Greg Koukl: The Secret - A Fatal Attraction

This morning, I received an email with the July, 2010 issue of Stand to Reason's Solid Ground publication. It is available [Note: PDF form] at the following link:

The author's foreword discusses the time that he appeared on a T.V. show called Lee Strobel's Faith Under Fire in a debate with Deepak Chopra. I saw that show, which was broadcast back in 2005, and wrote about it at my Talk Wisdom forum.

After reading Mr. Koukl's analysis of Oprah's so-called "ministry" known as "The Secret," it is revealed that she and the author of the book are misleading over 22 million people towards an old lie type of "religion" which is nothing more than a mix of monism, pantheism and Hinduism. What's even more disturbing is the fact that this false religion is being touted as "consistent with Christianity." Nothing could be further from the truth!

I haven't visited Zombietime , which is THE best photo journalist site on the Internet, in quite a while. So I figured that with the Islamo-Fascist ObaMARXist and his cronies in power, what would the far-left loons have to march and complain about? Apparently - they continue to have a lot to protest!

Whew! When crazies unite in a protest it's quite the sight to see! Warning! There are some very nasty anti-American (no surprise, of course) anti-Israel, rabidly anti-Semitic, pro-Islamic radicalism, pro-9/11 Truthers, pro-Communism, and pro-hatred of all kinds of people and groups-isms at the links. You will see that they have a habit of putting crude, and highly offensive curse words and messages on their posters. There were even some anti-Obama posters! Some were from the Lyndon LaRouche followers (who are the ones who put Hitler mustaches on Obama posters - even when they infiltrated TEA Party events), and some were from the anti-war crowd.

But when I clicked over to another blog called Ringo's Pictures there were additional, more highly unusual signs and posters that contained some very weird and even more crude and highly offensive language!

One, in particular, had me guessing (at first) just what was being depicted on the poster. After figuring it out, I realized that I just can't even bring myself to post it here! I have to admit, when it dawned on me what each of the photos on the poster were meant to depict, I couldn't help laughing at my own initial naivete'! The person who made that sign is, apparently, angry at everyone who has anything to say in the political arena here in America. If you are curious, go to the Ringo's Pictures link (above) and scroll down to the 57th photo (I know! There are so many!!) and you will see why I could not re-post it here!

The very sad part is that those who hate Israel and America are rabidly evil. Their hatred is deep in their souls. They do not want to repent of their sins. So, they rail against the Jewish nation of Israel - the apple of God's eye, and the Judeo-Christian nation of the United States of America. Ultimately, their hatred is the result of a spiritual problem.

What's more is that their hatred is really just an extension of the rejection they have towards the God of the Bible, the prophecy fulfillment of the re-born nation of Israel (and it's capital of Jerusalem), and their own personal, individual rejection of the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ, His Son.

You will see many who (unfortunately) side with the enemies of America. You will also notice that many of them cannot even spell! One sign reads: "Isreal Kills." (11 photos down from "they are screwing us" photo.)

Over at the Zombietime site, there is a sign (5 photos down) that reads, "Fund scools not war." Perhaps that protester has a point! But throwing more money at failing schools is not the answer.

The First Amendment of our beloved United States Constitution allows free speech - even when such speech is filled with hatred and/or highly offensive and crude messages.

One reason why I wanted to share these photos of moonbat lunatics and their signs is to show that the media chooses to ignore the leftist craziness that goes on here in America; yet condemns, mocks, and ridicules the millions of ordinary SANE Americans of the TEA Party events who are legitimately protesting the corruption, lies, forced gov't health care, out-of-control spending, and heavy-burden taxing that this gangster government is inflicting upon WE THE PEOPLE.

The far-left radicals are lost people. They need the Lord!

Conspiracy Theories Abound [Updates]

I have recently started reading Drkatesview blog and included a link in my sidebar here at Talk Wisdom. I usually do not include links to those who might believe the 9/11 "Truther" conspiracy theory. It is a theory that claims that our government at the time (the Bush Administration) knew ahead of time about the devastating radical Islamic attack against our nation on that horrid day of 9/11/01.

But her recent post intrigued me enough to comment about it.

Here is a copy of my comment:

The 9-11 conspiracy theory doesn't make sense to me. Popular Science magazine had a huge spread that debunked the claims that the "truthers" were spewing. Here is a post that includes a link to PS magazine's article. Plus, here's another paper that debunks one particular 9/11 conspiracy theorist's claims.

With that said, I DO think that the Dems are using such a theory (plus probably other things) to blackmail the Repubs into silence on the Obama ineligibility issue. Then again, if you read my latest post and what's written at the links, it just might reveal that both Dem and Repub progressive lawmakers don't even care if Obama's not a natural born citizen! Didn't Obama say that "it's a flawed document?" Didn't Bush once say that [the Constitution] "is just a piece of paper?" Personally, I was horrified when I heard Bush say that!

Progressivism is the disease that is infecting our government. No doubt about it! But there is only a fringe amount of people who believe the 9/11 truther conspiracy theories.

Why would Obama have hired green jobs czar Van Jones - knowing (as Glenn Beck recently exposed on his TV show) that Jones was a 9/11 truther, and then boot him (through telling him to "resign") out when the public became aware of it? Jones is still working for the administration - but in a different capacity. If Obama agreed with the truther theories, why wouldn't he have convinced Jones to stay as the green jobs czar? Was it for political expediency that he let him resign - only to keep him on "behind the scenes" with that Marxist organization (the title escapes me at the moment) Jones is currently working for?

In my opinion, the reason that 9/11 happened was because of what the Clinton administration (and that stupid Jamie Gorelick) DIDN'T do to prevent Bin Laden and his suicide/homicide terrorist crazies from carrying it out.

There are progressive Republicans out there, but I don't think that they would go along with the belief that 9/11 was an "inside job." They may agree with some of the Dem legislation, but I don't think that they want either a Marxist or Islamic takeover of our nation - even if they were bribed or threatened in some way.

If what you are claiming (about the 9/11 truthers and the conspiracy surrounding it all) is true, then our nation is in even more devastatingly dire straits and deep, deep trouble than I could have ever imagined!

The Defend Our Freedoms blogger, RepubX, had an excellent post about the fight that is going on between the Marxists and Radical Islamists for dominance in the world. THAT is the struggle that I think is currently going on here in America. Apparently (as of 3/3/10 at 7:27 a.m.PT) Repubx's site is down. However, I was able to find some archived articles.

The first one is about George Soros. He's the Marxist mastermind who helped get Obama elected by attempting to take down America's financial system.

Here is a link to past articles regarding the The War on Terror at RepubX. Their intentions have been clearly made known - to take down America (the "great satan" as they called our nation) as well as Israel (the "little satan" - as they have ignorantly labeled that nation.)

I apologize. I cannot find the original article that I read which did a great job of pitting the fight between Marxists and Muslims for the takeover and control of America. I will keep looking and perhaps I can share that link later.

Of course, this is only my opinion. But I think that the current "engagement" of the Marxists and Islamists where they have agreed to coexist and do whatever they can to destroy America will eventually fall apart. They might be working in collusion with each other for now, but in the end only one of the two probably actually believes that they are superior over the other. Thus, only one thinks that they will be able to claim an ultimately victory (God FORBID!) against our country.

I see it as similar to the struggle that went on between the Nazis and the Communists in World War II. They secretly worked together at first (as Glenn Beck's excellent historical documentary showed us a few weeks ago); but eventually they ended up fighting against each other. I think that the same thing will happen between today's Marxists (a.k.a. Communists) and Radical Islamists.

Perhaps my regular readers recall a blog post that I shared in the past about a photo I once saw (via Zombietime's site) of a man dressed in a keffiyeh holding a sign that reads:

"Thank You S.F. Liberals - You Die Last."

Well - I finally found it!



If you haven't ventured over and viewed all of the crazy people (including Marxists, Islam sympathizers, Jew haters, Bush haters, Conservative haters, U.S. Military haters, anti-war radicals, global warming fanatics, Muslim garbed protestors, etc.), then you owe it to yourself to look at the photos taken to see what type of people were involved in all of the various protests there during the Bush Administration years. These are the type of people who are running our government now. SCARY!!!!

After writing this post, I thought of that man carrying that sign. Back in 2006, I thought that it was a very weird message. Today, it makes more sense than ever!

Bilderbergers - Devious Corporate-Globalist Scheme?

When something is placed before my eyes several times within one weekend here on the Internet, I sit up, take notice, and get the feeling that perhaps I should blog about it. I didn't want to blog about several conspiracy theories that have been "out there" for quite some time. However, they kept popping up over the last two days and perhaps readers here might want to share their opinions on them.

The first is the 9/11 "truthers" conspiracy theory that our government was behind (or, in some conspiracy theorists minds - was "allowed" to happen despite our government knowing about it in advance) the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

The second is called the "Bilderberg group" conspiracy.

Here's how I got involved in a discussion of the 9/11 "truther" conspiracy.

Over at Citizen Well's blog, a commenter named "Marty Didier" wrote several off-topic comments claiming that he knew certain secrets that not many others would have been in a position to know about 9/11.

You can go to the link above and scroll down to read his comments. In fact, the blog owner shares some additional comments that Mr. Didier wrote at his blog in the past.

If you read the comments, it appears that Didier is linking the Clintons, Bush, and Obama into a "Political Mafia." However, most of his bashing rhetoric seems to be against the Clintons and Bush.

One commenter must have noticed and asked:

Sorry if this makes me into a “party pooper,” but I have my doubts about some things that “Marty Didier” has written.

Ronald Reagan once said, “Trust, but verify.”

The part that rang the alarm bells about him for me was when he wrote:

“I was told all about 911 in 1996 however at that time they were reviewing three sites and New York was one of them. “

Told by whom?
Is he claiming that our government planned the 9/11 attacks?

I draw the line of credibility with that one statement. IMO - he is not credible if this is what he believes.

Lots of pictures, books, and material out there if you still believe that 19 Islamic terrorists with box cutters defeated a multi-billion dollar defense system and attacked the most guarded building on this planet, the Pentagon.

I didn't google them. Didn't have to because the very next day (today) I found links to blogs with information about the Bilderberg group.

The first link was to someone named "Alex Jones" who just released (today) a documentary video on his site called, "The Obama Deception."

Here is a link to a review of the movie and the 1 hour, 53 min. YouTube video is also there on the page.

I watched the first few minutes. But when Jones turned out to be another 9/11 "truther," I decided to fast forward to the last 30 minutes of the film. I had read on another blog post that the last 30 minutes was "truly frightening."

It is difficult to accept such a huge conspiracy theory about many of the past presidential administrations. For me, I draw the line at believing that 9/11 was an "inside job." Perhaps you disagree with me and think that Alex Jones, Mr. Didier, and JJ are correct in their views. So be it.

Moving on, I discovered a blog post over at Politico.com about - you guessed it - the Bilderberg group.

Bilderbergers excite conspiracists.

I read the article, but plan on going back to read the 101 comments tomorrow.

So...readers...what's your take on all of this?
