Berg's Lawsuit Shown on MyFox Toledo T.V.

MyFox Toledo did a segment on the lawsuit presented by Philip Berg, Former UT law grad who is suing Obama and questions his citizenship.

You can click on the short video on the left side of the page. Also, listen to the 23 minute extended audio interview in the sidebar area. [Note: There are pause gaps in the audio version as interviewer Kristi Leigh asks Mr. Berg questions.]

Digg story

ozel01 writes at Digg:

This indeed appears to be the huge October surprise!! Tomorrow will tell, maybe a little later but not by much. The judge denied a stay in discovery and ordered the DNC and Obama to provide the requested documents that would prove Obama's citizenship. Mr. Berg has already cited in the court action that the certificate of live birth (not a birth certificate) posted on the Internet at Barry's official web site is actually a forgery that really belongs to Barry's half-sister.

So, the next REALLY BIG QUESTION, is why is Barry fighting this case rather than simply providing his proof of US Citizenship? Apparently, he doesn't have the legal documentation to produce so therefore has no choice but to fight the issue in court and hope that he can somehow get it thrown out.

Why indeed?

P.S. During the 23 minute audio interview, Attorney Philip Berg mentions Jerome Corsi's detainment in Kenya, prevention of doing a news conference there, and subsequent send-off out of the country by officials who told him never to come back and "see you in hell."

About that "see you in hell" comment. So...does that mean that the unidentified official in Kenya who yelled "see you in hell" expects to go there himself one day?

Hmmm....

WorldNetDaily reports that sadly, Mr. Corsi has since fallen ill as a result of this terrible incident.

the obama citizenship questions might actually help my plan come to fruition.

read about it here: stop the election.

the bigger problem for all of us is the bailout plans that are being made and the 'unprecedented speed' with which they're being pushed through. this group of characters currently in charge on BOTH sides of the aisle are not the ones we want attempting to make intelligent decisions in a rush.

Mike,

Read your "stop the election" essay. I can agree with some of it, but not all. Plan to read the comments there after I type this response.

Thank God you have rescinded your support for Obama!

I do think that Obama's eligibility for the presidency is just as important - if not more so - than the bailout debacle. I also suspect that that they are both interconnected through Soros' (and Pelosi, Reid and Frank's) influence.

I truly think that it is a very good thing that Phillip J. Berg has FINALLY been interviewed quite extensively during that MyFox Toledo T.V. news interview.

He claims that this lawsuit against Obama will NOT go away and will end up being a Constitutional crisis that may even need to be settled beyond election day.

So far, the Toledo T.V. interview is the only break in the "Media of Mass Deception" lies. It's just a crack in the wall of separation between the sham of Obama's run for the presidency and the media's deliberate distortions and "positive spin" on everything having to do with Obama - but it may prove to be the ultimate game changer in this election.

I have been praying constantly for God to intervene and save us from the onslaught of Obamination. Perhaps this is the tool that He will use to set us free from the deceptions of Obama and the media that refuses to accurately report and vet him.

while i don't share your same perspective on what the media is or isn't doing, christine, i am for once like you quite worried about who we elect, and the impact this election is going to have on america.

the way i see it happening is this: there will be a cry from the people across our great land for me to step in and be president. i will save the day, keep the banks at bay, and win the respect of all the countries of the world by preventing financial ruin and making sure the people aren't taken to the cleaners in the process. at that point, we'll all become united into one pool of money, one common bank, and one global economy. and then i'll have a soapbox for my heretical theological views and will be able to set up a one world religion. finally, to top it all off, the world will NOT end in armaggedon, and i'll say 'told ya!' to all you revelation literalists!

i wonder why it took me so long to see how all this was going to play out...

the line forms over there, christine: i've got a little RFID chip to implant in your forehead...

:)

I'm worried too - but not for the same reasons as you.

The bad news:

I worry that when Obama either loses the election or gets disqualified because of his place of birth deception, there will be riots in the streets across America the likes we've never seen before.

The funny news:

Ha ha ha ha haaaaa! Your last paragraph and "punch lines" really made me laugh!!

Only you could take such a serious subject and in the next thought, turn it into the laugh of the day.

Thanks for the laugh - though. Needed that!

After reading the "cheerleading" comments over at your blog, Mike, I am certain that they wouldn't want any imput from me over there.

Was surprised to see commenter "Teresita" turn to support a candidate who can't win.

There is no such thing as a "perfect" candidate. However, some choices are far better than others.

The "dream candidacy" of Obama is an illusion - maybe even a strong delusion. People who support him will be extremely disappointed when the truth about Obama finally emerges from the veil of deception being done by the Media of Mass Deception.

The way I see it is this.

The moderates are almost as angry as the far left. They would not vote for a true conservative in this election - even if their lives depended upon it. Therefore, someone like John McCain needs to get us through this election cycle.

When I see the corruption surrounding Obama (just to name a few - Soros, Ayers, Wright, Farahkan, Odinga, ACORN etc.); the deception (place of birth, time spent with - and influence of - the unrepentant domestic terrorist Ayers0; hatreds towards whites, pro-life women, and America (Michele Obama: "America is a downright mean country;" "for the first time in my adult life I am proud of this country.") Plus - Mr. Barack Obama, the elitist who met with fat cat donors in San Francisco and verbally spewed his contempt for "those Americans" whom he labeled as - "those who cling to their Bibles and guns, and their religion." Sitting in the pews of Rev. Wrong for 20 years who spews hateful "Black Liberation Theology" ideology like, "America - the U.S. of KKK" and "Not God bless America - God D*** America."
....need I go on?

NO!

The choice for me is crystal clear.

Oh yeah - you can add to the growing list of Obama deceptions that it appears that William Ayers was actually the author of Obama's "Dreams of My Father" book.

Nautical metaphors could sink Obama

These men are both hopeless, anti-American, traitorous, and deceitful liars!!!

Christinewjc said...

You owe it to yourself to read Cashill's series of posts about this issue:

More proof Ayer's ghosted Obama's "Dreams"

Obama didn't write 'Dreams from My Father'

Bill Ayers' motive for penning memoir

Deconstructing the text

Real author of Barack book - why it matters

Cashill's conclusion in his "why it matters" essay is bone-chilling:

Not an ill word is said about the demonstrably murderous thugs Ayers holds up as heroes: Castro, Che, Ho Chi Minh, or even Mao, the greatest monster of the 20th century.

As to the three clowns who blew themselves up in 1970 in their Greenwich Village townhouse, Ayers wonders out loud how it will take before America "imagines their actions as heroic."

For the record, the three Weathermen, including Ayers' then girlfriend, Diana Oughton, were finishing up an anti-personnel bomb designed to kill non-coms and their dates at a dance that night at Fort Dix.

Ayers, by the way, is a "distinguished professor" in the College of Education at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He teaches our teachers how to teach our children.

That Obama had anything to do with this man should disqualify him for the presidency. At the end of the day, the only difference between Bill Ayers and Tim McVeigh is competence.

Obama dissembles lethally when he describes Ayers as "just some guy in my neighborhood." He is much more than that and quite possibly, as I have argued, the real author of "Dreams From My Father."

The publisher of "Dreams," the openly liberal Peter Osnos, tells how Obama dumped his devoted long time agent after "Dreams" took off and then signed a seven-figure deal with Crown, using only a by-the-hour attorney.

Obama pulled off the deal after his election but before being sworn in as senator, this way to avoid the disclosure and reporting requirements applicable to members of Congress.

To his credit, Osnos publicly scolds Obama for his "ruthlessness" and "his questionable judgment about using public service as a personal payday."

Our best hope, if Obama is elected, is that he will throw Ayers under the proverbial bus as he threw his agents and numerous others.

Our worst fear, however, is that a President Obama will prove to be the "Mansourian Candidate" and that he will continue to play the useful dummy to evil ventriloquists like Bill Ayers and Khalid Al-Mansour.

Fasten your seatbelts.
