My first reaction at the time the break occurred was how UNBELIEVABLE this entire dog and pony show is becoming. The witnesses being questioned are involved in stonewalling, evading, and trying to steer their answers away from any semblance of directness (or even respect for) to the Congressmen asking pertinent and direct questions that often only require a yes or no answer.
How outgoing IRS head Steven Miller could blatantly lie with a straight face that, "the actions were not politically motivated" is beyond comprehension!
The Fox News website certainly got it right when they wrote as the headline on the front page that ObaMAO's BADministration is guilty of being a "culture of cover-up." I would add that it is a culture of corruption, too!

Early this morning, I was listening to and watching the last portion of C-Span's interview with Representative Charles Boutsany When it was time for callers to weigh in on the discussion, a man from Ohio (I believe) stated that he and his family were audited and targeted because they home school their children. Apparently, the IRS agent that visited them for an audit told them that unless they could come up with a signature from someone (including a bus driver) at a local public school, they could not take the tax exemption for their home schooled children!! Is that absolutely outrageous or what??? We know that this BADministration is against homeschooling (see the case where the German family is being deported back to their country because homeschooling is illegal there) because they have always been against vouchers, charter schools, and homeschooling. Why? Because they want to indoctrinate all subsequent generations into their government run ideological prisons (see Common Core) and when parents take them out of the socialistic jails known as "public schools," the children will more likely reject such indoctrination being dumped into the minds of children who are being brainwashed (more like brain-dirtied) in such schools. More about this in future posts.
Update: According to Phyllis Schlafy, the dictators of Common Core will also infiltrate ALL kinds of schools!!!

The IRS & Executive Order 13522
In December 2009, during the first term of his presidency, in an effort to make the federal government more “union friendly,” President Obama issued Executive Order 13522.
In short, as noted in 2011, Executive Order 13522 establishes “labor-management forums” between union bosses (who may or may not be federal employees) and federal agency management.
As part of the directives under Executive Order 13522, agency heads are to engage union bosses in “pre-decisional discussions” before decisions are made–and those discussions are to be in secret and outside the purview of the Freedom of Information Act.
Pre-decisional discussions, by their nature, should be conducted confidentially among the parties to the discussions. This confidentiality is an essential ingredient in building the environment of mutual trust and respect necessary for the honest exchange of views and collaboration.Coincidentally, among the agencies covered by Executive Order 13522 is the Internal Revenue Service, which is part of the Department of the Treasury, and whose agency employees are represented by the National Treasury Employees Union.
The fact that, under Executive Order 13522, federal agencies are being co-managed by union bosses and it appears that the perpetrators of the IRS scandal are likely to be members of the IRS union makes one wonder how coordinated the attacks were–especially as four of the alleged perpetrators are claiming their bosses made them do it.
More importantly, if their bosses made them engage in potentially illegal activities, why didn’t they go to their union to file a grievance?

No Need For Special Prosecutor?
That Barack Obama, his fellow Democrats and their union boss allies have demonized Conservatives and the Tea Party (in general) is not new. It’s been occurring since 2009 and has been especially vociferous since the 2010 mid-term elections.
However, given the quickness that Barack Obama stated there is no need for a special prosecutor in light of the IRS scandal–especially given the extent of known coordination that goes on between the White House and union bosses on messaging and election-year tactics–makes one wonder if there is more to the controversy than a few “rogue” IRS workers.
In fact, it seems that, given the power that an agency like the IRS has, as well as the extent of power union bosses have been given witinh federal agencies under Executive Order 13522, there is more need than ever to have a special prosecutor look for the root of the scandal.
Despite the fact that the President feels there is no need for a special prosecutor, as the IRS scandal continues to escalate, more questions will be raised than will be answered by Eric Holder’s Justice Department or through a Congressional inquiry.
The questions that should be asked and answered do not stop with the convenient scapegoating of one already-leaving agency head, and a few “rogue” employees.
It will take a special prosecutor to get to the bottom of it.

This is a far cry from what you were proclaiming at the beginning of the week.
“ObaMARXIST BADministration...Trifecta...Benghazi, IRS and AP scandals...Obama shows how much he hates America, Jesus Christ, and God's Word...ObamaBorgBot progressives will find some excuse...when you spell the word "live" backwards, it read "evil"...It has taken a LOOONNGGG time for others to finally see what we have seen over the past 5 years regarding the type of person that Obama really is...useful idiots...Obama and Hillary lied, and four Americans died...as the truth comes out - we are all being vindicated...I think it will keep Hitlery out of the 2016 election.”
That last item is the only reason there have been nine investigations on Benghazi; to destroy Hillary Clinton's chances before she even decides to run or not. The Christian Nationalist Party (formerly the GOP) knows they currently don't have anyone to run against her, so she must be taken down before 2016. (Probably StopHerNow.com is back in business again, too.)
Yet in the past three days there's been a switch to the IRS business. It's a valid concern, although there's certainly no evidence that it was done with the knowledge of the Executive branch (and we all know that Republicans would never do that, right?).
But it seems that much of the steam has dropped out of Benghazi. Like the ABC reporter who now admits he summarized and selectively quoted from memos he didn't even see. Hmm, I think he has an outstanding career awaiting him at Fox News.
Even Rep. Issa has lost some of his enthusiasm for it, after Mike Mullen and Thomas Pickering insisted on testifying only in public hearings, against Issa's wishes. Those two led an independent review, and say that the public deserves to hear it. If they feel that way, why doesn't Issa? Because it wouldn't be partisan enough, maybe?
Pretty poor trifecta so far: no wins, one place, and (possibly) one show.
You've got to be really loyal to continue to support a lying, biased, cheating, ugly criminal like Obama and his ilk.
They say a picture (or in this case, an infographic) is worth a thousand words.
Also, like the bloggers at like Legal Insurrection, I think that we can stand up and cheer for the great job the GOP did at the hearing!
