Antagonism Against Christianity Today

How would you vote?

WorldNetDaily has an interesting poll today.

Question:
Why do you think there's such antagonism against Christianity today?

1. Christianity is oppressive to the rights of women and 'gays' – busybody Christians are getting what they deserve

2. It's a reaction against hypocrites like Ted Haggard

3. Separation of church and state requires the government to treat all religions the same – that's not 'antagonism'

4. There's not any antagonism – Christians have just decided to join all the other groups claiming victim status

5. There's no more antagonism today than in previous times

6. While it's true that Christianity is America's heritage, we've evolved beyond that

7. People are self-focused, rich and have forgotten God – Christians are an unpleasant reminder of that

8. Jesus said it best – his followers aren't of this world, so the world hates them

9. It's evidence we're living in the last days

10. Other

In the past when I have shared WorldNetDaily polls here, I have often heard complaints from some that the choices of answers do not typically include how they would answer the question. If so, now is your chance to choose "other" and then type it out in the comments section!

Update: Below, I will post articles and blogposts that demonstrate examples of denial, antagonism and hostility towards faith.

Why do you think there's such antagonism against Christianity today?

Because it has the kind of informative, thoughtful writing WorldNet Daily wishes it could have.

Oh, sorry...I thought you meant the magazine!
