Awful Lie of "holy" homosexuals!

It isn't as though we need more proof of the stunning lies that the homosexual "christian" movement promotes out there. However, the absolute boldness of their willingness to blaspheme God through their reprobate theology knows no bounds!

Using someone’s suicide to claim that if only the gay man knew that God’s love covers him and/or would have made him a “holy homosexual” without repenting for homosexual sinful behavior is just despicable! Talk about exchanging the truth for a lie!!

Repentance at the foot of the cross of Christ is necessary for salvation. When Jesus started his earthly ministry, the first words he spoke were, “Repent, for the kingdom of God is near.”

This false prophet is claiming that homosexual behavior is not a sin and need not be repented of. People are being deceived by this man’s evil, reprobate theology. Satan likes nothing more than to keep people in the bondage of their sin through thinking that repentance of sin and the shed blood of Jesus Christ is not necessary for salvation.

I agree with Rik. This is pro-gay propaganda. However, spiritually speaking, it is also pro-satan propaganda.

Notice that Jesus talked about lust. This is exactly what has motivated Piazza in his false theology. The lust of homosexual behavior. Calling it “holy” is unthinkable! It’s blasphemy! It is satanic!

Warning: Avoid "Dark Materials" Trilogy

In a previous post entitled Hateful - The New Code Word, I included one of the seven satanic deceptions often used as schemes and devices to steer people away from the truth of God's Word which can lead them into a devastatingly error ridden place of existence.

The Bible warns us not to be ignorant of satan's devices.

2Cr 2:11 Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

2Cr 11:13 For such [are] false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.


2Cr 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.


2Cr 11:15 Therefore [it is] no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

The first deception of satan (discussed in that post) was false doctrine.

Within this Baptist Press article, we find that the author Bill Pullman of the "Dark Materials" Trilogy, has fallen for every single one of the seven deceptions.

Oftentimes, the first six errors lead right into #7 - creating a Lack of Faith in the non-believer.

The Baptist Press article is certainly quite revealing. It points out the anti-Christian, anti-God, theme of Pullman's "The Golden Compass" movie. It is the first film in a series of books from Pullman's "His Dark Materials" trilogy.

How ironic is it that within that article, we find similar verbiage to those groups who would call Christians and their beliefs, "hateful."

Excerpt:

The entire series has been dubbed the "anti-Narnia," with Pullman regularly expressing disdain for C.S. Lewis' fictional world and even once calling it "propaganda in the service of a life-hating ideology."

Hmmmm...even an atheist/agnostic/skeptic like Pullman can't seem to resist using such an obvious code word of propaganda against those who adhere to true Christian faith.

The article also shows how hopelessly Pullman has fallen for satan's typical schemes and devices. They are revealed so vividly in all that he writes!

1. False Doctrine

1Jo 4:1 ¶ Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.


1Jo 4:2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:


1Jo 4:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that [spirit] of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

Excerpt:

The book and movie gets it name from a golden device that can, according to the books, determine truth itself.

How ironic is it that the author uses a golden device in his stories and makes the outrageous claim the it can "determine truth."

Again, Solomon was correct. There is "nothing new under the sun." Who could not recognize the golden calf comparison here?

2Ti 2:26 And [that] they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

2. Lust (includes vanity, jealousy, greed & physical lust)

My. I would need to copy the entire article to cover this one. For now, I will focus on one paragraph.

Excerpt:

-- In one of the final chapters of The Amber Spyglass, an ex-nun named Mary tells Will and Lyra, "The Christian religion is a very powerful and convincing mistake, that's all." Mary also tells them that after she learned there was no God, she soon discovered that "physics was more interesting anyway."

Notice that Mary is an "ex-nun." Obviously, she has renounced her faith in God when she calls it "a very powerful and convincing mistake." She "learned" that there was no God. Just whom is she listening to? She feels that "physics was more interesting anyway." All of these are just additional code words which encompass vanity, jealousy, lust and greed for power over and above God's majesty; as well as rejection of God's Holiness, Righteousness and position of Absolute Truth.

3. Pride, Vanity, and Arrogance

2Cr 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.


2Cr 11:15 Therefore [it is] no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.


The article reveals that the author of the "dark materials trilogy" is filled with these traits, as well. Many quotes could be included here. But the following one "takes the cake," so to speak.

Excerpt:

-- In the second book in the trilogy, "The Subtle Knife," one of the main characters, Will, is told he possesses "the one weapon in all the universes" -- a magical knife -- that can "defeat the tyrant." That tyrant, he is told, is "The Authority. God."

This is so ridiculous that it would be laughable, if not so dreadfully prideful, awkward, and tremendously sad.

I can't even think of a good comparative analogy. Here's a thought. Imagine that an ant carrying a crumb of food thinks that it now owns a weapon that would give it the power to toss it at a human being and expect him to be destroyed.

1Ti 3:6 Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil.


1Ti 3:7 Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

4. Lying

Isa 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, [it is] because [there is] no light in them.

Isa 8:21 And they shall pass through it, hardly bestead and hungry: and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse their king and their God, and look upward.


Isa 8:22 And they shall look unto the earth; and behold trouble and darkness, dimness of anguish; and [they shall be] driven to darkness.



This has to be the biggest blunder that owns Pullman. There are so many lies that could be listed here! I will post the most arrogant ones.

Excerpts:

-- In "The Amber Spyglass," the third and final book of the series, Will is told -- by two fallen, homosexual angels, no less -- that "The Authority" has many names, "God, the Creator, the Lord, Yahweh, El, Adonai, the King, the Father, the Almighty." These were names God "gave himself" even though "he was never the creator." Instead, Will is told, the Authority simply was the first angel formed out of "Dust" and thereafter God proceeded to tell "those who came after him that he had created them."

-- In another scene in The Amber Spyglass, one of the homosexual angels tells Will that churches "tell their believers that they'll live in Heaven, but that's a lie." Instead, believers go to a "prison camp."

Denying the Creator? The ultimate lie.

Homosexual angels? Could there even be such a thing? Just add that to the sexual depravity of the minds of men and list it under the lust deception category.

1Cr 7:2 Nevertheless, [to avoid] fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.

No other sexual relationship is approved of by God in His Word.

Believers go to a "prison camp?" Wow! Is Pullman going to be surprised if he doesn't repent and enters into eternity without Christ.


Act 5:1 ¶ But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession,


Act 5:2 And kept back [part] of the price, his wife also being privy [to it], and brought a certain part, and laid [it] at the apostles' feet.


Act 5:3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back [part] of the price of the land?


Act 5:4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.


Act 5:5 And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things.

5. False dreams, Visions and Miracles

Excerpt:

The trilogy ends with Lyra, Will and their companions killing "God" and then resolving how their own relationship (they're in love) will continue.

"The God he has in his books -- particularly in the last book -- is not the Creator God," Brown said, emphasizing the evil nature of the trilogy's God. "It's just a weak being that is blown away at the very end.... I'm opposed to that view of God and to that view of the church, too."

That has to be the ultimate false dream of an atheist; having the ability to "kill" God? Obviously, Mr. Brown sets it straight (above) in his comment.

6. Bitterness

Jam 4:10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

Mr. Pullman is dripping with bitterness!! The entire article could fit under this category.

Excerpt:

"[I]f there is a God and he is as the Christians describe him, then he deserves to be put down and rebelled against," Pullman told the Telegraph newspaper in 2002. "As you look back over the history of the Christian church, it's a record of terrible infamy and cruelty and persecution and tyranny. How they have the bloody nerve to go on [the BBC's] 'Thought for the Day' and tell us all to be good when, given the slightest chance, they'd be hanging the rest of us and flogging the homosexuals and persecuting the witches."

He says, "as Christians describe Him?" What a depraved lie! Pullman reveals his bitter hatred for the God of the Bible and his hatred has turned into utter bitterness. Where does such bitterness lead? Ultimately, it can lead to the unforgiveable sin.

7. Lack of Faith

Look at what Pullman's deception is causing him to miss out on:

The Audacity of Obama

Seeing Hillary Clinton's campaign for the Democratic nomination for president implode has been a delight. However, if she is knocked off of the proverbial nominee pedestal, the second choice - Barack Obama - may be an even scarier scenario!

Case in point. Go over and read GCMWatch's essay, Pastors: Keep Obama Balaam Out of Your Pulpit! and you will see why I am quite concerned...to say the least!

The huge list of his ignorant blatherings continue to add up each and every day. This guy thinks he deserves to be president? UGH!!!

How blinded are those that support this scary man. He displays an unrepentant, God-blaspheming attitude; and has the nerve to verbally shake his fists at the Creator of the universe in full view of the public. He displays an agenda that is unmistakably heretical in nature. What's worse is that he's obviously a wolf in sheeps clothing; pretending to embrace all people (except true Christian believers, that is). He has so many people who do not know God's Word totally and helplessly fooled.

Obama claims that he has the desire to "bring the cultural divide" together. Then in his next breath he absolutely trashes true Christians!

Forget about his stupid book, "The Audacity of Hope." Obama Rama Ding Dong has the audacity of passing himself off as intelligent, capable and worthy of being the leader of our nation which was founded upon Christian-Judeo morality and ethics. Yet, he doesn't even try to hide the fact that he despises such heritage and history.

The reality is that through all of his bluster, the true, elect faithful in Jesus Christ see right through him. The fact is, we have already heard and discerned his evil motives. Now it is our job to warn others.

Obama is absolutely clueless and represents the epitome of error; socially, politically, and worst of all, spiritually.

Obama's intentions to "correct" those who hold Biblical morals and values regarding the sin of homosexual behavior reminds me of the false teacher named Mel White and his SoulForce Equality Rides to conservative Christian college campuses.

Basically, both Obama and White are attempting to do the same thing. Undermine Biblical authority. They know that God's Word is the only thing still standing in their way of total acceptance for aberrant sexual proclivities.

Thank God that true believers in Christ will not be fooled nor fall victim of being led astray. Once born again, we are sealed for all eternity through Jesus and the truth of the Bible.

San Fransicko Folsom St. Sadists

How filled with wisdom was Solomon when he stated, "there is nothing new under the sun."

The biblical story of Sodom and Gomorrah being compared with the San Fransicko Folsom St. Sadists certainly attest to this fact. The actions of these sick sodomite sadists must truly rank up there with the egregious sin that was found within the city of Sodom. What's more, the Folsom Street sadists/sodomites sound a lot like the Nicolaitans of Biblical times.

Notice what the Lord Jesus Christ says about the "Nicolaitans":

Rev 2:6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

Rev 2:15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.

Rev 2:16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

Jamieson Faussett and Brown commentary:

Nicolaitanes--IRENAEUS [Against Heresies, 1.26.3] and TERTULLIAN [Prescription against Heretics, 46] make these followers of Nicolas, one of the seven (honorably mentioned, Act 6:3, 5 ). They (CLEMENT OF ALEXANDRIA [Miscellanies, 2.20 3.4] and EPIPHANIUS [Heresies, 25]) evidently confound the latter Gnostic Nicolaitanes, or followers of one Nicolaos, with those of Revelation. MICHAELIS' view is probable: Nicolaos (conqueror of the people) is the Greek version of Balaam, from Hebrew "Belang Am," "Destroyer of the people."

Revelation abounds in such duplicate Hebrew and Greek names: as Apollyon, Abaddon: Devil, Satan: Yea (Greek, "Nai"), Amen.

The name, like other names, Egypt, Babylon, Sodom, is symbolic. Compare Rev 2:14, 15 , which shows the true sense of Nicolaitanes; they are not a sect, but professing Christians who, like Balaam of old, tried to introduce into the Church a false freedom, that is, licentiousness; this was a reaction in the opposite direction from Judaism, the first danger to the Church combated in the council of Jerusalem, and by Paul in the Epistle to Galatians.

These symbolical Nicolaitanes, or followers of Balaam, abused Paul's doctrine of the grace of God into a plea for lasciviousness ( 2Pe 2:15, 16, 19 Jud 1:4, 11 who both describe the same sort of seducers as followers of Balaam).

Notice that in the commentary, some claimed to be "professing Christians." "Professing" Christian doesn't mean the same thing as being a genuine Christian, that's for certain. Otherwise, they would never have introduced such licentiousness into the churches back then.

Now, you must read gcmwatch's post about a "reverend" who, well, I don't even want to describe it. Go and read the post and you will see that homosexual filth has already infiltrated these so-called MCC "churches." Pastor D.L. Foster warns readers about the post:

I don't think that Pastor Foster will mind if I quote his last comment at that thread:

Jesus told us:

In a former Talk Wisdom blogpost called, The Infiltration of Sodomy into Christianity, you will find a link to Daniel's Place which has an awesome, informative post up about this issue. He ardently exposes (and lists the stages of depravity) where acceptance of the unacceptable (namely, homosexual behavior not repented of) ultimately leads to moral (or, more accurately, immoral) anarchy.

For those who think there is no connection between the moral depravity going on in San Fransicko and the gay christian movement, please think again. This is precisely why the evidence of the Nicolatan inspired infiltration into the church during biblical times needed to be exposed for what it was. A synagogue of Satan!

The modern day gay christian movement is today's synagogue of Satan and must be countered by true, Bible-believing followers of Jesus Christ.

Continuing with the Jamieson Faussett and Brown commentary:

The difficulty that they should appropriate a name branded with infamy in Scripture is met by TRENCH: The Antinomian Gnostics were so opposed to John as a Judaizing apostle that they would assume as a name of chiefest honor one which John branded with dishonor.

Notice what you just read: A name branded with infamy! Nicolatians = gay christian movement adherents.

Matthew Henry commentary:

He knows the wickedness and the falsehood of their enemies: I know the blasphemy of those that say they are Jews, but are not; that is, of those who pretend to be the only peculiar covenant-people of God, as the Jews boasted themselves to be, even after God had rejected them; or of those who would be setting up the Jewish rites and ceremonies, which were now not only antiquated, but abrogated; these may say that they only are the church of God in the world, when indeed they are the synagogue of Satan.

Observe, (1.) As Christ has a church in the world, the spiritual Israel of God, so the devil has his synagogue. Those assemblies which are set up in opposition to the truths of the gospel, and which promote and propagate damnable errors,—those which are set up in opposition to the purity and spirituality of gospel worship, and which promote and propagate the vain inventions of men and rites and ceremonies which never entered into the thoughts of God,—these are all synagogues of Satan: he presides over them, he works in them, his interests are served by them, and he receives a horrid homage and honour from them.

(2.) For the synagogues of Satan to give themselves out to be the church or Israel of God is no less than blasphemy. God is greatly dishonoured when his name is made use of to promote and patronize the interests of Satan; and he has a high resentment of this blasphemy, and will take a just revenge on those who persist in it. Graphic photos are all over the internet which display the absolutely pornographic sex acts, public nudity, sexual encounters being performed on the streets, and the sick sado-masochistic "outfits" and sex "toys" worn and sold at the event.

What's even more despicable is that Christian symbols were used for some of the sexual objects. How blasphemous, disgustingly gross, hateful, beyond intolerant and a blatant display of Christian bashing it all is!!!

Can you imagine if sex toys were made of famous homosexual men and sold as butt plugs? They would scream BIGOT and HATE CRIME!

The "Sin Unto Death."

During the Nightline debate, Does God Exist between Christian evangelists Ray Comfort and Kirk Cameron against proclaimed athiests Brian and Kelly, both athiests claimed to have been Christians in the past. Of course, that is between God and themselves, however, we can get a hint about their spiritual condition based on what the Bible tells us is the "sin unto death" and what the two athiests are saying now.

So-called "ex"-Christians are often revealed as formerly false Christians anyway. They may have had "head" knowledge about Christ, but hadn't made the decision to invite him into their hearts as Lord and Savior. The act of being born-again is not reversible. We get a hint about this fact from this verse:

Mat 24:24For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if [it were] possible, they shall deceive the very elect. (bold mine)

Once the Holy Spirit indwells the heart of a believer, it is a permanent conversion. Believers are then "sealed with God," just as the angels who didn't rebel against God (at the fall and casting out of Satan and 1/3 of the angels turned demons) were sealed unto God.

Rom 15:28 When therefore I have performed this, and have sealed to them this fruit, I will come by you into Spain.

2Cr 1:22 Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.

Eph 1:13 In whom ye also [trusted], after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

Eph 1:14Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. (bold mine)

The meaning of "until the redemption of the purchased possession" refers to the fact that we were purchased by the shed blood of Jesus at Calvary and when we stand before God at the Judgment Seat of Christ, it will be his righteousness that is imputed upon us for redemption; not anything that we did here on earth.

Also, since we still have that "human sin nature" to deal with, Christians still sin (I just did yesterday), but we regret and repent of it because we know that it grieves the Holy Spirit.

Eph 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. (bold mine)

In the cases of Brian and Kelly, their final act of blaspheming the Holy Spirit is not just a sin, but the "sin unto death" (meaning, the only unforgiveable sin leading to spiritual death and separation from God forever). They, as well, have sealed their fate.

Jhn 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Rom 6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

1Jo 5:16 If any man see his brother sin a sin [which is] not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.

1Jo 5:16 If you see a Christian brother or sister[fn3] sinning in a way that does not lead to death, you should pray, and God will give that person life. But there is a sin that leads to death, and I am not saying you should pray for those who commit it.

1Jo 5:18 We know that those who have become part of God's family do not make a practice of sinning, for God's Son holds them securely, and the evil one cannot get his hands on them.

1Jo 5:19 We know that we are children of God and that the world around us is under the power and control of the evil one.

News Roundup 3/30/07

Haven't posted a News Roundup in quite a while, however, usually you can get most of the news that the MSM biased sources ignore at blogs like Michele Malkin's, Little Green Footballs, HotAir, WorldNetDaily, and Drudge. All of these excellent websites are bookmarked either in my blogroll or website links here at Talkwisdom.

There are so many outrageous things to report today. I will start with the one that has already been cancelled due to Christian outrage. See? It pays to speak up!

1. Display of Controversial 'Chocolate Jesus' Sculpture Cancelled. This is certainly good news. When I heard a report about this licentious and repugnant display of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, I was outraged! This is beyond the pale, people. Regardless of what the "sculpture" claims that he, "didn't do it to insult anyone," the truth is that it is highly insulting, blasphemous and disrespectful (to say the least!) to Christians everywhere.

Unfortunately, this is typical. Every Easter, the usual news magazine culprits print their annual, anti-Christian "articles" questioning the resurrection of Jesus Christ. This incident is yet another attempt for spiritually lost people to mock our Lord and Savior.

Christians make up 70% of this country. It's not appropriate for those who choose not believe in Jesus to mock him. Just because they choose to ignore the fact that Jesus is who he says he is, namely, the Son of God, Lord and Savior of mankind, does not mean that they should have the liberty to abuse our country's freedom of speech in such a derogatory and despicable way as this.

Liberty does not mean licentiousness! Immoral license implies: "a freedom specially granted or conceded and may connote an abuse of freedom". That is exactly what this sculpture was, and I am so glad that the hotel manager had the common sense (finally!) to reject it from display.

2. Speaking of licentiousness, how about the admitted pedophile who created a website designed to give these creeps access to photos of young girls? What's worse, he wants to "mainstream" the morally reprehensible desire to have sex with young girls. So UGLY!! DISGUSTING!

Free speech was never intended to be used for such a purpose! This is why we have laws and restraints against such awful compulsions!

There is an epidemic of child predators and abusers in our nation today. Thank God that Bill O'Reilly has pushed for most states to pass Jessica's Law. Sexually abuse a child? Put any first time offender away for 25 years to life! That is appropriate justice for a crime which negatively and horribly affects a child for the rest of their lives. A pedophile should forfeit at least 25 years of his life in prison. When a child is abused and killed as horribly as Jessica was, then the perp deserves the death penalty...exactly what that murderous slimeball Couey deserved.

3. Hot Air has already covered the Rosie O'Dimwitt debacle quite thoroughly.

Or is it time to cut Big Mama loose and preserve whatever shred of credibility the show still has left?

4. I'm so glad and grateful that we have a President of the United States who doesn't do his business based on the latest liberal left lunatic poll. My hubby emailed the following article to me today. It certainly "hits the nail on the head" as far as the liberal left's ad nauseum complaints are concerned. The entire article was credited to Jay Leno, but at the moment, I was only able to confirm that the last statement was genuinely said by him. If anyone has proof that all of it was stated by Leno, please provide the link.

Whoever said all of this, whether or not it was Leno, absolutely made a great observation about the ungrateful whiners and complainers in our nation today!!

The other day I was reading Newsweek magazine and came across some poll data I found rather hard to believe. It must be true given the source, right?

The Newsweek poll alleges that 67 percent of Americans are unhappy with the direction the country is headed and 69 percent of the country is unhappy with the performance of the president. In essence 2/3s of the citizenry just ain't happy and want a change.

So being the knuckle dragger I am, I started thinking, ''What we are so unhappy about?''

Is it that we have electricity and running water 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? Is our unhappiness the result of having air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter? Could it be that 95.4 percent of these unhappy folks have a job? Maybe it is the ability to walk into a grocery store at any time and see more food in moments than Darfur has seen in the last year?

Maybe it is the ability to drive from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic Ocean without having to present identification papers as we move through each state? Or possibly the hundreds of clean and safe motels we would find along the way that can provide temporary shelter? I guess having thousands of restaurants with varying cuisine from around the world is just not good enough. Or could it be that when we wreck our car, emergency workers show up and provide services to help all and even send a helicopter to take you to the hospital.

Perhaps you are one of the 70 percent of Americans who own a home. You may be upset with knowing that in the unfortunate case of a fire, a group of trained firefighters will appear in moments and use top notch equipment to extinguish the flames thus saving you, your family and your belongings. Or if, while at home watching one of your many flat screen TVs, a burglar or prowler intrudes , an officer equipped with a gun and a bullet-proof vest will come to defend you and your family against attack or loss. This all in the backdrop of a neighborhood free of bombs or militias raping and pillaging the residents. Neighborhoods where 90 percent of teenagers own cell phones and computers.

How about the complete religious, social and political freedoms we enjoy that are the envy of everyone in the world? Maybe that is what has 67 percent of you folks unhappy.

Fact is, we are the largest group of ungrateful, spoiled brats the world has ever seen. No wonder the world loves the U.S. , yet has a great disdain for its citizens. They see us for what we are. The most blessed people in the world who do nothing but complain about what we don't have , and what we hate about the country instead of thanking the good Lord we live here.

I know, I know. What about the President who took us into war and has no plan to get us out? The President who has a measly 31 percent approval rating? Is this the same President who guided the nation in the dark days after 9/11? The president that cut taxes to bring an economy out of recession? Could this be the same guy who has been called every name in the book for succeeding in keeping all the spoiled ungrateful brats safe from terrorist attacks?

The commander in chief of an all-volunteer army that is out there defending you and me? Did you hear how bad the President is on the news or talk show? Did this news affect you so much, make you so unhappy you couldn't take a look around for yourself and see all the good things and be glad?

Think about it -- are you upset at the President because he actually caused you personal pain OR is it because the "Media" told you he was failing to kiss your sorry ungrateful behind every day.

Make no mistake about it. The troops in Iraq and Afghanistan have volunteered to serve, and in many cases may have died for your freedom. There is currently no draft in this country. They didn't have to go.

They are able to refuse to go and end up with either a "general" discharge, an "other than honorable" discharge or, worst case scenario, a "dishonorable" discharge after a few days in the brig.

So why then the flat-out discontentment in the minds of 69 percent of Americans? Say what you want but I blame it on the media. If it bleeds it leads and they specialize in bad news. Everybody will watch a car crash with blood and guts. How many will watch kids selling lemonade at the corner? The media knows this and media outlets are for-profit corporations. They offer what sells, and when criticized, try to defend their actions by "justifying" them in one way or another. Just ask why they tried to allow a murderer like O.J. Simpson to write a book about how he didn't kill his wife, but if he did he would have done it this way -- Insane!

Stop buying the negativism you are fed everyday by the media. Shut off the TV, burn Newsweek, and use the New York Times for the bottom of your bird cage. Then start being grateful for all we have as a country. There is exponentially more good than bad.

We are among the most blessed people on Earth and should thank God several times a day, or at least be thankful and appreciative.

I know...I'm gonna get the usual, "well...that's not very Christian of you" admonition for that title. So what! Cameron blasphemes Jesus. In my book, that ranks Cameron as deserving to be mocked and derided!

When someone delves (pun included!) into the crucial cornerstone of Christianity, ignorantly and hopelessly attempts to destroy that faith, is guilty of twisting the truth for a lie and ultimately does so for money, IMO, such a person SHOULD get hammered with ridicule and aversion!
