What's going on in Graham's propaganda piece is he's trying to frame the issue. To him the issue is about the birthplace. However, The issue isn't where Obama was born. Fine! He was born in Hawaii -- even if he adamantly refuses to press a button and prove it -- and even if no hospital, doctor, nurse, midwife or fireman has come forward to say, yup!, that's a fact.
The issue is whether Barack Obama is eligible under the terms of the U. S. Constitution to serve as Commander-in-Chief -- and, quite simply, he's not -- as shown here, Obama is ineligible because he is a statutory citizen, not a "natural born" citizen. He is an usurper, who sits in the Oval Office as the result of a coup d'état. The ad hominem attacks, diversions and misinformation by these Obots can never change that fact.
Obama may serve his one-term, and retire, but this is never, ever going to go away. Some day it will all come out -- and in a gusher. History will out.
I have not been following the Berg vs. Obama case as much as the other Obama ineligibility cases, but Berg is taking a bold move to expose Obama's usurpation of the presidency.

Berg's objection to Obama being a Natural Born Citizen of the United States of America focuses more on the fact that Obama, while named "Barry Soetoro" lived in Indonesia for several years when his mother married Lolo Soetoro. Young Barry attended school there for several years. Trouble is, a child must be a citizen of Indonesia in order to attend school there. Therefore, Obama had to have given up his U.S. citizenship (which could NOT have been a citizenship considered as "natural born" if his biological father was, indeed, Obama Sr. - a Kenyan citizen who never became a U.S. citizen). As the article points out, since Obama/Soetoro has sealed all of his college records, there is speculation that he received aid for school as a foreign national.

Berg said he's already gotten what he called a "fabulous" response to his plans. He said a march is something "people positively can do."
On his website, Berg explains he believes Obama obtained an Indonesian passport while he lived with his mother and stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, in Indonesia, and that his act of attending school in Indonesia required him to be an Indonesian citizen.
Further, he contends that as an adult, Obama chose to continue his Indonesian citizenship by renewing his passport.
"Renewing an Indonesian passport after the age of 18 is an affirmative act, as you are swearing allegiance to another country. Soetoro/Obama renewed his Indonesian passport when he traveled to Pakistan, that is why he had to stop in Indonesia first. Remember, in 1981, [his mother] was divorcing Soetoro in Hawaii and was not in Indonesia. Obama/Soetoro admits to traveling to Indonesia first and then on to Pakistan. Soetoro/Obama claims in his book 'Dreams from my Father' that he stopped in Indonesia to visit his mother. But again, his mother was not in Indonesia, she was in Hawaii with Maya, divorcing Lolo Soetoro. In addition, the State Department has stated in response to a FOIA request that they do not have a U.S. Passport application on file for Barack H. Obama," he explained.
"As a result of Soetoro/Obama's Indonesian 'natural' citizenship status, Soetoro/Obama could never regain U.S. 'natural born' status, if he in fact he ever held such, which we doubt. Soetoro/Obama could have only become 'naturalized' if the proper paperwork were filed with the U.S. State Department, after going through U.S. Immigration upon his return to the United States; in which case, Soetoro/Obama would have received a Certification of Citizenship indicating 'naturalized,'" he said.
Berg told WND he's convinced that's why Obama has been so adamant in refusing to release his school, college and university records. He said he believes they would show Obama received aid for school as a foreign national.
This issue is NOT going away...no matter how the media tries to frame it as "bogus," "untrue," or "stupid."
IMHO, I think that Glenn Beck includes "the birthers" information on his show to keep the issue alive in the only way that he is (most likely) contracted to do from Fox News. We cannot forget that the Fox News Channel is partially Saudi-owned (do a search for details). There have been numerous blog posts about the fact that the Saudi's don't want Soetoro/Obama's ineligibility case to ever be discussed (in a positive way) on news or opinion show telecasts. Therefore, the only way that those who do question Soetoro/Obama's history is for them to "play along" with the ban and label the "birthers" as crazy.
I haven't heard Hannity mock "the birthers" the way that Beck, O'Reilly and a host of liberal leftist loons on other networks have done. However, Sean Hannity appears to be careful not to promote what the "birthers" are saying, either. Again, it might have a lot to do with his contract with the Fox News Channel.
Recall how quickly Lou Dobbs was fired from CNN for just raising the question of Obama's refusal to show his vault-length COLB to the public? He stated that it would be so simple to prove all the "birthers" wrong if he did. He could easily spend the $20.00 to prove that he is, indeed, a natural born citizen of the United States of America. But...Soetoro/Obama refuses to do so. Why?? That's the big question that will one day need to be answered!
So...how long is this charade going to continue? For one thing, I am sure that all will be exposed, eventually. It might come as soon as the 2010 Elections are over and the Republican gain majority rule in both houses. It is then that the truth may be exposed. If not, then this one term usurper will be exposed during the 2012 Election cycle. I hope that we won't have to wait until then. The extra damage that Obama would cause to our beloved nation over the next three years may make it extremely difficult for us to recover from. But WE WILL RECOVER!
What I think is crazy is that there is ANYONE in the United States of America who would not question Obama's eligibility when he has taken great lengths (and expense) to hide his bona fides!

Glenn Beck’s new endeavor sounds great but unless he produces a serious, objective and scholarly program detailing why patriotic citizens challenge Barry Sotoero’s (Barack Husein Obama) eligibility based upon article II, section 1 of the Constitution regarding natural born citizen, I must take Glenn Beck with a great big grain of salt.
Don’t misunderstand me. I am a fan of Glenn. This issue I have is with his integrity. He presents his material with originality, enthusiasm, and a seemingly profound love for the history that led our fore fathers to create the constitution. In that area his passion matches my own. However, there is strong evidence that Steve Dunham (Barack Husein Obama) fails to meet the constitutional requirements to be president. In the spirit of conforming to the constitution and protecting our national security, responsible citizens have taken these questions to the courts. The courts have repeatedly dismissed these cases upon a technicality called “standing” and not upon merit. To this date it is estimated that Barry has spent approximately 1.5 million dollars in legal fees getting these cases dismissed. To this date he has failed to produce one document that would reveal any vital information that would shed light upon his NBC status to either prove he rightfully is eligible or not. Among the documents he has failed to produce that have been requested–besides the vault copy of the birth certificate–are his school records, his passports, his military documents (not in the military but his draft paper he had to file at he time), his Law practice records, his Columbia and Harvard records. Wouldn’t it just be easier for Sotoero to simply produce these requested documents instead of fighting America in the courts?
Such arrogance from Mr. Sotoero, a man sitting in the most powerful position in the world, diminishes trust and confidence in the man who is “fundamentally changing America” into a third world country. Mr. Beck’s attitude on the subject has been rather cavalier. Some times he has been out right demeaning to the people who happen to take this part of the constitution very seriously. He calls them birthers and conspirators among other names. This past Wednesday and Thursday he had a photo of Phil Berg on his black board labeling him a birther, anarchist and extremist. While Mr. Berg is not perfect and has made some mistakes, I consider Mr. Berg a true hero in his effort to establish Hussein’s legitimacy as our true president.
I once heard Mr. Beck say–these are not precisely his words since I am working from memory–”Of course Obama is the president. What would happen to the country if we thought he wasn’t?” Is Glenn Beck so gullible as to believe hook, line, and sinker that Hussein is our true president simply based upon Hussein’s word? Isn’t Mr. Beck just a little curious as to why the president of the United States vehemently refuses to produce a single document regarding his background? Doesn’t Mr. Beck who constantly advises his viewers–”Question with boldness”–think America has a right to know who the man in our White House is? Since Obama refuses to produce a single document to prove himself, doesn’t this in itself raise valid suspicion and demand accountability from the leader of alleged leader of our nation? If Glenn Beck fails to confront this issue, he diminishes his credibility and sincerity in everything he does. It matters little how great his material may be as long as he persists in ignoring the really big one! He appears to his fans as a man simply promoting his own career at the price of the travesty being perpetrated upon America, Is it any wonder he is losing fans and sponsors?
Look what’s happening to America by permitting Barack Hussein Obama to experiment with us while his eligibility and legitimacy continues to remain unanswered. What a powerful service Glenn Beck could do for America and the world if he would produce one truly objective program about this question!
A is A. The first item on the agenda to honoring our fore fathers and author of the greatest document ever written–the constitution–is to be certain–beyond a shadow of a doubt that our leaders are who they say they are. Whether or not Mr. Beck believes Steve Dunham is legitimate or not is no reason to fail to do a scholarly program on the topic rather than using denigrating and dismissive statements to deal with the single most important issue in the world today. Failure to do so makes Glenn along with thousands of others complicit in possibly the greatest and most shameful hoax in the entire world’s history.
I wish Glen Beck success in his new endeavor, but I also ask–for the sake of America–to please confront this most important issue. It is not hard. All Sotoero has to do is produce the documents requested in the law suits. America has the right to know!

On another subject, perhaps readers here might like to share their thoughts and opinions about the obviously depressed, severely disturbed and crazed domestic terrorist - Joe Stack - who crashed his plane into the IRS building in Texas. What do you think was his ideology? Was he closer to being a fed up and jilted former Obama supporter or a TEA Party backer?
I think that we can get a hint when we read the final two sentences in his six page suicide note rant:
The communist creed: From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.
The capitalist creed: From each according to his gullibility, to each according to his greed.
