Actually, let me rephrase that to "Nightmares of a Totalitarian Regime in America!" You don't even have to take my word for it. Look all around you! Read the links I have provided below! Read Levin's "Ameritopia - The Unmaking of America" for a scholarly take on it!

There is so much I could write about today that it boggles my mind. So much of what I am hearing about lately is all connected - whether it's on T.V. (e.g. Watching the China and Human Rights Abuses hearing on C-Span), what I am reading on the blogs, what I am reading on Face book [from friends who have the same concerns about our current gangster government] [P.S. If you don't have a Face Book account, see Gulag Bound.com, what I am receiving in emails {see post below), and what I am currently reading in Mark Levin's new book, Ameritopia - The Unmaking of America.

In an eerie way, the linked examples above are all connected. It is as though we are witnessing steps towards the creation of a totalitarian regime right here in America! But how can I write about so many examples all at once? It would be a difficult task and would turn out to be a very long blog post. Please take the time to visit each of the links and READ THEM! See if YOU don't see a pattern developing!

I have just completed reading chapter four in Ameritopia. It is about Thomas Hobbes's Leviathan and the all powerful state.

Levin writes:

"Hobbes argued that as men live in a constant state of fear, anxiety, and conflict, they could not be trusted to govern themselves. As such, a "Sovereign" must be given absolute power over men ("Subjects") to protect them against themselves and outside invaders (a Sovereign can either be a single person such as a Monarch, or an assembly of men). The Sovereign was an all-powerful Leviathan--a totalitarian state with a vast bureaucracy controlling the lives of its Subjects.

This is what America is drifting towards - a "sovereign" who thinks he knows better than anyone else what is good for the "subjects." But that IS NOT what America is supposed to be! Our Declaration of Independence took us AWAY from a monarchy and guarantees our liberties. Our U.S. Constitution was written to keep sinful men from deviating away from our Constitutional Republic. Ben Franklin's words never rang  more true than they do today when he was asked, "what kind of government have you given us?": 

A Republic - if you can keep it.

Ronald Reagan warned:

Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.

When you read Hobbes's "rights of sovereigns by institution are nearly absolute," in Levin's book, you find out what kind of tyranny ultimately happens under someone labeled as a "mortal god."

Levin writes:

Hobbes creates a false choice between polar opposites. Either live in anarchy or live under despotism. He assumes most will choose despotism. Furthermore, once he surrenders his rights and liberties to the Sovereign, the individual has no way out unless his life is threatened. Is the Sovereign, who threaten the individual's life, going to be amenable to his disobedience or departure? Individuals are no drones. Hobbes acknowledges the obvious--that people reason, think, and learn. But in Leviathan he forbids even mild dissent. If tormented and abused by the all-powerful Sovereign, but without effective civil recourse, is it not possible --if not probable--that some portion of the population, dissatisfied and disaffected with their circumstances, will become radicalized, resist the Sovereign's rule, and even resort to violence in hopes of overthrowing him? If so, the peace and stability Hobbes promised would give way to the discord and conflicts he feared. In Leviathan, the Sovereign would be obliged to unleash all force necessary to protect the Commonwealth. Compromise or accommodation would seem out of the question, for the diminution of the Sovereign's absolute power would, in Hobbes's formulation, diminish the tranquility and survivability of the Commonwealth. As in the Republic and Utopia, absolute power over the individual requires a far-reaching police state.

But that's not all, folks! The next chapter in Levin's book deals with Karl Marx's Communist Manifesto and the class struggle. (Sound a bit familiar with Obama's attacks against the rich and utilization of race and class warfare for the upcoming election???)

I will post about that on another day. For now, I want to share some GOOD news regarding what is currently being done to fight against Obummer's regime and attempts for re-election (God forbid!).

For the past three years, America has suffered under the leadership of one of the most dangerous administrations in American history. This autocratic President has trampled the Constitution, seized self-appointed power, and imposed “mandates” that differ little from dictatorial commands.

++Putting Obama’s unconstitutional “ObamaCare mandates” into perspective…

In his ObamaCare “contraception mandate,” Barack Obama is forcing insurance companies and self-insured religious organizations to provide contraceptives and abortifacients to Americans who want to pay for neither.

In the unconstitutional “individual mandate” at the core of ObamaCare, you are required to buy health insurance or pay a penalty.

The “contraception and abortifacient mandate” requires religious organizations, either through their insurance premiums directly if self-insured, to pay for chemical abortions.

In short, the “contraception and abortifacient mandate” blatantly violates the First Amendment’s guarantee of free exercise of religion.

Plus, it also violates the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993, a law which was duly enacted during President Clinton’s term of office. It is an assault on our conscience and collides the government against religious freedom.

Here’s the simple bottom line: The mandate is unlawful!

++A “lawless administration.”

President Obama’s “mandates” have not only stretched the Constitution – they have broken it! Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) recently declared that the Obama administration “has become a lawless administration.”

When a President refuses to enforce the law of the land, he has broken faith with his oath of office. He has become a law breaker –in this case, the broken law is the Constitution of the United States.

Sadly, we have seen unprecedented presidential tyranny in practice for the three years Barack Obama has been in office.

++Legislative attempts to correct this alarming situation…

Right now in Congress, there are three pieces of legislation making their way through both Chambers that can counter the “contraceptive and abortifacient mandate”:

1.) Senator Roy Blunt's S.1318 is coming up for a Senate vote. Sen. Blount wrote, "This bill would just simply say that those health care providers don't have to follow that [ObamaCare] mandate if it violates their faith principles."

2.) Congressman Jeff Fortenberry's, "Respect for Rights of Conscience Act" has been approved for a House vote. Representative Fortenberry wrote that his Act, "…would repeal the controversial [ObamaCare] mandate, amending the 2010 health care law to preserve conscience rights for religious institutions, health care providers, and small businesses who pay for health care coverage."

3.) Senator Marco Rubio's "Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 2012" is headed for a Senate committee and will, "…repeal a new ObamaCare mandate that violates the religious liberties and conscience rights of faith-based institutions by forcing them to offer employees insurance coverage for contraceptives."

Liberty Counsel Action is supporting the passage of all or any of these bills – which will likely be reconciled into one bill if the individual measures pass their respective Chamber.

I am calling on you to take a minute to tell your elected officials to pass these bills! This is extremely important!

Challenged with the choice of going against the federal government or violating their religious faith and moral consciences, these leaders are standing up to this outrageous new “mandate"!

Diane Sawyer Is Factually Inaccurate About Islam on 20/20

Oh my gosh!!! I am only through the first nine minutes of the video Answering Muslims.com -
Whitewashing Islam: 20 Errors on 20/20, and it is UNBELIEVABLE HOW FACTUALLY INACCURATE hostess Diane Sawyer and the entire group of people being interviewed on the segment were on the ABC program!

Just goes to show how terribly WRONG the media of mass deception can be when they DON'T REALLY KNOW THE SUBJECT MATTER or, are TRYING TO PROMOTE A PROPAGANDIST TYPE OF PROGRAM to an unsuspecting public!

While typing this, I have been listening to the rest of the video. It's such a propaganda tool FOR Islam and the terrorism that is used both overtly, and covertly, in order to lull the American public into complacency about the so-called "religion of peace." The misnomer of "myths" about Islam included in the broadcast would be humorous if this wasn't such a serious topic!! The 20/20 program was so unbelievably biased against America and FOR Islamic lies -  it is ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDING!!!

Mark Levin's Best Selling Book "Ameritopia"


I have just started reading Mark Levin's new book Ameritopia - The Unmaking of America.  I have only gotten through the introduction and first chapter, but just those first 26 pages are power packed with information that makes the book very hard to put down! I want to read it all TODAY!

I recommend this book to EVERYONE who rejects the intrusion of a radical government into our personal lives that is hell-bent on forcing policies that are anathema to our Declaration of Independence and U.S. Constitution!  Levin has masterfully shown, in a general sense, what the Obama Admin is trying to do to ruin America without even referring to him or his administration!  Unless you are blinded by ObamaBorgBotism, you will see the destruction going by Obama on every page of book!  Levin utilizes strong warnings against utopianism from our Founders and many others (including the critical works of John Locke, Charles Montesquieu, Alexis de Tocqueville) all the way up to and including Ronald Reagan.

As I read through just the first 26 pages, I kept seeing evidence of why, what, where, and how the Obama puppet is being led by billionaire puppeteers like evil George Soros to create an "Ameritopia" against the will of WE THE PEOPLE! Those of us who have been paying attention will see Levin's book as the exposure of all the corruption and destruction that is going on in Washington D.C. today! The book is a blueprint about everything that is WRONG with utopianism (which includes the terrible political errors of National Socialism, Communism, Islamism, social "justice," etc.); everything that the sane world and America have fought against throughout history! I think that EVERY American who cares about our nation returning to our Founders vision of a Constitutional Republic needs to read this book!  Buy several copies and give them out to your neighbors, friends, and ESPECIALLY your adult children!  Our children have been subjected to so much socialism in public school, college, and via the media of mass deception that many of them are not understanding of the dangers that utopianism leads to.  But ask anyone still alive from The Greatests Generation....THEY KNOW!  And they pledged their lives, their fortunes and sacred honor to defeat the enemies when they reared their ugly heads!

This morning, another comment trickled in at a post I did way back in July of 2010 regarding the harassment of the "American Community Survey" people.  It is only one small (but very annoying) example of what the Leftist Statists currently demand of WE THE PEOPLE (against our will, our Declaration, and our Constitutional rights, of course)  There are hundreds, if not thousands of examples of what ObaMARXIST wants to do (and, unfortunately IS DOING)  to "change" our Constitutional Republic! And it is NOT GOOD!

Levin admits that this shift to socialism/utopianism didn't start with Obama, but it has been greatly accelerated through his abominable and evil machine of an administration. We cannot survive four more years of this accelerated form of government tyranny!

In Chapter nine (appropriately entitled Demons Unleashed) of Ed Hindson's book, "The Book of Revelation: Unlocking The Future" we discover exactly why the Alinsky follower named Barack Hussein Obama is capable of so much evil in his administration.

Excerpt:

Satan was once called Lucifer, "son of the dawn" (Is. 14:12), but he was cast from his lofty position in heaven, along with the angelic hosts that rebelled with him. The Bible calls this rebellion the "mystery of lawlessness" (2 Thess. 2:7). Satan and his angels willfully and deliberately sinned against God. Jude 6 says they "did not keep their own domain, but abandoned their proper abode." Second Peter 2/4 adds, "God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of darkness reserved for judgment."

Prior to his fall from heaven, Satan was called "star of the morning" and he "drew the third part of the stars of heaven" with him (Rev. 12:4). Billy Graham writes, "Thus, the greatest catastrophe in the history of the universal creation was Lucifer's defiance of God and the consequent fall of perhaps one third of the angels who joined him in his wickedness."

So what do we have here? We have Obama, who studied and learned from Alinsky (so much so that it was seared in his brain) who dedicated his Rules for Radicals book to Lucifer. I think that the website list over at The Legacy of the American Trojan Horse would leave no doubt in the minds of readers here just what type of "religion" Obama follows.

Rebel with a Cause

Satan is the epitome of selfishness. He was created for the purpose of glorifying God, but he has always desired to displace God and rule the universe himself. The Bible describes his selfishness when it expresses his five "I wills". "I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God, and I will sit on the mount of assembly....I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High" (Is. 14:13-14).

The "diabolical mastermind," as Hal Lindsay calls Satan, has a three-fold title:

1. Ruler of this world (John 12:31)
2. Prince of the power of the air (Eph. 2:2)
3. God of this world (2 Cor. 4:4)

These titles make it clear that Satan is the unseen ruler behind the human rulers of the ungodly world. He is the inspiration for every tyrant who has ever used his power to kill, persecute, and suppress decent people. He is also the god of all those who reject the true and living God. Whether they realize it or not, they are following the enemy of mankind. The Bible says, "The whole world lies in the power of the evil one" (1 John 5:19). In reality, all men are under Satan's rule until they come into the kingdom of Christ by faith in Him.

Billy Graham has said, "Satan and his demons are known by the discord they promote, the wars they start, the hatred they engender, the murder they initiate, their opposition to God and His commandments. They are dedicated to the spirit of destruction." The spiritual warfare between the forces of God and the forces of Satan is an ongoing conflict. The prophet Daniel gives us an inside (behind-the-scenes) look at this conflict (10:11-14), as does John the revelator.

David Jeremiah says, "Demons are Satan's servants, and are committed to his scheme to thwart the plan of God....They are ruled by Satan himself, and they share in his dirty work." Thus, it should not surprise us to find a demonic horde of evil spirits tormenting mankind in the Last Days. Satan has deceived this world into thinking that he is interested in its betterment and improvement, when he is really hell-bent on its destruction!

That last line describes Obama exactly! We just need to re-word it a little:

Obama has deceived this nation into thinking that he is interested in its betterment and improvement, when he is really hell-bent on its destruction!

It is my heartfelt prayer that WE THE PEOPLE have finally awakened most of the American sleeping giant of 2008 who were fooled by the lies of Obama.  The best way to break their Kool-Aid stupor is by showing the TRUTH against the lies of Obama. It is imperative that Obama is defeated in the next election. Please spread the word to everyone you know so that they will see the deception that is Obama and not get fooled again by this lying, evil man during the election of 2012!

Rick Santorum Is Genuine; Obama Is Vain

Congratulations to Rick Santorum for his hat-trick victory in Missouri, Minnesota, and Colorado last night! I like what I am hearing from him on the campaign trail and apparently, so do thousands of voters in Missouri, Minnesota, and Colorado.

Of course, it didn't take long for Donald Trump to come out and criticize Santorum:

What Trump isn't telling people is that many in Pennsylvania REGRETTED their votes against Santorum's Senatorial re-election bid.  Why?  Because it brought in a liberal who voted for Obamacare.  Now that the state of Pennsylvania and states across the nation see what is in the awful Obama/Pelosi/Reid Healthscare bill, they deeply regret that it had been passed.  The fact remains that the Democrats manipulated the system in order to get it passed so that added insult to injury.

I don't know what religion, if any, Trump practices.  But so far, I haven't heard him express outrage against the Obama Administration for the terrible destructive move against religious liberty that was defiantly done against the Catholic church recently.  Many evangelical Christians are speaking out in defense of the Catholics because we all know that freedom of liberty, religious freedom, freedom of association, and freedom of speech are at stake.  The Founders were correct!  Our freedoms come from God - not from government!  WE THE PEOPLE do not want such a tyrannical decree against people of the Christian faith by Obama and his cohorts to stand.  I have been hearing that the Zero regime is beginning to realize that they might need to back down on this issue.  Of course, it's only for political expediency in an election year that they would do so.

Back to Trump "not getting" Rick Santorum.

I get it.  I get his ideology, political views, and how he views our nation.  He wants to restore America and work FOR THE PEOPLE, not talk down to them the way Obama does. Santorum believes in what the Declaration of Independence says and stands for. He desires to adhere to the U.S. Constitution - something which Obama has constantly trampled upon for the past three years.

In a previous post, I expressed how much I like Santorum's campaign slogan, "Faith, Family and Freedom." I also cheered about his steadfast stance against partial birth abortion and how he was instrumental in finally getting the bill banning that horrendous practice (of killing a baby that has been birthed except for the head - where scissors are inserted into the back of the neck to kill the child before it is completely out of the womb) passed and signed into law by President George W. Bush.

That is a deed straight out of the bowels of hell!!  Anyone who would condone such a practice must not have a conscience!  Abortion is MURDER...PERIOD!  And to perform an abortion in such a way as is done by partial birth abortion is a kind of murder that could be labeled as a new holocaust placed upon unborn children.

Children are a gift from God.  Such gifts should not be snuffed out in such a horrific way.  Those who adhere to such evil practices (and never confess such sin and ask for forgiveness through Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of their lives) will find themselves absent from the Book of Life in eternity.

Speaking of eternity, I began reading the study guide called Revealing the Mysteries of Heaven by Dr. David Jeremiah again this week. In Lesson 11 - Tough-Minded About Heaven - I read many things that could be applied towards the good beliefs and policies that Rick Santorum holds in his personal and political life.

Chapter 11 is very interesting because it teaches us how we should be living our lives in the present - in light of God's plan for eternity.


Dr. Jeremiah writes:

In his first epistle, Peter encouraged his readers (and us) to "gird up the loins of [their] mind" and to "be sober" (1:13). [T]his is a military term, meaning to pull up the folds of one's robe and tuck them in the belt so as not to impede one's forward progress. Applied to the mind, Peter is saying, "Don't be sloppy in your thinking. Don't be casual. We're in a battle and have to prepare ourselves for victory."

If we, as Christians, don't gird up our minds, we will absorb the thinking of this world. We'll start believing that the world system is all there is--that there is no future, no heaven, no rewards, no eternal worship of God, and no service of God in the new heavens and new earth. If we don't stay focused on heaven, allowing that hope to pull us purposefully through this world, we will get bogged down spiritually and lose our edge.

I think that hundreds of thousands of Americans [many non-Christians, some discouraged Christians] are feeling "bogged down spiritually" by the lack of true AMERICAN leadership of this Marxist bully in the White House and thus erroneously think that we have "lost our edge."

But Jesus instructs us in the five ways we need to remain tough-minded:

1. Tough-Minded About Our Purity (2 Peter 3:11) There is a longer description in the booklet, but the following portion can be applied in realizing the attraction of conservative voters to Rick Santorum's campaign:

The opposite of pursuing godliness is denying ungodliness. In Titus 2:12 Paul wrote, "Denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age."
Pursuing godliness and denying ungodliness are not theoretical ideas, they are actionable ideas --hands-on goals to pursue. In the world we live in, anyone who is not "pursuing" and "denying" is going to get caught up in the things of this world.

Mr. Santorum is not afraid to call what is wrong - wrong (e.g. abortion); and what is evil (e.g. the Iranian regime) - evil.

2. Tough-Minded about His promises (2 Peter 3:12).

Briefly:

we need to be tough-minded about Christ's promise to return and not let the world lull us into apathy and ungodliness.

Rick Santorum has often stated that this election IS CRUCIAL for the defeat of Barack Hussein Obama. I agree with him, and whoever the Republican nominee turns out to be needs to relently expose and combat the terrible direction Obama has taken this nation.   I believe whole-heartedly that Santorum is up for that job!

3. Tough-Minded About Our Purpose (2 Peter 3:14)

Dr. Jeremiah:

Every believer has been given one or more spiritual gifts--and that certainly should impact our life purpose. We must be diligent in applying those gifts in the body of Christ. It's easy to become a spiritual "couch potato" and lapse into doing nothing -- just marking time and taking up space. That is not why God saved us. There are works He saved us to accomplish, and being diligent about our purpose means accomplishing those tasks (Ephesians 2:10). One day we will stand before Christ and give an account of what we have done (or not done) for Him.

Rick chose "Faith, Family and Freedom" as his moniker for his presidential campaign. It is obvious that he puts God first in his life, family second, and the call to preserve our nation's freedom as his purpose in running for president. It's not an "ego" thing with him. I think that is attractive to many people, as well.

We already have a narcissist-in-chief who just desires to be "cool" again. How is that working out for you, America? The "hope and change" became "nope and chains" against what WE THE PEOPLE want in a president and government for our nation. We want a president and government FOR THE PEOPLE, OF THE PEOPLE, AND BY THE PEOPLE!! NOT a tyrannical one that dictates to us from cradle (if one escapes abortion and is born in the first place) to grave (which hopefully will be a long life unless the death panels in Zerocare kill us sooner)! As Rick said during his victory speech yesterday, (paraphrased) 'if government gives you rights, then government can also take away your rights.'

4. Tough-Minded About Our Profession (2 Peter 3:17)

Dr. Jeremiah:

Peter warns his readers about "untaught and unstable people" who try to twist the Scriptures to their own advantage (verse 16). then he says, since you know they're going to do this, "...beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked."

If that isn't a perfect Bible verse that describes and refutes Obama then I don't know what would be!

5. Tough-Minded About Our Progress (2 Peter 3:18)

"But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen."

Bible-based Christians can immediately spot someone who is genuine in their faith. For others, it may take a while. But I think that even non-Christians, at this point, have recognized the vanity of Obama and his cronies who deliberately and defiantly continue to trump the will of the people!  The American people instinctively know that those in public office arel SUPPOSED TO SERVE the PEOPLE here in the United States of America - not the other way around!!

At the end of the chapter, there is a "did you know" paragraph that I think sums up the stark differences that Rick Santorum offers as a presidential candidate, verses what Obama has shown us over the past three years.

The idea of "vanity" is made more clear by the meanings of the original Hebrew and Greek words. In the Old Testament the Hebrew word hebel {translated "vain" in Ecclesiastes 1:2) meant vapor or breath--something that had no substance and was easily dissipated. The New Testament Greek word for "vain" is kenos--a word that meant empty or empty-handed.

I think that Obama has proven himself to be vain. Most of the people of America see him and his "promises" from the election of 2008 as "having no substance and easily dissipated;" as well as "empty and empty-handed."

In both cases it is easy to see how the English word "vain" was used to translate these original words.

Whether they realize it or not, I think that one of the big reasons why Americans are now flocking to Rick Santorum's campaign is because he is a genuine person; whereas Obama appears to be empty and like a vapor. You can't fake being genuine for very long. A person's real beliefs and motives are ultimately found out.

The chapter concludes with this important thought:

A life without certainty of heaven could easily appear to be empty or like a vapor.

The day the Democrats took over was not January 22nd 2009, it was actually January 3rd 2007—the day the Democrats took over the House of Representatives and the Senate, at the very start of the 110th Congress.

The Democratic Party controlled a majority in both chambers for the first time since the end of the 103rd Congress in 1995.

For those who are listening to the liberals propagating the fallacy that everything is "Bush's Fault", think about this:

The GDP for the previous quarter was 3.5%
The Unemployment rate was 4.6%

Bush may have been in the car but the Democrats were in charge of the gas pedal and steering wheel they were driving the economy into the ditch.
Budgets do not come from the White House.. They come from Congress and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democratic Party.
Furthermore, the Democrats controlled the budget process for 2008 and 2009 as well as 2010 and 2011.

In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases. Bush should have vetoed every bill that came in front of his desk!!

For 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the 2009 budget.

And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete 2009. Let's remember what the deficits looked like during that period:
If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets.

If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself.
In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is "I inherited a deficit that I voted for, and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th."
There is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us sends it on!

Wow! This blog post over at The Blaze contains some powerful political statements drawn into paintings done by Jon McNaughton!

Some may already be familiar with the image featured above. For those who aren’t, it is painting titled “The Forgotten Man” which features President Obama trampling on the Constitution while an astonished James Madison pleads with him to stop. To the side, a man sits on a park bench in the throes of depression while 43 presidents look on. The painting, which uses discarded dollar bills and scraps of paper with individual constitutional amendments scrawled onto them.

He explained that the man on the park bench “represents every man, woman, and child who is an American“ and who ”hopes to find the American dream of happiness and prosperity.” The artist added, “But now because of unconstitutional acts imposed on the American people by our government we stand on the precipice of disasters.”

A perfect example of trashing the U.S. Constitution just happened in the Georgia eligibility case. American Thinker has one of the best analyses of the case:

Read the comments, too. It's a sad day in America! But we are NOT giving up! Other states are also challenging Obama's ineligible status (because his father was never a U.S. Citizen and in order for Obama to be a "natural born citizen," he would have needed TWO U.S. CITIZEN PARENTS!

I think that there is a lot of fear and intimidation going on against any judge who gets a case against the ObaMARXIST dictator.

Note this portion of the American Thinker post:

Judge Malihi's denial to the motion to dismiss also emphasized the rule of statutory construction: 

Statutory provisions must be read as they are written...When the Court construes a constitutional or statutory provision, "the first step...is to examine the plain statutory language."..."Where the language of a statute is plain and unambiguous, judicial construction is not only unnecessary but forbidden." ... [T]his Court is not "authorized either to read into or read out that which would add to or change its meaning."

In his sweeping denial of the Plaintiff's challenges, however, Judge Malihi did not mention the principle, and instead relied on the 2009 case of Ankeny v Governor, stating that "[t]he Indiana Court determined that a person qualifies as a natural born citizen if he was born in the United States because he became a United States citizen at birth."

Interestingly, Judge Malihi footnoted that particular statement with the assertion:  "This Court recognizes that the Wong Kim Ark case was not deciding the meaning of 'natural born citizen' for the purposes of determining presidential qualifications; however, this Court finds the Indiana Court's analysis and reliance on these cases to be persuasive."

It must also be noted that the Indiana decision contains another similar and interesting footnote:  "We note the fact that the Court in Wong Kim Ark did not actually pronounce the plaintiff a 'natural born Citizen' using the Constitution's Article II language is immaterial."

In other words, Judge Malihi found more persuasive than the long-established principle of statutory construction, a State's Court of Appeals opinion and its unsupported contention that the Constitution's language "is immaterial."

[And] according to the principle of statutory construction, the phrase "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" would not be superfluous to the preceding phrase in the amendment's citizenship clause: "born or naturalized in the United States."
It was Obama's dual citizenship, the result of his having a non-citizen father temporarily resident in the U.S., that the plaintiffs in the Georgia challenges asserted precluded his "natural born" eligibility. Obama may have been born in the country, but he was not born completely subject to its jurisdiction, or in the words of one of the framers of the 14^th amendment, "not owing allegiance to anybody else."

[And] the fact that Judge Malihi took note of and relied upon on the established rule of statutory construction in his earlier order, but then made assertions contrary to that principle in his final decision, should not go unnoticed by those versed in constitutional law.

Somewhere in the text or comments, it was written that the case of Ankeny vs. Governor was only decided recently - in 2009.  What would have been the decision before that particular case?

Before ObaMAO came into office, there was at least some semblance of law and order, judicial honesty, and adherence to what the Framers meant by Article II Section 1 Clause 5 for the position of POTUS. 

I agree with the author's last comment:

While forcing myself to listen to Obama at the National Prayer Breakfast, it was so obvious that Obummer just had to turn it into a political campaign speech. Is nothing sacred anymore?

Some of what Obama said sounded good (especially when he spoke of Billy Graham)...until he went off the prayer breakfast radar screen and became, once again, the bitter "Criticizer in Chief" in a not so subtle way; which immediately ruined the good parts that he previously spoke within the speech. Obama just cannot control himself! Absolutely EVERYTHING has to end in a fight against his political enemies!!

If President George W. Bush ever did such a thing at a prayer breakfast, the liberal left lunatics of the media of mass deception would have been HOWLING at the moon in anger! But when their "guy" does it...it's OK??

I can't think of a time when Obama has ever said anything remotely nice, encouraging, uplifting, inspiring and most of all INCLUSIVE of conservative Americans...can you?

All he does is play the "race card," the "rich vs. poor card," the "anti-conservative Americans card" (recall the "waving tea bags" and other demeaning statements spoken against the TEA Party while he praised the Occupy Wall Street thugs who have caused deaths, property damage, rapes, crime, squalor in the streets and millions of dollars of police protection and clean up??) the "haves and have-nots card," the "tax the rich card," the "blame the Congress card"...I could go on for pages and pages!

Well, I guess if one loses the support of a top Hollywood liberal like Brad Pitt (supposedly supporting Ron Paul), there is nothing left to do but play every nasty, negative card in the evil liars liberal leftist deck against conservatives.

Hello! There's a difference in talking about the "poor in spirit" and the reference that Obama made. But he didn't stop there. As noted in the Washington Post, Obama added the following:

"I think to myself, if I'm willing to give something up as somebody who's been extraordinarily blessed, and give up some of the tax breaks that I enjoy, I actually think that's going to make economic sense," Obama told the audience. "But for me, as a Christian, it also coincides with Jesus's teaching that 'for unto whom much is given, much shall be required.'"

Who funds the government? Who pays the VAST majority of taxes? Much already is required, and for Obama to suggest that Jesus would be on his side in supporting even higher taxes is simply wrong.

The comments particularly riled Utah Sen. Orrin Hatch.

Hatch also references Obama's direct attack on the Catholic church with his mandate to require religious institutions to provide insurance coverage for abortive drugs and other services for their employees that are in clear violation of those institutions' religious beliefs.

Hatch summed up his feelings by saying:

The President's comments this morning share more with political strategy than they do the religious beliefs of most Americans. In 2008, the President declared that his nomination was the world historical moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal. Someone needs to remind the President that there was only one person who walked on water. And he did not occupy the Oval Office.

For someone who is so overtly anti-religious -- remember his 20 years under the guidance of Jeremiah Wright? -- Obama has no business interjecting politics into a prayer breakfast. He should stick to what he knows... dividing the country on race, income, gender, and whatever else that can score him political points.

Last night I watched the archived episode of yesterday's GBTV broadcast online. It's really nice to have the option of watching it on demand when I am unable to watch the show live.

Glenn shared what the media of mass deception is not telling you about how the ObamaBorgBots [this is a combination of his administration, the progressive democrats, and the media of mass deception) happily touted the "Arab Spring" uprisings when they first began; but have not covered the facts about what is taking hold in the countries that have overthrown their former governments. The Muslim Brotherhood is the new Al Qaida of the Middle East and they are fighting to rule in many of the countries. Remember Major Hasan who killed 13 people and wounded 32 at Fort Hood? Do you think you know all of the facts about that incident? It's bad enough to learn that, "Hasan Was An Open Jihadist," and, "In short, the Army could have stopped Hasan without consulting the FBI," and "Diversity Killed 13 Americans."

“I’ve asked our Army leaders to be on the lookout for that,” General Casey said in an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union. “It would be a shame — as great a tragedy as this was — it would be a shame if our diversity became a casualty as well.”

General Casey, who was appeared on three Sunday news programs, used almost the same language during an interview on ABC’s “This Week With George Stephanopoulos,” an indication of the Army’s effort to ward off bias against the more than 3,000 Muslims in its ranks.

“A diverse Army gives us strength,” General Casey, who visited Fort Hood Friday, said on “This Week.”

Casey’s full statement expressing his concerns about a backlash are more compelling:

And what happened at Ford Hood was a tragedy. But I believe it would be an even greater tragedy if out diversity becomes a casualty here. … We have a very diverse Army and a very diverse society and that gives us all strength.

For its part, the report from the Senate Homeland Security committee, while mentioning Islamic “extremism,” treads lightly on the subject of Islam itself.

While noting that Hasan was connected to terrorist imam Anwar al Awlaki, it fails to report what was disclosed about Hasan early on: He attended the same mosque in Falls Church, Va. — the Dar al Hijrah Islamic Center — as two of 9/11 hijackers, Nawaf al-Hazmi and Hani Hanjour. The imam at the mosque at the time was al Awlaki.

What is wrong with this picture? Can it be spelled out any better? Why do we need to make these connections online because the media of mass deception would rather hide these facts than report them?

You can bet that if such a heinous, murderous act was done by a "Christian" or a "Jew" the media would STILL be talking about it today!

Was Hasan a crazy man or a calculated Muslim Jihadist murderer?

Speaking of craziness, recall how Glenn Beck was often mocked when he warned that the "Arab Spring" uprisings would not end well? A year later, his predictions have come to fruition.

If you do choose to sign up for GBTV and watch the February 1st episode, you will notice a warning about graphic violence. The video shows an absolutely brutal beatings of two women (one being labeled the "blue bra" woman because her top was torn off) by a mob of Muslim thugs. Glenn points out that the blonde news reporter who was caught in the middle of one of the uprisings (in Egypt, I think where she was attacked and raped, but saved from death by some decent bystanders) showed the woman in a photo just before the attack - surrounded by at least four of the men who became the rapists! But what did the "press" do? They blurred the rapist faces!

Iran is in the process of acquiring nuclear weapons. Does anyone in their right mind think that they won't use them on Israel? I pray that Prime Minister Netanyahu takes out the nuke sites, just as they did in Iraq years ago. Obummer doesn't have the guts to do it.

Look at history. It was a very sad state of affairs when our American government turned a blind eye (at first) to what was happening to the Jews, some Christians, and other minorities during the Holocaust of Nazi Germany. When we were finally forced into WWII, the horrors and evil of Auschwitz, Belzec, Chelmno, Majdanek, Sobibor, and Treblinka death camps could never even have been imagined by most people! But THAT is what happens when people turn a blind eye to that with which they do not want to see, hear, learn about, or act upon until it is too late for millions of people.

What happens to those who live under extreme Islamic rule? If you live an alternative lifestyle — in other words, you are a homosexual, or have committed adultery, or perhaps only engaged in premarital sexual relations –”you’re dead,” Glenn stated.

“That’s not hyperbole!”
Glenn reminded viewers of a horrific incident in Saudi Arabia where 15 young school girls were made to perish in a burning building as the country’s religious police barred them from leaving the inferno. The reason these innocent children were not permitted to leave a burning building? They were not wearing their Islamic head scarves.

If you’re Jewish or Christian, “you’re dead,” or, if you’re thought to be a Jewish reporter — as was the case with CBS correspondent Lara Logan – “they rape you” and if people aren’t around to stop it, “you’re dead!”

Glenn also made note of CNN‘s absurdity in blurring out the images of Logan’s rapists when the network aired a report about the incident, thus protecting the identity of the reporter’s assailants.

Glenn takes us on a tour of the Middle East and Arab Spring and warns: ”If I’m wrong, we bought extra food. If they’re [media/administration] wrong, we die.”

This morning, I saw Rep. Darrell Issa explain why Eric Holder deserves to be held in Contempt of Congress.  Holder lied about what he knew, and when he knew it concerning the Gunrunner scandal that led up to the killing of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.  He was killed by a Gunrunner gun.   I also saw a conversation between Bill Hemmer and Judge Andrew Napolitano.  The Judge mentioned that Congress has the right to know all that happened and he thinks that Issa will win out in the end.  Over 60 members of Congress have already asked for Holder to step down.  With the next hearing coming up, perhaps this investigation will finally be exposed for the crimes done by the DOJ and the ensueing cover-up that still continues to this day.
