Evil Pervert Sandusky Convicted on 45 Counts of Child Rape and Abuse

Pervert Sandusky found guilty of child rape of male boys and several other counts of child sexual  abuse, totalling a verdict of GUILTY on 45 of the 48 counts charged against him.

Fox News has the story.

He will face life in prison.

BELLEFONTE, Pa. – Jerry Sandusky was convicted Friday of sexually assaulting 10 boys over 15 years, accusations that had sent shock waves through the college campus known as Happy Valley and led to the firing of Penn State's beloved Hall of Fame coach, Joe Paterno.

Sandusky, a 68-year-old retired defensive coach who was once Paterno's heir apparent, was found guilty of Friday of 48 counts. He faces life in prison at sentencing, which is weeks away.
Sandusky showed little emotion as the verdict was read. The judge ordered him to be taken to the county jail to await sentencing in about three months.

Eight young men testified in a central Pennsylvania courtroom about a range of abuse, from kissing and massages to groping, oral sex and anal rape. For two other alleged victims, prosecutors relied on testimony from a university janitor and then-graduate assistant Mike McQueary, whose account of a sexual encounter between Sandusky and a boy of about 10 ultimately led to the Paterno's dismissal and the university president's ouster.

Sandusky did not take the stand in his own defense

He had repeatedly denied the allegations, and his defense suggested that his accusers had a financial motive to make up stories, years after the fact. His attorney also painted Sandusky as the victim of overzealous police investigators who coached the alleged victims into giving accusatory statements.

But jurors believed the testimony that, in the words of lead prosecutor Joseph McGettigan III, Sandusky was a "predatory pedophile."

There is so much that could be said regarding this evil predator. But I am sick to my stomach right now.

Penn State Tragedy Spawns California Bill Ideas

The scandal surrounding Penn State and its football program has dominated news headlines. It is alleged that former defensive coach Jerry Sanducky sexually abused several young boys, and that Penn State officials had known of these allegations, yet did not inform law enforcement officials. The scandal has toppled football legend Joe Paterno, other coaching staff, and the university president, but the shocking headlines spur Americans to want to do more.

Through the years, many California legislative bills have come from tragic headlines such as abuse of the innocent and helpless, prompting efforts to protect others from suffering the same fate as victims before them. Megan’s Law, passed by the California Legislature in 2004, provided the public with Internet access to detailed information about registered sex offenders, allowing parents easy access to determine threats who might live in their neighborhoods. Another bill that strengthened penalties and restrictions for violent and habitual sex offenders and child molesters failed to navigate the California Legislature, but returned as Jessica’s Law (Proposition 83) and was overwhelmingly affirmed as an initiative of the people in 2006. In 2010, the tragic deaths of two southern California teens – Chelsea King and Amber DuBois – spawned laws further protecting young girls from violent sexual offenders.

Last year, AB 1432 (Mitchell, D-Culver City), Caylee's Law, was sparked by the case of two-year-old Caylee Anthony, whose mother failed to report her disappearance for weeks. A two-year bill, which will be heard in 2012, AB 1432 would criminalize the failure to report the disappearance or death of a child under 14 within 24 hours. Another two-year bill, SB 391 (Gaines, R-Roseville), was inspired by the Jaycee Lee Dugard case. The “Parole Reform Act of 2011” addresses a legal loophole stemming from a 2008 California Supreme Court decision that created a presumption that – despite heinous crimes – “release on parole is the rule, rather than the exception.” Reversing that ruling would give greater weight to the enormity of crimes in determining a convict’s suitability for parole and protect future victims from paroled criminals like Phillip Garrido.

The Penn State scandal is no exception, and two California legislators have announced plans to introduce bills stemming from that tragedy. Sen. Juan Vargas (D-Chula Vista) has drafted a bill to require university coaching staff to report suspected child abuse or neglect to law enforcement. Vargas, quoted in the Capitol Alert, said, “Telling their superiors was fine, but they should have gone to the police. What they did was wrong and it wasn’t a crime, but it should be. These men protected their football team rather than the innocent boys.” Citing Sandusky’s connection to his charity through which he met some of his alleged victims, Assemblyman Ricardo Lara (D-South Gate) has announced plans to introduce a bill to strip nonprofits of their tax-exempt status if they enable or fail to report child sexual abuse connected to their organization.

The damage done through child victimization can never be undone, but the focus of the nation on these situations can perhaps reap some benefit, as laws take the lessons of these failures and attempt to protect others from potential harm.

Despicable Sandusky Child Sexual Abuse Case

It pains me to see Penn State coach Joe Paterno end his career in such a terrible and despicable way.

I had met Joe Paterno several times back in the late 1970's when my brother played football at Penn State. In fact, I can still recall Coach Paterno showing up at our home to recruit my brother. I had seen Joe several times over the course of my brother's college football career. As every one already knows, Joe Paterno was a beloved legend at Penn State and earned the title of one of the "winningest college football coaches" of all time.

More recently, Joe Paterno gave a surprise visit to my brother's classroom when he was a teacher (now retired) in a public school. Paterno was there to recruit a football player at the school and stopped in during one of my brother's senior level government classes. The students had not known that my brother was a former Penn State college football player in the 1970's. They were mightily impressed when they learned this fact about their teacher!

But now, the stature that Joe Paterno had enjoyed for all these years has been SEVERELY tarnished because he didn't report the rape of that 10 year old boy that was witnessed in the Penn State locker room by then intern - Mike McQueary. Think of all of the boys who could have been spared from horrendous abuse if Sandusky was stopped and jailed back then!

How awful it is to realize that this pedophile sexual predator was involved with a charity called "The Second Mile," which he obviously used in order to approach young boys in order  to sexually abuse them! How absolutely DISGUSTING!!!

What a HORRIBLE way for Joe Paterno to end his career! It goes to show how the gross sins of others can negatively affect so many people - especially the young victims who grew up to be adults and obviously learned that the "hold" Sandusky had over them to convince them not to tell was a weak excuse that allowed this evil creep to continue abusing boys. This has absolutely sickened the entire nation!

NOW Org. is Anti-The-Choice to Choose Life!

Gateway Pundit reports: Sarah Palin Clobbers Heartless Women’s Group Over Attacks On Tim Tebow Super Bowl Ad.

NOW opposes the Tim Tebow ad that will air during the Super Bowl in February. From her Facebook Page:

Women’s Rights groups, like NOW, commendably call out advertisers and networks for airing sexist and demeaning portrayals of women that lead to young women’s diminished self-esteem and acceptance of roles as mere sexed-up objects.

What a ridiculous situation they’re getting themselves into now with their protest of CBS airing a pro-life ad during the upcoming Super Bowl game. The ad will feature Heisman trophy winner Tim Tebow and his mom, and they’ll speak to the sanctity of life and the beautiful potential within every innocent child as Mrs. Tebow acknowledges her choice to give Tim life, despite less than ideal circumstances. Messages like this empower women! This speaks to the strength and commitment and nurturing spirit within women. The message says everything positive and nothing negative about the power of women – and life. Evidently, some women’s rights groups like NOW do not like that message.

NOW is looking at the pro-life issue backwards. Women should be reminded that they are strong enough and smart enough to make decisions that allow for career and educational opportunities while still giving their babies a chance at life. In my own home, my daughter Bristol has also been challenged by pro-abortion “women’s rights” groups who don’t agree with her decision to have her baby, nor do they like the abstinence message which she articulated as her personal commitment. NOW could gain ground and credibility with everyday Americans, thus allowing their pro-women message to be heard by more than just their ardent supporters, if they made wiser decisions regarding which battles to pick.

I love how Sarah Palin points out how NOW can do some good by protesting sexist remarks, demeaning portrayals of women and rampant abuse of women. But then, on the other hand, the organization shows their utter hypocrisy when it comes to the abortion controversy. Abortion is another form of abuse of women!! How many women have come out and said that they REGRET THEIR ABORTIONS?? THOUSANDS!! But does NOW support them? Of course not! It is against their pro-abortion "religion"!!

Sarah Palin was much kinder to the NOW [dis]- organization than I would be. Many times it is very hard for me to hold back what I think of those people. Being the Christian woman that I am, I just can't bring myself to say it. Bible verses are the best way to express it. But first, I will add my own comment that was posted at Gateway Pundit and Sarah Palin's Facebook page:

How unreasonable and ironic it is to consider that NOW pro-death-to-unborn babies members advocate being pro-choice, when in reality, they are anti-the-choice-to-choose life?

What did THEIR mothers do when THEY were in the womb? They chose life for THEM!

How To Recognize a Fake Evangelist

Granted - some are certainly easier to spot than others.

Fox News Channel's Julie Banderas, just had quite an alarming telephone interview with Tony Alamo - whose compound was raided on Saturday by hundreds of federal and state authorities on the suspicion of child sexual abuse (including illegal polygamy with under aged girls) and child pornography.

The phone interview exchange between Banderas and Alamo isn't up at the site yet. Perhaps it will be in the future. When it's up, I will post a link to it.

This and That

Yesterday, I drove my daughter to the Santa Monica Pier for her Invisalign print ad booking. It's a good thing I went with her. Using the carpool lane saved her from getting caught in a lot of traffic.

These bookings are fun. We get to go to the beach! It was a bit chilly (only 65 degrees), but there were still some brave people who went in the water anyway. My daughter was grateful that she didn't need to pose in a bikini! After all, she got the booking through just a photo of her smile! All of the female models wore beach dresses, shorts and tops; and the guys wore t-shirts and board shorts.

Weeks ago, auditions for this booking appeared on the L.A. Casting site. She submitted some photos, but didn't bother to go on the audition. One reason was because they were looking for teens to do the shoot. She is age 20, soon to turn 21. However, she has a look that is often mistaken for being much younger.

Several weeks ago, we walked into a mall boutique that had prom dresses and bathing suits for sale. The salegirl asked her, "looking for a prom dress?" She said, "no." I knew that it bothered her. She doesn't want to look like she's 16 anymore! Well, getting this booking taught her the advantages of being able to look younger!

When she saw the posting (and the money she could earn!) she told me that she thought 'what the heck...just send some photos...I probably would not get chosen for the job even if I auditioned for it.' Imagine her surprise when they called her for the booking! She told them her age, but the Invisalign people wanted her for the photo shoot because of her smile. In the past, she did wear braces for about a year.

The Invisalign product was formerly available only to adults, 18 yrs. and up. Now, the company wants to promote it to teens. The photos will appear in catalogs delivered to orthodontists for the purpose of encouraging them to offer the product to teens that come in for braces.

It was a beautiful day! The sun was shining, and the breeze was blowing. I walked along the beach several times, stopping to watch the photo shoot as they shifted locations throughout the day. I also took some time to sit in my car and listen to several talk radio shows.

Heard all about the recent gaffes of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. Hillary's reference to Robert Kennedy's assassination was being bantered about by several radio commenters. Some thought it was intentional; others did not. All did agree that it was a terribly awful gaffe and that she should never have said it!

Barack Obama's Memorial Day gaffe was less egregious than Hillary's. One commenter over at Hot Air wrote:

It seems that Obama often makes such dumb mistakes when he does not have a teleprompter in front of him. Some gaffes are more serious than others. Confusing his great uncle's involvement in the Auschwitz Camp liberation with the actual one at Buchenwald does reveal his lack of knowledge about important historical events. With the increasing amount of obvious political gaffes, where he is largely given a pass by the MSM, as well as all of the terribly questionable characters that he has been associated with; I think that more and more people are coming to the realization that the guy just isn't qualified to be president. Period.

Many Americans are worried that if Obama gets into office we would have another Jimmy Carter to deal with. I don't even want to mention Carter's latest gaffe! I agree with this commenter over at Hot Air:

Shifting gears a bit.

Today, I want to focus in on what Dennis Prager discussed on his radio show yesterday. It was a rebroadcast of a show about The Search for Utopia

It always sounds noble and it always leads to terrible results. Communism is an example. Seek to make the world better, but don't seek to make it a utopia. Originally broadcast on July 10, 2007.

You can go to that link and listen to the 35 minute broadcast. Some of the points that Prager made shows how very different the thinking of the far left is compared to conservative Christians. We all know this, of course, but when Prager mentioned that many of the cults out there are attempts to create a mini-utopia, it made me realize that cult leaders often exploit people, and religion (not genuine worship of God or Jesus Christ) in order to get power and their physical desires satisfied. Many of these men create cult-like atmospheres for one reason - to get sexual gratification from women and children!

Look at the current debate regarding polygamist cults. Some people think that because it exists under the guise of "religion", that the children - who allegedly have been sexually indoctrinated and/or abused before the proper age of consent - should not have been taken away from the compound. Apparently, the recent court ruling agrees. Such situations are very difficult to ascertain what is the best way to deal with them. We all remember the terrible handling and deathly results from the Waco disaster.

But what about these children in this polygamist cult?

Perhaps taking them from the compound wasn't done correctly.

But what about the children?

How does one determine a dangerous cult from the silly ones? And, what should be done about it?

Refusing To Protect Children

I recall reading that before the Internet came into existence, access to p()rn had been greatly reduced. Good citizens rose up and fought to get the p()rn shops out of their communities. However, once the Internet boom happened, p()rn availability and access exploded. Ever since, sexual crimes against children have risen exponentially.

I know the arguments of the other side. Free speech and all of that. However, there ARE STILL p()rn laws that should, and must be observed and enforced.

I could not believe this next story. Now, I have heard of the battle against Internet p()rn access at libraries before. However, when CCF President, Randy Thomasson met with the Sacramento Library board and told them the following:

Thomasson told the board that the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2003 decision (PDF) upholding the Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA) means the Sacramento library can institute a zero-tolerance p()rnography policy without violating the First Amendment. “You don’t need battling attorneys to tell you what the law says,” he told the library board. “Just read the U.S. Supreme Court decision which says a library is not a public forum and that libraries don’t have to provide any p()rnography unless they want to.”

I could not believe that the 14 member board deadlocked in a 7 to 7 vote!! Because of the deadlock, Sacramento libraries are still operating like p()rn parlors!

What is wrong with these seven adults who refused to vote to protect children from p()rn and the predators that often result from viewing such disgusting material? It is just unfathomable to me that anyone would side with that despicable organization called the ACLU against the decision given by the U.S. Supreme Court to give libraries the ability to block sexually-explicit web sites in libraries.

What about the children?? That's my question!! Perverts can go get their own computers and access such filth at home. This is astoundingly ridiculous!! And very dangerous...especially for children and women!! They are usually the victims of p()rn addicts who act out their revolting fantasies when just watching it no longer satisfies.

The news from the past week should convince us all that pro-family persons of faith should be in charge of schools and libraries to guard and protect children and adults alike.

Thomasson provided the 14 board members with the no-p()rn policy and procedures of the Monroe County Library System in Rochester, New York. “Libraries should adopt this model policy that uses the latest technology to block sexually-explicit web sites, but still allows for bona fide research,” he said.

Reference librarian Gerald Ward, who has worked the last 18 years for the Sacramento Public Library, told the board that all the pornography and sexual behavior he has seen at the library is sickening. “I have images locked in my head that I can’t get rid of,” said Ward, “because the current policy allows any adult to view any kind of p()rnography. The library cannot allow p()rnography on its premises and continue to present itself as a safe and healthy place. The board has a legal and moral responsibility to prohibit people from using library computers to view p()rnographic images.”

Revisionist Homosexual History

There have been a few times on this blog where I asked readers to donate to a particular cause. This time I am pleading with you to do so!!

If you have the means to donate (ANY amount will help!!) to the Save Our Children fight against re-writing history and the onslaught of homosexual indoctrination which is coming into California Public Schools via SB 777, please give as generously as you possibly can!

Remember, what happens in California doesn't just stay in California. As the largest publisher and distribution center of public school textbooks, it's much more accurate to realize that what goes in California, eventually, ...so goes the entire nation as a result!

What I think is awful is the fact that the State of California cannot afford the expense of this revisionist history...in more ways than one. Financially, as well as morally!

For many years conservative and Christian leaders have been sounding the alarm about revisionists' campaign to rewrite history. These revisionists have distorted history to advance political and societal agendas for atheism, feminism, and finally homosexuality. These revisionists understand that education, especially concerning history, is their most powerful tool in molding young minds to accept their agenda. When a child is told, from the tender age of 5 through their entire public school career, that homosexuality, bisexuality, transsexuality and other controversial lifestyles are normal and to be honored, they will accept this as truth.

That is why this battle over school curriculum is so crucial. We are fighting for the hearts and minds of a generation. The SB 777 referendum is the current battlefront in defending innocent children from indoctrination. The homosexual rights group that sponsored this law, Equality California, finally admitted last week that SB 777 is in fact about curriculum-not just preventing discrimination against students. In their 2007 legislative scorecard the group declared that the bill "prohibits curriculum that is discriminatorily biased against LGBT people and other protected groups," including transsexuals, transgenders, and bisexuals. These activists are keenly aware that they need "inclusive" curriculum in order to start indoctrinating young minds.

According to the Safe Schools Coalition, a group formed to advance homosexual teachings in school, "inclusive" curriculum should feature historic figures that were considered gay, including the figures listed above. There is no evidence to suggest that these figures were in fact homosexuals, but when revising history, it's preferable to co-opt real historic figures for your cause.

With the passage of SB 777, we can now expect year-round homosexual instruction.

The Safe Schools Coalition features 12-month lesson plans for teachers to use. For January, students can expect to learn about George Washington Carver's "letters documenting his same-sex relationships, although of course, given the era in which he lived, he was not particularly open about his sexual orientation." February is African-American History Month and features more instruction on Mr. Carver and other African-American gay figures.

March is Women's History Month and students will learn about "women-loving-women born this month" including Susan B. Anthony who is "believed by historians to have had three intimate relationships with women in her life." Teachers will also instruct students on the definitions of such terms as "lesbian," "transgender," "intersex," "questioning," and "two-spirit." Teachers are encouraged to "infuse LGBTIQ/2-spirit cultural awareness into the every day life" of their classroom.

These types of detailed lesson plans exist for every month of the year, with special attention paid to June (GLBT Pride Month) and October (GLBT History Month).

As you can see, we face a well-organized and well-financed (with tax-payer dollars) agenda. The SB 777 referendum is about the people. Every day we receive letters, e-mails and phone calls of support from the thousands of people who understand just how critical this campaign is.

If you go and read many of the reviews, most have had their eyes opened to the corruption being sold to us through the clever, but evil, methods of marketers who just don't care what negative impact their sleezy sludge is having on our nation...especially upon our kids!!!

One saving grace is the fact that it is obvious that Kupelian's book is combating such corruption one reader at a time.

Last night, Hannity's America had a segment on this new drug "craze" in Texas. If I recall correctly it is a Tylenol (or similar brand?) pill laced with a bit of heroin. It is being sold for $2.00 to middle and high school kids. Trouble is, if they don't die from the first dose, they are immediately addicted to the heroin!! It is being called "cheese" or something like that. The Texas public schools are doing seminars to warn people about the deadly, addicting affects of something that is being given out at enormous rates to school children.

Since many secular movie reviewers are not very familiar with what the end times books in the Bible [i.e. Daniel, Jeremiah, Revelation] reveals will be happening as the world is leading up to the time of the Great Tribulation, non-Christian reviewers often miss the obvious similarities between the labeling of Christians as "haters" of the human race (as they are called in the movie) and the current labeling of Christians as "haters" because they disapprove of aberrant sexual behaviors which are clearly condemned by God in Scripture. Fighting for the rights of parents to raise their children in a "homosexual indoctrination free" atmosphere at public schools will become more and more difficult with traitor Arnold's signing of this indoctrination legislation.

What the Rev. Ted Pike warned of (in the brief quote above) is now happening at an increasingly alarming rate due to not only the push for "hate crimes" laws, but also through the terrible legislation being pushed upon this country by the liberal left lunatic homosexual indoctrination centers formerly known as "public schools."

You will be astounded at the similarities between how Helen Hannah (the Christian women unfairly arrested and set up as a "terrorist hater" who bombed a children's school bus in the movie when, in actuality, it was one of the O.N.E. - One Nation Earth group who bombed and killed the children) is treated by the O.N.E. judicial system and how the Philly Eleven were treated by our current day liberal judicial system.

Governor Schwarzennegger,

I am writing to you today because I am deeply appalled and offended that you have signed four bills forcing children as young as five years old to be indoctrinated into homosexual/bisexual/transgenderism.

It has been my belief that schools are for teaching educational subjects like math, reading, writing, etc.; not brainwashing (or, in this case brain-dirtying) into sinful practices and/or social issues that they are not old enough to comprehend properly. Nor should they be exposed to them at such young ages. Enacting these terrible bills will result in mental moral molestation of
our children! Thus, they will inevitably destroy the moral and religious values that most God loving parents want instilled in their children. I am certain that parents across California are deeply upset, disappointed, and appalled that you have signed these bills!!

I am pleading with you...BEGGING YOU TO RECONSIDER AND CANCEL YOUR SIGNATURE ON THESE AWFUL BILLS: SB 777, AB 394, AB 102 and AB 14!

For the life of me, I cannot understand why you would sign such bills when you clearly vetoed them last year. What on earth could have changed??

I would also like to suggest that you read David Kupelian's book called "The Marketing of Evil: How Radicals, Elitists, and Pseudo-Experts Sell Us Corruption Disguised As Freedom. In that book, you will see how you and many other well-meaning ( but, perhaps, unknowingly disinformed) people have fallen hook, line, and sinker for the radical homosexual indoctrination agenda and why it should be eliminated from our public schools. Consequences Of A Hardened Heart

Over at my message board, a common question was once again raised regarding the portion of Scripture in the book of Exodus concerning the hardening of the heart of Pharaoh. A skeptic named GMpilot wrote:

Yet we still have that story of poor Pharaoh, who finally opened the door of his heart only to have the Israelite God slam it shut again.

I have read similar words from non-believers time and time again. It is a comical error that skeptics like to present as "meanness" on the part of the LORD God.

A fellow Christian member at my board named Sothenes had a great post that pointed out the error of the skeptic's thinking:

According to one of my pastors, the word "hardened" means to "twist or to wring out". So when God applied the Ten Plagues to Pharaoh, God was twisting or wringing out what was already there in Pharaoh's heart. Instead of three strikes and you're out, God was giving Pharaoh ten chances with the Ten Plagues.

When people look at the English word "hardened" we think of permanence or that Pharaoh couldn't believe or perform differently because God hardened Pharaoh's heart. I look at it as God enabling Pharaoh to choose, believe and repent but that Pharaoh was blind to what God was doing even though the God of the slaves (the Jewish people) beat the gods of the Pharaoh through the Ten Plagues: (Osiris, Heka, Geb, Beelzebub, Apis, Isis, Insect gods and Ra)

How do we apply this to Calvinism? We can't use the permanence of the word "hardened" to say that God predestined Pharaoh to choose which way Pharaoh was going to act but that God enabled Pharaoh to see that Jehovah (Yahweh) was better than Pharaoh's gods. In a sense, a Calvinist would use Pharaoh to say that Pharaoh was spiritually dead but the plagues helped Pharaoh see that God was the true God.

I've been working on getting people out of Calvinism which I may finish eventually, Lord willing. It requires a lot of research and a lot of time because all of Calvinism is not Biblical doctrine but I will finish Calvin off eventually.

I hope this helps but the current teaching of Pharaoh's heart being hardened is Calvinistic doctrine and is not Biblical doctrine.

It isn't my purpose here to "turn off" anyone who studies under Calvinistic doctrine. It appears that Sothenes disagrees with some, if not all, of Calvinistic doctrine. Any Calvinist out there that would like to respond, please do. But let's try to keep it civil!

My purpose here was to share Sothenes' comment and then include my response.

We can look at the NIV Bible verse in Exodus 7:22 and see that it was stubbornness, on the part of Pharaoh, that caused him to harden his heart:

Exodus 7:22 - But the Egyptian magicians did the same things by their secret arts, and Pharoah's heart became hard; he would not listen to Moses and Aaron, just as the LORD had said.

Back in verse 7:14, we see evidence of Pharaoh's stubbornness again:

Exodus 7:14a - Then the LORD said to Moses, "Pharaoh's heart is unyielding; he refuses to let the people go."

Pharaoh's heart was hardened against the LORD God, Moses, the Israelite slaves, and the suffering of his own people. He obviously hated the fact that the God of Abraham was superior to his pagan gods. Even though he had ten chances to come to this realization, his own stubbornness would not allow it. Pharaoh hardened his own heart (remember, in verse 14a the LORD said Pharaoh's heart was unyielding which means that he still had the opportunity to turn his heart towards the LORD if he wanted to).

It finally took the death of his own son (brought about by Pharaoh's own words!) for him to relent. But even then, he got on his horse and commanded his soldiers to follow the Israelites in order to get them back as slaves in Egypt. He followed them into the Red Sea and ended up drowning along with his soldiers. It was his own stubbornness that led to all the plagues, tragedies, suffering, and ultimately, the deaths of his son, many of his people, soldiers, and himself.

What does this historical biblical story tell us?

Pharaoh's stubborn disobedience brought suffering upon himself and his entire country. While persistence is good in certain circumstances, stubbornness is usually self-centered. Stubbornness towards God is always disobedience. This would logically include stubbornness towards God's Word, as well.

Stubbornness against God and His Word often, inevitably, leads to disobedience. We are to avoid disobedience because the consequences may spill onto others.

This story may be ancient, but it is as timely now as it was back then. The objects of stubbornness may be totally different from the desire to keep slaves in Egypt, but people are falling into their own kind of stubborn slavery to terrible sin right here, right now.

The awful realization that a pedophile ring could have 700 members operating via the internet is appalling! The good news is that 700 have been identified and busted in this despicable International Internet Child Porn Ring.

Only totally depraved, reprobate minds and hardened hearts could possibly subject children to such horrific sexual abuse. These men should be locked up for life. The immense physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual harm done to these children is often irreversible.

This serves as an example of how such stubbornness and disobedience towards God's Word leads depraved minds towards evil actions which inevitably cause huge negative consequences for the innocents that were horribly used by these disgusting predators. Those children were illegally taken and caught up in sexual abuse slavery at the hands of evil, abhorent sexual abusers. There ought to be a death penalty law for sexual predators who abuse children.

We need to pray for these children. We need to pray for their ultimate healing and redemption through Jesus Christ.

Don't Touch God's Rainbow!

This is something that needed to be done a long time ago! However, it's better late than never.

Christian students have had it! They've had it with the homosexual indoctrination going on in their high schools. They are no longer willing to just sit on the sidelines of this volatile debate and watch their free speech rights trampled by the PC liberal elitists who have gotten away with allowing expression of only one side and view on the issue of homosexual promotion!

Students are now reclaiming their free speech rights, no matter what it may cost them in the beginning. Right now, apparently, it is costing them suspensions.

Local Christian leaders, working with an attorney through the non-profit Pacific Justice Institute, created a resolution asking the board to protect students' right to freedom of speech and religious expression on campus.

Board member Larry Masuoka presented the resolution at the meeting. Parents and students demanded that their fundamental right to free speech and religious expression be upheld, and students told of being harassed by peers and teachers because of their message.

The resolution reads:

As Christian students enrolled at the San Juan Unified School District and members of student religious clubs, we seek to resolve an ongoing conflict regarding free expression on high school campuses. To this end, we respectfully submit this request as follows:

Whereas, there is an ongoing disagreement between students and District administrators, teachers and staff, regarding the rights to free expression on high school campuses;

Whereas, Christian students have worn clothing and distributed literature which the District asserts offends students who are homosexual or otherwise identify themselves as "gay" or "lesbian";

Whereas, students who have engaged in expressive conduct have been subject to discipline, including suspensions;

Whereas, students who have been subject to discipline for peacefully engaging in expressive conduct have protested in front of school campuses;

Whereas, Christian students who engage in peaceful expressive conduct on matters of contemporary moral, political and social topics are acting in accordance with a long tradition within the faith community;

Whereas, proposed laws addressing issues directly related to homosexuality are currently being debated in California;

Whereas, attempts to silence students by punishing or otherwise censoring them has served to aggravate the disagreement between Christian students and the District;

Whereas, as people of faith it is our religious and civic duty to not be silent on important issues;

Whereas, we will continue to exercise our rights of speech on District campuses, both as individuals and through student clubs;

Whereas, as Christians we also seek to live at peace with all of our fellow students and District employees;

Whereas, we believe that all peaceable students are entitled to educational opportunities regardless of their beliefs;

Whereas, students should not be subjected to bullying by other students, discipline by administrators, or academic punishment by teachers merely for what they believe and for peacefully expressing those beliefs;

Whereas, the students and religious clubs are desirous of obtaining an agreement with the District which both protects student speech and maintains an atmosphere which is civil;

Therefore, we respectfully request that the Board of Trustees direct District administrators to draft general guidelines for expressive conduct to be presented for review to the Board at the next board meeting. In view of this, the Christian students have these requirements for the guidelines as follows:

permit students to speak to moral issues and conduct;

permit quotations from religious texts such as the Bible; and,

create a safe, educationally sound, environment for all students regardless of belief.

I hope and pray that this catches on BIG TIME!

The speaker at Boulder High School who told the kids to have sex and do drugs needs to be sent to prison for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

During his stay in prison he can witness how drugs have destroyed peoples lives and personally tell the prisoners to have sex since they were going to do it anyway.

I found the following letter (below) in the "Faith and Values" section of a local newspaper today. When I attempted to post links in the online answer box, my comment was rejected. Typical liberal newspaper editor's ploy! Gotta control that content and don't you dare post any links!!

Oh well. That's what blogs are for now aren't they?

Hopefully, this will be my last post for a while on the gay agenda. It just seems to constantly be there though, doesn't it? It keeps creeping back into the news almost each and every day. Will we ever reach a point of "gay agenda saturation"?? Doesn't look like it!

In fact, that was the goal of Kirk and Madsen's "After the Ball" playbook, wasn't it? I seem to recall that this was at least one of their manipulative goals. The idea was to "talk about gayness until it's drilled into the minds of everyone"at such lengths that all "straights" will succomb to their ideology through desensitization, jamming and conversion techniques.

Here's an excerpt from David Kupelian's first chapter of his book "The Marketing of Evil":

Rondeau explains Kirk and Madsen's techniques of "desensitization," "jamming," and "conversion" this way:"Desensitization is described as inundating the public in a "continuous flood of gay-related advertising, presented in the least offensive fashion possible. If straights can't shut off the shower, they may at least eventually get used to being wet." But, the activists did not mean advertising in the usual marketing context but, rather, quite a different approach: "The main thing is to talk about gayness until the issue becomes thoroughly tiresome." They add, "[S]eek desensitization and nothing more. … If you can get [straights] to think [homosexuality] is just another thing – meriting no more than a shrug of the shoulders – then your battle for legal and social rights is virtually won."

But then, the next step is even worse:

You might wonder: Where and when will this "gay rights" public relations steamroller stop? The end game is not only to bring about the complete acceptance of homosexuality, including same-sex marriage, but also to prohibit and even criminalize public criticism of homosexuality, including the quotation of biblical passages disapproving of homosexuality.

In other words, total jamming of criticism with the force of law. [bold mine] This is already essentially the case in Canada and parts of Scandinavia. "Why?" you might ask. "I thought gays just wanted equal rights and to be free to do what they want in their own bedrooms." No, they've had that for years.

Their campaign will not end until Christians and other traditionalists opposing homosexuality are shut up, discredited, and utterly silenced – and all because of a little factor we've forgotten about in our cleverness, namely this: In truth, there is something wrong with homosexuality.

Simply put, it is unnatural and self-destructive – just as Western civilization has long understood it.

If it weren't for the objections of traditional, conservative Biblically-based Christian believers, the seduction towards complete homosexual behavior affirming conversion would almost be complete!

Kirk and Madsen's book was written back in the late 80's/early 90's. We can see how well their techniques have worked over the past 18-19 years.

But what of the damage to society and our children? The manipulation techniques used have resulted in much confusion and harm through the bombardment of homosexual propaganda and indoctrination.

Hey! We've got 19 years of silence on this issue while the Orwellian, Big Brother Homosexual Indoctrination machine has reaped and sown evil into the souls of thousands of children when their unsuspecting parents weren't aware of the manipulative marketing schemes going on through groups like GLSEN in public schools.

Christian friends, we can't keep our heads in the sand on this issue forever. We can't stay silent anymore! We must be just as "in your face" in opposition to this intense, propaganda that is destroying the hearts, minds, souls, bodies, and spirits of our children as the gay activists are in our faces!

This indoctrination of our children is not going to just go away. God is still speaking

Two frequent topics on these pages are homosexuality and the evolution of species. Both appear to conflict with stories or pronouncements in the Hebrew or Christian Bible. Consequently, believers, for whom the Scriptures are absolutely authoritative, find it easy, and even comforting, to reject these fairly new understandings. They apparently use the justification, "God said it. I believe it. End of story."

Ah, but is it really the end of the story? Could it be that God's story is still unfolding? Just as God apparently entrusted the Bible to the hearts and hands of ancient Scripture writers, it's likely God now depends upon the ever improving skills of modern human beings to explain some of the more subtle mysteries of life and the cosmos. In this sense, God is still speaking. God is telling us that her creation is good and that to learn more about ourselves and the world around us is also good.

We now know that evolution is apparently part of God's plan and that homosexuality is a natural part of the diversity of human (and animal) nature. And these discoveries are also good. They advance human progress. I'll bet God likes that.

Rocky V

Here is my response, including the titles and links to review:

Poor Rocky V. Apparently, he likes to gamble. The truth is, God has already spoken through His Word about the topic of homosexual behavior. Rocky even goes so far as to bet that God "likes" homosexual behavior; something that Rocky perceives as an "evolutionary advance in human progress." Well, he's wrong on both accounts. The human race would die out if all became homosexual. Plus, wasn't there something about "survival of the fittest" in Darwin's theory?

He's entitled to his opinions, of course. But I think that he walks a very dangerous path when he claims to know what God "likes" - especially when homosexual behavior is strictly and expressly forbidden as sin and abomination in the Bible.

But don't just take my word for it, read what I call the "triple whammy" against Rocky's homosexual-affirming ideas for yourself! Then you can make an informed decision.

My prayer is that God will open the eyes of His people to the need to know and defend the one worldview that speaks to reality - to the real world - namely, Biblical Christianity. Every believer knows that some day the kingdoms of this world will "become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever" (Revelation 11:15). It is each Christian's moral duty to live, wait, watch, and work for such a time and especially to manifest the character of Christ in our present circumstances. He is our Savior, Lord, and King, and His love needs to be shed abroad in our hearts and in our world - now.

Hard-hitting letter to school officials from a mother regarding Day of Silence in her child's school.

The following letter was written last week by a mother whose child attends a high school in northeastern Massachusetts that has been holding the Day of Silence for several years. She and many others in the town have had enough. She composed this letter with the intent of getting signatures, and then delivering a copy of it to every school official in the town. It's a relatively long letter, but we were so impressed that we're presenting it here. THIS IS what parents across America ought to be doing (in addition to participating in their own Day of Defiance)! Too many people are afraid of telling the truth; this letter is a breath of fresh air!

We are writing about the Day of Silence (DOS), an event which is scheduled for April 25 at xxxx High School. According to the GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network) website for DOS (http://www.dayofsilence.org/), "Students and teachers nationwide will observe the day in silence to echo the silence that LGBT and ally students face everyday."

The DOS is an extremely controversial event, and although GLSEN repeatedly claims that the event is student-driven, it is evident from the extent of materials and the sophistication of the resources available on their website that it is GLSEN who is the mastermind behind this event, and not the students themselves. It is no secret that GLSEN's goal is to systematically desensitize students to homosexuality.

The DOS drives divisiveness into the school by forcing students, parents, and teachers to take sides on an issue that is not relevant to the goals of taxpayer-funded public education. It uses a neutral setting to politicize a highly controversial issue. An environment of intolerance is created when those who hold differing viewpoints on homosexuality or whose religious beliefs do not condone homosexuality are "silenced" and made to feel that they are being mean-spirited or bigoted. We know of teachers and staff who are uncomfortable with the DOS, but feel that there is no "safe" way to voice their concerns and convictions. This is not a healthy situation.

Most egregious, is the fact that students are not being told the truth about homosexuality. GLSEN is preying upon the vulnerability of young people - their innocence, empathy and compassion - to aggressively promote its own agenda. In an unethical and manipulative way, students are being led to believe that homosexuality is normal, that homosexuals have been victimized, and that they need to be defended. When students choose to participate in the DOS, they don't even begin to understand the magnitude of what it is they are stepping up to defend.

The sexual practices of homosexuals involve serious health risks and illnesses. Specifically, sodomy is associated with significant and life-threatening health problems. While unhealthy sexual behaviors occur among both heterosexuals and homosexuals, the medical and social science evidence confirm that homosexual behavior is uniformly unhealthy, and that many diseases and injuries specific to homosex are virtually unknown in the heterosexual population. Men having sex with men leads to greater health risks than men having sex with women, not only because of rampant levels of promiscuity, but also because of the nature of sex among men.

Those students who are struggling with same-sex attractions, but who do not embrace homosexuality, are often led to believe that homosexuality is inborn, a condition that cannot be changed. This can lead to a situation of despair, and fails to take into the account the fact that many have overcome same-sex attractions, as ex-gays will readily attest.

GLSEN has no intention of revealing to students the truth about homosexual behavior. Nowhere on their website or in their literature is there information about how to overcome same-sex attraction or about the risks and dangers of the homosexual lifestyle. The voice of science and the ex-gay perspective have been "silenced."

Nowhere does GLSEN give voice to testimonials from those who now suffer with AIDS, cancer, and other diseases which have resulted from homosexual behaviors. And of course, nowhere does GLSEN talk about those who have been "silenced" by premature death, an inevitable outcome for many homosexuals. When the school administration, its faculty and staff, go along with GLSEN's agenda, they become players in a game of master deception and coercion. This is unacceptable, and borders on the criminal.

When young people are led to believe that homosexuality is just an alternate lifestyle, they are more prone to experiment with it. Is the school administration ready to take on the liability of enticing students to experiment with behaviors that could cost them their health and well being?
We find it difficult to believe that any adult who cares about young people would be willing to be an accomplice in the DOS or in the promotion of homosexual behaviors.

It is obvious that a political agenda is being allowed to trump scientific fact and the well-being of our children. The school enables this to happen when it allows GLSEN to push its agenda via the DOS, when it includes books promoting the homosexual lifestyle in its library, and fails to provide students with information they need in order to make an informed decision. This is nothing more than indoctrination.

The DOS is an obstruction to the educational process. Our children are in school to receive an academic education. When even one student refuses to speak or interact verbally in class, the goals of classroom instruction are impaired. The situation is exacerbated when faculty and/or staff also participate in the DOS. How can a teacher possibly teach when s/he refuses to speak?

When the school agrees to have a day of silence for one group of people, there is no reason that other groups shouldn't be accommodated, as well. There are many types of people who could demand to be recognized - e.g., those who are mentally and/or physically handicapped, those who are persecuted for their religious beliefs, skin color, ancestry, etc. The time taken to do multiple "Days of Silence" calls into question the goal of public education and the activities which occur during the regular school day.

For the sake of the educational process, the safety and well being of our students, and for the faculty, staff and students who feel pressured to remain silent about their opposition to the homosexual agenda, we are asking the school administration, the superintendent, and the school committee to not allow the DOS at XHS. We are asking that the school maintain an environment which is conducive to academic learning, and free from coercion and political agendas.

We will be following up with you regarding the issues outlined in this letter, and next steps.
