Liberals Can't Be Reasonable Re: Abortion

Moments ago (July 10, 2013 at 7:35 a.m. PT) Martha McCallum of the Fox News Channel asked a simple question.  "Do you think it is reasonable to limit abortions to before five months of pregnancy?"

Look at the World Dictionary definition of the term "reasonable":

World English Dictionary reasonable (ˈriːzənəb ə l) — adj 1. showing reason or sound judgment 2. having the ability to reason 3. having modest or moderate expectations; not making unfair demands 4. moderate in price; not expensive 5. fair; average: reasonable weather

Also, look at the synonyms list:
Synonyms 1. intelligent, judicious, wise, equitable. Reasonable, rational refer to the faculty of reasoning. Rational can refer to the reasoning faculty itself or to something derived from that faculty: rational powers; a rational analysis. It can also mean sane or sensible: She was no longer rational; a rational plan. Reasonable most often means sensible: A reasonable supposition is one which appeals to our common sense. 2. equitable, fair, just.

While discussing the Texas bill that would put restrictions on late term abortions, Martha posed that question ( "Do you think it is reasonable to limit abortions to before five months of pregnancy?") to her two guests - Sandy Rios (a pro-life conservative Christian) and Jehmu Greene(who once called Tucker Carlson "a bow tying white boy") - an obviously radical, pro-abortion liberal. As usual, the sparks started to fly within the discussion. It was a question that Jehmu refused to answer, thus, by the end of the segment Martha surmised that her answer was "no."

Have you ever noticed that Hillary Clinton's once popular statement - that abortions should be "legal, rare and safe" never comes up anymore?  If the Kermit Gosnell case (as well as others [warning:  very sad, sickening, and graphic information] that go unreported) doesn't show how UNSAFE and ILLEGAL some abortion doctors are in practice, then nothing else on this earth could.

As Sandy Rios said "yes" to Martha's question - that it is reasonable to limit abortion to before five months of pregnancy - and then began to state her opinions on the subject, Jehmu constantly interrupted her so that Sandy's points would be drowned out.  That is the way of the progressives.  Shut up those with whom they disagree by spewing the same old tired rhetoric that is quite typical of the hard heart mentality of the pro-murder-of-babies-in-the-womb-crowd advocates.

When Sandy Rios brought up the Kermit Gosnell case where he was convicted of murdering babies born alive after a botched abortion, Jehmu's interruptions became louder and louder.

I hope that the segment will be included in the Fox News video library so that I can link to it and readers here will be able to see and hear what transpired.

Lastly, why do you think that Jehmu Greene could not bring herself to state that limiting abortions to before 5 months of pregnancy is reasonable in one state where elected officials choose to pass such legislation?  Is "choice" only a one-sided issue to people like her?

Jehmu Greene would not even address the clinic of horrors where Kermit Gosnell committed serious crimes (including the death of one woman that he killed as a result of an abortion procedure) and only saw fit to be rabidly impolite and talk over Sandy Rios during the discussion.  Despicable...

Hat tips to all links.

I have yet to figure out the "war on women" or the attack on "women's heath" argument. Over at Town Hall I found a piece which reveals the mind-set of Barbara Boxer:
"Boxer not only supports late-term abortion, but partial birth abortion. During a debate about the partial birth abortion ban of 1999, Boxer argued in a debate with former Senator Rick Santorum that a baby doesn't have constitutional rights until a mother brings a baby home from the hospital. Boxer also argued that so long as the head of a baby is still inside the mother, a woman should have the ability to kill abort it because it isn't "born" yet (but yes, please keep saying the GOP is extreme)."

I think that Michael Savage was half right when he stated that "liberalism is a mental disorder." People like Boxer have an even worse kind of disorder - a spiritual disorder - that has taken them dangerously astray in order to overcome their collective minds into supporting a heinous act like baby murder in the womb.

r 3:14

But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ.

2Cr 3:15

But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart.

2Cr 3:16

Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.

These two definitions of "veil" apply:

4.
something that covers, separates, screens, or conceals: a veil of smoke; the veil of death.

5.
a mask, disguise, or pretense: to find fault under a veil of humor.

Until the day that pro-aborts confess their sin, repent, and find Christ, they will remain under the veil of death regarding this issue.
