Carl Gallups reported he had a telephone conversation with Mike Zullo immediately after Mike made his public presentation at the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Convention in St. Charles, Missouri, on the morning of Saturday, June 1.

According to Carl Gallups, Mike Zullo stated that the overwhelming response of the lawmen and elected officials is that of absolute SHOCK. Zullo said that "audible gasps" could often be heard during his presentation. He said that one official came up to him afterwards and said, "I have been purposely ignoring this matter - until NOW! I will ignore it no longer." Zullo reports that several constitutional officers, public officials, attorneys, elected officials, and others are now pledging full and personal support in moving this matter to a congressional investigation. Zullo says that the media blackout has kept many of these officials in the dark. He says most of them are now outraged - now that they have seen the evidence that they should have seen from the beginning. Now, Zullo is reporting, the media is being 'side-stepped.' "We are making inroads and contacts that we have never made before. This conference is really going to 'pay off' in moving things forward. Very important people are now beginning to see the amassed criminal evidence of perhaps the biggest fraud in American history. They are moved - they are shocked - and they are ready for action. Plans of action are now being laid at this very conference. This meeting could prove to be monumental."

Zullo continued, "The evidence in this criminal case is overwhelming and undeniable. The only identifying document that Barack Obama has ever presented to the American public is a 100% verifiable forgery and fraudulent document. It is a criminal offense to use fraudulent documents to gain political office - much less the office of POTUS and Commander-in-Chief. We knew that once we could get this information before the public, and especially lawmen, congressmen, attorneys, and legal officials - we could get the ball rolling on a congressional investigation. We have some shocked officials at this conference. Think of it - all these lawmen, lawmakers, and legal officials just saw the evidence - not one has challenged the legal credibility of what we have. The ball is now rolling."

Congressman Steve Stockman (TX) was the Keynote speaker at the convention last night. He too has now heard Zullo's presentation and more than likely will be in the private 'credentialed' presentation today as well. You might remember that Stockman has already gone on record threatening impeachment proceedings against Obama for unconstitutional matters regarding the Second Amendment. It is our understanding at PPSIMMONS that Congressman Stockman is very concerned over the matter of the Obama Fraud case.

Remember - this movement investigator Zullo is speaking of - is the result of the PUBLIC presentation only. The full PRIVATE presentation for lawmen and elected-officials-only (credentials checked at the door) will be made later on today. In that two hour meeting, Zullo, with full authority of Sheriff Joe Arpaio, pledges to reveal all the criminal investigation material they possess in this matter. We can only imagine the reaction and outrage that will ensue once these constitution loving, patriotic officials see the pile of criminal evidence. Mike Zullo and Carl Gallups have been promising for months that we would soon see some forward movement in this case. It is now happening.

Carl emphasized, "This Sheriffs and Peace Officers meeting was merely some icing on the cake. This was dropped in our laps just 5 weeks ago. We still have other VIPs and other plans being made now that are even bigger than what is happening at the Sheriffs Convention. This matter is finally going to be heard as it should have from the beginning."

Carl continued, "Very soon, certain members of the media, the courts, and congress are going to look very silly. They have been ignoring this, sitting on it, marginalizing it, and flat-out trashing the matter for years. They will soon be seen for what they are. This matter should have been investigated by Congress years ago. It is their constitutional mandate and they ignored it - purposely. This whole thing could have been resolved one way or the other years back. The media blacked it out. But we don't need the pundit media anymore. We are going around the MSM. We have other venues now. More and more, very important people of constitutional standing are being enlightened and coming on board. Soon, the world will know that we have been correct in this matter all along."

These investigators are going about  this the correct way.    It is interesting to note that the investigators will not prematurely press charges (what the Obots want them to do in order to ruin the case), but continue on until they get it to the point of a Congressional hearing on the matter.  Then this thing will burst wide open!

Most of that talk is coming out of the Obot camp - so what does that tell you? They know that would be the wrong and premature thing to do. They know that if something like that was done now - the case would be lost - there would be jurisdictional and prosecutorial matters at stake. Mike Zullo has explained this in detail, time and time again.

"If the case were to be struck down because of a blunder like that - it might never come to a congressional hearing. The detractors know that - that is why they are trying to turn public sentiment towards filing criminal charges now. Anyone who claims they know what they are talking about and they are screaming for "criminal charges to be filed now" - be wary of them. They are up to no good. They are purposely trying to derail this case. Zullo and Arpaio are not that stupid. They know what they are doing. Arpaio and Zullo have almost 80 years of professional law enforcement experience between them. Arpaio has 30 years of federal law enforcement background. He knows how this game is played. This will soon be handled the way the constitution demands that it be handled. And when it is handled properly - it will stick!"

IMHO, many people who would like to speak out on this issue are afraid.  They have either been threatened personally, professionally,  or terrified into  silence by the thugs in the ObaMARXIST BADministration.  Others, (like Bill O'Reilly) have been brainwashed into believing that exposing the fraud of Obama is not worthwhile to pursue (for whatever reason).

However, the more officials on the local, statem and then national  level that are made aware of the fraudulent documents, the better the  case will be when it gets a hearing in Congress.

In light of the fact that Chief Justice Roberts has referred the case, (12A606) “Edward Noonan et al., v The Calif. Sec. of State, Deborah Bowen,” to a full conference to be held on February 15th, the perfect opportunity to defeat the ‘Manchurian’ Muslim from Mombasa’s assault on the 2nd Amendment is at hand.

‘The best defense is a good offense!” The Chief Justice must be persuaded to take up the case and render a decision which retro-actively abrogates the illegal election of a constitutionally ineligible candidate who fraudulently represented himself as eligible to be president. Even now Mr. Obama proceeds in a cover-up of unparalleled magnitude forging official documents and paying law firms millions of dollars to keep his true background hidden.

Consider the following: Could Chief Justice Roberts have been defensively posturing for the blow-back, the “black-lash” if you please, of a decision he may have realized would be necessary to make in the future on Mr. Obama’s purported constitutional eligibility when he ruled so surprisingly on Obamacare?

Could the Chief Justice be about to shock the Hell out of the world and rule against Obama as being constitutionally eligible to be president on February 15, 2013?

In the hope that this albeit far-fetched scenario is a possibility, is the NRA or the Republican Party making any effort to promote such a decision by the Supreme Court which would be the best outcome in defense of the Second Amendment?

Might not the Chief Justice have been positioning himself and the Supreme Court as apparently not being antagonistically inclined towards Mr. Obama so as to insulate them both from certain to arise liberal charges of racism should a decision need to be rendered by the court on the issue of constitutional eligibility which would pronounce that Mr. Obama is not now and never has been eligible to be president?

Wouldn't it be great if that scenario came true??

I know - even the author (Chris Ferrell at moral matters.org) states this as possibly being a "far-fetched scenario."  However, all of the other cases that have been dismissed because of "lack of standing" apparently have resulted from a false concept (and type of cheating) used by attorneys and judges!  It's all a smokescreen and just a canard!

Arizona’s Joe Arpaio, known as “America’s Toughest Sheriff” for his treatment of criminals, has been sued by the Obama Administration but is running for re-election this year. He may already have had the last laugh, as his investigators probing President Obama’s birth certificate have come up with sure-fire proof that the document has been tampered with. The evidence shows that the identification of Obama’s father as “African” was not on the original document.

Arpaio says the tampering may represent a “national security threat,” a reference to the fact that, if Obama’s birth certificate is fraudulent, foreigners seeking entry into or citizenship in the United States could similarly obtain phony documents. He is asking Congress to investigate.

The reason for the cover-up in Obama’s case, contends filmmaker Joel Gilbert, is that his real father was Frank Marshall Davis, a Communist under FBI surveillance who was Obama’s mentor while he was growing up in Hawaii. The Gilbert film, “Dreams from My Real Father ^[1],” makes this case, based on a series of striking photo comparisons between Obama and Davis, and informed speculation that Davis, a sex “swinger” and pornographer, had an intimate affair with Obama’s mother. The film includes nude photos that Davis took of her in Davis’s home

Joseph Farah’s WorldNetDaily, which has been working with and covering the Arpaio inquiry, now seems focused on the critical issue of not where Obama was born but whether the identity of the father has been concealed. Gilbert argues that the “birthers” were on the wrong track all along and that the work of Arpaio’s team “confirms both the evidence and thesis” presented in his film that the father was left as “unknown” on Barack Obama’s birth certificate.

Davis, perhaps the central figure in Obama’s early life, was referred to merely as “Frank” in Obama’s book Dreams from My Father. That cover-up was blown four years ago, when the identity of “Frank” was revealed and his 600-page FBI file was disclosed. Still, such figures as Dana Milbank of The Washington Post continue to refer to Davis as just a non-controversial “author.” Like many in the liberal media, Milbank has been determined to sanitize Obama’s relations with a Communist Party USA operative who was called before Congress to explain his involvement in “Soviet activities” in Hawaii
.
These pro-Obama “journalists” understand that while the threat of communism does not pack the same kind of punch it did years ago, it would be extremely damaging for Obama to have it known that he was raised and trained by a Communist operative with loyalties to the old Soviet Union. Indeed, Obama’s loyalty to the U.S. might be questioned as a result.

Despite the failure to explain Davis’s Communist background and strong influence over Obama in his youth, the new Obama biography by David Maraniss, Barack Obama, the Story, confirms an Obama poem about “Pop ^[2]” was about Davis, not the Kenyan or Obama’s grandfather. The poem talks about Davis and whiskey, and stains and smells on their “shorts.”

Without setting out to ascertain true paternity, Arpaio investigator Mike Zullo’s analysis takes the problem to a deeper level—the mentor may have been the actual father. He analyzed the numbers or codes on certain parts of Obama’s so-called “long-form birth certificate ^[3],” as released by the White House.

While most media, including conservative talk radio, have shied away from the blockbuster revelations, Zullo appeared on “Aaron Klein Investigative Radio” on New York’s WABC Radio ^[4] to talk about the “faded set of puzzling, handwritten codes,” saying that “…they looked like pencil markings to us. Nobody really knew what they were.” Zullo told Klein they were able track down the “local registrar” who signed the document, a now 95-year-old woman named Verna Lee, who explained what the codes meant.

As noted ^[5] by WorldNetDaily, Lee confirmed to investigators that the “9” meant the information is not stated, meaning there should not have been any information in the box in which the number is written and that it was left “unknown.” On the “official” document released by the White House, however, the “9” was next to “Race of Father,” under which “African,” a reference to Barack Hussein Obama, the “Kenyan goat herder” claimed by Obama as his father when he ran for office, was entered.

What all of this means is that the word “African” was inserted by persons unknown who apparently wanted the identity of the true father concealed.

The reason for the fraud is what takes the scandal to another more dangerous level. The evidence suggests that Obama’s birth document was altered not just to conceal a family scandal but to conceal Obama’s relationship with a Communist who was considered by the FBI to be a top Soviet operative in the state of Hawaii and eligible for arrest in the case of a national emergency.

But the alteration of the document did not go far enough. The “9” was left on by the forgers because they did not understand what it meant or whether it was relevant. They had to have figured that the “9” would have been ignored as mere scribbling on a birth certificate, having nothing to do with the “African” designation for the father.

This omission on their part has now come back to haunt them and constitutes proof, as noted by Arpaio and his investigators, that the document has been altered. But by whom? The culprits would have to include Obama and/or his top associates.

Not surprisingly, the media either ignored the revelation or distorted its significance. The Associated Press wire service covered the Arpaio news conference and noted ^[6], “The Obama campaign declined to comment on Arpaio’s allegations.” But the story went on to question the claims of the “birthers” without saying that the critical issue has now become the identity of the father.

Gilbert was the first to assemble evidence that the “African,” Barack Hussein Obama, was not Obama’s real father, and to offer a coherent explanation as to why the cover-up occurred.
Once it was decided that Davis could not be listed as the father, after the birth, the Kenyan Obama, who had a wife and children in Kenya, agreed to a “sham marriage” in exchange for certain benefits, Gilbert says.

He explains, “The Kenyan Obama applied only to extend his visa and for a work permit, instead of citizenship which he would have done if it were a real marriage and if the child was his. Frank Marshall Davis, a married man with five children, wanted the paternity covered up, while ‘Gramps,’ Stanley Dunham, needed a cover (Davis being under FBI surveillance) due to his government employment. Stanley Dunham knew the Kenyan Obama from his work with Operation Airlift Africa, as evidenced in the photo in the film. No father was named on Barack Obama’s birth certificate because it was not acceptable for Davis to be named as the father, while the Kenyan was not accepting responsibility for the child, only to assist in the cover up for short term benefit.”
Gilbert tells AIM that, in addition to all of this, “I corresponded and spoke several times with an elderly friend of Frank Marshall Davis named Stephen T. Murin, who was 93 years old. When I asked him about the Obama birth certificate, he told me, ‘as far as I know they didn’t put any father on it.’ Unfortunately, Murin passed away suddenly and I never got a chance to interview him on camera.”

“Barack Obama built his political career on the goat herding Kenyan father, by which he meant that he would bring people together and was above politics. So the story went,” Gilbert said. “In fact, it is more likely Obama has a deeply disturbing family background, from which he acquired a Marxist political foundation. Frank Marshall Davis was a member of CPUSA, and a Communist propagandist and organizer, charged with bringing black people into the movement. Some CPUSA members became Soviet spies, stealing America’s atomic weapons plans and helping to ignite the Cold War. Davis was suspected of espionage in the FBI files.”

Gilbert concluded, “While voters will overlook some fudging by politicians, promoting a false family background to hide a Marxist agenda irreconcilable with American values is a totally unacceptable manipulation of the electorate.”

As Gilbert makes his case to the media, he finds resistance, even from conservative media organizations such as Newsmax.com. “On May 2 of this year, I paid Newsmax $4,350, in advance, for an advertising campaign,” he said ^[7] at my Washington conference last week. “They pulled it at the last second. ‘Why?’ They said it was because they wanted ‘to move to the Center.’”

When Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse gave a news conference on March 1, 2012, there were dozens of news cameras present in the audience, taping the event. There were even several questions asked after all of the evidence had been shown. But what kind of questions did the news people ask? Mostly "gotcha" type questions designed to get the investigators to admit that they are "birthers" out to accuse Obama of fraud. I did not hear ONE person ask any questions about the devastating evidence that was presented that will require additional investigation.  I didn't hear ONE news person ask about the "person of interest" that was mentioned as a possible forger of the COLB for Obama.  I did not hear ONE news person ask about the evidence for the forgery of Obama's Selective Service form.  I ask you, if this case had been evidence against former President George W. Bush, would the media have treated it with silence this way?  Of course not!  We have seen how the media blasts all their proverbial guns at the GOP candidates, but remains mute about such a big case against Obama.

Apparently, the news people did not report on the press conference. Media of mass deception blackout...once again!


In what some might call a completely unrelated case, there is much suspicion regarding the death of Conservative Activist, Andrew Breitbart. I mentioned this in the comment section of a previous post, but I wondered why the media of mass deception immediately trotted out the idea that Breitbart died "of natural causes." An autopsy has been done and it will take 6 - 8 weeks for the results.

At the very time that the media was so forcefully focusing on religion-related remarks made by Santorum, news broke that a court in Iran had just ordered a 34-year-old married father of two to be put to death for converting from Islam to Christianity. And supposedly, not a single journalist in the mainstream media connected the dots between that action and these incredibly foolish and manifestly false words that Barack Obama had said about Islam:

Obama said this in his June 2009 Cairo speech that the media praised to the high heavens -- literally. Remember how Newsweek editor Evan Thomas gushed: "Obama's standing above the country, above-above the world, he's sort of God...he's the teacher"?

How can it be that it did not occur to a single one of the best and brightest of America's major news media journalists that it might be interesting to ask Barack Obama if, in light of an Iranian court's ordering a death sentence for the crime of converting to Christianity, he still stands by his assertion that Islam shows us "the possibilities of religious tolerance"?

While gleefully pouring controversy over Santorum, as they would with any conservative, they covered for Obama by not asking him obvious questions that would have stirred up controversy that would still be raging. Such as:

Which specific words and deeds did Obama have in mind that made him conclude that Islam was demonstrating for us "the possibilities of religious tolerance"?

Does this ordered execution for conversion from Islam cause Obama to reconsider his view that Islam equals religious tolerance?

A media that did not see itself as playing a supporting role in Obama's re-election campaign would have a field day contrasting this stark fact of barbaric intolerance with Obama's mind-bogglingly foolish false praise.


[Blind] followers never question.

The media do not put such tough, embarrassing questions to Obama because they see themselves as his allies and their role as his protectors.

The Case of Obama’s Ambiguous Birth Narrative

I have been writing about Obama's ineligibility issues for years. But with the release of the so-called "long form birth certificate," in April, 2011, Obama and his cronies probably had hoped to put the issue to rest. Well guess what? The release of that document has only heightened the interest in solving the true story of Obama's birth narrative.

The alleged "Certificate of Live Birth" has been shown to be a forgery - by many experts in the field of determining the authenticity of birth documents!

Perhaps SOMETHING will be finally be done about this after Sheriff Joe Arpaio [read details at first link above] releases the findings tomorrow that he and his Cold Case Posse have accumulated over the course of several months' worth of investigation into Obama's mysterious records. Even though I have been following this issue for some time now, the following important information was brand new to me:

THE LEFT MARGIN

Many have wondered why the left margin of the image of Obama’s alleged 1961 “Certificate of Live Birth” is curling away under a digital “clipping mask”. An obvious explanation used by Obama’s defenders is that it was copied from a book of bound certificates in the main office of the Hawaiian department of Health.

However, this explanation does not explain two very significant facts about the image which, when considering vital statistics reporting methodology, render the certificate image a fraudulent document unqualified to determine the eligibility of Barack Obama to be President.

First, the overlay of what appears to be security paper was used around the visible part of the document image to conceal the lower portion of the document which contains birth metrics, health information and coding guidelines about the specific circumstances of the birth and the child’s biography after birth. For example, the author of this story has an original birth certificate which contains notations in this portion of the document indicating a change in paternity five years after his birth.

More importantly, however, the left margin of the document is not visible because the forgers wanted to conceal the codes scribed in that area. A few of these numbers are visible. However, the ones that are only partially visible or concealed are the ones which reveal the codes reported about the location and circumstances of paternity of the birth.

The numbers 6, 2 and what looks to be the flourish of a 5 appear next to the entry boxes for parental information.

The possibility of the presence of a “5” in this location has foreboding implication with regard to Obama’s birth. According to the Vital Statistics Instruction manual, this code means “Other” with regard to “Type of Location of Birth” – Code Outline shown here:

Essentially the presence of this code in any case is an indication of a Place of Birth other than a Hawaii Hospital and other than by a Hawaiian Medical Doctor.

The presence of the “6” next to the “Place of Birth” item is most troubling. As the second digit of the number 56, the 1961 VSIM uses the number 56 to code the location of births which occur outside of the United States but which are processed “in conjunction with” the county of registration. The states and the District of Columbia are numbered in alphabetical order from 01 to 51 while Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and the Panama Canal were 52 through 55, respectively. This left the number 56 as the code for classifying “Remainder of the World”. This can be found in the 1961, 1962, 1968, 1977, 1993 and 1999 versions of the VSIM. In 1993, number 55 became the code for New York City because of its large birth volume it was classified as its own major birth rate statistical reporting area.

Essentially, this means the code tape file contains two spaces for the state to record a geographic code for the foreign location of the occurrence of the birth without showing that location on the certificate for a resident mother.

The presence of a “2” is probably the second digit of “12” which is the indication of the VSIM geographic code for Hawaii as the state of the Mother’s “Usual place of Residence”.

There is MUCH, MUCH MORE EVIDENCE THAT SHOWS HOW THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS A FORGERY AND HOW THE PURPOSEFUL ELIMINATION OF THE LEFT HANDED MARGIN WAS DONE TO DECEIVE THE PUBLIC!!!

WHAT THE EXPERTS SAYUpon analysis of Obama’s alleged “Certificate of Live Birth” image by former Social Security Administration record investigators consulted for this report, artifacts appearing on the document indicate this document is not a reliable source of identity verification. They provided this assessment for our report:

“Mr.Johannson,

Thank you for inquiry regarding the contents of the document image you submitted on February 8th, 2012. We are familiar with the controversy surrounding this particular document and have included our best possible evaluation without access to the corroborating information.

ITEM 1: The image of Obama’s alleged 1961 “Certificate of Live Birth” posted to the internet in April, 2011, contains handwritten (penciled) numeric and alphanumeric characters which confirm that preliminary coding marks were applied to the document.

On authentic certificates filed by the Health Department, these penciled notations were used on the original, paper version of the record kept by the State-level office of the Department of Health after a photo static copy was provided for medical record archives to the facility shown on the certificate. Moreover, they were applied to even-numbered certificates in 1961, which were those from which statistics were reported to the National Center for Health Statistics. Typically, they are not found on an original certificate which was prepared by an attending medical authority present at the live birth event because the medical personnel do not report natal statistics, the state registrar’s office does.

Therefore, an official copy of the hospital version of this same document in coordination with the code file tape created by the National Vital Statistics office will confirm whether the birth information is accurate between the four agencies who processed it, including the local registrar office, the state registrar, the hospital and the U.S. Vital Statistics office in the appropriate reporting region. All should have copies of this record.

If Obama’s birth occurred in 1961, it would be subject to the NCHS reporting methods and coding for that year. Therefore, his birth statistics would have been tabulated in the State office but not necessarily recorded and published by the NCHS statistics report. However, if the tape file record of his birth were discovered in the NCHS tape file archive, this would be contradictory to what we have been told about his birth.

Therefore, according the SSA panel, it is unlikely the certificate would not have been coded with preliminary notations in 1961, since vital statistics were coded from microfilmed images and translated to punch cards which contained approximately 150+ digit spaces for each birth registration. These cards were tediously completed, in blocks of 20 birth records, with a majority of the records being required, by contract with the NCHS, to be completed by July 31st of the following year.

Beginning in 1960, punch cards were hand-fed into a scan machine and the resulting data was then stored on a magnetic tape reel by the NCHS. According to the official U.S. Vital Statistics System Development handbook, this procedure required several hours for each record and was in effect under Hawaii’s contract with the NCHS until 1971.

ITEM 2: It is important to remember that births are just one of four types of more than 40,000 vital records which required processing, copying and filing in Hawaii. State vital records registration officials simply could not afford to spend time applying preliminary handwritten codes to vital records which were not going to be included in the annual reporting block.

Adding to the challenge, unlike today’s electronic system, the initial coding process was manually performed in 1961. With more than 40,000 records in need of processing and microfilming, why would a municipality waste resources to do unnecessary accounting? The resources were simply not available to do this for all the births, deaths, marriages and divorces in the time frame required, so the even-numbered reporting method was introduced. Besides, the NCHS contract with the states paid only a few cents per record to the (state) Health Department. If these penciled numbers appear on a vital record, the content of that record was reported as part of the even-numbered certificates to the NCHS as required.

Based on this, it is conclusive that Obama’s certificate number is either fraudulently assigned by forgers, or it was changed to an odd number after the original contents of the document were entered in order to prevent inquiries into Obama’s record file tape. Under either circumstance, information about Obama’s birth is being intentionally obscured in order to hide his actual natal history and the negative impact it would have on his eligibility to be president.

It is our recommendation that the identity of this individual, including his natal history, as well as all major forms of primary identification including social security number, education records, licenses and travel records be formally and thoroughly investigated.

Based merely on the fact that Obama’s stated father, as shown in the image of this alleged 1961 Certificate of Live Birth was not an American citizen, Obama is not eligible to president of the United States. However, the NCHS coding and vital statistics reporting methods have left more than ample artifacts to formally investigate the truth about this most ambiguous shell of a man.

Perhaps it’s time for America to embrace the truth, engage the consequences of this deception and lies and, then…move on.
