here comes the RAAACIST rants!
GM - you are so typical of the leftist lunatic fringe now that you stand out like an ostrich with its head in the sand. We know which end is exposed.
[Oops...that's RAAACIST too!]
Thank you so much Steve! As always, I appreciate the kind words. If it weren't for you commenting here all that readers would see is GMPilot's blathering!
I hope you come back and read Pascal Fervor's post! It's great!!!
Hi Pascal!
Thanks for stopping by and sharing those wonderful words of wisdom!
"SKUNCs" Ha ha haaa! Love it! Such a true acronym too!
The SKUNCs seem to think that if they act more like liberal leftist lunatic Demoncraps that they will win more votes (especially, minority votes) in the future. I just shake my head in disbelief at their ignorance.
Added your blog to my blogroll today!
YOU go away sherry. You're not welcome here.
I can't respond to all your verbal diarrhea, nor do I bother to keep track of everything you post. So no, nothing about this “Tribute to Communism video” you're on about.
If you want to stomp your feet and screech online, I can't stop you. I wouldn't even try. But if Boehner is no longer pure enough for you, the only things I can suggest is:
Pray for enlightenment and see what that gets you, or
Become the politician you'd like to see in office. Nobody else could be “good” enough.
Just like in real life, the RINO is an endangered species. But the woods are full of SKUNCs.
Well...if the RINOS are SKUNCs, then BHO and his ilk are certainly much, much worse!
I didn't say RINOs were SKUNCs. Your correspondent claimed they were a different animal.
Okay then, which path will you take? Pray that the situation 'improves', or become a politician yourself? 'Cause screeching on a blog isn't going to change Boehner's mind.
Hello Christine! I see Mr. Pilot is in true form. The famous "Bush did it too" argument ... nice.
The bottom line with literally all the lifelong politicians is they are there to serve their own interests and stay in power. Mr. Pilot seems to think Boehner's loyalty and service should be to "his party" and not represent the people who voted him into office. I tend to disagree with him. If what Mr. Pilot says is true, perhaps Mr. Boehner could inform us ... and we'll vote accordingly. (for those other than Christine, I'm being facetious, as I know people like Boehner are not capable of telling the truth. We have to observe their actions. For example, how do we know Obama is a liar? Because he lies ... so we can easily discern exactly what Obama is because he will be the opposite of what he says he is.) Elementary.
Well, I have to do some work now. I'll be back.
Forgot to mention yesterday that I added a link to the original blogpost. Another blogging friend named Zach wrote an article entitled: Is It Time To Put The GOP Out Of Its Misery? Maybe - Maybe Not
I appreciated and agreed with most of what he wrote. However, he basically suggested moving over to the Libertarian party. I told him that I couldn't do that because of their liberal social issues that go against what the Bible says Christians should oppose.
This morning, it was announced that Senator Jim DeMint is leaving his position early and heading up the Heritage Foundation. Looks like he has had enough of the Demoncraps and the SCUNCs on the other side, too.
Rumor has it that Boehner and BHO are holding phone call meetings - without any "leakage" to the press. Some are assuming that this means they are really serious about solving the fiscal cliff issue.
But then, we have Bill Clinton spouting off that the fiscal cliff is some sort of ruse.
Politicians...they all seem to be dirty these days (except for those who are listening to the TEA Party Patriots. And remember...the TEA Party consists of Conservatives, Republicans, Libertarians, Independents etc. who have awakened (way back in 2009, in fact) and smell the stench of the commie/Islamo-fascist regime of the BHO BADministration.
Hi Steve,
In an interview with some alphabet soup TV reporter, Tim Geithner was asked if he and BHO were ready to let the country go off the fiscal cliff. His reply: "Absolutely."
Does that sound like someone who has the best interests of the nation at heart? Or like someone who is in lockstep to destroy America?
I ran across a new blog and post which was very interesting. I found it via The Ulsterman Report: Inside vs. Insider - Stolen Stolen Stolen
Was going to do a new post about it, but here's a peek at it now:
Jon Christian Ryter: Is John Q. Public really as stupid as he looks?
It is important to read the whole thing. But here is a segment:
What happened to voter rights in 2008 and again in 2012 was not "just politics as usual" It is felony theft. But, it was more than that. Political parties, financed by the princes of industry and the barons of banking and business committed treason against the People of the United States of America. While most people think of treason as aiding and abetting a foreign government in the overthrow the nation, it's more than that. On a slightly lesser scale, the theft of an election is, or can be, the overthrowing of the form of government the majority of the People voted to restore or maintain. And it is treason.
If "We the People" intend to restore a free and honest government, we need to get rid of the crooked politicians whose seats are secured by rigged ballot boxes and the largess of wealthy fat cats who enrich themselves by buying access to the legislation they need. As Americans, we need to start telling ourselves the whole truth about how corrupt our government is. And, even more important, when all of the local, regional and national election data and exit polling tell us that "Candidate A" will beat "Candidate B," and when the best political strategists in the country are telling the numbers-crunchers there's something wrong with their numbers—you can bet there is. Particularly when the left produces 35,626,580 more votes than voters in 2008, and 36,292,841 more votes than voters in 2012, you simply don't ignore it because you can't explain it. What it means is that someone is stealing the election. You don't play "good sport" and concede. You initiate a constitutional crisis because that's what stealing an election is—a constitutional crisis. And, when 200,000 white voter votes in Ohio simply vanish it isn't a "puzzle." It's a constitutional crisis. Let's put this wordy article in simple terms that Samuel Adams and John Hancock would easily understand. Someone's trying to steal the country.
Thank you Christinewjc for your comments about my article. I knew the way I approached the social issues would be a problem for many.
However, I think we do agree that we have to have a real choice and the current GOP leadership is more entrenched than committed. I wish the Tea Party were organized enough to start a third party coalition of some kind. Such a 'Party', in order to compete, would need to be a big tent united under ideas such as the Constitution, Limited Government, Freedom, fiscal responsibility and extended hands to those less fortunate to help get them to their feet and once again reaching for their potentials.
I quickly considered myself a part of the Tea Party when it began. What appealed to me was that it was focusing of fiscal issues and limited government. This focus was attractive because (for me)I believe that if the economy does collapse there will cease to be a forum to address any issues of liberty (including the social issues). We will turn quickly into an authoritarian state. For most of the social issues I continue to believe that they belong at the state level so that people have the opportunity to vote with their feet and it might become clear what works and what doesn't. Anyway thank you so much for taking the time to read my post. Take care and Merry Christmas!
You are very welcome Zach!
I think that the success of the TEA Party movement was the fact that most agreed with what you wrote regarding "big tent united under ideas such as the Constitution, Limited Government, Freedom, fiscal responsibility and extended hands to those less fortunate." Most of the usual social issues(abortion, gay agenda) were out of the protests because everyone involved saw the huge damaging effect of all the stimulus "packages" and if Obamacare passed - which eventually was rammed through by the democrats in Congress. We are now experiencing the terrible effects of that horrible legislation.
When I first heard of Obama, I could not vote for him because of his far-left infanticide position on abortion. He was one of three in Congress that voted against the Born Alive Infants Protection Act. The more I learned about him, the worse I knew he would be a pResident in the Oval Office.
If you get a chance, read my latest post and links about how the elections of both 2008 and 2012 were stolen!
Politicians Stealing Our Votes and Stealing Our Liberty.
Have a Merry Christmas Zach and thanks for coming over to my blog to comment!
Hi again Christinewjc. I totally agree with you about the infanticide involved in late term abortions. I can't understand how any reasonable person does not see that late term abortions involve the taking of an innocent life.
However, last night I watched a very interesting interview on Glenn Becks new channel that I thought you might like to see.
http://www.theblaze.com/stories/outspoken-provocateur-penn-jillette-to-glenn-beck-every-problem-we-have-should-be-solved-with-more-freedom-not-less/
I don't agree with everything that Penn Jillette said but his comments were (are) worth considering. It seems that Glenn is starting to think about moving more to the libertarian direction. I saw that Rand Paul will be going to Israel with a group of evangelical leaders in January. Maybe there might be a coalition forming? We have to get away from those who do not support the Constitution.

Take good care! Zach
