Blog News Roundup
Obviously, Obama and the clueless Dems didn't learn anything from the tsunami sweep-out of the House that WE THE PEOPLE brought upon their ill-fated, terrible, and downright dangerous policies, bills and actions!

The liar-in-chief will NEVER admit failure on his part in putting forth terrible liberal leftist "progressive" policies that harmed our nation over the past two years! He will blame it all on anyone but who is really at fault - HIM!

Once again I have a seemingly unsolvable dilemma. If "the enemy of my enemy is my friend," which one of these guys has to be my friend? Via Breitbart TV
I could not believe that Obama called his political opponents "enemies." Has he ever used that term to describe Islamic terrorists?

John Boehner: “There Seems to Be Some Denial On the Part of the President”

That’s putting it nicely… GOP Leader John Boehner told Diane Sawyer that Obama appears to be in some denial about the message that was sent by the American people. The Washington Post reported: Rep. John B...
Mr. Boehner is certainly being more polite than I would be regarding Obama's DENIAL of the reality of what the election meant!

GM,
If you think that I would post your comment with your nasty statement about Jesus Christ at the end - you are more deranged than I ever thought possible.
No question; progressives took it on the chin--hard--this past Tuesday.
But the other side of the line has no cause to rejoice.
The baggiest of the Teabaggers continue to simmer. Now Boehner will replace Pelosi as Speaker, but...
Angle didn't make it. O'Donnell didn't make it. Miller didn't make it. The electorate isn't quite that crazy. Michelle Bachmann kept her seat...but so did Harry Reid. Also, despite all the talk about Palin's star-making power, NONE of the candidates she endorsed won...not even in her home state!
You might want to take a look at The Steady Drip. It's there on the right-hand side of this page, one of your links. The topic is “When Republicans Win, What Then?” It's a question no one else seems to be asking. It's one that everyone should be thinking about.

I remember the Republican Class of '94, and how it signaled “the end” for Clinton. How many survived the '96 midterms? I remember the “Contract On With America” (heck, I still have a copy of it even though I didn't sign it). What lasting change did it make?
Anyway, the Teabaggers, shoving the GOPers in front of them, have captured the House. I expect the next two years will be spent rolling back 'Obamacare' and working up subpoenas to get Obama's citizenship before the courts once and for all. Perhaps they'll renew the war in Afghanistan as well. Might as well make it a full decade over there, right?
As always, it'll be the ideologues vs. the pragmatists, and there are some really colorful ideologues on your side of the line now. Good luck with the Rand Paul faction!
Finally...I hate to remind you, but it was WE THE PEOPLE who freed Barabbas and demanded that Jesus be crucified. "Popular wisdom" often isn't.
GM,
". Also, despite all the talk about Palin's star-making power, NONE of the candidates she endorsed won...not even in her home state!"
I don't know where you are getting your info from GM, but better than two thirds of the candidates that Palin endorsed won. Yep, she had some of the people she backed high profile lose. That's democracy. But only in the deranged world of Nancy Pelosi is Palin a failure.
Also, WRT Clinton, he made a run for the center to survive. I could be wrong, but I somehow think that Obama will disdain such methods. We'll see in 2012.
"but it was WE THE PEOPLE who freed Barabbas and demanded that Jesus be crucified."
Incorrect as usual. The priests and leaders of the Jews delivered Christ to the Roman governor. It was at his word that Barabbas was freed and Christ was crucified. Had the Jews not threatened anyone asking for Christ to be released with excommunication from the temple, things might have turned out much differently. The point is quite academic, of course, since the plan was for Christ to be crucified. My only point is that, as usual, your point has no validity.
