Bribes paid for Jerome Corsi to escape from Kenya

LONDON – Bribes totaling thousands of dollars were paid to facilitate WND senior staff reporter Jerome Corsi's departure from Kenya after immigration authorities there detained him and his publicist, holding them under armed guard and without food, to prevent Corsi from holding a news conference revealing what he had discovered about Barack Obama.

Update at 6:30 a.m. PT:

Apparently, Obama's plane stinks - real bad - literally!

So does his entire campaign!! It stinks of lies, deceit, associations with radicals, and most of all - it stinks of a Marxist, socialistic, dictatorship type future government that patriotic, clear thinking Americans DON'T WANT ANY PART OF!

We are a Democratic REPUBLIC and want to stay that way!

Notice the smell of Obama elitism revealed in the article:

The McCain folks are more helpful and generally friendly. The schedules are printed on actual books you can hold in your hand, read, and then plan accordingly. The press aides are more knowledgeable and useful to us in the news media. The events are designed with a better eye, and for the simple needs of the press corps. When he is available, John McCain is friendly and loquacious. Obama holds news conferences, but seldom banters with the reporters who've been following him for thousands of miles around the country. Go figure.

The McCain campaign plane is better than Obama's, which is cramped, uncomfortable and smells terrible most of the time. Somehow the McCain folks manage to keep their charter clean, even where the press is seated.

The other day in Albuquerque, N.M., the reporters were given almost no time to file their reports after McCain spoke. It was an important, aggressive speech, lambasting Obama's past associations. When we asked for more time to write up his remarks and prepare our reports, the campaign readily agreed to it. They understood.

Similar requests are often denied or ignored by the Obama campaign aides, apparently terrified that the candidate may have to wait 20 minutes to allow reporters to chronicle what he's just said. It's made all the more maddening when we are rushed to our buses only to sit and wait for 30 minutes or more because nobody seems to know when Obama is actually on the move.

Maybe none of this means much. Maybe a front-running campaign like Obama's that is focused solely on victory doesn't have the time to do the mundane things like print up schedules or attend to the needs of reporters.

But in politics, everything that goes around comes around.

It was very telling to hear the chants of Obamabots at a recent campaign rally cheering, "o-ba-ma, o-ba-ma, o-ba-ma."

At the McCain/Palin rallies, supporters shout:

U.S.A.!!
U.S.A.!!
U.S.A.!!

Update:

New McCain ad ties Obama with Ayers! [FINALLY!! OBAMA IS BEING EXPOSED FOR HIS RADICAL TIES TO THIS DOMESTIC TERRORIST!]

Barack Obama and domestic terrorist Bill Ayers. Friends. They’ve worked together for years. But Obama tries to hide it. Why?

Obama launched his political career in Ayers’ living room. Ayers and Obama ran a radical “education” foundation, together. They wrote the foundation’s by-laws, together. Obama was the foundation’s first chairman. Reports say they, “distributed more than $100 million to ideological allies with no discernible improvement in education.”

When their relationship became an issue, Obama just responded, “This is a guy who lives in my neighborhood.” That’s it?

We know Bill Ayers ran the “violent left wing activist group” called Weather Underground. We know Ayers’ wife was on the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted list. We know they bombed the Capitol. The Pentagon. A judge’s home. We know Ayers said, “I don’t regret setting bombs. …. I feel we didn’t do enough.”

But Obama’s friendship with terrorist Ayers isn’t the issue. The issue is Barack Obama’s judgment and candor. When Obama just says, “This is a guy who lives in my neighborhood,” Americans say, “Where’s the truth, Barack?”

Barack Obama. Too risky for America.

Too risky for America! That's the understatement of the year!!

Can't wait for an ad to show Obama's connection to Odinga!

Update

Go read everything over at Road Sassy. Pay particular attention to the post where the claim is made that Bill Ayers was the ghost writer of Barack Obama's "Dreams of My Father" book!

Obama and his cronies want the public to believe that Ayers was just "one of Obama's neighbors" whom he hardly knew?

What a pathological liar Obama is!!!

*******
Excerpt from one of the Road Sassy posts:

I just read an article in Front Page Magazine by Donna Ron, ‘Remembering a Sixties Terrorist‘. It tells of how Bill Ayers treated a young female student and if you can’t get to sleep while angry I suggest you put it by till the morning. And this is another of Obama’s friends. Till he throws him under the bus before the debate tomorrow night.

Related to this, is this article in Contentions, ‘Hypocrisy Doesn’t Begin To Describe It‘ by Jennifer Rubin.

There is no end to it — everyone gets the version of Obama that perfectly fits his own world view. It is not hypocrisy. It’s fraud. Whatever he told or shared with Ayers, Dohrn, Wright, or Pfleger counts for no more that what he told or shared with other now inconvenient groups and individuals. He’s sold the same piece of political real estate to multiple buyers for multiple, conflicting uses.

But one thing has been consistent. He has never, ever attacked political corruption, whether in Chicago or Washington. To the contrary, at the Woods Fund, the Annenberg Challenge and the U.S. Senate he’s laddled out earmarks and goodies to a long list of friends and associates — Wright, Pfleger, Will County ( home of FBI target Larry Walsh), Allison S. Davis, ACORN, etc. The one consistency has been his fidelity to political supporters. Everyone else and every political position were disposable.

Read it all.

McCain and Sarah are on to something finally attacking Obama on these connections and I bet it’s Sarah who is behind it, Sarahcuda indeed.

The Obama excuses of crying racism, not the —— I knew, I never heard Wright’s sermons [in twenty years of sitting in his pews!], I didn’t know about Ayer’s connection to the Weather Underground are going to start wearing pretty thin, but only if he’s forced to keep repeating them. Go Sarah!!

I still say Obama’s going to lose.

How about a few facts for a change, and not just emotionally driven, unsubstantiated conjecture. You are doing the very thing of which you have accused all people who support someone other than John McCain... blindly following without being objective or even harboring the thought that maybe someone else might have a valid point. That is both dangerous and ignorant. You can vote for whomever you choose. But the very fact that you've chosen one candidate over another doesn't make the other one evil. John McCain isn't exactly the epitome of Christian values, is he? He's committed adultery on more than one occasion - BY HIS OWN ADMISSION! He has always been a big drinker, hard parying, arrogant, elitist who has a violent temper - again, BY HIS OWN ADMISSION. These things don't preclude him from being President, but please stop romanticizing who the man is. He's been in his fair share of controversies and has been reprimanded for associating with criminals.

What I find ironic is that if McCain wins, of course you'll say it was God's will. If Obama wins, you'll say no such thing - it will be some vast satanic conspiracy, I'm sure. If Obama wins, perhaps that is EXACTLY what God intended. what then? Are you going to tell HIM He got it wrong?

Jaded -

All I can say is that you really disappoint me.

Anonymous said...

Jaded you are spot on...this woman and her website are completely unhinged.

Anonymous said...

I don't know, Jaded.

There are a number of groups that say factcheck.org is biased.

The other question is why can't you google the information from google news groups if it is true?

Christinewjc said...

John -

There is a big difference between being "unhinged" and highly concerned. Perhaps you might want to educate yourself to learn the difference.

Christinewjc said...

Good question, Sosthenes.

I have learned that Snopes.com is biased (towards leftist politics) as well.

Both sites CLAIM to be accurate with their information. Depends on what the term "accurate" means!

On some topics, I would venture to say that these websites are as "non-partisan" as the pro-Obamabot ACORN voter registration fraud group volunteers!

Jaded said...

Since even the McCain/Palin camp use factcheck.org as their source of correct information, I can't imagine why you'd question it. Of course you'll say it's biased. It doesn't always paint McCain in the best light, now does it?

I don't particularly care who you vote for. But it is frightening to me that you are so blinded by your hatred for Obama that you think his very existence is an abomiation. And you are so blinded by your love of McCain/Palin that you refuse to see that they are BOTH a tad questionable and shady as well. This is NOT a matter of voting for good vs. evil. This is an election of the lesser of two evils. And McCain should be the one disappointing you, Christine. I'm not the self-admitted hard partying, heavy drinking, adulterer. He is.

Anonymous said...

Jaded,

If you type in the google box:

is factcheck.org biased

Then it will display 60,800 results. Why is that?

I don't really know if John McCain uses Factcheck.org or not. John McCain was not my first choice but then I have to vote for someone who will better protect the good news even if they are the bad news to you.

John,

I grew up in a family that wasn't allowed to use the word "weird". We were supposed to call people different and what is unhinged to you is diligent or determined to me. I don't agree, understand or know everything that is said here but I do allow other people to have an opinion. I wish both candidates well as I know people who are both Democrat and Republicans and I respect other people because they have a say so in this democracy and they have a right to freedom and liberty. On the other hand, some freedom is going to destroy liberty just as the freedom to eat from the knowledge of the tree of good and evil caused spiritual death. We would have had liberty to commit probably any sin except one without spiritual death (in the garden of Eden) and your freedom is coming in the form of a spiritual paycheck because we will all give an account and we will all reap what we sow. So know what you are investing in because you are going to give an account and maybe you won't get anything because you aren't investing in the kingdom of God.

Unknown said...

Jaded,

"I'm not the self-admitted hard partying, heavy drinking, adulterer."

So what are you trying to say, Jaded? Are you saying that your behavior is superior to McCain's, or that you simply aren't admitting your faults? If you understood Christianity nearly as much as you seemed to think, you would understand that we (Christians) don't expect people to be perfect, and we respect people that admit their faults. I will take someone who admits their personal bad behavior over someone who runs a campaign based on hiding his past and continuing association with terrorists and radicals, lies about his record of support for and against the war on terrorism, and considers killing the unborn an inalienable right.

You are also engaging in the same rampant emotionalism that you decry. If you have been paying attention, you realize that no one, particularly Christian conservatives, is romanticizing McCain. Many, myself included, see him merely as the least objectionable alternative.

If you would like to have a reasonable discussion based on facts, I am more than ready. Frankly, I expect you to either ignore me or attack me personally without facts. That's the general pattern I've observed from most liberals I try to engage in reasonable conversation. (Hi Mike.)

Christinewjc said...

Well said, Gary. A voice of reason and faith enters the thread.

Jaded - you do not even sound like the online "Jaded" I used to know. Your email address doesn't work anymore, either.

I'm concerned. Has some unscrupulous person hijacked your screen name and online identity...or what?

Christine, Your comment box carries the inscription “share some wisdom.” I’m not sure that it is wisdom, so I’ll just call it my perspective.

I know that you believe in your heart that Obama will lose and I believe that is admirable, to put yourself out there in faith. However, I’m not so sure that his losing is such a good thing. Why? Because whoever does win is going to inherit a real mess, one not easily cleaned up if at all. It could be that he would win and fail so miserably bad that liberals would not win another election in my lifetime (or yours).

I believe that God appoints leader or at the very least, allows them to lead, even the bad ones (Saul, Pilate, etc.). I don’t know that Obama doesn’t fall in that category. I do know this: Jesus said that you shall know them by their fruit. I won’t pass judgment, but I will let the “fruit” do it.

Jesus paid taxes and shared (the miracles of feeding thousands, sort of a social socialism in that it wasn’t through government channels), but He also endorsed capitalism, though it wasn’t called that at the time (the parables of the talents).

If Obama does win (and the parable of the fig tree and reading its leaves seem to indicate that more everyday), I don’t think it will be the end of the world, though God might use that very event to bring about His glory. My 2 cents. What say you?

Best to you,
Arlen

Here's something that you can put in the "for what it's worth" category: I was quite discouraged and worried when the Obama juggernaut was first revving up. I didn't see how anything could stop it, and I was greatly concerned about the damage he could do. (I definitely agree with arlen that it would not be the end of the world, or even the end of the country. I did however fear that it could have severe effects on the country that would make it a worse place for everyone.

Over the course of time, I devoted a great deal of time (for me) to prayer on the matter. Graciously, God gave me an answer. He said "Don't worry about it." He didn't say who would win or who would lose. He just said "Don't worry." So I don't. That doesn't mean that I won't speak out, but it does take the pressure of fear away. Grace is a marvelous thing.

Christinewjc said...

Hi Arlen,

It's been a long time. Glad to see you back sharing your perspective!

FYI, in the above post, it was the "Road Sassy" author who wrote, "I still say Obama's going to lose."

I just keep praying that he will lose!

I understand what you are saying.

You may be right.

America may be reaping what it has immorally sowed over the past 30 years or so. Our nation is certainly quite ripe for some drastic disciplining from the Lord.

I just pray for His mercy...and to keep us from the ultimate deception being put forth before our very own eyes.

Many have fallen for the "spell" of Obama (see my latest post).

Others who are discerning and not so easily deceived are busy sounding the alarm bells about him and all the radical people surrounding his candidacy.

Speaking of the "spell" Obama seems to have over people, take a look at the following excerpt from this post:

And then there was Mark Morford, a San Francisco columnist and Zen Master (New Age way of staring at your own navel), who declared Obama to be a Lightworker:

Barack Obama isn't really one of us. Not in the normal way, anyway.

This is what I find myself offering up more and more in response to the whiners and the frowners and to those with broken or sadly dysfunctional karmic antennae - or no antennae at all - to all those who just don't understand and maybe even actively recoil against all this chatter about Obama's aura and feel and MLK/JFK-like vibe.

To them I say, all right, you want to know what it is? The appeal, the pull, the ethereal and magical thing that seems to enthrall millions of people from all over the world, that keeps opening up and firing into new channels of the culture normally completely unaffected by politics?

No, it's not merely his youthful vigor, or handsomeness, or even inspiring rhetoric. It is not fresh ideas or cool charisma or the fact that a black president will be historic and revolutionary in about a thousand different ways. It is something more. Even Bill Clinton, with all his effortless, winking charm, didn't have what Obama has, which is a sort of powerful luminosity, a unique high-vibration integrity.

Dismiss it all you like, but I've heard from far too many enormously smart, wise, spiritually attuned people who've been intuitively blown away by Obama's presence - not speeches, not policies, but sheer presence - to say it's just a clever marketing ploy, a slick gambit carefully orchestrated by hotshot campaign organizers who, once Obama gets into office, will suddenly turn from perky optimists to vile soul-sucking lobbyist whores, with Obama as their suddenly evil, cackling overlord.

Here's where it gets gooey. Many spiritually advanced people I know (not coweringly religious, mind you, but deeply spiritual) identify Obama as a Lightworker, that rare kind of attuned being who has the ability to lead us not merely to new foreign policies or health care plans or whatnot, but who can actually help usher in a new way of being on the planet, of relating and connecting and engaging with this bizarre earthly experiment. These kinds of people actually help us evolve. They are philosophers and peacemakers of a very high order, and they speak not just to reason or emotion, but to the soul.

So with media nutcases like Mark Morford declaring Obama to be a "Lightworker," should we be surprised that the MSM won't find anything unusual in Farrakhan's pronouncement of Obama as the Messiah?

No matter what happens, I would hope that the Lord Jesus would be pleased that I (at the very least) tried to warn people about the danger of Obama (and all the other deceptions out there) by sharing God's Word and warnings with them.

Gary,

Thanks for the reminder not to worry. It seems that is all that I have been doing lately.

I have been praying for many reasons lately. However, I have neglected to ask the Lord to take away the burden of worry.

I am reminded of this portion of Scripture:

2Th 1:7 and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels,

2Th 1:8 in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

2Th 1:9 These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power,

2Th 1:10 when He comes, in that Day, to be glorified in His saints and to be admired among all those who believe,[fn1] because our testimony among you was believed.

2Th 1:11 Therefore we also pray always for you that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness and the work of faith with power,

2Th 1:12 that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

About factcheck.org:

Factcheck.org Credibility in Question

Part of a comment there:

Obama used to work for Annenberg
written by Georgina, September 22, 2008

Don't forget that factcheck.org is part of the Annenberg School at the University of Pennsylvania and is funded by the Annenberg Foundation that employed Obama in Chicago.

I've often thought that factcheck.org had an ax to grind on various issues and have never found them to be credible.

Good work, Christine.

University of Pennsylvania has had its own controversies:

http://media.www.dailypennsylvanian.com/media/storage/paper882/news/2006/11/06/News/Saadi.a.Controversial.Celebrity-2441209.shtml

To be fair to Amy Gutmann, here is her response to the photo:

http://media.www.dailypennsylvanian.com/media/storage/paper882/news/2006/11/06/Opinion/Guest.Opinion.Amy.Gutmann.Reponse.From.The.President-2441124.shtml

There is also a news story (11/30/05) about two students having sex in a dorm up against a window at University of Pennsylvania and another student was photographing it and putting it on his website. I could post the links but the college newspaper shows the incident (nudity)so I decided not to post the links. The college acted to protect the ones engaged in viewable sex to the public and to prosecute or expel the person exposing the crime so the University had to back down because of public pressure because they don't always think things through and it is this public policy that would make factcheck.org suspect because the college is less than perfect because the college originally took sides.
