Judges or Voters?

While reading several articles over at World Net Daily, a thought came to mind about two extremely important and pressing issues involving voters vs. current judicial challenges. What will each decision mean for our country?

There is now a U.S. Supreme Court 'conference' review scheduled for December 5th in which a lawsuit has been filed for proof of Barack's citizenship - challenging his name on the N.J. ballot.

There has also been a lawsuit filed and accepted which is to be heard by the CA Supreme Court, challenging the passage of Proposition 8 here in California.

Plus, there is another article which asks the question: Prop. 8 hinges on who decides: judges or voters?

So, if Proposition 8 gets overturned by the CA Supreme Court - all of the liberals, homosexuals, Democrats, friends of homosexuals, supporters of the homosexual agenda and their financiers - will inevitably be found dancing in the street and celebrating. Four judges will have then (for a second time) overturned millions of votes cast by California voters in the election for the passage of YES ON PROPOSITION 8.

I wonder.

What would be be reaction if the U.S. Supreme Court examines Barack Obama's vault length COLB, discovers that he was born in Kenya, and overturns the election of Obama because he is not a natural born citizen of the United States of America - which is both required by law and in our U.S. Constitution?

Thank God for this!

Can I just say that for the first time in my adult life, I am proud of the FEC!

Thank you, Erik Rush:

Obama's pesky loose ends

Concluding paragraph:

I don't think there's a conservative alive who didn't want to see the "race barrier" broken at some point as regards the presidency. The fact that our first black president will be a man who is dangerously inexperienced, a dedicated Marxist and a mealy-mouthed, practiced liar, however, remains surreal and nightmarish.

Yep...

let's see ... it may come as a shock to you, but i believe all of those words in that sentence are true.

except one.

guess which one?

'fact'.

we're stamping FACT on rumors and opinions these days without any accountability.

and our government is a REPUBLIC, christine, not a democracy. the majority DOESN'T rule ... they actually set it up that way intentionally, and documented it in that Constitution thingy - that mat where Cheney wipes his feet every time he enters his boss' office.

and i already answered your final jeopardy question last week.

have you reserved your spot in the endthefed rallies this weekend? i'm hoping i get on tv. if i do, i'll mention you... and probably toss a zinger at gary while i'm at it.

Christine,

Excellent job. If Mike questions the truthfulness of your statements, there can be little doubt you are on the right track!

There are judges who will say, "Don't bring up the Constitution in my courtroom."

Thanks Gary! Mike absolutely refuses to see the deception of Barack Obama. No matter how much information is put forth that shows Obama's refusal to show his vault length COLB - either to the judges or the public - Mike still holds onto his opinion that Obama is not hiding anything.

Sosthenes -

I can actually believe what you wrote.

The original case against Obama (and others), brought by Leo C. Donofrio against Nina Wells, the secretary of state in New Jersey had been submitted to Justice David Souter (liberal), who rejected it. The case then was resubmitted to Justice Clarence Thomas (conservative) who accepted it. The next line on the court's docket says: "DISTRIBUTED for Conference of December 5, 2008."

Read more about it at World Net Daily

I do not believe that ideology is neutral in the decision making of judges anymore. It can't be! The liberal judges in this nation are doing EVERYTHING in their power to avoid having Obama present his vault length COLB to the courtroom (or to the public) for examination.

Clarence Thomas has turned out to be the only judge with the guts to allow one of the many cases out there that are questioning Obama's citizenship status to be seen and heard via this conference scheduled for December 5th. Good for him! I thank God for him, too!

all you did was repackage what i said about you - that no matter who stamps VALID on it, you will continue to believe he's hiding something.

if we're going to have legitimate discussions here, christine, stop copying off my paper...

of course, i'm well aware that you know it has all the right answers, so i can see the predicament you're in ...

clowns to the left of you (gary), jokers to the right (me).
