Ran across an interesting article over at Breitbart.com.  The author shares the fact that Judicial Watch has had to file over 1,000  FOIA  (Freedom of Information Act) claims and 100 lawsuits against the BHO BADministration.  My first reactions was - IS THAT ALL?  I'm sure that there are hundreds more FOIA claims that could have been filed (perhaps they were by other organizations) and many more lawsuits that could be filed in an ongoing investigation into all the LIES that are being told to the American people!  The graphic above shares more.

Of course, this isn't anything new for those who have been paying attention to Obamafraud over the past 4 1/2 years.  But how ironic it is that BHO pledged that his administration would be the most transparent and would follow the rule of law?  Exactly the opposite has occurred - over and over again!  How anyone could still support this puppet liar and his evil advisors - like Valerie Jarrett and George Soros, is beyond comprehension! 

I wonder why the 100 lawsuits have not been publicized?  Why haven't some been brought to trial and adjudicated?  Answer:  Eric Holder - the most criminal attorney general in the history of the United States of America!

It is important to look at what the author wrote and share opinions, thoughts, and comments about exactly why this BADministration can get away with so much criminality that it makes Nixon's Watergate seem like a lesser crime - to say the least!

Time has given the lie to this bold statement—repeatedly.
In fact, what America has seen is unprecedented secrecy. Judicial Watch has had to file over 1,000 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and well over 100 lawsuits against the Obama administration seeking information about:

• Obamacare;
• the continued funding of the criminal ACORN network;
• tracking Wall Street bailout money;
• the czar racket;
• immigration policy;
• election integrity;
• information on Operation Fast and Furious (which led to the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and countless Mexican citizens);
• records concerning the illegal appointment of Richard Cordray to the NSA-esque, personal financial data-drilling Consumer Finance Protection Board;
• the images of the capture, killing, and burial of Osama bin Laden (that might upset the terrorists);
• disastrous green energy loan guarantees;
• Benghazi;
• Billions of dollars of spending on Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac (the government takeover of the mortgage market);
• Hillary Clinton’s ethics compliance records (from an administration that has probably perfected the “ethics waiver,” but that’s another story).

This president touts transparency but condones law-breaking of open records laws by his administration. The Obama administration has perfected the art of “selective transparency.” It releases documents when it serves them and keeps them secret when it does not. For instance, the Obama White House makes a show of posting some of the Secret Service’s White House visitor log entries, while withholding hundreds of thousands of others and opposing the logs’ full release under law in court. We have even had to sue for basic information on the taxpayer costs of the Obamas’ many luxury vacations.
 
We battled the Bush administration all the way up to the Supreme Court on secrecy issues. But I can tell you that Obama makes George W. Bush seem like a piker on government secrecy. Leftists will, in rare honest moments, tell you too: the Obama administration is less transparent than the Bush administration.

Time is a friend to the politician with scandals and embarrassments to hide, in the hopes that the news cycle will move on or that the public will forget. Getting beyond the Obama administration’s smokescreen is about a simple principle: the public’s right to know the full truth about what its government is up to.

There are many “big lies” that live within the Obama administration. But few are promoted more directly by this president than the one about his administration’s supposed transparency.

Most big cities are politically homogeneous, with 75 percent to 80 percent of voters identifying as Democrats.

 

As you might imagine, this is impossible.

But don't try to tell liberal media members that voter fraud is real.

Before I get to the articles, I wanted to mention what a person who worked a precinct in Palm Beach Florida said about outright cheating going on during a phone call into the Glenn Beck radio program today.  The man said that he saw a small group of Democrats marking what appeared to be military ballots over in a corner of the precinct, without anyone from the Republican party supervising them.  When he tried to go over to see what they were doing they brushed off his inquisition with some lie.  But he knows what he saw!  Perhaps The Blaze has some more information up about this incident today.

The first article I want to share was just published about one hour ago (@ 5:50 p.m. PT). It was written by Aaron Klein, author of a new book called "Fool Me Twice." Wish more of the clueless BHO voters read that book! Anyway, Klein's article is entitled Did This Dirty Trick Get Obama Elected? President didn’t win a single state that required Voter ID .

Excerpt:

Did the suppression or lack of voter ID laws aid President Obama’s victory over Mitt Romney?

Obama did not win a single state that requires photo IDs to vote, although he was victorious in four states that require non-photo identification – Washington, Colorado, Ohio and Virginia. Those states accept as legitimate identification current utility bills, bank statements and paychecks.

Obama won several closely contested states that do not require any voter identification, including Minnesota, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Wisconsin and Nevada.

The states that Obama lost that do require photo identification do not traditionally vote Republican. Tennessee, for example, voted Democrat in the 1972, 1992 and 1996 presidential elections. Georgia, which also requires photo ID, voted Democrat in the 1976, 1980 and 1992 presidential elections.

In Colorado, where non-photo identification is accepted, a review by RedState.com showed irregular voting patterns, finding that 10 counties had a total registration ranging between 104 to 140 percent of the respective populations.

When Media Trackers requested comment on the voter bloat in one area, Gilpin County, the county’s chief deputy Gail Maxwell explained, “This is just a reminder Gilpin is a Gaming Community. The voters come and go!”

RedState notes records show some of the counties in question maintained statistically unusual voting figures. Gilpin County had a 61 percent voter turnout in the 2010 election, and Hinsdale County had an astounding 92 percent voter turnout. Those figures are far above the Colorado average turnout of 48 percent and the national average of 41 percent.

In Pennsylvania, where Obama was victorious, an Oct. 2 ruling by a Pennsylvania judge put a voter ID law on hold, decreeing that election officials can still ask voters for photo identification but cannot require it.

Voter ID laws were entirely struck down in Texas and South Carolina. Romney carried both states.

WND previously reported a radical group that has a history of biased research provided data utilized in both cases that blocked the new voter ID laws.

The Brennan Center for Justice, heavily funded by billionaire activist George Soros, has been at the center of providing data claiming voter ID laws will disenfranchise minorities.

However, WND reported the very voter ID data used by Brennan has been called into question by experts and has been contradicted by other credible studies and even by the group’s own footnotes in the one study it conducted.

(Apparently, people needed more clarification regarding what the author was talking about in the previous post. The author often "scolds" readers for being anywhere from a bit slow to catch on all the way to being totally dumb. Like I said, the author is kinda quirky...)

You will notice some unflattering verbiage over there regarding Karl Rove's sexual preferences.  But that's the way this author is.  There is a lot of satire (or, perhaps secret truths?) going on in the author's posts.  Humor mixed with astonishing facts, as well.  I'm not even sure whether the author is male or female.  Claims to be a woman, but what women has loads of photos of sexy young scantily-clad women in her posts?  It may be an attempt to disguise the identity over there...who knows?

Anyway, this is not the first time I have heard of the Scytlgate machines owned by billionaire George Soros swinging elections in the favor of leftist lunatic communists.

Something else to consider.  Recall when BHO was discovered on an open mic telling Medvedev of Russia that "this is my last election.  I will have more flexibility after the election."  Then, Medvedev replies, "I will transmit this to Vladimir [Putin]."  One must wonder - did BHO say such a thing because he knew "the fix was in?"  And, why did BHO have all those people at his re-election victory party - all lined up waving their little American flags - waiting for hours for The One to come out and give his speech?  It was obviously staged.  Funny how the flags were so small...kinda like how BHO and his ilk think of America.  With another four years to wreak havoc upon our beloved nation, perhaps this once huge and exceptional country will be battered down to the size that they desire - like a third world country - with "the communist little dictator" in place until 2016...or perhaps beyond?

Hmmm...could it be that Lame Cherry's cynicism is rubbing off on me?

People are sensing that something was very wrong with this election.  However, many of them apparently haven't a clue about Scytl, Sequoia and SOE, the Big Three S's. 

How unfortunate it is that the pundits at Fox News are buying the Demoncrap narrative (and believing it - for Pete's sake!!) that Republicans need to change in order to appeal to minorities.  How do we know that minority votes weren't stolen via the Big Three S's machine voter fraud to tilt the election towards BHO?

Recall how Demoncraps complained for EIGHT YEARS - and more (i.e. throughout BHO'S first term of thievery) that the election was rigged against Gore so that Bush won??  But now, when the PROOF if right before there very eyes, they accept voter fraud because they happen to like and agree with the thief and his ilk?

I'm starting to think that my suspicion that the last true election really was Ronald Reagan's.  The thievery began after that.

Is The Fix In For 2012 Election?

Do readers here recall the trashing of the White House that occurred before President George W. Bush took office in 2001? Apparently, Clinton's liberal leftist goonie staffers hated the fact that Bush won the Supreme Court decision in Bush v. Gore, so they did the following:

In response, White House press secretary Ari Fleischer outlined the details of the damage, most of which was in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building adjacent to the White House. On June 3, 2001 The Washington Post quoted Fleischer as saying that the damage included the removal of the letter "W" from 100 computer keyboards, five missing brass nameplates with the presidential seal on them, 75 telephones with cover plates missing or apparently intentionally plugged into the wrong wall outlets, six fax machines relocated in the same way, ten cut phone lines, two historic door knobs missing, overturned desks and furniture in about 20 percent of the offices, obscene graffiti in six offices, and eight 14-foot loads of usable office supplies recovered from the trash. According to Fleischer, there was one incident in the White House itself, a photocopy machine that had copies of naked people hidden in the paper tray so they would come out from time to time with other copies.

I suspect that if Obama loses re-election, all hell will break lose at the White House and around the country. The meme of "racism" and the hatred spewed against Conservatives, TEA Party Patriots, and the Republican candidate who runs (and prayerfully wins!) in 2012, would make the destruction of the White House Clinton staff look pale in comparison.!

Is it the fear of race riots across America that keep the media of mass deception from reporting on the Obama ineligibility investigation being done by Sheriff Joe Arpaio and the Cold Case Posse? Or is there more (much more!) at play?

My blogging friend Steve over at Cry and Howl led me to an interesting article at Before Its News that exposes the demagoguery that was used to get Obama elected in 2008.

And a demagogue is defined as, “a person, especially an orator or political leader, who gains power and popularity by arousing the emotions, passions, and prejudices of the people.”

This time around, I think that the ObamaBorgBots will need to continue to use the "prejudices of the people" in order to get the clueless minions to vote for the fraud again.

I heard on Fox and Friends this morning that the Obamafraud campaign is searching for a new slogan. The failed "hope and change" turned into "dope and chains," so they can't use that again.

While over at Before It's News, I ran across another article that was apparently written by the long-winded Orly Taitz, called New movement around the country is going viral: people are not showing up in court and saying, if Obama did not show up and the judge did nothing, why should we show up in court. New form of civil disobedience to end the occupation of this nation by the usurper.   [Note:  above is safe link!!]

I would caution readers from clicking on Taitz's site (which is included in the text at link above) because when I did, my Norton antivirus blocked a malicious attack on my computer!

Anyway, Taitz is not someone that can be completely trusted. It is hard for me to say that because of all the work she has done to draw attention to Obama's ineligibility, but her antics in the courtroom of the Georgia case looked suspicious to me. As we all know by now, the judge in that case ruled (most likely threatened to do so) in favor of the defendants (Obama and lawyers) who didn't even show up at the hearing!! Thus, we have the new "civil disobedience" going on in court cases as a result.

Hey - if Obama doesn't have to show up and not be held in contempt of court - why should anyone else show up for their court cases? Brave people! But SOMETHING must be done to break the media of mass deception silence that is currently going on to protect the usurper!

It is also interesting to note that Orly Taitz' recent article stated this interesting information:

It certainly sounds like Obama - doesn't it? Just who are "the powers that be?" It must mean several people...like a group. It's not just Soros the puppeteer. That is SCARY STUFF!

Bet we won't hear that tape on the media of mass deception!

Do you think that the list of people you mentioned realize that "the powers that be" will never allow the eligibility issue to ever get prosecuted in court? They all dismiss it as irrelevant. O'Reilly claims that the newspaper birth announcements prove that Obama was born in Hawaii. He claims that his team "investigated it." Doesn't he know how many babies born in foreign countries are brought to Hawaii and birth announcements are placed in the paper? That isn't any proof of where Obama was born!!

Hannity must have been told not to cover the birther issue or he would lose his job. We certainly need his voice out there now to vet ObamaFRAUD this time around. I guess we could come up with excuses for every conservative to avoid the issue. I think it's possible that even Breitbart knew we couldn't "get" Obama out using that issue, so he took the route he took to vet Obama this time by exposing his radical associations.

Perhaps you are correct. They each fear losing their jobs (or maybe even their lives). Breitbart was probably made an "example" by the "powers that be" not to fuss with Obama's past radicalism. They have been successful (so far) at painting the "birthers" as ridiculous conspiracy theorists. But when a law enforcement officer like Sheriff Arpaio did an investigation (for the original purpose of clearing up this issue in Obama's favor!!!!) and found that the document was forged, where do we go from here?

Believe it or not a staunch Obama detractor who is a college professor at a school in California sent this to me. I hadn't talked to him before that, but he knew that I had a very popular YT channel (38 million views) and thought that I would be able to promote it. It's definitely suspect as to it's authenticity, and to be honest part of me expects men in dark suits and dark cars to come visit me sometime soon lol, whether it's real or not. I'm surprised that I haven't gotten some kind of take down notice yet. Now they would have to send one to half a dozen people because that is how many have re-uploaded it.

It seemed plausible to me, so I posted it. If someone asks me to take it down, I'll take it down. It's not like it's any huge smoking gun or anything. I would have thought that if it were a fake, they would have put something a little more incriminating in there, e.g. Obama saying something racial against whites or something like that. Who knows?

Could the upcoming 2010 election turn out to be a combination of the two events that had happened in 2008 (economic crisis plus voter intimidation and fraud) - but on a much more aggressive and harmful level? Only time will tell.

With Obama's approval ratings tanking, and sinking deeper into the abyss each week; plus the anger at the progressives in Congress passing legislation against the will of the people, the landslide of conservatives taking the seats of the progressive radicals should be a given. However, if the radicals stay in office, then we will know that there could be something very wrong with our voting system.

It has already been revealed that Al Franken stole the Minnesota senate seat from Norm Coleman because 340 convicted felons votes were counted in the re-count - giving the illegal "victory" to Franken. How terribly shameful is that?

My time for blogging is limited this morning, but I wanted to make people aware of one segment of Glenn Beck's T.V. show yesterday. I want to find the video clip of his interview with a woman who found out that ACORN financed the bus used for going to AIG homes and protesting in front of their residences.

Read how the whistleblowers (former ACORN workers) are being harrassed at Maggie's Notebook. She has part of the scoop on what was discussed on Glenn's show yesterday: ACORN Whistleblowers - ACORN Pays Poor People to Protest and Worse

One of the whistleblowers refused to go public (or appearing on Beck's show) because she fears for her 2 year old's life!! Just goes to show how far ACORN bullies would go - threatening a former worker who is the mother of a two-year-old child because she spoke the truth about that awful organization and their terrorizing methods???

NORTH KANSAS CITY, MO. -- A North Kansas City couple has been left scratching their heads after they became the victims of a political scam.

Steve and Rachel Larman say a strange credit card charge appeared on their statement this month -- a $2300 donation to Barack Obama's presidential campaign. The Larman's say they don't want this to be about their political affiliation, but they say they're not about to give the Obama campaign any help from their pocketbook.

They said they notified Chase, their credit card bank, to report the fraud.

"(They) said that they had seen-they were familiar with this," said Steve Larman. "It was fraud, they believe through telemarketing but they were going to be doing some more investigations."

The Larman's don't want their politics to enter into what is essentially just a fraudulent charge. But they say that the charge involves the Obama campaign adds insult to injury for the registered Republicans.

"They (Chase) kept on asking me 'are you sure you wouldnt have gone to a site in support of Obama'," said Rachel Larman. "And I repeatedly said 'Im voting for McCain - I would not be going to an Obama site'."

McCain clearly won because he has the right ideas at the right time for our country. Any amount of charisma demonstrated by Obama cannot possibly be a substitute for McCain's "Country First" mindset and good policies to lift us out the the financial crisis - which was caused mostly by the Democrats in Congress.

How much does McCain have over Obama?

Here's a partial list. Please add your own in the comment section:

1. experience
2. strategic military knowledge
3. economic ideas (btw, McCain's idea to rescue mortgages includes utilizing 300 billion of the 700 billion already agreed upon by Congress)
4. proper understanding of foreign affairs
5. his ability to reach across the aisle (which Obama has never done - remember - he hates conservatives - those gun-toting, Bible believing Christians who stick to their guns, Bibles, and religion)
6. tax cutting helps create more jobs
7. increasing the per child credit from 3,500 to 5,000 will help people fund their own health care
8. tax cutting guarantees that people get to keep more of their own money (it's NOT THE GOVERNMENT'S TO BEGIN WITH!!)
9. will not sit down with radical dictators (which Obama naively stated he would)

[Plan to add to this list as the day progresses.]

In reference to number 9, I want to introduce you to a link where practically every radical who happens to endorse Obama is listed. I think this is shocking - that a United States Presidential candidate would have such strange (and dangerous) bedfellows.

Another problem with the Obama campaign. Apparently, it has been uncovered that there is HUGE voter fraud (via ACORN - NO SURPRISE!) which has now spread to 10 states!! In a report that I just heard on Fox News, these criminal ACORN people are apparently dumb enough to use the same name on multiple fraudulent voter registrations across state lines!!

There are dumb voter fraud cheaters; but then there are some who are even dumber!

"Some of them used nonexistent names, some of them used false addresses and some of them were duplicates of previously filed applications," Walsh said, describing the complaints, which largely came from the registrar in Clark County, Nev.

Secretary of State Ross Miller said the fraudulent registrations included forms for the starting lineup of the Dallas Cowboys football team.

"Tony Romo is not registered to vote in the state of Nevada, and anybody trying to pose as Terrell Owens won't be able to cast a ballot on Nov. 4," Miller said.

But don't let all of this Obama campaign illegal activity and associations with radicals and dangerous people get you down. I do have some GOOD news that can give us all a glimmer of hope in this election.

I agree with the blogger at California Conservative. We should be questioning the reliability and accuracy of the polling that is being presented by the MSM news sources. Therefore, don't let the so-called "Obama is leading in the battleground states" hype get you discouraged. Instead, realize this truth:

A major supporter of Hillary Clinton and member of the Democratic National Committee’s Platform Committee, on Monday said the Democratic Party has nominated “the worst candidate” while Republicans have nominated the best.

Lynn Forester de Rothschild helped open the Democrats for McCain headquarters on Main Avenue in West Scranton. About 30 supporters turned out to welcome de Rothschild and speak out for the Republican ticket.

“What it came down to was that I decided I love my country more than my party,” de Rothschild said, explaining her support of Sen. John McCain and Gov. Sarah Palin. “I’m really worried. I do not want (Obama) in the White House.”

De Rothschild, 54, said she sees Northeast Pennsylvania – specifically Luzerne and Lackawanna counties – as the key to winning Pennsylvania’s 21 electoral votes. And, she said, whoever wins Pennsylvania will likely become the next president.

“Barack Obama has never had the mandate of Democrats,” she said. “And Howard Dean and Nancy Pelosi ignored the 18 million people that voted for Hillary Clinton. They can’t be surprised at the 5 million to 7 million Clinton supporters who are now supporting McCain.”

One organization – PUMA, which stands for Party Unity My A** – has more than 5 million members across the country, she said. Jamie Brazil, a longtime friend of the Clintons and the Rodham family, is serving as national director of Citizens for McCain. Brazil accompanied de Rothschild on her Scranton visit.

Brazil and his wife, Dee, will be godparents to Simon Rodham, son of Tony and Megan Rodham at his baptism Oct. 12 in Scranton. Tony Rodham is Hillary Clinton’s brother. The Clintons will attend the post-baptism brunch at the Brazil home in Scranton.

Last election approximately 120 million votes were cast. When you factor in the steadfastness of Hillary’s supporters, it’s fairly certain that these PUMA’s are very likely voters. This must worry Team Barry.

When we put together the desperate measures of the voter fraud ACORN people and realize that former Clinton supporters - 5 million and counting, in fact - are supporting John McCain for president, we can see why the Obamabots are so busy scurrying around trying to make up (literally) voters for Barry-boy.
