Good grief!!  Sometimes it takes a very intelligent, pro-America writer, blogger, and yes online JOURNALIST from New Zealand to break a story that will probably take Fox News a week to discover.

According to articles released on both the Birther Report and Before It’s News, they both have stories that were written that Glenn Beck received a copy of an email that was,”Hacked,” out of Justice John Robert’s email account, that supposedly clearly indicated that if he did not vote to pass the Affordable care Act, his family would be eliminated.

If evidence to that effect is produced and verified to be true, and if it can be traced back to Obama or the Administration and if nothing is done about any of it, America is lost and we are being ruled by a corrupt and criminal dictatorship and are no longer a Republic.

It is now up to Glenn Beck to come forward, and produce what he has to the American people. So far all that we have without the document being presented, is speculation. Hopefully we will all soon learn what indeed Glenn Beck has that can take down the Administration.]

I remember thinking that Chief Justice John Roberts must have been threatened (or, his family was) back when he wrote the ruling on Obamacare! If this "hacked" document is true, then perhaps it will get out into the open and the Obama Regime will crumble.

FYI, after pondering what the big issue could be yesterday, I too thought that at least part of it would be related to how the Soetoro machine got to John Roberts. I believe that they found actual records proving that he & his wife literally bought their 2 children from an organization in Ireland, had them sent to Costa Rica where the Roberts picked them up. Such an arrangement is apparently illegal for a U.S. citizen to do, but that alone doesn’t rise to the level of an issue so crushingly embarrassing that it would cause a Chief Justice of the United States to violate both his oath of office AND the Constitution itself. There must be something else that forced Roberts to sell out 330 million Americans.

 If true, how apropos! The author of the I'm a Man! I'm 41! blog writes:

It is becoming clear to me that conservative bloggers, including myself, are almost as easily manipulated as the people that Limbaugh describes as low information voters. Although well-informed, I’m afraid that our eagerness to nail Obama is making us like feisty little dogs chasing a light on the wall, and it is the Obama regime that is holding the flashlight.

Look at the headlines of the Drudge Report. Do you see one link to a Benghazi story? No, they are all on this Snowden character, who to date has not released one thing that we didn’t already know.

Everyone is sitting on edge, hoping that he will dump something damning when we already have Obama lying on tape. What could be more damning than that?

He straight-up lied to cover his involvement, or disinterest, in four American deaths and is up neck deep in an IRS scandal that no doubt leads all the way to the White House.
Let me repeat that first one again. We have rolls of film with the President of the United States outright lying about the cause of four American deaths.

Now we learn this: “Glenn Greenwald, the Guardian journalist who helped Edward Snowden launch the NSA leaks scandal, addressed a radical Marxist-Leninist conference in 2011.”

The guy who Snowden confided in to help him go public with the NSA link story is a radical leftist (Marxist-Leninist) – that means he is an Obama lover.

Go bark at that dot if you want. I don’t believe that Snowden’s whistle blowing is much to do about nothing.

Hmmm...what an evil web is being woven by the global Marxists...eh?!  I think this helps to explain why some conservatives thought of Snowden as a "hero" while others thought of him as a "traitor."  Turns out he just might be working for the traitor in Washington, D.C. after all!  No wonder he fled to China for "protection" and why no one is willing to either extradite him or go after him.  Plus, so far, hasn't there been silence (hear crickets chirping?) from the White House?

Recall how important it is to "watch what the other hand is (or, in the case of Benghazi, isn't) doing!"  This is one of the main tenets of Alinsky's rules for radicals*; a book, mind you, that was dedicated to Lucifer. That one fact alone tells you the intentions of these people who agree with and follow such "rules for radicals" [Obama, being one of them].

We could also incorporate the Cloward and Piven strategy of orchestrated crisis into the evil brew of poison.

Mix them both together and you have the radical political "bomb" of evil that the instigators are using to destroy America as we know it.   Toss into the brew the fact that Obama's Spies on Everyone Except Mosques, Missed Boston Bombers"** and we have a thick stew of poison that would be unimaginable.  Be sure to read additional blogs listed at end.

Those who refuse to believe that America is being led into the Marxist-Leninist way of socialism (which leads to communism), haven't looked at history in the correct way. I was a bit disappointed (but not surprised) that more people did not respond to the posting here at Talk Wisdom, or, the posting at the TEA Party Community, or, the email that I sent out encouraging all to view one of THE most important documentary videos of this century: Agenda: Grinding America Down.

BHO: War Monger and Lying "Lord of the Flies"

The other day, I had a brief discussion with my husband regarding BHO.  I told him that all BHO wants to do is campaign for his terrible agenda and do everything possible to rip apart the GOP.  He doesn't lead this country.  His goal is to pulverize his opponents.  And, the few conservative commentators out there in radio and TV land who are onto this scheme are currently trying to get conservatives to not give up the fight. [Update:  But as my friend Steve tells us in his latest post, why didn't they stand up and expose BHO for the fraud that he is way back in 2008??]

I didn't listen to BHO's speech when he was inaugurated.  I just couldn't stomach the debacle.  But over the past several days since then, I have heard portions of the speech that should be alarming to anyone who isn't an ObamaBorgBot.

Received an email from Brent Bozell (who appears on Hannity's TV show on a regular basis) that is right on the mark concerning the "love" affair of the liberal media "elites" and BHO.  In his letter, Bozell mentions the Newsweek cover depicting BHO as "The Second Coming."  In my previous blog post entitled About That "Second Coming" Reference I shared my thoughts on the subject.

Well, if BHO is considered to be "lord" of anything, then perhaps we could give him the title lord of the flies? Yes! That's it! The lord of the flies - AND LIES!

At least the fly-lord has FINALLY been found guilty of violating the U.S. Constitution when he illegally made appointments To The NLRB.

Back to the subject of this post.

The following is a copy of Brent Bozell's email letter:

Dear Christine,

Newsweek stopped its print edition at the end of 2012, but they still tried to scandalize the country by producing a fake cover honoring Obama's second inauguration as "The Second Coming." This absurd attempt at myth-making is a natural progression. The "cover" story was written by Evan Thomas, who proclaimed on MSNBC a few years ago that Obama was "sort of like God" in being above the gritty political fray.

It was just as absurd when Newsweek writer David Frum, the formerly conservative Bush speechwriter, tweeted this piece of media-elite nonsense: "First term Obama: punchee, 2nd term Obama, puncher."

No one calling himself a "political observer" can say Obama was some sort of mute victim, consistently under fire, on defense over the last four years. Quote Obama from anywhere, and he's fiercely bashing the GOP. In April 2011, he said the House GOP budget plan would force "poor children," "children with autism," and "kids with disabilities" to "fend for themselves." In another 2011 speech, he described the Republican plan as "let's have dirtier air, dirtier water, less people with health insurance."

These aren't even the Obama-Biden 2012 TV ads. They were pure gutter sleaze.

In truth, the media elites want Obama to destroy conservatives. Too far-fetched, you say? Slate.com published an article by John Dickerson on January 18 headlined "Go for the Throat! Why if he wants to transform American politics, Obama must declare war on the Republican Party."

This "reporter" is the political director of CBS News. The spirit of Dan Rather remains.

Dickerson said Obama doesn't want to rest on his first-term laurels. So "Obama's only remaining option is to pulverize. Whether he succeeds in passing legislation or not, given his ambitions, his goal should be to delegitimize his opponents." He needs "clarifying fights over controversial issues," so "he can force Republicans to either side with their coalition's most extreme elements or cause a rift in the party that will leave it, at least temporarily, in disarray."

We're informed that "extreme" conservatism, as defined by the Tea Party or the NRA, should be "illegitimate." This is precisely what CBS was selling about Ronald Reagan 32 years ago. Dickerson wants Obama to be liberal enough to spur "more tin-eared, dooming declarations of absolutism like those made by conservatives who sought to define the difference between legitimate and illegitimate rape – and handed control of the Senate to Democrats along the way."

In imagining a slow political suicide of the American right, Dickerson isn't so much out in front of Obama as helpfully channeling Obama. On Saturday's "Early Show" on CBS, Dickerson explained Obama's thinking: "We heard in his press conference this week – which is, confrontation has to be the order of the day. He's tried to work with Republicans and as he said, you know, I could have more parties with them but it doesn't change the way they behave."

It's preposterous that a "journalist" would say all this. It is mind-boggling to consider he actually believes this.

Another CBS star, Bob Schieffer, demonstrated the media's impatience with anything but a fervently leftist Obama in a second term. After the president made a speech for more gun control, Schieffer leaned on history to insist that beating the "gun lobby" has to be easier than killing Osama bin Laden or "defeating the Nazis."

Schieffer argued, "the president is going to have to do more than just make a speech about it. This is one of the best speeches I've ever heard him deliver, but it's going to take more than that from the White House. He's going to have to get his hands dirty."

Liberal journalists don't want lofty oratory in the second term. They want conservatives defeated and "delegitimized." They want a smash-mouth Obama who accomplishes their agenda of "responding to the threat of climate change," and marriages for our "gay brothers and sisters" in all 50 states, and amnesty for "bright young students" so they "will be enlisted in our workforce rather than expelled from our country." All of these and more were promised to liberals in Obama's second inaugural address.

Richard Stevenson at The New York Times passed along the Orwellian echo of Obama's "unapologetic argument that modern liberalism was perfectly consistent with the spirit of the founders."

How apropos that the rag mag NewsWEAK would end its print edition (Yay!  About time!!) with a photo of the lord-of-the-flies BHO and trying to depict him as someone even remotely close to anything (or Anyone) godly!  It has to be one of the most ironic things I've ever seen the liberal left lunatics try to do with their commie puppet pResident who still continues to squat illegally in the people's White House.

Liberals are existing in their own kind of "Truman Show" where they think that what is being depicted on TV is true and that the delegitimization of BHO's opponents will somehow defeat conservatism in the United States of America.  There may be many "Trumans" out there, still not aware of the reality behind the false scenery and evil agenda of BHO, that the media of mass deception continue to perpetuate. However, more and more will finally catch on to what is really going on and want to get out from under the tyranny.

We need to keep sounding the alarms about the dangers of this Marxist/Islamo-
Fascist  parade towards tyranny of our people and continue to pray, work, and watch for opportunities to share the truth.

About That "Second Coming" Reference

Yesterday, I watched C-Span's pre-inaugural call-in show for about 15 minutes.  It was all I could stand.  The "pro-BHO" calls, newspaper articles, tweets etc. were running about 4-1 in favor of BHO compared to those presented in opposition.   I shouldn't be surprised.  Just like the rest of the media of mass corruption,  C-Span had long ago been taken over by the Commies!

One Republican caller stated that he would be cleaning out his attic instead of watching the spectacle of Marxist blathering that would be going on at the event.  Ha!  Time well spent!

I didn't listen to BHO's speech, but this morning, Fox News had a few clips and there was so much divisiveness in it!  It shows that the masquerade that BHO presented to the OBorgBots is no longer needed.  He can reveal his true evil self now.  Once again, it made me grieve for our nation.

Newsweek had a cover of a profile of BHO with "the second coming" written underneath. 

Know what?

 The BHO admiration society lemmings may not realize it now; but they just don't get how much more awful their destiny is about to become under the coming tyranny.

Believing that BHO is a "messiah" is so laughable. It is also very creepy! Most thinking people who haven't been hypnotized by this fraud already know what a communist and radical Islamist sympathizer he is!!

I haven't read the article that accompanies the Newsweek cover with BHO on it. However, I do think that the reference to the "second coming" of BHO (if compared to Jesus Christ) contains a not-so-hidden message from the far left lunatics that could be considered to be quite scary.

While reading a devotional this morning, a connection was made by me.

As Christian believers we "groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body" (See Romans 8:23)

This place is not our home.

Jesus told us that "in this world we will have trouble." We are strangers in a strange land, and the closer we get to the end times the more evident this becomes.

When we go back into the Old Testament, prophets had the pieces to the prophetic puzzle but they didn't always see the completed picture like Bible believing and studying Christians can, and do.

For example, when Jesus quoted from the book of Isaiah 61:1-2 in the synagogue in Nazareth (Luke 4:16-19), He quoted all the passage except the part about "the day of vengeance of our God" since that would be fulfilled at His Second Coming, not His first. Isaiah saw both parts of the Messiah's ministry--good news and judgment--but didn't see the separation between the two.

Fortunately, we have the advantage of hindsight of both the Old and New Testaments of the Bible that gives us the completed picture. The full circle, if you will, of Jesus Christ is that He was first  born into this world to give us a life that's forgiven, and raised to give us a life that's forever.

His body was sown perishable, but was raised imperishable.

It was sown in dishonor, but was raised in glory.

It was sown in weakness but raised in power.

I would venture to say that BHO's first political "coming" as pResident in 2008 was the complete opposite.

He was born to eventually be ushered in as a tyrannical leader and give America a life that's divisive between white vs. black, rich vs. poor, Christian vs. Muslim, Jewish vs. Muslim, liberal vs. conservative, moral vs. immoral, and ultimately extremely harmful towards what our Founders envisioned.  His political "second coming" will be more of the same, but even worse!  The vengeance of BHO (which was a favorite topic in his campaign speeches) against Americans he disagrees with has not even begun!

BHO is virulently destructive to our U.S. Constitution. He tramples upon it and disregards the fact that our nation was born as a Judeo/Christian one; and our Declaration of Independence was written as a result of the Founders desire to follow the Ten Commandments in the Bible.

If the left wants to think of BHO as their "messiah," how terribly disappointed they will be when they finally realize that BHO's body, mind, soul, and spirit was sown perishable (and remains that way unless he repents of his sins and turns from his reprobate mindset) and his ideology is "nothing new under the sun" but a throw-back to tyrants of death from history.   He will use them, then dispose of them when their useful-idiot status is no longer needed.

BHO was raised into the political world in secular humanistic "glory" (which never lasts) but will one day be sown in eternal dishonor.

BHO appears to have been raised into the political world of secular humanism in power, but will one day be sown into an ultimate, never-ending hell of weakness.

BHO will inevitably one day be raised imperishable in order to face judgment. The trouble is, without genuine belief in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, BHO will join all of those who out rightly reject Jesus Christ and will appear at the White Throne Judgment. It is a judgment where each sinner who has died has done so with their own sins on their soul. Spending eternity in separation from God leaves a person vulnerable to the pain of experiencing death that never ends. Recall the story of Lazarus and the rich king.

 Only the born again believers in Christ will face the Judgment Seat of Christ and be able to say that belief in Christ's sacrificial death and His forgiveness for their sins has saved them from the judgment of eternal hell fire. Because of Christ's sacrifice, we can claim the words of the hymnist as our own:

 "Living, He loved me; dying He saved me; buried He carried my sins far away; rising He justified freely forever; one day He's coming--O glorious day" (Wilber Chapman, 1908).

In another prophetic portion of Scripture from the Old Testament, we read in Numbers 24:17 -

I see Him, but not now; I behold Him, but not near; a Star shall come out of Jacob; a Scepter shall rise out of Israel...

Dr. David Jeremiah writes:

Jesus is called a "Star" three times in Scripture. In Numbers 24, Balaam predicted a Messiah in the far future, rising like a star from the descendants of Jacob. Second Peter 1:19 talks about the Morning Star rising in our hearts. And in Revelation 22:16, Jesus called Himself "the Bright and Morning Star."

In astronomy, the bright and morning star is not literally a star, but the planet Venus that appears in the eastern sky just before dawn and is one of the brightest objects in the sky.  The sight of this "star" is a sign that night is nearly over.

It's symbolic of Christ.  The dark epoch of earth's history is nearly past.  Soon the Lord will rise from His throne like the Star of Morning, ushering in an eternal day for His children.  Just as He came the first time, so He will come again.  And we "do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your heart"  (2 Peter 1:19).

One thing that caught my attention in the Medical Examiner’s press conference video was his acknowledgement that this case would be handled differently than others he’s worked on, and more importantly his assuredness that he wouldn’t have to worry about any pending/future court proceedings.

I thought to myself “20 children died while in the custody of a public institution and out of the presence of their parents. Does Mr. Carver not know that these same parents as well as the rest of the public also have access to the courts? And given the circumstances, one could expect a grieving parent or parents to file a lawsuit demanding some form of accountability, because I wouldn’t expect all the parents to be taking this as good as Robbie Parker has been.
 

The link within the above comment tells us that: Smith-Mundt Has Been Modernized. What is Smith-Mundt? Well that link is supposed to inform us. However, I needed to learn more about Smith-Mundt and the NDAA connection.

The following essay gives us a better explanation of what this new law is really all about. It would appear that the author (based on his last sentence) is concerned about this new law.

President Barack Obama this week signed into law a provision that lifts a nearly 65-year ban on domestic distribution of BBG content. But for BBG broadcasters, it’s business as usual…

As part of a defense authorization bill signed this week by the President, a World War II era [I would say early Cold-War era - JB] ban on domestic dissemination of BBG content was lifted.

Generally known as the Smith-Mundt Act, after its sponsors, a portion of the 1948 law prevented content intended for global audiences from being broadcast or distributed in the United States. It was intended, in part, to prevent what were then wartime overseas propaganda efforts from being directed toward U.S. citizens.

Worth noting, there is much more to Smith-Mundt than the domestic dissemination ban – much of it beneficial to U.S. international broadcasting.

However, much has changed since the Cold War, making the domestic dissemination ban portion of Smith-Mundt less necessary, and even potentially problematic.

For example, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, originally a CIA-funded entity, left that agency in 1972, found its way into the United States Information Agency, which was ultimately spun into the Broadcasting Board of Governors. That’s a brief history, but one meant to show the evolution toward its current situation — one guarded by a firewall intended to protect its journalistic integrity.

Radio Martí joined VOA and RFE/RL in 1985, along with Radio Free Asia in 1996, and Middle East Broadcasting Networks eight years later.

As content offerings grew, so did requests for that content from a rising number of U.S.-based ethnic broadcasters serving diaspora populations. Under the domestic dissemination ban, those requests, which ranged from Sudanese broadcasters in Minnesota to Cuban community broadcasters in Miami, were officially denied. The truth is, however, that many ethnic broadcasters used them regardless.

As internet distribution became available, keeping a lid on BBG content in the U.S. became even more difficult. The BBG could certainly geocode the content to prevent U.S. audiences from accessing it, but censoring the internet in a country with a founding tenet of freedom of the press was seen as a non-starter.

But even geocoding would not be the end of it. VOA Russian, for example, can be seen almost daily in New York City as local cable channel operators import Russian-language channels from overseas.

Enforcing the Smith-Mundt dissemination ban would become akin to a game of whac-a-mole.

In 2010, the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act was introduced, intended to lift the ban but not repeal the entire act. The Act was reintroduced in 2011, with a similar provision finally passing and signed on January 2, 2013. Lifting the ban was one of the goals set forth in the BBG’s most recent strategic plan.

For broadcasters, the change means little on a day-to-day basis – other than they need to worry less about their content popping up in the U.S.

Still, no money can be used to create content directed at domestic audiences, and there are no plans to measure any domestic audiences that may occur. [given this restriction, is the headline to this announcement quite correct? - JB]

The #4 related post is entitled Critics Fret About Smith-Mundt Modernization Act. This particular author tells about the concern of the critics, but doesn't seem to be on board with their concerns.

The House of Representatives has been working to amend the laws that govern the dissemination of “propaganda” materials in the U.S. What seemed like a good idea to me and others–one long overdue–is being spun by some observers as a dark effort by the DoD and State Department who want authorization to brainwash Americans.

Last night Buzzfeed posted an article claiming that the changes were being quietly inserted into a defense authorization bill. However, as Matt Armstrong reported, the changes were also part of a stand-alone bill (H.R. 5736) introduced last week. I confess I am no expert on the arcania of legislative machinery, but the fact that this bill was introduced a week ago and published by the Library of Congress–then later attached to the defense bill–strikes me as more of a procedural move than an effort to sneak something through.

In a further effort to build a sinister narrative, Buzzfeed frets that this is some sort of effort to enable unfettered psychological operations by the military and government on the U.S. population. Assorted quotes from the article:

The bill’s supporters say the informational material used overseas to influence foreign audiences is too good to not use at home, and that new techniques are needed to help fight Al-Qaeda, a borderless enemy whose own propaganda reaches Americans online.
The new law would give sweeping powers to the State Department and Pentagon to push television, radio, newspaper, and social media onto the U.S. public.
“Senior public affairs” officers within the Department of Defense want to “get rid” of Smith-Mundt and other restrictions because it prevents information activities designed to prop up unpopular policies—like the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I am not a legal expert, and I suppose changes could have these kinds of consequences if not made carefully. But I doubt these these are the intended outcomes.

The author ends his post by saying:

Unintentional domestic dissemination is one thing, but what about more intentional efforts critics are claiming this legislation would enable? The language in the House bill seems clear enough that it only applies to “materials prepared for dissemination abroad” and does not in any way authorize expenditures for targeted influence of domestic audiences.

Despite the fact that author Steven R. Corman seems to pooh-pooh the concerns, his update is filled with more articles of individual writers being HIGHLY concerned about this!!   There are also "progressive" opinions at some of the links where we are being told that there is nothing to worry about.

My question.

If the Sandy Hook shooting was indeed a false flag operation and/or psy-ops "drill" that went awry, can it be that due to this new law it would actually be considered "legal" for the BHO BADministration to do that???

Scary thought...isn't it?

After all, it has given BHO the ability to surround himself with children while he signs 23 executive orders regarding gun control.  However, the fake "letters" from the children were so obviously coerced by adults.  Using children in your propaganda agenda is absolutely disgusting!!  Well, other Marxists like Stalin and National Socialists (Nazis) like Hitler did it too!

I am continually amazed at the lengths these evil tyrants will go to stomp on our Constitutional rights through pressing their hateful rhetoric, obvious propaganda,  and hated Marxist agenda upon our Constitutional Republic!  More Americans need to wake up and smell the tyranny!

• Democrat Defends “Propaganda” Bill (Rebecca Elliot, BuzzFeed) Rep. Adam Smith from Washington championed the defense bill amendment that will “strike the current ban on domestic dissemination” of propaganda in an interview with Salon’s Glenn Greenwald earlier today.Repealing the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 is “not about trying to influence domestic audiences,” Smith emphaized. Rather, he intends the amendment to free up current restrictions placed on foreign information campaigns.
• U.S. declares propaganda war on citizens (David Pruitt, The Alestle). I can appreciate security, and I’m sure some good arguments could be brought forward for a change in the policy. However, the government’s sexy smile and little wink does nothing to reassure me of any noble intentions. I have grown tired of overused phrases like “you can trust me” and “everybody else is doing it.” The government has a major image problem when it comes to being considered trustworthy. It would be just a matter of time before a self-serving politician used the bill to start another war or bail out another bank and tell us — well, whatever.
• Smith-Mundt Modernization: Better Late than Never (Helle Dale, Heritage). Critics have already voiced concerns that this will open the floodgates of propaganda by the U.S. government. This is hardly likely. Indeed, access to programs and materials produced by the State and the BBG will allow Congress and the public a better understanding of what we are funding. Much of it is high-quality journalism, which deserves support, and some programming could have a positive impact on certain immigrant communities in the United States that are vulnerable to radicalization. As for programming and materials that are controversial, questionable, or wasteful, doesn’t the U.S. public deserve to know what is being published or broadcast in its name?
• Are Government’s ‘Strategic Communications’ Coming to American Airwaves? (Rachel Marsden, Townhall). I see. So the Smith-Mundt Act was strictly limited to countering communist propaganda overseas, because the idea of conducting government propaganda operations within a country at a time when Joseph Goebbels was a household name would have triggered post-traumatic stress.
• Our View: Truth The Best Tool In Our Defense Efforts (Yankton Press & Dakotan editorial). Does issuing distorted information to our own public make us any better than those who spew out misinformation for their own ends? Americans are better served by the truth. Whether we’re truly getting that now from our own defense department (let alone our news organizations) is certainly debatable, but that debate is just as important and vital to public morale as any news release or communiqué. Keep the laws as they are — strengthen them, in fact — and maintain an America with eyes wide open. The truth is the best antidote to distortion. It may not set as free, but it will certainly keep us free to think.
• Consider this: American Dollars on American Propaganda to Brainwash American Citizens (Lisa Cerda, City Watch LA). y striking the existing ban on domestic misinformation campaigns, Americans can expect to be programmed on an even greater scale than ever before. Many would argue that the most prolific misinformation campaign comes in the way of our American History books in our schools. Others would say it is the gag order fueled by corporate interests on our mainstream media

• NDAA Amendment Would Legalize War Propaganda (John Glaser, Antiwar Blog). In other words, people are getting information online that we don’t want people to have – therefore, legalize domestic propaganda. So NDAA is the latest effort by Congress (after SOPA, CISPA and the others) to take control of the best resource the American people have. The Internet is too open, too free, too…subversive. We need information the government wants us to have, not all that other stuff.
• Proposed US law makes domestic propaganda legal (Cory Doctrow, BoingBoing). The amendment, sponsored by Rep. Mac Thornberry from Texas and Rep. Adam Smith from Washington State, would allow the US government to knowingly tell lies to its people in order to promote the government’s own policies.
• Misleading Your Own (“The Reverend,” Akron Beakon Journal Online). So, I guess giving U.S. government and military officials the power to purposely deceive and mislead Americans into accepting policies which are unpopular….like more war….is just the natural flow of events for a rotted, bloated and declining Empire. The Soviets regularly lied to, deceived and misled their citizens about military adventurism, about worker productivity,…about the United States. The Soviets misled their people to help bolster acceptance of their policies, foreign and domestic. In the long run, that didn’t work. And it will not work for the U.S.A. either.

Sobering Horrific History of Communism [Update]

  I've said it before, one of the biggest lies was the democrat lie that capitalism is to blame for all our problems. Another was when Obama declared that the American system has never worked, and no one in the formerly MSM called him on it or refuted it. So we have all these young people running around with this garbage in their heads and nothing is being done to correct the record. Is it surprising that these skulls full of mush are looking to communism as a viable choice? We have failed our own generations by allowing them to be indoctrinated with this crap and now we'll reap the reward and it will be ugly. The younger people voting for our first socialist president either don't know what socialism is, or they are extremely dangerous useful tools to the Party and will bring about the demise of the Republic. If it was my book, I would have added the term "menace" somewhere in the title!

Glenn Beck is a "hate him," "like him," or "love him," type of character and personality. I certainly don't agree with everything he says (or doesn't say). But I do believe that he has been EXACTLY RIGHT with many of his predictions regarding the economic calamity we are facing, the so-called "Arab Spring" uprisings, the truth about the "Occupy Wall Street" movement (and how it wasn't really a "grassroots" kind of movement - but funded by the far left crazies like evil billionaire Soros), and how dangerous Barack Obama is to our beloved nation.  The list of Beck's accurate analyses is huge.  What's more, he has done a great service to our country by getting this information out to the public.

Beck also helped create several conservative organizations and inspired millions to join the TEA Party movement via his radio show and television show on Fox News.  He has encouraged millions through his Restoring Honor, Restoring Courage, and soon to come Restoring Love events.  Most recently, Glenn had the courage to call Obama a Marxist on Bill O'Reilly's T.V. show last night!    O'Reilly wouldn't take the bait to label Obama a Marxist, but he did say that Obama is "the most liberal pResident ever" and even agreed with Beck that Obama is a Statist.

Anyway, this is a book that I would like to read. I think it may come in handy when liberals and the uninformed try to counter the warnings against Obama that conservative bloggers are putting out there before this extremely important election in November.

The truth is, some individuals (known as ObamaBorgBots) will NEVER come around.  But those who think for themselves and have put down the Kool-Aid and now see the "hope and change" mantra as what it really is - hype and chains will come around to a more logical and wisdom filled conclusion that Obama is bad... VERY BAD for America!

Forward or Froward?

As many readers probably already know, the new 2012 Obama campaign has decided to utilize the term "Forward."  That particular word can mean many things...including the connotation in the past of Communist/Marxist/Socialist government movements.

The Obama campaign apparently didn't look backwards into history when selecting its new campaign slogan, "Forward" — a word with a long and rich association with European Marxism.

Many Communist and radical publications and entities throughout the 19th and 20th centuries had the name "Forward!" or its foreign cognates. Wikipedia has an entire section called "Forward (generic name of socialist publications)."

"The name Forward carries a special meaning in socialist political terminology. It has been frequently used as a name for socialist, communist and other left-wing newspapers and publications," the online encyclopedia explains.

The slogan "Forward!" reflected the conviction of European Marxists and radicals that their movements reflected the march of history, which would move forward past capitalism and into socialism and communism.

Those who have been paying attention to the disastrous policies of ObaMARXIST are not fooled into thinking that the slogan they have chosen is the "innocent" use of the term "Forward"!! Any reasonable person can surmise that this was done purposely in order to "hide in plain sight" their Marxist ideology for the benefit of Obama's base.

Love that last commenter's screen name..."Bull Meter!" He/she also got right down to the nitty gritty of the subject - "hell itself will be filled with - the charred remains of this rising beast, for it will fall." Very prophetic!

Back to the term "Forward."

Has anyone else noticed that even some Republicans and Conservatives are now using that term? I thought that was odd. Usually when a leftist takes over a word (e.g. "progressive"), it makes us want to avoid utilizing the same word. Well, as far as the term "Forward" is concerned, the meaning DOES VARY. It is not so much the word that matters, but the ACTIONS that follow the use of the word.

Anyway, to me, the Communist/Marxist/Progressive/Globalist meaning of the term "Forward" can more accurately be labeled as Froward. The following essay is a copy of a post that I wrote back in 2007 here at Talk Wisdom that explains what that word means in biblical terms. After reading it, see if you don't agree that the ObaMARXIST campaign slogan choice would better resemble the term "Froward" rather than the term "Forward."

The Froward Heart

Pro 11:20 They that are of a froward heart [are] abomination to the LORD: but [such as are] upright in [their] way [are] his delight. (KJV)

Froward. Not a term that we hear much these days.

Let's look at the definitions and synonyms of that word from Dictionary.com:

The Bible is filled with verses regarding the heart, and the character of the unrepentant.

That's the bad news which we all must face about our spiritual state of being since the Fall.

The Bible is an honest book. It records the deeds, errors, sins, and evil done by men because of the "froward heart."

But Jesus tells us to take heart...

John 16:33 - “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (NIV)

I wanted to throw out a challenge to my readers. Pick one of those words, apply it to the heart (e.g. "Mischievous Heart") and give a modern day example of someone or something that has demonstrated that type of a heart in the comment section.

Then, if possible, also share the story of a person who has overcome a "Mischievous Heart" and tell us what helped make that transformation for that particular person.

The examples chosen can be YOU, or someone you know, or someone you heard about on the news, etc. If you find an article or website link about such people, then feel free to provide a link to the story.

Anyone out there up to the challenge?

The New Covenant of Grace: A Holy Spirit Covenant

I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them. (Ezekiel 36:26-27)

As noted earlier, the new covenant is about grace, as contrasted with the old covenant, which is about law. "For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ" (John 1:17). The connection between grace and the Holy Spirit can be seen in various scripture passages on the new covenant, including this glorious prophecy. "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh." The first verse in this prophetic promise concerns regeneration, spiritual new birth. Through faith in the Lord, our original, hard, lifeless heart is removed, and a new, pliable, living spirit is given to us.

The second verse pertains to transformation, the ongoing development of this new life. "I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes." The developing of a life that increasingly complies with the will of God depends upon the work of the Holy Spirit within us. We know that unredeemed humanity has no hope of living a life that is pleasing to God. Yet, many Christians could be unaware that even the new creature in Christ cannot please God on his own resources. The Spirit of God must be the heavenly cause that produces a heavenly lifestyle in believers.

What is promised here is not an automatic experience. The life of many Christians does not consistently match what is described here in Ezekiel 36:27. The reason is that they are not relating properly to the Lord in humble dependence. Yes, these two relational realities (humility and faith) also determine whether or not the Spirit of God is our resource, just as they were determinative concerning grace.

Two statements by Jesus expound upon this fact. "You have no life in you...It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing" (John 6:53,63). We do not innately possess life as God intends it to be lived. Natural human resources are of no benefit in developing a godly life. Such revelation is very humbling. If we embrace Jesus' evaluation of our personal inadequacy, then we are willing to relate to God in humility. Further, there is truth in which we are to place our trust. "It is the Spirit who gives life." As we count on this truth, we are relating to the Lord in faith. The result of such humble reliance in God's Spirit becomes our vitality for living godly.

O Lord, the source of true life, thank You for establishing such a gracious arrangement as the new covenant. I praise You that Your Holy Spirit is my heavenly dynamic for godliness. I confess that my fleshly attempts to please You are so inadequate. I humbly ask You to cause me to walk in Your good will, by the power of the Holy Spirit, Amen.
