Mark Levin: The Liberty Amendments [Update]

While commenting over at my friend Steve's blog, I mentioned Mark Levin's new book as being one that contains excellent ideas and solutions for taking our country back from the hardcore liberal/progressive/socialist/communist/ Islamo-fascist puppets and pawns of the ObaMAO BADministration. 

The added fact that the media of mass deception lets scandal after scandal "go away" instead of doing their job to report the truth about them shows that they are not on the side of WE THE PEOPLE.  

Congress seems to be no better (except for a few conservative heroes like Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, and Libertarian Rand Paul); but there are currently too few of these TEA Party supporting representatives to get anything done.  The establishment Republicans are at fault because they do not do anything to counter the Democrats.  Our Judiciary is out of control, too!  And the Executive branch is the worst EVER in the history of the United States of America!

So, what are WE THE PEOPLE supposed to do about this?

I think that Mark Levin has some excellent answers.

Mr. Levin's new book is called The Liberty Amendments and you can read the first chapter at that link. I am about to read the chapter for myself and will comment about it after I finish reading it.

From what I had heard on Hannity's show last night, Levin's ideas are good and sound alternatives for the states to pursue and for WE THE PEOPLE to get out from under of the grip of the unconstitutional tyranny that all three branches of this current evil [my word, not his] government are inflicting upon us!

The Liberty Amendments first chapter

I apologize for the delay in finishing this post.  With distractions aside now, I was able to finish reading the first chapter of Mark Levin's The Liberty Amendments.

I suggest that everyone (who is genuinely interested in this post and subject matter) read the entire first chapter [NOTE: PDF FORM] for themselves.  It will give a much more thorough summary than what I can provide here.

Levin is a highly educated man who "knows his stuff" when it comes to the United States Constitution.  Most of what he writes is understandable for the average, educated person.  However, I found myself looking up a few vocabulary words like "profligacy" which means:

Well, that descriptive word certainly applies to the current state of affairs in our "softly" tyrannical Federal Government!!!  And the term "dissoluteness" runs rampant as well!

indifferent to moral restraints; given to immoral or improper conduct; licentious; dissipated.

 

Such words only BEGIN to show the reasons why Levin wrote this book!  When you read the first chapter, it's encouraging to see someone who sees what is going on, is horrified like most of the rest of us, but also sees that the usual "every two year congressional election changes" as well as "every four year (or eight year, as in this case) presidential election" as being more of the same kind of road to either ignoring our Constitution, or actually intending to destroy it and turn the U.S.A. into a kind of socialist=Marxist=communist=tyrannical dictator led type of country; fooling the various constituencies (whether they be poor, black, Hispanic...name your group!) into thinking that a powerful federal government will bring them into some kind of wonderful life in utopia. [Pardon the run-on sentence!] Trouble is, when the elites get power...guess what happens to the pawns who helped get them there?  [Hint:  take a look at history and the Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot regimes that promised utopia and ended up killing hundreds of millions of THEIR OWN people!!!]

 

Levin does not share the actual Liberty Amendments that he thinks are needed in the first chapter.  (I can't wait to get the book!!)  However, as an honest conservative who knows the U.S. Constitution better than most; as well as being known as "The Great One" radio talk show host that he is, I'm confident that he will give us excellent ideas on how to get our nation back on track towards being the Constitutional Republic that the Framers intended!

As an honest broker, he does address the fact that the state convention method has not been successful in the past.  Admittedly, I need to do some research to see how many times it has been attempted in the past and the nature behind each attempt.   He also does share how much work will be involved as well as how the current evil [my word, not his] "powers-that-be" in the federal government (as well as the lapdog media) will fight tooth and nail against the solutions that he offers.  However, there has not been "such a time as this" where WE THE PEOPLE feel so totally ignored by those who are supposed to SERVE US as representatives in our nation's capitol; but instead get in there and serve THEMSELVES.  The latest egregious way that they have shown their elitism was when they all voted to exempt themselves and their staffs from the ObamaSCARE HELLcare exchanges!!!

Nonetheless, as more and more people are being awakened to the "soft" tyranny going on via the federal government, I think that the states and WE THE PEOPLE will WANT a way out that purposely zips right past the federal branches that are inflicting so much harm upon us all!

I am greatly encouraged after reading through the first chapter of Levin's book!  I really think that it will be a best seller and the liberal newspapers, T.V. pundits, and the rest of their ilk will probably go all apoplectic over it!  Once word gets out that there is a remedy - written into our U.S. Constitution by the highly intelligent and Judeo-Christian oriented Framers - for fighting (and winning) against the tyrannical forces of evil that are currently wreaking havoc upon our nation, the TEA Party and other conservative groups will be emboldened to press ahead and work hard - DOING WHAT IS NECESSARY in order to get out from under the strangle-hold of "soft" tyranny that we are experiencing; with the ultimate hope of preventing hard-core tyranny that would be much more difficult to recover from.

 

As Levin writes at the end of the first chapter:

 

What follows are proposed amendments to the Constitution--

The Liberty Amendments.

 

It is my hope and aspiration for our country that these amendments can spur interest in and, ultimately, support for the state convention process.  In any event, should there come a time, sooner or later, when the states convene a convention, these amendments or amendments of the same nature--as I make no claim of unassailable knowledge-- may prove useful and find their way into the debate.  But a plan is what is needed, as is a first step.  This is mine.

Anyone can go to http://www.supremecourt.gov at the bottom of the screen, look for “contact us”, this will take you to a page with phone numbers, address and email. You can leave an email, which they will receive today when they come in. It would be easy to flood the email and phone calls. We as citizens of America are entitled to request that our highest court review the information and hold a hearing on the same, that has been presented by Orly Taitz, Our Constitution says our President must be a “natural born citizen”, which means 2 parents that are citizens. Anyone running for the office of President of the United States, must provide proof of citizenship with a valid birth certificate and legal documentation, Social Security Number, Drivers License, Selective Services Registration. It is a known public fact, that all of Obama’s papers are forgeries. His birth certificate from Kenya has been located, it is in England, however, Obama has paid again to have it sealed. The Supreme Court can demand this be opened and England will abide. We must exercise our Constitutional rights and request or demand that the Justices of our highest court, The Supreme Court follow the Constitution that they swore an oath to.

In 2013: America, If You Don’t Learn Your History, You Will Be Damned To Repeat It!

Last evening, I forced myself (mostly because I can't stand Barbra Streisand!)  to watch the 1973 movie, "The Way We Were."   I recall seeing the movie back in the 70's, but at the time, I was not really interested in Katie's (Streisand character) political activism.  Back then, I was more interested in the romance between the two main characters.  However, as the IMDb website points out it was also about Katie's communist political convictions: Two desperate people have a wonderful romance, but their political views and convictions drive them apart.

What I want to concentrate on in this post is the fact that long ago, it was evident that Hollyweird's early leftist leanings were destined to one day reveal it's full-blown socialist/communist approval. What the movie critics and commentators don't mention about the film, is the spin that was placed upon Katie's communist leanings. I found it really disgusting to see the posters of Communist murderer Stalin in many scenes within the movie. Consider that 1973 was not as far removed from the years of Stalin's terrorist dictatorship (when millions were killed) as perhaps the current year of 2012. Too bad that many of those who apparently objected to (or even mocked) "the Red Scare" back then, (and hated McCarthy's exposure of communist infiltration here in the U.S.), didn't see this facetiously titled "Tribute to Communism."

It was comical to see Katie call Hubbell (Robert Redford's character in movie) a "Fascist" at one point.  Being Jewish apparently made her an enemy of Hitler, but not an enemy of Stalin?  As a writer at IMDb points out,

"The era in which these two characters were set was a very interesting time in American history, and the characters' actions during these times created some compelling cinema, particularly when it touched on the Red Scare."

The "Red Scare"??  Well, perhaps We The People should have been paying more attention to that "red scare" of communism because now, most of our government is being run by them!  [But don't take my word for it...see all the links with incriminating evidence at the right top sidebar at CommieBlaster.com.]

We can see the commie/Islamist supporting dictatorship developing at the fastest rate ever;  right before our very eyes here in America under BHO,  his nasty, nefarious handlers, and clueless "you die last" Borg-Bot minions!  [Note the man in the Che RED shirt in photo below.  It was a picture taken in San Francisco years ago at an anti-Israel, anti-Bush rally during the Bush Administration].

 They are all heavily, and relentlessly, working on negating the First and Second amendments to the U.S. Constitution.  I will give just two examples (there are THOUSANDS of examples - just go check out all the links at Commieblaster).

1. CNS News: Obama Administration: We Can and Will Force Christians to Act Against Their Faith.

CNSNews.com) - In a legal argument formally presented in federal court in the case of Hobby Lobby v. Kathleen Sebelius, the Obama administration is claiming that the First Amendment—which expressly denies the government the authority to prohibit the “free exercise” of religion—nonetheless allows it to force Christians to directly violate their religious beliefs even on a matter that involves the life and death of innocent human beings.

Because federal judges—including Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor—have refused to grant an injunction protecting the owners of Hobby Lobby from being forced to act against their Christian faith, those owners will be subject to federal fines of up to $1.3 million per day starting Tuesday for refusing to include abortion-inducing drugs in their employee health plan.

The Obama administration is making a two-fold argument for why it can force Christians to act against their faith in complying with the regulation it has issued under the Obamacare law that requires virtually all health care plans to cover, without co-pay, sterilizations, contraceptives, and abortion-inducing drugs.

The first argument the administration makes against the owners of Hobby Lobby is that Americans lose their First Amendment right to freely exercise their religion when they form a corporation and engage in commerce. A person’s Christianity, the administration argues, cannot be carried out through activities he engages in through an incorporated business.

“Hobby Lobby is a for-profit, secular employer, and a secular entity by definition does not exercise religion,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Stuart Delery in a filing submitted in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.

“Because Hobby Lobby is a secular employer, it is not entitled to the protections of the Free Exercise Clause or RFRA [the Religious Freedom Restoration Act],” Delery told the court on behalf of the administration. “This is because, although the First Amendment freedoms of speech and association are ‘right[s] enjoyed by religious and secular groups alike,’ the Free Exercise Clause ‘gives special solicitude to the rights of religious organizations.’”

In keeping with Delery’s argument, the Washington Post, as a corporation, can use its First Amendment-protected freedom of speech to write editorials in support of the Obama administration imposing its contraception mandate on businesses like Hobby Lobby. But the members of the family that created and owns Hobby Lobby, because they formed Hobby Lobby as a corporation, have no First Amendment freedom of religion that protects them from being forced by the government to act against their religious beliefs in providing abortion-inducing drugs.

The second argument the administration makes to justify forcing Christians to act against their faith is more sweeping. Here the administration argues it can force a person to act against his religion so long as the coercion is done under the authority of a law that is neutral and generally applicable—in other words, as long as the law was not written specifically to persecute Christians as Christians, the government can use that law to persecute Christians.

The pretext: Massacre of the innocents – Newtown, Conn.

I am a professor at a wonderful online school called National Paralegal College (NPC). Shannon Southard, a student there recently raised some very prescient questions on the issue of gun control:

Seems that almost every shooting that has made national headlines recently has involved a shooter suffering from one form or mental issues or another. We had two tragic shootings this week – one in a crowded mall another in an elementary school. Not to mention the awful shooting earlier this year at the movie theater. … Who should be blamed for these individuals being able to commit such heinous acts – lawmakers for allowing access to weapons, mental health professionals for possibly not treating appropriately, society for turning their backs on them?
 

This prompted fellow NPC student, Kathryn Dunigan to remark, “Almost all the mass shooters over the past 20 years, including the ones at Columbine and the Aurora Theater were on mind altering psychiatric drugs. Is gun control really the national conversation we need, or is [it] medication control?”


This comment prompted my response to Kathryn:

Don’t take the easy (unconstitutional) way out. … I want you to reconsider your remarks in light of constitutional history. If you follow Obama’s and the Democratic Party path to disarm law-abiding citizens, then the criminals (who won’t obey any gun laws) will be emboldened to use gun violence without limits. Why? Because they will know that law-abiding citizens will be disarmed and easy prey for criminals to abuse We the People. When in doubt, always follow the Constitution.


I would invite you to read Dr. John Lott’s excellent book dispelling liberal assumptions on the correlation between the access of guns and the proliferation of gun violence. You can read a short analysis of Dr. Lott’s book, “More Guns, Less Crime.”


Note the level of vitriol in the academic community against his theories. Why? Because progressives understand that to effect and increase federal government hegemony and state-control throughout society, the Second Amendment must be repealed. Look at the history of all fascist societies from Robespierre and the Jacobins, the French Enlightenment, Germany’s Otto von Bismarck, to Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot, Franco, etc. The first thing these tyrants want to do as soon as they secured power was to disarm the public and make the STATE (e.g., the army, police, secret police, Gestapo, etc.) the only entity legally allowed to possess guns. Why? So the state can steal your unalienable (God-given) liberties and make you slaves of the Leviathan State. … In my opinion, President Obama has almost taken America to that abyss.

 

The Policy

The great Spanish philosopher George Santayana warned us decades ago: Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership (JPFO) is an organization dedicated to the preservation of gun rights in the United States and “to encourage Americans to understand and defend all of the Bill of Rights for everyone.” The group was founded by former firearms dealer Aaron S. Zelman in 1986. JPFO interprets the Second Amendment as recognizing a pre-existing natural right of individuals to keep and bear arms.


According to the comprehensive research by JPFO, all of America’s present gun-control laws have Nazi origins, evidenced by the group’s shocking accusation that the Gun Control Act of 1968 was plagiarized almost word for word from Nazi legislation. The German Weapons Law, which existed before the Nazis came to power in 1933, was amended on March 18, 1938, by the Nazi government. The JPFO’s claim is based in part by the fact that the 1968 law introduces the “sporting purpose” test to distinguish different types of weapons, similar to the “sporting purpose” test that existed in the German law in question. Sen. Thomas Joseph Dodd (father to Sen. Chris Dodd) was a prosecutor at the Nuremberg Trials (1945-46) and had reviewed copies of the Nazi 1938 firearms law as the 1968 Gun Control Act legislation was being drafted.


It is very probable that it was none other than Sen. Thomas Dodd who brought copies of the 1938 Nazi German Weapons Law, had that language literally translated and copied into America’s 1968 Gun Control Act which would explain why the two laws are almost identical. History tells us that the 1938 Nazi law facilitated the disenfranchisement, imprisonment and murder of millions of Jews and millions of other untermensch (sub-humans, undesirables). The 1968 Gun Control Act has already lead to the disenfranchisement of our Second Amendment rights, imprisonment and the needless maiming and murder of countless citizens who, due to liberal fascist anti-gun policies, could not lawfully use a firearm to defend themselves.


Examine carefully the JPFO chart below detailing the history of global gun control laws in just a few selected countries over the past 100 years; it is a Who’s Who of hatred of liberty, government fascism, disarmed civilians and genocide.

The Postlude


America, you have a constitutional natural right to be armed in order to protect yourself, because under U.S law the police have no duty to protect the average person. The Bill of Rights (the first 10 amendments to the U.S. Constitution) are all unalienable rights, which meant that they are God-given, self-evident truths, natural rights that originated from God, the Bible and Natural Law and therefore can never be lawfully taken away by man or the State.


America, if you don’t learn your history, you will be damned to repeat it.

The inexperience of Obama has taken us down a tragic road over the past 3 1/2 years!!!  The Alinsky/Cloward Piven method of hoisting upon one's own petard (e.g. claiming things about your opponent's V.P. that DEFINITELY has aleady been shown to apply to the current pResident in the White House) is truly laughable at this point.  You know the old saying, "you can fool some of the people some of the time...."  Hopefully, most voters won't get fooled that easily again.

I thought that Ryan's speech was wonderful!!  I got the "ahhh...back to normalcy" feeling as he stated how important honesty, integrity, sound judgment, fiscal responsibility, economic stability, A SOUND BUDGET, more freedom and liberty,  less government intrusion, and common sense all need to return to Washington, D.C.!!

There are conservative bloggers who fear that Obama will do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING - legal or illegal - to stay in office.  No kidding!   I do not doubt that he and his sniveling, conniving desperately evil surrogates would even kill (oops...they already have done that!) to sway the election in their favor. 

 But I do think that sending up prayers on a daily basis can help ease such fears.  After all, the ObaMARXIST regime has it's boot on the throats of the media to broadcast what THEY WANT - in essence - delving into mind control over the people.  It may have worked in 2008, but I don't think it will in 2012.  Too many people have wised up to the shenanigans and they won't get fooled again.

During the introduction of Paul Ryan to the podium for the V.P. announcement, Romney inadvertently said, "Paul Ryan, the next president of the United States."  I'm sure that the liberal left lunatics in the media will have a field day with that mistake.  But it is understandable that Romney said that.  He has been on the campaign trail for months asking for votes to be "the next president of the United States" so that line was ingrained in his mind.  Let the liberals laugh...because Republicans will have the last laugh after all is said and done.  And, maybe Romney's brief error (corrected before Ryan spoke) will turn out to be prophetic!  After 8 years with Romney at the helm, it would be deeply satisfying to have Ryan for the following 8 years as the new president in 2020!!  It will probably take close to two decades to unravel all of the harm and destruction that Obummer and his ilk have wreaked upon our beloved nation!

I'd like to sent a "shout out" to my friend MaryAnn's husband, Jerry.  After Obama was elected in 2008, he stated, "Let's hope that he (Obama) does such a terrible job that Republicans will hold the presidency for the next 20 years!!"  Jerry?  I hope and pray that your little epiphany becomes reality!

Obama Eligibility Challenges Spread to 6 States

If readers watched the videos of the hearing in Atlanta Georgia (links were posted here at Talk Wisdom yesterday) then you would know that the decision in the Georgia case is expected soon. The deadline for papers being entered into the court case is February 1, 2012.

WorldNetDaily reports that ballot concerns are going viral and have already spread to 6 additional states.

An administrative law judge in Georgia could decide as early as this week whether voters in the state convinced him Barack Obama’s name should be removed from the 2012 presidential ballot because he is not qualified to hold the office.

But win, lose or draw, the fight isn’t going to be over, as other cases are erupting across the nation, with challenges being raised anew even in Obama’s own adopted political network in Illinois.

The Georgia hearing was before Judge Michael Malihi, and while none of the lawyers who appeared in the proceedings was willing to predict what the decision will be, several did confirm that Malihi had considered simply granting them a default victory, because Obama and his lawyers expressly stated they would not participate in a hearing to provide evidence that he is qualified to be on the ballot.

A default presumably would have meant a recommendation from the judge that Obama’s name be stricken from the ballot, a decision which would head for review immediately by Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp.

He, however, was the one who warned Obama of the “peril” of not participating in the hearing when Obama and his attorney had asked that the event be canceled.

Whatever the outcome in Georgia, the issue is gaining traction in other states, too, including Alabama, Tennessee, Arizona, New Hampshire, and even Illinois, Obama’s home political base.

It is important to note that this challenge is different from the birth certificate challenges in the past that were often dismissed due to "lack of standing." Here is why:

The newest round of court actions do not try to have a judge determine Obama is not qualified for the Oval Office and remove him from it, they simply challenge his eligibility for the 2012 election.

Many of the cases cite Minor v. Happersett, a U.S. Supreme Court opinion from 1875 that said a “natural born citizen” would be a person whose parents both were citizens.

“This complaint does not request any injunction against any state or federal government official. Instead this complaint asserts that the private entity, Defendant Democratic Party, intends to act negligently or fraudulently in a manner that will cause irreparable harm to the plaintiffs, to the states, and to the citizens of the United States,” said one of the filings.

It continued, “Because Mr. Obama has admitted that his father was not a U.S. citizen, and because this fact has been confirmed by the U.S. State Department, any reasonable person with knowledge of these facts would doubt Mr. Obama’s constitutional qualifications. Therefore, any representation by the Democratic Party certifying said qualifications would be negligent, absent further evidence verifying Mr. Obama’s natural-born status.

“Plaintiffs further request an injunction prohibiting the Democratic Party from making any representation to any state official asserting, implying, or assuming that Mr. Obama is qualified to hold the office of president, absent a showing by the party sufficient to prove that said representation is not negligent.”

Van Irion, lead counsel for Liberty Legal Foundation, also is working on several of the issues, and has brought the question in court in Arizona.

“We picked the Arizona court for several reasons, but the main one being that it is part of the 9th Circuit. The 9th Circuit has indicated in dicta that an FEC-registered presidential candidate would have standing for this type of suit,” he said. The organization is working with John Dummett, a Liberty Legal Foundation member who is a candidate for the office of president in the 2012 election.

Irion said the other lawsuit was filed in state court in Tennessee.

“The focus of the state-court suit is to prevent certification to the Tennessee Secretary of State. This suit puts greater emphasis on the negligent misrepresentation/fraud aspects of a certification from the DNC. It includes more facts regarding Obama’s Indonesian dual citizenship and fraudulent Social Security Number,” he said.

He said if the cases succeed, the Democrats would not be able to list Obama as their candidate for 2012.

“Neither lawsuit discusses Obama’s place of birth or his birth certificate. These issues are completely irrelevant to the argument. LLF’s lawsuit simply points out that the Supreme Court has defined ‘natural-born citizen’ as a person born to two parents who were both U.S. citizens at the time of the natural-born citizen’s birth. Obama’s father was never a U.S. citizen. Therefore, Obama can never be a natural-born citizen. His place of birth is irrelevant,” Van Irion’s group said.

WND also has reported that Maricopa, Ariz., County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has launched a formal law enforcement investigation into concerns Obama may submit fraudulent documentation to be put on the state’s election ballot in 2012.

Other attorneys involved in the Georgia case are J. Mark Hatfield and Orly Taitz.
Hatfield has told WND that the goal is for a court determination on the definition of “natural born citizen,” which then could be applied directly to Obama’s candidacy.

Conservatives Need To Examine Trump Carefully! [Updates]

I must admit, there are a LOT of things that bother me about Donald Trump and his bloviating on his possible run for the presidency. Have you noticed? He is on almost every network out there in media-of-mass-deception land!  First of all, doesn't it seem strange that so many in the liberal leftist T.V. land are willing to interview him about the "birther" issue?  I still can't decide whether Trump is genuinely concerned about Obama not being a legitimate president, or if Trump is pushing the "birther" issue in order to:

1.  Fool Republicans into making him their GOP candidate.

2.  A "plant" by the leftist Democrats to continue the shift away from the REAL issue - the impossibility that Obama could ever be a natural born citizen of the United States of America because his father (if, in fact, his biological father was Obama Sr.) was never a citizen of the United States.

If you have been viewing many of Trumps interviews lately, perhaps you will notice the huge differences between Trump's interviews and the following CNN interview of Orly Taitz:

If you watch the video all the way to the end, you will see how the other guest shouts down Ms. Taitz when she brings up the fact that Obama used (or is still using) a Connecticut social security number that was previously given to someone else. O'Reilly tried to shut down that fact on his show a while back [be sure to view the video at above link and watch Reverend Manning’s excellent analysis of Bill O’Reilly’s lying performance]
by claiming that Obama's father lived in Connecticut for a while and therefore, that is why Obama Jr. has a SSN from there. However, the sequence of numbers does not match numbers given out in 1961. Apparently, it matches numbers of someone much older. There is also a problem with the number used for Obama Jr's selective service application.

He has also called for regulators to stop European stock operator Deutsche Börse’s ( DBOEY ) planned $9.5 billion buyout of the NYSE Euronext ( NYX: 37.85, +0.26, +0.69% ) , telling Fox Business Network, “I don’t want foreign countries owning the New York Stock Exchange.” If he was the president, he added, he “wouldn’t even have allowed the discussions to take place.” In a capitalist country, shareholders make that kind of decision, not regulators . Trump sees a clear role for governmentpicking winners and losers in the economy, just the same as the previous presidents he claims to critique.
On top of that, he has pushed for a one-time 14.25% tax on the rich as a means of supplementing funding for Social Security and Medicaid, along with universal health care .
Philosophically, those positions are indistinguishable from the anti-capitalist political establishment now in power.
Trump, of course, is free to run and support whatever platform he wishes, as are his many fans across the country. But despite his personal fortune, they should know his proposals and political philosophy are far from capitalist.Punitive and redistributionist taxes, centralized planning, barriers to trade and an entitlement “social safety net” are all ideas straight out of Karl Marx , not John Galt .
“You need a person like me to run this country for a while because we have to get this country back so that we’re respected again.” Trump told CNN recently.

Schumer's underhanded tactics and bravado about defying the will of the voters are due in large part to his knowledge that the Obama-aligned media will protect him and his tax-and-spend liberal cronies.

Any doubt about the slavish relationship that the media have with Washington, DC leftists can be put to rest, as all three networks chose to ignore this major gaffe by a leading DC liberal.

Paul Ryan & GOP Heroes vs. Obamafraud

I watched most of the budget plan presentation that was laid out by Paul Ryan and several Republican House members online at FoxNews.com. The reason that I missed some of it was because Fox News Channel T.V. abruptly cut away from the press conference to allow a commentator to speak about what had already been discussed. After a commercial aired, I had hoped that the press conference would be presented back on T.V. When it didn't, I checked the other cable stations and they had commercials airing. It was then that I decided to go online so that I could watch the entire presentation without interruption.

Why did Fox do that? I'm highly disappointed in them. It appears to me that they are now leaning left towards what Obama would want presented (and not presented) on T.V. What an absolute shame! What a sham! Maybe the broadcast station went back to the GOP news conference. I hope it did. But thank God for the Internet and live streaming video to assist us in getting all of the information that the American people need to read, hear, and see!

I even checked C-SPAN, and the news conference wasn't broadcasted there either. Sometimes they re-broadcast later in the day so I will check the schedule in order to see the parts that I had missed.

It was kinda weird that the cameraman did not show the chart that Rep. Ryan had on display and referred to during the discussion. However, I did get a glimpse of it at the end of the segment and saw a high red line going steeply up over the years which was what the do-nothing spending pResident would want (and possibly the Dem controlled Senate) for our nation's future. This was in stark contrast to the green productive course that Ryan, using CBO numbers and the plan he laid out in detail during the press briefing, would give towards the future of our nation and our children and grandchildren over the next decade.

After the video was over, the front page of FoxNews.com showed this headline:

"Sources Tell Fox News That the White House Won't Except GOP's Short-Term Spending Bill"

This Manchurian pResident isn't even hiding his contempt for the will of the American people and their desire to get out of the debt and deficit quagmire we are in; while increasing job growth and fiscal dicipline to STOP THE HUGE AMOUNT OF GOVERNMENT WASTE!!

Ironically, I recently watched the movie, "The Manchurian Candidate." Although it was different in some ways from what we are currently experiencing with this radical Islamo-fascist, Fabian Socialist, (be sure to look that term up!!!) Marxist, anti-Israel, pro-Islam, anti-Founding Fathers, anti-Constitutional Republic Manchurian pResident (who is actually just a puppet of the Soros-led puppeteer billionaire and radical Islamic clerics, and Communist Union boss influencers [please note: I did NOT SAY UNION WORKERS]); in other ways it showed exactly what the evil powers-that-be who buy votes through lying and covering up criminal acts can do to wreak havoc and chaos upon our beloved nation and WE THE PEOPLE!!

I will continue to share the truth here at this blog so that more Americans who are doing searches on the Internet to find out all of the lies of the radical leftists in control of the media of mass deception are spinning and purposely hiding from all of us. Unfortunately millions of individuals who were lied to and fooled by Obamafraud in 2008 fell for his "hopey,changey" hooey campaign fairy tales. I pray to God that they won't get fooled again!
