None Dare Call It Conspiracy

No comments from readers on my previous post so far...even with that catchy headline!


I can't blame anyone for not being willing to sit and listen to the 2 hour radio show podcast link at Youtube regarding the ILLEGAL, thoroughly anti-constitutional executive order that Obama signed back in March. Besides the dozens more complaints about what is in it (all important, of course), would it surprise readers to learn that it literally gives Obama dictatorial capabilities to declare martial law and confiscate food, water, energy, etc. from residents personal property when an "emergency" is declared?


Don't believe me? Then you will need to listen to the podcast to see how dire a situation it would be for ALL AMERICANS if the implimentation of that executive order happens! It would effect EVERYONE, people!


This is NO JOKE and I fear that Obama will use it to somehow create either a reason not to hold the election in Nov. 2012, run a false-flag operation here in the homeland, manufacture another crisis (like Soros did with the economic crisis in 2008), start a war, or any other type of event that would give him the power to become the new Hitler here in America.


You can label me a "conspiracy theorist" if you want to. But I think that Obama and his ilk would do ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING to maintain the power, wealth, and influence that he now seems to enjoy - to the detriment and destruction of our beloved country!


During the podcast, I heard of an author named Gary Allen who wrote a book years ago that might be considered prophetic today. It is called, "None Dare Call It Conspiracy." I plan to get the book and read it.


All I can say to readers regarding this post is - what you don't know WILL hurt you!

Beginning in October 2008, several private Wall Street banks received taxpayer bailouts totalling over $6 trillion (and counting). This is not by accident. The word "conspiracy" has gotten a lot of bad press; it is an idea which has been targeted for ridicule. It is a word we have been conditioned to recoil from. We have been trained to reject anything called a "conspiracy" instinctively, without considering the merits of the information being presented. In most aspects of our lives, we recognize it is in our best interest to ask questions, be skeptical, and base our decisions and actions on as much information as possible. "Caveat emptor" (buyer beware), "look before you leap", etc... are well-known principles. Yet if somebody suggests that many of the problems presently facing our nation are due to the influence of a highly secretive banking cartel, we have been trained to dismiss this idea with no further investigation. Sadly, it is the case. It is a matter of public record that the Federal Reserve Bank system is not a government institution (no more "federal" than Federal Express), rather privately owned by a handful of very wealthy families.

Have you ever heard of an organization called the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR)? If you look into it, you will discover that ever since the 1960's, every Presidential administration- Democrat or Republican- has had a large percentage of CFR members on their staff. What does this signify? Considering the power they wield, why isn't more attention paid by our "watchdog" media?

Did you ever wonder why Democrats and Republicans bicker endlessly, but once they are elected to office, they basically follow the same policies? When a politician comes along who differs with the narrow Right-Left monolith, (s)he is ridiculed or ignored. (e.g. Ron Paul, Tammy Duckworth, Dennis Kucinich).  [I would add Sarah Palin ~ Christine.]

Did you know that the Russian Revolution was primarily funded by Western bankers? On the face of it, that is absurd, since Communists claim they would take the assets of the wealthy, and redistribute them to the poor! What could possibly explain such behavior?

Were you aware that while millions of people lost their fortunes in the stock market crash of 1929, a small clique of the very wealthiest families in this country (Rockefellers, Morgans, Melons, Loebs, and Harrimans) were safely out of the markets when the crash hit? What did they know that the rest did not?

I could go on all day. There are literally thousands of instances I could point out which show clearly that the worlds of politics and finance do not operate as they claim to. Their driving principles have been obscured from the public. This book explores the history, philosophy, and function of the shadowy, secretive, insular, and unaccountable institutions which really run the world: the Federal Reserve System, the Bank of England, the CFR, and their international counterparts in the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the United Nations, the World Trade Organization, and countless others. The ultimate goal of all these groups is to centralize wealth and power into the hands of a very small number of American and British banking elites. The book elucidates how worldwide socialist movements over the past 100 years were intentionally created or supported by this Western banking cartel, for the purpose of establishing a world political-financial system.

The European Union, NAFTA, CAFTA, the African Union, and the widely discussed (sometimes denied) North American Union are all manifestations of this concerted effort. Gary Allen's insightful narrative describes many (not all) of the milestones this effort has passed over the past century, including the the secretive drafting of the 1913 Federal Reserve Act, passage of the graduated federal income tax, establishment of tax-free "charitable" foundations (by the Rockefeller, Carnegie, and Ford families), and the 1907 stock market crash- which was planned and executed by (Rothschild collaborator) J.P. Morgan.

In this age of the Trans-Texas Corridor, discussions about replacing the US dollar with a multinational "Amero", and $750 billion taxpayer bailouts of private Wall Street banks, it is very late in the game. President George H.W. Bush spoke of an imminent "new world order" in a speech in 1991. That phrase has been discussed for decades in private think tanks. However it has been packaged to us (usually as a United Nations-led "partnership for peace" or a "brotherhood of nations"), this new order has at its heart a monopoly on the creation of currency in the hands of a small banking cabal. As has been shown in nation after nation, if this is allowed to happen, monopolies in manufacturing, communication, transportation, and all other significant economic activities will follow, and that is itself just a transitional stage on the way to estabilshment of a world totalitarian dictatorship.

The book is a short 138 pages, but if you read it, you will never see the nightly news in the same light again.

This is one of those subjects so maligned and so ridiculed in the ultra-liberal university system, it's taken for granted that what is discussed here is paranoid fabrication.

I read this first as a teenager. Futher reading on the various connections made, studying world history, and keeping up with world events has made me realize that it was one of the most important things I've ever read.

A lot written on the subject of conspiracy is hysterical misinformation. This book is the antithesis of that. It is simple, serious, and very calmly put forth.

When you read about the Tower of Babel, Alexander the Great, and Napoleon, you clearly see that people don't change; nothing has changed, only the cast of characters.

As I write this, we are one step closer to the objective. As you read this, we'll be closer than that. Everyone chooses what to believe instead of believing what's always been true.

Any readers here recall Obama's comment that was captured on tape via a phone call where he stated, "The powers that be want Romney."

Now, it depends on what was meant by that. Did it mean that these "powers" believe that Obama can defeat Romney at the polls? Did it mean that Romney is, (as Soros was quoted as saying) "not much different than Obama?"

November 30th, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) could potentially engage in one of the largest federal power grabs we have ever seen.

After two years of this Presidential Administration and this Congress, that is saying an awful lot about an awful lot.

And what’s worse, the FCC would be doing it without Congress weighing in. At the FCC’s November meeting – note the coincidental date of choice, AFTER the impending election – three unelected bureaucrats (of five) could simply vote themselves rulers of 1/6th of our entire economy – the information and technology sector.

Meaning the Internet that you currently enjoy – that has been a marvel of economic and information innovation and success – will be subject to vast new governmental regulations. You didn’t elect these people – but they are on the verge of electing themselves Internet overlords.

The Internet is the future – and increasingly the present – of news and information delivery. With each passing day, we move a little further away from the old media models – print, broadcast and cable television, radio – and towards an all-Web world. Eventually, most or all of the news and information we get – written, and spoken into microphones and cameras – will be on and for the Internet.

And we are on the verge of having this new world – the all-encompassing future of First Amendment free speech in America – swallowed up by three unelected D.C. bureaucrats and their Commission.


This is one of the most important battles ever waged in Washington – and precious little is known about it outside the Beltway.

What we are talking about is Internet reclassification. What that means is the FCC – which by its own admission doesn’t have authority over the Web – would just vote itself said authority. By reclassifying the Internet – so that it would be subject to the same rules as landline telephones.

The FCC has long had tremendous power over landline telephones, which is why there has been so much incredible innovation with them these last 70+ years. (Note: tremendous sarcasm here.)

The FCC has no power over the Internet because the FCC doesn’t have power over anything until Congress writes a law saying they do. And Congress has never done this for the FCC with the Internet.

It’s not just me saying this. 299 members of Congress have said so – a large bipartisan majority. More than 150 organizations, state legislators and bloggers have said so. So have seventeen minority groups – that are usually almost always in Democrat lockstep.

So have many additional normally Democrat paragons, including several large unions: AFL-CIO, Communications Workers of America (CWA),International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW); several racial grievance groups: League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), Minority Media and Telecom Council (MMTC), National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), Urban League; and an anti-free market environmentalist group: the Sierra Club.

So too has the unanimous D.C. Circuit Court – led by a Democrat Bill Clinton-appointee – ruling in April in the Comcast-BitTorrent case that the FCC doesn’t have the authority to regulate the Internet.

Most importantly, FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski has himself said so. In an interview last week with the Washington Post, the Chairman readily acknowledged “(W)e have a Communications Act that wasn’t written for broadband.”

Chairman Genachowski is referring to the 1996 Telecommunications Act, the last time Congress addressed communications policy and the authorities the FCC has there over. Broadband Internet for all intents and purposes didn’t yet even exist.

The remedy to all of this is crystal clear. Congress should do what it’s supposed to do – write a law that defines and details the FCC’s role (or lack thereof) in regulating the Internet.

And the FCC should do what it’s supposed to do – unless and until Congress acts, NOTHING.

What the FCC must NOT do is unilaterally vote itself vast new powers under the cover of bureaucratic, post-election darkness.

Obama's Narcissism & Islamic Roots Are a Spiritual Problem

Narcissists feel entitled to money, power, and honours incommensurate with their accomplishments or toil. The world, or God, or the nation, or society, or their families, co-workers, employers, even neighbours owe them a trouble-free, exalted, and luxurious existence. They are rudely shocked when they are penalized for their misconduct or when their fantasies remain just that.

This is an excellent post! It captures what millions of Americans are thinking, feeling, and worrying about regarding Obama the narcissist and his evil cohorts.

Hope you don't mind if I add one thing, however. All of Obama's obvious problems - mental, emotional, social, political, etc. - which have been so eloquently listed in the original post here, as well as within many of the comments and links provided - have one thing in common. They are rooted in the fact that he (and all of the radical leftist progressives who agree, follow, and support him) and they have a severe spiritual problem.

The fact that Islam has its roots in paganism, shows us how well acceptance of its radical ideals fit in with the ideology of Marxism.

While participating in the ongoing discussion at Sarah Palin's FaceBook page I noticed the horror that most commentators have been sharing there. They wonder how any sane American could even consider the ludicrous idea of building a mosque at Ground Zero. I also noticed that several lefties wrote "we all worship the same God." I tried to educate them with a link to my blogpost so that they could read some facts and see how wrong they are. I also included links to an Australian Christian scholar's blog who wrote two excellent blog posts that the "we all worship the same God" myth is absolutely not true - and why it logically can't be true!

There is no way one can equate our Judeo-Christian God with the false pagan moon-god they label as "allah." I hope that after reading these essays that you will spread this information far and wide in order to dispel that myth which is being spread by people are are, quite frankly, ignorant about the subject.

The type of mindset that Obama possesses is totally anathema to the God of the Bible and the Judeo-Christian roots upon which our Founders built our Constitutional Republic. The United States of America, and Her Founding Documents were built upon Judeo-Christian morals, laws, and values. The lack of recognition of these facts and the spiritual deception that Obama and his ilk are under is the main reason why he and his cohorts are wreaking havoc upon this nation.

I want to know - when will we reach the point where enough is enough? We must stand up against this radical takeover of America and oust the perpetrators!

I continue to pray each day that this national nightmare will end soon. What Obama and his evil cohorts are doing to America is OUTRIGHT CRIMINAL and they all belong in jail because they are traitors to this nation!

Keep in mind that Maimonides is from the 11th-12th centuries and even the most recent of these (Code of the Jewish Law) is from the 15th-16th centuries. Old law is not necessarily bad law and “progressive law” is not necessarily good law. Shariah is not bad because it is old. It is bad because it is bad.


[An important digression: I make this latter point about old vs. new law because we often hear the criticism of Shariah that it is bad and primitive because it is “Medieval law” as if that is enough to condemn it. But by implication, the person who makes this criticism, is in effect embracing the “progressivist” or Hegelian teaching that Time/History is the one transcendence that saves us from the nihilism of relativism (all morals are relative except that a new moral is better than an old one), which allows the Leftist/Elites to clamor on about “progress” and the latest version of this, “hope and CHANGE”. And, if you give it a half-second’s worth of thought, you’ll realize why the progressivism of the Elite is tyranny [hint: there are no transcendent boundaries only time as a measure of progress]. It also impacts our constitutional jurisprudence. If old is bad simply, then granting the Supreme Court the authority (to which Marbury v Madison effectively opened the door) to “re-interpret” [read: re-write or amend by judicial fiat] the Constitution to mirror the “progress” and “change” in society must be a good thing. That kind of hollows out the originalist/conservative view of the Constitution, no?]

[I]f this delusion of Obama continues on trend, Barack Hussein Obama will take the step he has obsessed with in initiating and retaliating nuclear strikes to validate the failed 10 year old sociopath hiding inside this monstrous psychopathy.

I pray that the author is wrong about that last sentence! Perhaps, because Obama is touting a "nuke-free" world, he couldn't possibly go against his word...could he?

Well...not much comfort to rely on since this man has lied about practically every thing he has claimed over the past few years.

The Captains Quarters: Why Obama Can't Plug That Damn Hole

Obama cannot plug that hole, because if he does, then all his support to overhaul our energy policy will have no enemy. He needs the villain of big oil. How can he justify raising taxes and expanding government control if the oil isn’t leaking?

He can’t claim urgency like he did with healthcare without the open wound in the gulf. Please "Hope" the American people won’t be duped again.

The biggest reason Obama is completely incapable of stopping the largest environmental disaster in American history is because then he would have to abandon all his ideologies.

He would have to embrace individual minds who actual know how to fix and create things. He would have to lean on people who are not government workers. He would have to find experts who don’t get elected and aren’t part of advisory panels. He would have to rely on the creators, not the second-handers. And since he feels all those types of people are the enemy, he has no idea how to extend his arm from this oily mess and get a life-line from the individuals he hates the most.

If you’ve never run anything before, then maybe president of the greatest country on earth isn’t where you get your feet wet. And Mr. Obama, watch where you step, the oil isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

With the ruling in Kerchner v. Obama, courts in the United States continue their record of refusing to address the issue of whether Obama is a natural born citizen eligible to serve as president. In every decision the courts have avoided the issue. For the court to argue that the grievance of the people should be “handled by the legislative branch” is ludicrous on its face: Obama’s political party controls both the House and the Senate. Most Congressmen and Senators likely know full well that Obama has never provided proof that he is a natural born citizen—and those who read the U.S. Constitution and understand its history also know full well that a natural born citizen was understood by the Founding Fathers to mean born on U.S. soil to two U.S.-citizen parents. Members of Congress certainly will not now address the issue simply because a court offers them as a convenient excuse for its failure to rule on a constitutional issue that warrants a decision. And for the court to argue that the “remedy may be found through their vote” is to force the American people to accept a fraudulent president until the November 2012 election and the January 2013 inauguration of the next president. (As William Gladstone wrote, “Justice delayed is justice denied.”) Before the 2008 election, judges ruled that Obama eligibility lawsuits were premature because he had not yet been elected. After he was elected, judges ruled that Obama eligibility lawsuits were premature because he had not yet been inaugurated. After Obama was sworn into office, judges ruled that the plaintiffs have no standing and that they should either take the issue up with Congress or wait until the next election to vote him out of office. (Had that scenario been written by George Orwell 75 years ago his book would have remained unsold as “unbelievable.”)



Some might argue that no eligibility lawsuit will ever gain traction because “the fix is in” and “the powers that be” are influencing, pressuring, or even threatening judges. Others might argue that no judge is willing to issue a ruling on the merits of an eligibility lawsuit out of the fear of unleashing race riots across the country. But if court decisions are based on fear, the people have lost their rights and the United States is now no different than a nation ruled by a dictator. Those judges who fear enraging Obama’s supporters should realize that if nothing is done to address the issue and he is allowed to remain in office, they may actually be setting in motion even more disastrous events.



Commander Charles Kerchner responds to the court’s ruling: “The court has presented us for the weekend celebrating the birth of our nation, and the liberty and freedom it once stood for as a shining beacon to the world, with a despicable example of what our government has turned into. Our branches of government no longer wish to hear from the People. We are to sit here and take it and just keep quiet. We will not. The founders and all the men since who have sacrificed with their blood and even their very lives to gain and preserve our liberty and freedom will not have sacrificed in vain. We have lost a battle but not the war. We will stand to fight this battle to support and defend the Constitution. I took an oath to do so. And that oath was not just words to me. The battles will continue. And in the end the truth and the Constitution will win and the thugs and tyrants now controlling our government will face the justice of We the People who are the true sovereigns of this nation and government. This Hillary Clinton supporter seems fitting in following up Bill Clinton's comment in 2008 in Africa that pointed the direction at Obama was illegitimate to be President.

The Clinton's have known for years that Obama was undocumented, but were facing the reality of what happened earlier in Bill had sold uranium out from under the European cartel to the Chinese.

The cartel found it necessary to punish the Clintons and the deal was blackmail in those criminal charges against Sen. Hillary Clinton in New York were dropped, and she could run in 2008, be humiliated, but upon redeeming herself as a good soldier and Bill humiliated as a racist about that "bright boy", would be allowed back in to be Sec. of State.

The Clinton's have been hovering around since then waiting for the RFK betrayal of LBJ as Obama's poll numbers plummet like Johnson's did.

It is not a stretch in Obama stating he would not run again in being a reality of all of this blackmail as Obama appears to have figured out his time is short, he is no longer worth anything after handing trillions over to the European cartel, and the best he can hope for is fleeing the scene with either Hillary or the GOP signing off not to expose all of this illegality "for the good of the country".

As was exclusive here, in laying out Joe Sestak is nothing but a political officer working for the Clintons, the entire Richard III play is being acted out before American eyes.

What I find most reprehensible in this, are the long list of conspirators in this, which include Republican governor Linda Lingle. This traitor to John McCain and Sarah Palin with the entire American nation for her pathetic criminal state is on the same level with Chris Matthew's toe jam.

Hawaii as this blog exclusively reported has been a criminal clearing house for illegals for a generation, which had to do with federal subsidies in welfare. They registered everything that moved and made Americans out of foreigners, and the biggest fraud was B. Hussein Obama.

In legal terms, every Sec. of State who illegally certified Obama without proof of natural born Citizenship is guilty of sedition, and that includes the entire Congress and those 5 liberal traitors on the Supreme Court led by Anthony Kennedy voting with the Obama pack of treachery.

What though, Linda Lingle did with the entire state of Hawaii was beyond overthrowing the Government of these United States, she went to the extreme of covering up the thousands of felony registrations of illegals in Hawaii, including Obama in a conspiracy of felonies against the American People.

She not only chose not to, but to cover up her state's crimes and her failure of duty, she went public and lied about claiming there was a real Obama birth certificate, which witness to the reality in Tim Adams, testifies that there is no such document.

This blog has the glaring exclusive question which no one has asked Gov. Linda Lingle and state and national Hawaiian government that in light of all the bribes Obama handed out on Obamacare, Romanoff, Sestak, Johnson, Biden etc... just what did Linda Lingle get from Obama as a bribe to instigate this cover up?

We know Hawaii was held up as a model for national health care, which was an absolute fraud, but something glaring has come out in Obama has been pushing in stealth with the Hawaiians a Native Hawaiian Government Reorganization.

And what in the heck is that?

Well first it was hid in an almost trillion dollar Pentagon funding bill. Odd place to put something like that isn't it?

What this is, is what the Bureau of Indian Affairs has been for over a century is a money pit for swindlers who will now give "Native American Rights" to Hawaiians, who already are Americans.
If you look around America in the mafia Indian casinos making a fortune, this is what is up with this cash cow on many fronts. Literally by this bill, these Hawaiians are now recognized as a separate people, can issue their own passports and are a nation inside yet outside these United States.

This is a bribe to vote Democratic for another Obama cash cow faction like Mexican illegals in SEIU unions.

Linda Lingle was against this Obama sedition of America, but yet she is covering up Obama's past.

In searching for links, Linda Lingle surprised this blog in being Hawaii's first Jewish Governor. Considering the immense secular Jewish support for Obama in 2008, and David Axelrod and Rahm Emanuel are Ashkenaz, this appears the most logical link with a Haaretz quote:

Lingle says she has never discussed Israel-related issues with Palin. "But Senator McCain's commitment to Israel is strong and well-known, and I assure your readers that he would not put someone on that ticket who did not have the same feelings. Certainly he has discussed those issues. Government Palin is a very religious person, and the religious Christians are the greatest supporters of Israel."

I thought Linda Lingle was an American, an American Governor, so what is she making statements to Jews about concerning Israeli leverages issues within the executive office?

I frankly in my various heritage backgrounds have never once looked at any Presidential Candidate on the grounds of how they would treat my Eurasian roots.
Linda Lingle did, so is it possible that somewhere in the secular Jewish Government of the State of Israel, that a deal was set where Lingle would hide Obama's missing birth certificate in exchange for quid pro quo to the Israeli state, allowing Obama to make coup attempts to install Ehud Barak?

B. Hussein Obama and his cast of crooks has shown that bribery is the first choice and only choice in dealing with his crimes. This blog submits the evidence looks like the Democrats were bought off on the "native" cash cow money flow, and Lingle signed off on this for some Jewish state perks.
That is of course if she doesn't end up with a bag full of Obama bucks or some other offered up job that Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Joseph Farah or Aaron Klein are not going to stumble upon now.

Linda Lingle could have done all this to stop embarrassment for Hawaii certifying a fraud. She could have also just as easily had a Sestak moment, as Obama did jet to Hawaii after Gram was dead for some missing reason, and then left Madelyn in a crypt for months until he got around to another rose toss.

Tim Adams charges now place multiple felonies, conspiracy against these United States and other frauds on the indictment of Linda Lingle. She knowingly conspired and did this, as Tim Adams states there is no Obama birth certificate after his working in the elections there.

It is obvious what Hawaiian Democrats got as a bribe from Obama. The question is now what bribe did Linda Lingle get to sell out America?

Certainly explains a lot about this mystery, doesn't it?

Previously, I included a link to a detailed report about the fact that the Hawaiian Government Officials have been covering up the decades old habit of issuing birth certificates (without documented proof through the existence of vault-length COLB) for foreign-born children entering the state. It is only because one such child became president that their illegal scheme was discovered. When I find that post, I will include it here.

This does shed some light on why Obama refuses to release his bona fide documents. However, there are still MANY more questions that need to be answered. Some day, the truth will come out. It always does.

The Subject That Just Won't Go Away

This morning I heard (but didn't actually view the videotape) that Obama discussed the TEA Party movement. According to the report, one of the things that he stated about the movement is that many of the TEA Party participants, "do not believe that he (Obama) was born in America."

Why does he keep bringing this up? Isn't that a bit strange? If it has no merit (as I'm sure he's claiming), then why keep the issue in the news? Is it only to discredit the TEA Party movement and participants - in order to dismiss their legitimate concerns and grievances?

Must be.

Even though the Dems and the Media of Mass Deception still try and play the "race card" against all who stand firm against Obama dreadful policies - it just isn't working anymore! People aren't that stupid.

I thought that I had read absolutely everything about Obama's citizenship questions, but I have found a new article that is so comprehensive that even I discovered some new information!

Oftentimes, a really great blog post article is followed by some excellent comments. I think that this is the case when one reads the latest Post & Email article:

Obama’s Health Care treachery violates all five of these standards and as a result, it cannot be allowed to stand.

With all of the upcoming state lawsuit challenges to this bill, plus the fact that the Dems who voted for this awful legislation will most likely be booted out of the House and Senate in November, I can see that the new Congress with the new Republican Majority Leader, John Boehner, the implementation of this terrible legislation will come to a screeching halt through Congress' refusal to fund it.

The unconstitutionality has been clearly pointed out in the above excerpt from the article. What more needs to be said? I just can't imagine that the Supreme Court could EVER find the bill acceptable. They will most likely strike it down.

No matter which way it is done, WE THE PEOPLE will NOT let it stand! There is no need for any violence. Our VOTES will be the weapon of choice in November, 2010, and then again in the presidential election in 2012! Hey! Obama is already on record (via Robert Gibbs saying on video tape) that he doesn't care if he is a "one term president - OTP."

Hey peoples!! Let's make that revelation come true!!

BRAVO! Well stated. The evidence of usurper, liar-in-chief, Barry Soetero aka Barack Obama pushing the envelope of his syncretistic Marxist/communist/socialist agenda is apparent for all to see. Examining from a wide angle lens of the advisers and czars to the president only ONE conclusion can be drawn, their unity AGAINST the values and moral integrity which formed this Republic. Gingrich: This Will Not Stand

I do not always agree with what Newt Gingrich writes or everything he says during interviews on Fox News and conservative radio talk shows. I especially hated the fact that he chose to appear in a commercial on the farcical global warming hoax with Nancy PeLIARsi a few years ago.

With that said, I must admit that he is dead-straight-on and correct about everything he included in the following article from the Fox News Channel website.

The ruthlessness and inhumanity of the Obama-Pelosi-Reid machine was most clearly on display in their public humiliation of Stupak.

The real principles of the machine were articulated by Democratic Congressman Alcee Hastings who was impeached and removed from the bench as a federal judge, before being elected to the House when he said, "There ain't no rules here, we're trying to accomplish something. . . .All this talk about rules. . . .When the deal goes down . . . we make 'em up as we go along."

It is hard for the American people to believe their leaders on the left are this bad.

They are.

The American people will not allow a corrupt machine to dictate their future.

What will happen in March?

Six things I can think of, the first three within days. I couldn’t say what order, because things will move pretty quickly. So I list them how my mind sorts them.

1. The Supreme Court will strike it down within days.
I don’t remember which of the 3 authors I cited said this (or maybe I heard it on the radio), so I don’t know who to cite. But every American has standing here, due to the exceedingly far reach of the Health Care Takeover bill. Somebody will sue. I predict GOP members of Congress will, and it will go straight to the Supreme Court. They will strike down the whole caboodle, and they will do it almost immediately. Probably 6-3, with Breyer and Kennedy voting with the originalists. Their ruling is very likely to include language extremely damning of the behavior of Democrats.

2. Numerous states will declare statutorily under the 10th Amendment that this law will be unenforceable within their borders.
I’m guessing 20 states. The move has been afoot for awhile anyway, and this blatant flouting of the Constitution will trigger the America-loving, freedom-loving instincts into bold (if rash) action. And while they’re at it, they’re going to say the same thing about everything emanating from the EPA.

3. There will be public anti-government outrage so great that it will boil into violence.
I do not condone this; it will be ugly and more than a little scary. Lest I give anybody fresh ideas, I will not expound upon it other than to say it will be directed, not generalized — directed at objects, property, and symbols of government, not at people. Although those who voted for this Slaughter Rule would be wise to perhaps hang around in Washington for awhile.

4. (Even more) new candidates opposing incumbent Democrats will come out of the woodwork.
Many already have, but many good ones have considered, then declined. Many of those will change their minds, even in blue states. And new ones will pop up like dandelions. And a whole bunch of them will win. The leftist partisan national media currently think Republicans might, juuuuuuuust MIGHT, get 40 seats and the House back. Idiots. It was already going to be 80 and 8. But after this stunt, it might be 120 and 14. This is what happens when the entire center turns on a party.

5. State AGs will bring charges against sitting Congressmen for whatever they can plausibly pin on them.
Sedition is the actual crime (IMHO), and that’s a federal charge. But no USA will touch this, since they work for the president. Because members of Congress cannot be recalled, citizens will be thirsting for vengeance. Very loudly. State AG’s will be chomping at the bits to exact SOME form of payback, encouraged (or pushed) by their citizenry. Things like corruption, conspiracy, bribery, racketeering, tax fraud, and so on, will be easy indictments. As the last few months have shown, congressional Democrats have been so thoroughly corrupt for so long, nobody will even have to trump up anything.

6. Republicans will shut down business in Congress until January 5.
Then it will REALLY get fun.

Democrats will lose the country days after they pull the Slaughter Rule. They’ll have their illegal law both flouted and overruled, their members will be subject to investigations and indictments, and not a single item of interest will be signed into law, nor will any appointment be approved, before January 5, when a hundred or more of them leave Washington for good.

A recent "Investor's Business Daily" article provided very interesting statistics from a survey by the United Nations International Health Organization.



Percentage of men and women who survived a cancer five years after
diagnosis:
U.S. 65%
England 46%
Canada 42%



Percentage of patients diagnosed with diabetes who received treatment
within six months:
U.S. 93%

Canada 43%



Percentage of seniors needing hip replacement who received it within

I don't know about you, but I don't want "Universal Healthcare" comparable to England or Canada .



Moreover, it was Sen. Harry Reid who said, "Elderly Americans must learn to accept the inconveniences of old age."



He is "elderly" himself but be sure to remember his health insurance is different from yours as Congress has their own high-end coverage! He will never have to learn to accept "inconveniences"!!!

- The Apollo Alliance claimed credit for writing the stimulus bill—why was this group allowed to write any portion of this bill?

- If politicians aren’t writing the bills and aren’t reading the bills, do they have any idea what these 1000 page plus bills actually impose on the American people?

- If the ‘public option’ health care plan is so good why won’t politicians agree to have that as their plan?

- If town hall meetings are intended for the politicians to learn what’s on our mind—why do they spend so much time talking instead of listening?

- Politicians are refusing to attend town hall meetings complaining, without evidence, that they are scripted. Does that mean we shouldn’t come out and vote for you since every campaign stop, baby kiss and speech you give is scripted?

- Why would you want to overwhelm the system?

- Is using the economic crises to rush legislation through congress what Rahm Emanuel meant when he talked about "not letting a crises go to waste"?

- What are the czars paid? What is the budget for their staffs/offices?

Bill O'Reilly has opined MANY TIMES that Soros is A VERY DANGEROUS PERSON. In his book, "Culture Warrior," O'Reilly shares much of the awful truth about this evil man. There are over two dozen pages that either mention or describe how despicable a man Soros truly is! You owe it to yourself to pick up a copy of Culture Warrior and read Chapter One.

Soros has several partners in crime and organizations that he supports which are bent upon destroying America. WAY to much information to type out here. However, O'Reilly sums it up this way:

To sum up, Soros is a smart, ruthless ideologue who will stop at nothing to advance the secular-progressive offensive. He has no scruples, ethics, or sense of fair play. The guy reminds me of Colonel Banastre "Butcher" Tarleton, the most justly hated Redcoat during the Revolutionary War. Soros and Tarleton can both be associated with take-no-prisoner policies: In both cases, their prey, whether traditionalists today or colonial rebel fighters in the eighteenth century, were simply people trying to strengthen their country.

I mean it. for traditional-minded Americans, George Soros is public enemy number one. Without his unlimited cash (along with that of Peter Lewis), the S-P movement could not attack so readily and so effectively - and with such venom. Soros envisions a libertine society that soaks the rich (except for him) and forms no judgments on personal behavior. His one-world philosophy would obliterate the uniqueness of America and downsize its superpower status. His secular approach would drastically diminish Judeo-Christian philosophy in America and encourage his own spiritual philosophy: atheism. George Soros is truly an imposing force, and his elite media allies are making him even more so. We ignore him at our peril.

A True Patriot!

One of the most difficult things to do in this life is to go up against the "powers that be" in any situation. When a person has a grievance, especially when it is being sought against the most powerful man in the world, that person's life could be at risk. I have no doubt that the pressures being leveled against soldier Scott Easterling are enormous. Yet, he will not cower under such pressure. He is a true American hero and true patriot!

A U.S. soldier on active duty in Iraq has called President Obama an "impostor" in a statement in which he affirmed plans to join as plaintiff in a challenge to Obama's eligibility to be commander in chief.

The statement was publicized by California attorney Orly Taitz who, along with her Defend Our Freedom Foundation, is working on a series of legal cases seeking to uncover Obama's birth records and other documents that would reveal whether he meets the requirements of the U.S. Constitution.

"As an active-duty officer in the United States Army, I have grave concerns about the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of president of the United States," wrote Scott Easterling in a "to-whom-it-may-concern" letter.


Obama "has absolutely refused to provide to the American public his original birth certificate, as well as other documents which may prove or disprove his eligibility," Easterling wrote. "In fact, he has fought every attempt made by concerned citizens in their effort to force him to do so."

Taitz told WND she had advised Easterling to obtain legal counsel before making any statements regarding the commander-in-chief, but he insisted on moving forward. His contention is that as an active member of the U.S. military, he is required to follow orders from a sitting president, and he needs – on pain of court-martial – to know that Obama is eligible.

Taitz said other legal cases questioning Obama's eligibility filed by members of the military mostly have included retired officers, and courts several times have ruled they don't have standing to issue their challenge.

Easterling, however, is subject to enemy fire and certainly would have a reason to need to know the legitimacy of his orders, she argued.

"Until Mr. Obama releases a 'vault copy' of his original birth certificate for public review, I will consider him neither my Commander in Chief nor my President, but rather, a usurper to the Office – an impostor," his statement said.

Easterling said he joined the Army at age 40 after working in Iraq as a contractor.

"I chose to work … to support my troops and then left that lucrative position when the Army raised its maximum enlistment age to 40. Upon completion of basic training, I entered Officer Candidate School and commissioned as a 2LT in August 2007. After completing the subsequent basic officer leadership courses, I was assigned to Ft. Knox and shortly thereafter deployed to Balad, Iraq," he wrote.

"I implore all service-members and citizens to contact their senators and representatives and demand that they require Mr. Obama prove his eligibility. Our Constitution and our great nation must not be allowed to be disgraced," he wrote.

Taitz said Easterling is among the plaintiffs she is assembling for a new legal action over Obama's eligibility. Others include a list of state lawmakers who also would be required in their official position to follow orders of the president.

"My conviction is such that I am compelled to join Dr. Orly Taitz's lawsuit, as a plaintiff, against Mr. Obama. As a citizen, it pains me to do this, but as an officer, my sworn oath to support and defend our Constitution requires this action," he said.

Easterling was "saluted" in a forum on Taitz' website.

"Lt. Easterling, As a retired US Army SFC, I salute you sir as a true American patriot and hero! Thank you for your unselfish service to our country. It is rare to find someone today with such moral courage to do the right thing regardless of repercussions," said one contributor.

Said another, "For your voluntary service to our country, we owe you a debt we can never pay." /quote
